Service staff was kind enough only got misgendered briefly for some reason. Then I got the salmon and eggs on toast. The eggs are powdered eggs. And they were crispy where the toast and eggs sat too close to the oven lamp. Salmon was mids, not even Alaskan salmon- yet were right here next to Alaska

Need a pit stop for healthy cuisine when your plane is delayed? This was a delicious pitstop. My husband had the clam chowder and I had eggs Florentine. Did I already say delicious 😋? We sat up at the bar which is always the best service anywhere you travel. Our server was wonderful. Even handled an over indulging drinker with class & style. We can thank him tfor that. We are not drinking but if you were the wine selection and spirits are a plenty. The atmosphere is upscale and classy. Overall a wonderful experience to sit back, enjoy a meal and not stress that your cross country trip is now getting you in at 1am.

Google
I feel bad for the employees. They provide friendly and prompt service, but the business model is atrocious. $13.50 for a beer and an automatic 22% tip, which I doubt the servers receive. The sandwiches that I saw looked meager at best. Unless you really need to booze it up, avoid.

Byron Sheardown

Google
Set your expectations to “airport” and it’s not bad. I didn’t try the food. Service is ok. The weird QR code to order and pay I didn’t like. I didn’t create an account at first. It gives no way I could find to close the tab yet it warns you if you don’t close out it automatically adds a 22% tip so I went through the agony of creating an account. Then I could close out and add an appropriate tip. $29US for 1 cocktail. Ouch. Airports!!!

Google
Didn’t get to the food. Waitress very rude. Told me to download app to order. No menus. Room too dark to see app information and app wasn’t taking my zip code. Waitress wouldn’t help, disappeared. I’m here every 2 weeks. Never Ever Going Back! Had enough with the poor attitude and service. Ninth & Pike much more congenial.

Google
Just because I ordered a 3rd drink (I got to the airport too early and be there were no lines.... Sue me) the server in front of the entire bar brought me my tab and told me I'm cut off. When I asked why (I was literally sitting at the bar talking to no one and watching videos on my phone with my ear buds... Not exactly disturbing anyone) even the gentleman sitting next to me protested and thought it was bogus. I probably wouldn't have ordered another anyway but do you have to be so rude and so public? I will never be back, even if no other bar is open for booze or food. You have rules per the airport? Fine. But no other bar has ever done this to me at seatac or otherwise. But be polite, more discree. Better? See if I even ask for more. I probably would have asked for water and the bill. If you get to the airport early find another bar!

Google
The "house kettle chips" that come with the sandwiches are literally just Lay's Classic. I want to be mad, but it's kinda hilarious. Beyond that, the sandwich was pretty good and the beer was cold. Obviously WAAAAAAYYYYY overpriced, but if you have money to burn, the product is fine.

Google
Great place to grab a quick bite in terminal C when leaving out of the C9 thru C20 gates. My sister and I both had the Rosemary Chicken Sandwich. It came with chips and was really enough food two people could share if just wanting something light. I will definitely stop here when flying out or through Seattle.

Yelp
Service was great from Katherine ! Fast and friendly . We were are limited time fort our flight . They delivered quickly and with drinks . I really enjoyed my French dip sandwich. Decor was contemporary. And close to our gate. Chardonnay was a local goose ridge brand And mint pineapple sparkling

Joanna G.

Yelp
To the bartender who let me grab a quick glass of wine at the closing buzzer - thank you! Your friendly and accommodating service was wonderful - my flight ended up being delayed by about an hour, so while I appreciated you in the moment, I appreciated it even more so as I waited along many frustrated people that I had had a nice meal and a nice drink prior to waiting.

Smeeth W.

Yelp
It's pretty basic airport food. They have a pretty good wine selection and the foods are limited to soup appetizers and sandwiches. The flavor of the sandwich is good. But I wish they have some more options for sides, other than just chips

Hanna S.

Yelp
It was just OK. Disappointing actually given the restaurant in Seattle. They get their bread and she is just from a big commissary, nothing local or special about that. After cheese was out of one of the half of sandwiches Princess the server did a fine job. Not a lot of seating. Just a big box to take your chips with you. I did ask for a piece of cake to keep it close which they did provide. Thank you.

