The storefront offers grab-and-go salads, soups, sandwiches, tartines, a la carte sides and kid-friendly options, and the brand’s decorative cookie designs — including a seasonal ladybug — are featured in Neiman Marcus during major holidays. The shortbreads are marketed as lower in sugar than typical decorated cookies while remaining decadent, made with plenty of European butter and real vanilla, and the owner emphasizes that they taste as good as they look.
