"A petite-cookie and to-go lunch shop that recently debuted on Lovers Lane (5601 W. Lovers Lane), founded by Becky Nelson, who began the business as a meal delivery service for Preston Hollow and the Park Cities before expanding into a signature three-quarter-inch-thick shortbread cookie that later appeared in Neiman Marcus’ The Book and online store. The storefront offers grab-and-go salads, soups, sandwiches, tartines, a la carte sides and kid-friendly options, and the brand’s decorative cookie designs — including a seasonal ladybug — are featured in Neiman Marcus during major holidays. The shortbreads are marketed as lower in sugar than typical decorated cookies while remaining decadent, made with plenty of European butter and real vanilla, and the owner emphasizes that they taste as good as they look. Hours are Monday–Friday 10 a.m.–6 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m.–3 p.m." - Alaena Hostetter