Yelp
I am vision impaired and was asking for assistance with ordering a drink the waiter was a jerk.I told him I couldn't see the bottles and what Burbon drinks does he have. The waiter behind the bar was like he can't help me even though I told him I'm vision impaired.People need to learn to a better act of kindness. I know it was a white guy with a bald head.

Yelp
Wow, what a difference a few years make. the idea is the you sit at an open table, then i use a qr code to orders. well, the didn't work. the staff was available and i got some food ordered, i have a random food allergy that won't kill me, but i try to avoid. i ordered the only thing on the menu with out it listed as an ingredient, steak and egg sandwich. needless to say, it was there. not a big thing, but free things here if you have a dairy allergy. the sandwich was satisfactory, but not great. the ambiance is nice, not too crowded. probably because they don't list their prices in the menus posted at the entrance. the prices are comparable to others in the concourse. i didn't see the option for a wine tasting flight, that would have been fun.

Mark N.

Yelp
Had breakfast here. Decent nothing amazing. Cheese, charcuterie plus a B+ grade croissant. Service was excellent. Prices were airport level high.

Gene D.

Yelp
It took me only 4 years to find out Le Grand Bistro Americain in Kirkland opened an airport outlet. Was Ted keeping it a secret? Based on reviews here it seems he was pretty hands off about the staffing. Hospitality at an airport will never be the same thing. The logistics, criteria and systems are completely different. I always bring down expectation to nearly zero. On that basis and all things Airport being equal, this boite is pretty good.

Holly T.

Yelp
We ate here recently while on a layover and were quite impressed with both the food and service. My husband had the grilled cheese and I the vegetable frittata. The frittata was a delicious, airy mix of mushrooms, onion, and spinach served on a bed of arugula. The grilled cheese was, well, cheesy and much to my husband's satisfaction. The wine list was sufficiently varied; service was prompt and friendly. Prices were reasonable for some of the best airport food we've had.

Eurasia L.

Yelp
Last stop before boarding the plane. Couldn't get on the flight with an empty stomach. I opted for the clam chowder (which I rarely ever eat) but it sounded like a complete meal for a moment. Anyway, I'm glad I did that. It is super delicious, so tasty and had the right amount of seafood. Just add a little crackers on top and it is solid! Fast service and kind staff. I recommend this stop right here. The clam chowder is a favorite here. For real tho.

Steven J.

Yelp
They serve breakfast...but don't have coffee...in SEATTLE. Then they tell you to go next-door to Starbucks, but you can't bring your coffee back to eat breakfast. What a joke.

Eric B.

Yelp
Another airport and quest for a lite salad and a decent gas of vino. Tag-dah! We had a few choices for this kinda place, and we are happy to have chosen this one. The staff was fast and kind. The food was fresh and hot. The crisp on the Croque Monsieur and a caesar salad with salmon were perfect. The wine selection was good, and much of it was local to the Pacific NW. We are here twice, once going out and once coming back. All the clientele were friendly to each other and happy to have found an oasis of culture in an airport. Amen!

Charlene D.

Yelp
The bartender/server had absolutely no personality. My husband and I sat there for about 10 minutes and he Never greeted us or even smiled for that matter. You have to scan a QR code and order your own food and then pay for it by credit card, but beware, it automatically adds a tip on there. Honestly, if the server was friendly it wouldn't have mattered so much, but maybe he didn't care much because he knows too is already included. SMH. I'll spend my money somewhere else, thank you.

Manwinder U.

Yelp
Super cute charcuterie board and good white wine (Chardonnay St Michelle), flight was delayed by hours so spent a good amount of time here and everyone was attentive and kind

Emanuel B.

Yelp
We stopped in for a drink before our flight, the apple of my pie was a delicious strong drink i definitely enjoyed!! The atmosphere there was pretty mellow and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is flying and as to longer than usual wait. Didn't try the food but it looked like it would be good also but everything is now a little bit too expensive wouldn't mind it being slightly more affordable to the working class person who decided to stop in and want a drink, I wasn't here long enough to try their food but it smelled delicious. Think I'm running out of good things to say but it won't let me finish.. you really should make this easier and let us do smaller reviews because I'm starting to run out of gas doing this and seeing it let me post...

