Becky was absolutely incredible! She was so sweet and accommodating on our rush order for an Open House launch party. She also gave me a tour of the church/ community building she operates from, which was so kind!! The cookies were delish and looked darling! We weren’t expecting the builder to also show up with cookies, but they looked adorable on a plate together. (See left for mini shortbread cookies) I also snapped a pic of some cute Christmas Shortbread she had in her kitchen. (On right) Thanks Becky! I will return for more😃

Le Gourmet saves the day!!! We found Le Gourmet by happenstance and I'm so glad we did. After another bakery in town (who shall remain nameless!) closed its doors after I placed my order without letting me know, I was driving to another local bakery hoping for a miracle. With 24 hours notice, the second bakery said there was "no way" they could help us. We drove to the close-by Le Gourmet that we had noticed on our drive and the owner literally dropped what she was doing to assist this panicky bride before her engagement party to place my order and assure me she'd have the cookies in time for my evening party the next day. To say I was relieved and grateful was an understatement. Not only did Le Gourmet save the day by fulfilling our last minute order, but the shortbread cookies were SO phenomenal, there was not a SINGLE cookie left over! They were such a special, personalized part of our night. I'll never forget their hospitality. We WILL be back for years to come!

If you're on Lover's Lane, don't blink or you might miss it! And you don't want to miss it!!! I was there for a networking event where they taught us how to decorate cookies, may sound simple enough, but there is definitely an art to it. There was a small group of us (about 12) and the cookies were plentiful. Everything was prepped and seamless. A young lady, current culinary student, flex her teaching muscles and guided us through the process. This is a great place to have a little get together to laugh, create and enjoy the company! Now to the IMPORTANT PART, the cookies are delicious!!!! One didn't make it home.....well let's be honest, two didn't. I also grabbed a Keto Sample from the front on my out and my wife, a Keto Chef, gave it two thumbs up with a surprised look on her face. I believe it was their Lemon Glaze Shortbread and she said the lemon stood out perfectly against the mild shortbread base. If you don't believe me, believe Neiman Marcus. I'm so happy to have found this delicious bakery. The cupcakes are delicious, fresh and not too sugary. The icings are perfection. Her shortbread cookies are always fresh and they are perfect with a cup,of coffee, perfect consistency and not too sweet. My favorite thing is the pimento cheese. I think she uses several kinds of cheeses. Great for sandwiches or with a good cracker. Large iced teas are only $1.

I love Le Gourmet Bakery! I have been ordering all of their holiday shortbreads for the last 5 years. I love the special details they put into the decorations and they taste amazing :). I've also special-ordered customized shortbreads for engagement parties, house warming gifts, work events and birthdays - they always make sure the cookies are perfect. I can't say enough great things about this bakery and the people who work there! Yum!

Le Gourmet is wonderful! And also much more than a place for sweets. It's a great place to grab some lunch or get some sweet and savory spicy nuts. Their baked goods are all delicious, and the custom decorated shortbread cookies are cute and delicious. I highly recommend!

I placed an order for 2 Valentine's Day cookies order with a guarantee of them arriving before Valentine's Day. I tried placing my order online several times, but kept getting an error saying that my address doesn't match my postal code. Well I think I know they do match. So after that I had to place my order via phone. Little did I know after placing my order and calling back the next day to see if they placed an order yet (since I wasn't charged yet), that they are made at some boutique, not a bakery. I thought that was kind of odd. Name of the actual company they are in is called: Forget Me Not. I called on 2/13 right before they closed for the day, and Becky was extremely rude and fake. She's rushing out the door at 4:49pm trying to hurry and get an order to UPS (wow, talk about cutting it short, apparently that's what they did with my order) store before they close at 5pm. Becky was like, oh I'll call you back with your tracking as she's rushing to at least try to get another customer's order out on time. Who cares about THIS customer that you GUARANTEED delivery by Valentine's Day. Well I'm glad I sensed Becky being fake and wasn't going to call me back, and then I called back 3 minutes before they closed, and spoke to another employee. Amy texted me back and sent a pic of my tracking number. Showing it was ordered on Feb. 11th, but UPS didn't receive it until very late (shocker) on Feb. 12th. Now my order won't arrive until Monday. They tell me they have no control over when UPS will deliver. Well you do have control when you send the item out. Dont' wait until the evening of the 12th to try to get it to me the next day. I was so excited for my kids to try these gorgeous cookies, well now that they won't be arriving until Monday, it's actually not worth it. It's like something arriving the day after Christmas, it means nothing. Thanks to stupid FB sponsor ad for introducing me to this flaky business. Since I called my order in, I had no receipt, and was not given an email confirmation. I had to call to receive my tracking number. You'd think that after they took your phone order that they'd send you an email, and then follow up with a tracking number. So much for trying a new place for Valentine's Day. They don't care about their customers or to try to make it right and fix the problem. Easy solution they only care about is to say, we'll issue a refund. Well....thanks, I guess.
