"A magnificent Baccarat chandelier, immaculate white decor and delicate floral arrangements all contribute to the chic yet relaxed decor designed by Pierre-Yves Rochon… Guests are left in no doubt that this is part of the exclusive Four Seasons George V hotel! At Le George, Simone Zanoni has definitely made his culinary mark here with his Italian-inspired dishes. This light and airy cuisine is enchanting; Zanoni's dishes are served in small portions, with particular attention paid to the flavours and cooking methods of the Mediterranean. Enjoy your meal either indoors or in the high-ceilinged conservatory enabling guests to enjoy the courtyard setting whatever the weather." - Michelin Inspector

"The hotel's Mediterranean restaurant, led by chef Simone Zanoni, offers a set or à la carte menu focused on fresh pastas, fish, and plentiful vegetarian options — including the outstanding candied tomato tarte tatin with cacio e pepe ice cream — and the chef will cook an all-vegan menu upon request for the entire table." - Lindsey Tramuta

My wife and I spent honeymoon in Paris and Le George is the first restaurant we had upon our arrival, absolutely incredible experience! And I want to specifically appreciate Alexander’s professional service. (hope I didn’t spell the name wrong :p) Dining at here was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional, making us feel truly cared for. The atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, with just the right balance of sophistication and comfort. We tried Taste Menu that staff recommended and it can’t be wrong - Every dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious—the flavors were refined, creative, and perfectly balanced. Beyond the food, small touches like anticipating our needs and ensuring every detail was flawless made the evening exceptional. This is not just a dinner, but a complete fine dining experience. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Paris!

Dining at this Michelin-starred restaurant in Paris is truly an experience. The atmosphere exudes elegance, wealth, and luxury – from the sophisticated décor to the impeccable table settings, everything feels grand. The service is highly professional and very polished, though I felt it lacked a personal touch and warmth that can make a fine dining experience feel truly memorable. The food is definitely good: beautifully presented, flavorful, and crafted with care. While it may not be the most groundbreaking or extraordinary cuisine I’ve ever tasted, each dish is satisfying and enjoyable. The wine selection is excellent, complementing the meal perfectly. Overall, the restaurant offers a memorable experience, but it does feel somewhat tailored to affluent tourists rather than locals who might frequent the city’s hidden culinary gems. That said, it is absolutely worth a visit – the combination of quality food, stunning ambiance, and professional service makes it a worthwhile splurge. My only suggestion would be to speed up the pace of service a bit, as some courses felt slower than expected. If you want to indulge in a luxurious Parisian dining experience and enjoy expertly prepared dishes, this place definitely delivers. It’s a restaurant that leaves a strong impression, even if it feels slightly more glamorous than intimate.

This is a physically gorgeous restaurant in a beautiful hotel in Paris. My husband and I had been looking forward to this meal. It was to be our highlight meal during our trip to Paris. We had high expectations given the restaurant's Michelin one star as well as the many positive reviews. The drinks and food were excellent. To start, we had the arancini and crudo, and amazing focaccia , and then for mains we shared two delicious pastas. All food excellent. Sadly, the service was very very off. While the waiter was initially very friendly and friendly throughout, we'd have just long long waits between when somebody would come to the table. I didn't get my first drink until nearly 30 minutes after we sat down. Our dishes were not removed from our table after we had finished for nearly 40 minutes. Water was never refilled. From Our vantage point we could see the dining room and the servers definitely seemed to be paying more attention more frequently to Other tables. They seemed manic and frenzied, running around the dining room but never coming to check on us. It was very disappointing and not up to the level we would expect at this level.

The outdoor venue on a warm July evening was exquisite. The staff was abundant and very professional as well as friendly and knowledgeable. The dishes were incredible. The wine recommendation was perfect with our sole entrees. Thoroughly enjoyed the two hour experience.

I must first apologize for the delay in writing my review of a restaurant we will re-visit for the fourth time on October 13th -- it is clearly one of our favorite restaurants! Thank you to Marco, Clement, Francesco and the entire Le George staff for always welcoming us so warmly and taking such good care of us! Just based on them, the restaurant merits is Michelin star. The food! I am passionate about oysters. If you are too, Le George is a must as they serve oysters from Marseillan raised by Florent Tarbouriech in the Etang de Thau (yes, the family deserves a special shout-out the oysters are impossibly amazing that there are no words to adequately describe them!) They come four to an order -- I have at least three orders, often four! You can't find them anywhere else in Paris that I know of. I've had everyone of the crudos on the menu, the Yellowtail Kingfish with the Chiodini mushrooms and garlic vinaigrette pack a delicate but savory punch as does the tuna crudo in strawberry and verjuice. My husband and I always request a double order of the beef tenderloin carpaccio, which is sliced thinly with just the right amount of black truffle to give it that earthy taste but not distracting from the quality of the meat itself. Given it is an Italian restaurant, one must of course have at least an order of pasta. We've had the Carbonara and the veal agnolotti and both were spot on. While I always go for multiple crudos (if not all of them, some as starters and some as mains) my husband always orders the wood-fired beef tagliata, which requires a slight nudging to get him to share a bite with me! The ambience is always such a treat, a respite from the hustle and bustle outside, the floral arrangements always impeccably presented and the service is so wonderfully attentive without ever being intrusive. I speak French fluently, my husband does not -- they always make sure to explain and describe everything in English for him. This is why when I read some negative reviews I was not only surprised but quite disturbed as we have been there so many times and everything has been five-star quality and consistent. Perhaps those reviewers had a terrible day, or just enjoy complaining about everything. Quite sad. Thank you team Le George and see you on the 13th ... again!

I am so happy I chose Le George for my birthday dinner! One of the best Michelin star restaurants i've been to - The food was perfect, presentation was beautiful and the dining room was gorgeous. Highly recommend stopping here during your time in Paris-- there are so many great places and Le George should be one you add to the list

Disappointing Experience at Le George – Not Michelin Quality and feels like a tourist trap We opted for the €155 tasting menu, expecting the standard you’d find at other Michelin-starred restaurants in London or Paris. Unfortunately, Le George fell far short on every front. Food: The starters were overwhelmingly sour, and the mains far too salty — so much so that we left several dishes unfinished. We weren’t alone; the table behind us also left food untouched. It’s baffling that this kind of feedback isn’t reaching the kitchen. Service: Our main waiter was fine, but a female staff member in a red-dot dress with brown hair was shockingly rude. After our starters, we asked to have the plates cleared — she took just one, ignored further requests, and when we tried again, she cut us off with a dismissive “I know.” That attitude has no place in any restaurant, let alone one with a Michelin star. On top of that, the table was never properly cleaned between courses — crumbs and bread bits were left throughout the entire meal. In short, Le George was a letdown both in cuisine and service. There are far better fine-dining options in Paris that actually live up to their reputation.

We had the tasting menu and it was totally worth it. The entrees and the mains were especially good. The staff are very kind and helpful. Overall a great experience!