Deantha C.

Yelp
Good for passing the time and the soups are good. I got clam chowder and it came out fast.

Miguel G.

Yelp
Rude as hell worker. They tell us to order online so I order a Paloma, which is grapefruit soda like Squirt or Fresca and I get a drink with actual grapefruit juice, which I CANNOT have. One of the bartenders brings over the menu to show their recipe is different, except, once again we are told to order online and there is no description. If your employees are not happy with their job maybe they should move on.

Mikayla C.

Yelp
Paid $25 for an old fashioned made with orange juice, I think that's all that needs to be said

Shawn O.

Yelp
Stopped by here to grab a quick glass of wine before boarding the flight. This is one of those places where you have to scan the barcode, select what you want, and then submit a bunch of information for payment. What really turned me off is they suggest a 22% tip. For what? I did most of the work ordering and putting into your system and providing personal data beyond just swiping a card. Was not overly busy when we went and it was fairly clean. The workers were trying to keep it decent which is appreciated. But we saw multiple leave when they saw the ordering process. I'll likely never go there again before it gets replaced by something else down the road.

Amber T.

Yelp
Scan this to order and pay with zero description of the cocktails that contain contents, with possible allergies or medication interactions. One star as the server argued about this. Just rude.

Tracy A.

Yelp
The ads in the airport attracted us because they stated wine/drinks and charcuterie. We make our way to the place to a sign telling us to wait to be seated. There was one bartender and one server, and neither one came to seat us. I finally got the bartender's attention who ushered us in. They were understaffed with the full house at the time. The bartender informed us they no longer serve charcuterie. We got the Cuban sandwich which came with kettle chips. We were able to get in two drinks. It was typically airport overpriced. Nothing worth a return visit.

Jason S.

Yelp
Very solid Sea Tac airport section...came here last week while on a layover...got seated right away by a very friendly employee who hit me a drink right away and took my order. I had the prime rib dip and have to say I was very pleased. The meat to cheese to bread ratio was perfect. This was served with kettle chips which tasted like they came out of a bag but the overall sandwich for an airport was very solid and glad I stopped in.

Alicia B.

Yelp
I asked the bartender if he could make an old Fashioned. He says yes but as I watch him... he doesn't know how to make one. I don't know what I got but last time I checked old fashions don't have carbonation, lemon not mention fake cherries! I get that this at the airport but you charge $20 a drink. Done serve crap! Just say you don't know how and save us bother the waste of a drink and money!

Suzy G.

Yelp
Pro tip! That padded bench along one side? Each table has a power outlet! Three stars for existing when there's nothing better to do but drink for 3 hours while waiting for your connecting flight. But then they lose a star for the sucky "prime rib" sandwich I ordered. Quick math told me that I was going to need more than 2 8-oz glasses to survive the 3 hour wait. It also told me that buying 2 8-oz glasses was going to cost more than an entire bottle. So I bought a bottle and waited to be judged, but the sullen dude who took my order didn't bat an eye. He probably deals w/ people like me every day. You know how it is when you go to one of the "nicer" restaurants in Disneyland and you quickly find that everything is still very low quality food but with nice presentation. This place is like that. They're putting lipstick on a pig, when the reality is that I'd have paid a lot more for a better-quality sandwich. And now here I am, panning their business. What made the sandwich suck? It's cured meat! That's why my pic makes it look alluringly medium rare. It's pink because it's been treated w/ curing salt and it tastes more like pastrami than roast beef. It left a strong processed-meat aftertaste. I should have known not to trust an airport "prime rib" sandwich that only costs $16. Actually, I did know. I saw all the funny reviews talking about the hard-boiled eggs benedicts (!!!). You know they buy those pre-boiled eggs in bulk bags at CostCo, LOL. But still, I had hopes. The menu is greatly reduced from the options of the past. Looks like they're struggling to survive this whole covid mess. Maybe after the pandemic is over they'll go back to a wider variety? I would have totally dug a cheese board. I wish they had something sweet to eat as an option. A scoop of sorbet or slice of cheesecake would keep us in the seats, drinking even more booze. Never, not even once, did my server come by and pour another glass for me. I was on my own after the bottle was set down. Of course, they also looked pretty busy so they probably could tell I was a hog-a-seat-for-two-hours kind of traveler. I gave the remainder of my bottle to the nice young couple sitting next to me. They were surprised and thrilled. I was very pleased with myself for that.

