The restaurant is beautifully located near the sea, offering a stunning view that stretches from the Bay of Nice to the Cap d’Antibes. It is one of those rare places where the setting alone creates a sense of quiet wonder. Inside, the impression continues. From the outside you would never guess how much character this place holds. The restaurant is divided into two distinct spaces: an elegant interior with carefully selected details such as artistic chandeliers and tasteful paintings, and the true heart of the house – the inner courtyard. This courtyard is exceptional. Surrounded by old stone walls, guests sit beneath a magnificent, centuries-old fig tree that gives the restaurant its name. Protected by a glass roof, it feels like a natural sculpture and creates an atmosphere that is both intimate and unique. The tables are beautifully set, with thoughtfully chosen porcelain and many artisanal pieces that reflect the personality of the house. There is a clear attention to detail in every element. Service was warm, professional and highly knowledgeable. For our special occasion, we chose the Menu Saint Valentin, a seven-course menu composed with refinement and a great sense of balance. The Michelin star is more than deserved. The perfectly cooked lobster with chard, bisque and verbena foam fully revealed the level of mastery in the kitchen. Equally outstanding was the veal sweetbread with truffle, one of the best preparations we have ever enjoyed. This evening was a celebration of flavor, craftsmanship and genuine hospitality. A sincere thank-you to Chef Christian Morisset and his dedicated team for an unforgettable experience.

We went for the three-course lunch menu. The squid and both desserts were truly fantastic. The main courses were solid, but not spectacular. The fish was perfectly cooked but could have used a bit more spice. The duck was tender and the sauce was very aromatic but there were too many fruity and sweet components on the plate, at least for my taste. We were also a bit disappointed that there were no alcohol-free alternatives except organic juice (which tasted very nice though). Overall, a really nice lunch experience with very attentive service on a beautiful terrace.

The location and exemplary quality of cuisine takes it above its current Michelin rating. We had the degustation menu. Service is very good. I have never tasted turbot so delicious as this. Lamb is Chef Morisset’s specialty. That is a revelation.

The service was absolutely terrible, and I strongly suspect the staff of discriminating against Asians. The amount of wine served to me was less than half of what other guests at nearby tables received. The staff did not bother to properly introduce the wine, explain the dishes, or the dessert. The food and drinks were rushed to my table, and the server left immediately without giving me a chance to process anything. Unlike their treatment of other guests, the server did not take the time to introduce the wine and dishes to me, nor did they ask if I was satisfied with the meal as they did with others. Now I want to make it clear: I am not satisfied!

A truly charming and elegant spot. The food was exceptional — every ingredient was fresh, refined, and perfectly balanced. You could really taste the quality in every bite. Atile, our waiter, provided outstanding service with professionalism and warmth. This experience absolutely lived up to its Michelin star — well-earned and well-deserved.

This place was delicious, plenty of food for a Michelin restaurant and staff was wonderful. Everything was excellent.

We had a wonderful dinner here last night! This one Michelin star restaurant is located in old Antibes, a few blocks off the port. Make reservations in advance as they always fill up. The chef used to work at a two Michelin starred restaurant in Paris and has brought his craft to Antibes. The menu is small but each dish has an exquisite amount of detail. They bring out a few little bites to whet your appetite: a tomato bread, onion toast and foie gras. The star of the meal was the turbot with a potato and black truffle crust. The fish was topped with a veal jus, which may sound bizarre, but is something the best chefs in the world do. A meat sauce on a fish is an incredible thing! Desserts weren't as good as I had hopped but the chocolate molten cake and creme brûlée were the stand outs. Service was a bit slow. We finished our wine before the appetizers arrived, so know this will be a long meal. That's how they do things in France.

The Michelin star is richly deserved. We had the eight course tasting menu. Each time we thought they couldn't outdo themselves, they did. Plus, the place is beautiful, the people friendly, and the service like clockwork. A real hidden gem.

Wonderful evening. Attentive staff, great martinis, wine list and food. Recommend the blue lobster. Decadent. My only complaint had nothing to do with the restaurant specifically - just wish patrons looking for fine dining would dress up a bit. Jeans, shorts, tank tops should be forbidden. Not asking for ties - a jacket and a dress would be appropriate. Enjoy!

Beautiful 1-star restaurant in Old Antibes by the sea. Went here on Easter Monday evening to celebrate my partner's 40th birthday. I'm vegan, he is not. We reserved a couple of days ahead of time and let them know about my requirements. We received a warm welcome from several staff members. The dining tables are situated under a big, lovely fig tree. You can see what's going on in the kitchen via a tv screen. Our various servers were very attentive and the chef came out to say hello. They made me a special vegan menu -- they were very attentive as to the ingredients used (they even checked for the chocolates served with dessert) -- and checked in with us often. My meal was yummy, essentially a lot of simply prepared vegetables - steamed and/or roasted, I think? I won't lie, I was expecting something more tasty, with more umami - fancy sauces and stuff - but actually this allowed me to appreciate the flavour of the individual seasonal vegetables. It was a good experience. We left totally stuffed so come here with an appetite. Overall a lovely experience, the kind of thing you need to do at least once in your life, if you can.