Yelp
Tried the Erath Pinot Noir which Was on my list for a long time. The place was classy and the tables were clean, they had some great WA wine selections. Got a Cubano sandwich and it was really good and served on very fresh bread. They service wasn't much to speak of but at the airport efficiency wins. I really do appreciate the focus on local wines and we really have so many great ones in WA.

Judy N.

Yelp
On my flight out back to AK, we picked this place to grab a To Go. I looked over the Menu and it's been such a good place being Seattle for seafood I had to get one last bite and chose the Dungeness Crab salad! So good! I would recommend them if your on Concourse C! I was flying Alaska Airlines and needed a good meal. Hit the spot in air after we could drop our tray back seat tables, we feasted! Service was great at the bar while waiting and we only had 20 minutes to board our gate was close. We made the flight on time and it was perfection!

Richard N.

Yelp
Awesome To Go! Great Fast Drink Service! Awesome Folks! Fantastic Prime Rib and Blue Cheese Plate A+! This is a Pro Wine Bar Too! Top Notch! We were headed in to catch our flight wanting to grab a to go meal and what!? Anthony's Seafood was shut down. So where do we grab a meal on C Gate!? We looked at the Terminal Map - Said to myself if Le Grand Comptoir looks good I'm grabbing bar stools! It's Awesome 100% !!! So I grabbed Judy and I cocktails and looked over their menu. The Prime Rib Blue - Med Rare stuck out like a winner and it was Med Rare and perfect. The Blue Cheese added the cheese funk you expect in a good Blue and it had a whole grain mustard which was unexpected and so complimentary! With your choice of grapes or a side salad, I chose grapes. Judy ordered the Dungeness Kale Salad. We took aboard our flight and felt like we were in 1st Class getting an amazing food experience! Seriously Awesome Eats!

Angelina R.

Yelp
The rating is more for the service than the food, here. I am entirely unimpressed with the waiter. He was extremely inattentive & literally wandered off for over 30 minutes- outside the restaurant to the store next door to chat w/ a buddy over there. This became a problem, and one that left me opting not to come back next time I'm at Sea-Tac or recommend to anyone else. The food was okay. I had the smoked salmon rillettes. They came with house kettle chips, so that was a nice touch to get a side w/ an appetizer. The kettle chips were pretty good, but lacked flavor. Almost over baked, too, in my opinion. The rillettes had a generous portion of the smoked salmon topping. It was a little on the raw side, for the smoked salmon I'm used to, being from Alaska. But, it had very good flavor. I just wish there was most added to the mix. It was a bit on the plain side. The double gin & tonic I ordered was VERY weak. I don't believe it was a double, at all. So, the bartender gets 0 credit here. I don't appreciate paying that much for a glass of tonic water w/ a splash of alcohol. But really, the waiter was the worst part. He wasn't friendly at all. Did not even ask if I would like any water. The food came out quick enough, less than 15 minutes. But, he did not come back even ONCE to check on me. I actually really wanted a glass of water! I watched him leave and walk next door. Then sat there for well over 20 minutes waiting for him to come back- I needed the check so I could pay, leave & catch my flight! Plus, there was a line of others waiting to be seated that were clearly confused as to why there was 0 service. This is one of those times I wish I would have spoken up and said something before I left. I don't think leaving a tip to reflect is enough when this person really should be aware of their horrible customer service. And, someone needs to train the bartender. I feel like I wasted my money here & it was not a good experience.

David S.

Yelp
Very nice watering hole on C concourse. This wine bar is a small oasis with a good selection of wines. Hangout between flights and stay chilled

Stewart C.

Yelp
Just had to take out a second mortgage on my house for a well vodka soda. Rubbish. Should be a crime to pray on vulnerable airport dwellers. Especially with crap food, crap drinks and crap service. Bottom of the barrel.

VB L.

Yelp
When in an airport, look for something different and unique instead of the same, old airport food. This is where Le Grand Comptoir stands out. It is a lovely little wine bar with a small, but satisfying menu of various goodies. They offer a choice of salads, sandwiches, soup, charcuterie, and other delightfully yummy goodies. The menu isn't big, but it is delicious. One of my favorite menu items is the Saffron Clam Chowder. What an interesting twist on an old classic! Rich and creamy, this chowder is topped with a sprinkle of saffron that really sets off the flavor of the clams. The broth is hearty and it comes with two dunked crostinis. The Cesar Salad is also a solid choice. It's large and can be ordered with your favorite meat on top. Of course, the highlight is the wine selection. Honestly, they have a great selection of wine. Too many options to choose just one? No problem! They have flights too. Airport pricing is the only downside, but well worth it compared to other food establishments in the airport. Enjoy!

Katie F.

Yelp
Relaxed yet efficient service. Great atmosphere and selection of wines and liquor. Perfect place to sit and wind down between flights.

Kayla B.

Yelp
Are you kidding me? This was one of the worst meals of my life. Unbearably salty microwaved sandwich and the "house" kettle chips were probably Lays I wish I could give negative stars. Even by airport food standards, it was horrible. And $80 for 2 sandwiches, a beer, 2 glasses of 5oz wine. Go to Beecher

Caitlin E.

Yelp
Cold chicken... and then I asked to have it heated up and waiter gave me a snoods answer if we don't have a microwave I'll just have to remake it , plus you have to tip before your food or drinks come out... be mindful of that. All staff here didn't seem thrilled at all to work and now I have been waiting for my sandwich and have to board in 10 minutes. LMAO COMES OUT MISSING ALL OF THE CONDIMENTS JUST CHICKEN AND BREAD WHAT A WASTE!!

Diana S.

Yelp
Absolute horrible service. Came here after spending 90 minutes in the security line. Asked the server for a drink told him I was in a hurry, and he said he didn't want to serve me because I was too "rushy". Do not give this place your money.

Ivan C.

Yelp
Came during one of my layover flights through Seattle airport about 9am. There wasn't any wait and I could seat myself. I was attended to right away and the clam chowder really caught my eye, so that's what I went with, my gut feeling (plus a mimosa - which was really strong :) ). The clam chowder came out quickly (10 minutes since ordering) and mimosa was about 5 minutes before that. I had a great food experience here and would recommend since they also serve wine. Thanks Le Grand!

RJ L.

Yelp
Food was fine, the Benedict was not as hot as I would have liked. Service was fast and efficient

Allison H.

Yelp
I give this place a four because it's quite good for airport food, but anywhere else it would have received a 3-star rating. The food was great, I just wish there had been more of it for the price. The crab Benedict was $16.99. The yolks were cooked solid, which was a little disappointing, but nevertheless the meal was delicious. I think they should have given more fruit on the side, but the fruit that was there was perfectly ripe and tasty. I had been hoping to have a coffee, too, but the waiter told me they only had americano and drip coffee at the moment. That didn't make much sense to me. I guess their steamer was broken. Disappointing, but there's a Starbucks next door (also exorbitant airport inflation--my medium latte there was almost $7!). My server was not friendly and not helpful. It was Monday morning around 7am. Overall, not great, but pretty good for airport dining.

Angela K.

Yelp
I had a good experience here while I'm waiting for my flight time. Service was great. I really enjoyed my food. Wine was alright, too. I enjoyed the k vintners Syrah from Columbia valley the most. I would visit again if I have a chance to go at the air port.

Jon T.

Yelp
Anyone who does not know the correct way to pronounce the Downtown Seattle Public Market is very suspect and does not represent Seattle well. As a long time Seattle resident. It' has ALWAYS been known as "Pike Place Market" NOT Pike's Place. Unless your talking about Captain Pike but he isn't even born yet in this century. So let that advertising of Pike's Place Chowder cease to exist!

Jared M.

Yelp
Decent spot to come in while flying out of the C gates. I got the crab salad which was very tasty along with a wine flight and a beer. The crab salad was really nice and had a good mix of pure crab to its chopped celery and other slight crunchies. Crostini for the dish was also on point! The wine flight was priced fairly reasonably at $17 but I went that route because the cocktails were priced so high ($18-$20) and wasn't willing to pay that price. This is really your only option coming out of C gates so would do again but really wish they could have a better deal on cocktails.

Germaine J.

Yelp
The staff of this establishment includes at least two horrid and classless individuals. I am sorry for the other team members that are burdened with them. I was flying through Seatac for a connection, and had about 45 minutes to get some lunch. I was seated by a gracious gentleman, and used their automated at-table system to order a glass of prosecco and a rosemary chicken sandwich. I received the prosecco without issues, but the sandwich was not rosemary chicken. It was some open-faced pesto thing with greens, a few cherry tomato halves, and that was it. It took a few minutes to figure out that there really was no chicken hidden under all the green matter, and meanwhile the clock was ticking. I ate some of it, partly because I wasn't sure there'd be time to get a new order. I politely mentioned to my server that I hadn't received my order, and she seemed to think I'd ordered something else. I asked for a few dollars off. I then saw her having a conversation with another team member, and it was clear the error was not mine. The face of the other team member hardened as I heard her say, "That's irrelevant if she's eaten it." Delightful response. But then someone behind the bar, closer to me, said, "Who does that?" I broke in on them, with a little volume. "Because I don't have time." This stopped everyone, and it got a bit quiet. "Whatever happened to 'the customer is always right?'" I asked. By this time, all of the diners had also gotten quiet. I was livid, and could only get up and leave (having paid at point of ordering). I apologized to the other diners for the interruption, and left. Someone at Corporate needs to intervene here. Your staff are hostile to their clientele. They think they're slick, and they're not. And they are costing you business.

Jenn W.

Yelp
Came here for quick drinks before our flight since they are no longer serving alcohol on the plane. Their pours of liquor are not on the generous side but it only costs $3 extra to make it a double. I was able to get a double shot of Evan Williams for $12. I know Evan Williams cost less than that for a bottle at a liquor store but it's not bad for airport prices. Our server was great and quick since we were short on time. I would definitely come back again if I am flying out of a gate nearby.

Sarah F.

Yelp
I give three stars due to how fast the food was served. We stood next to the "wait to be seated sign" for a few minutes before any staff made eye contact. We had 40mins before boarding started and I was nervous to actually sit & attempt to order food. (The menu I does state all food can be made to go.) We were seated and the staff hurriedly walked away. However, she was back within a few minutes and took our order. I had hope it would be quick as a sandwich doesn't require cooking. The table next to ours had a salad that looked great. The sandwich with tax was just over $16 which is fairly standard in the areas I've lived/travels for a sandwich. It appears a lot of the negative reviews reference the price and alcohol.... This is an airport, of course you'll be over charged and underserved.

John-Crysta H.

Yelp
Don't waste your money or time. Needs an entire new staff. The servers were extremely inattentive, not personable and overall worst experience at an airport restaurant. Also, ordered the "hummus and olives" which had 4 olives and served with ruffle potato chips.

Nicole B.

Yelp
Best part.... the crab and avocado 'dip' First off it is not a dip. It is a scoop of crap salad. You get slices of avocado on the sides. I got 3 pieces of crostini. The crab salad was GREAT! Also it was only $12. I made my crostini into 6 pieces, spread some avocado and stacked as much crab on it as possible. $14 for a glass of wine. YIKES! Next time, I will go with a flight. Although the flights did not have a price listed. Also the 'breakfast' drinks did not have prices. About 6 starters to choose from, 6 salads, cheese/meat plates, and breakfast food. The breakfast menu was a bit weird for a wine bar, but oh well. NOW...for the low star review. As I sat at the bar, I had to ask for a menu. I had to ask twice for a glass of water. As I was waiting to order I had to hear about everything and everyone the servers did not like. Complained about other servers a few feet away. Literally one lady said to another, 'what already talking shit.' The other replied, 'yea working 5-4pm, prove it.' It was the feisty red heads behind the bar going at it. I stuck my earphones in just so I did not have to hear about it anymore.

Victor N.

Yelp
Do not expect to be greeted like a valued customer. They must not expect a lot of repeat business.

Nadia F.

Yelp
The best food you could ask for in an airport along with a stellar wine list.

Amanda D.

Yelp
I was excited about this spot being a regular at the airport. But this place really needs a bit of work. So many customer cancelled order because of how slow they are. I see the waiter trying but could it simply be too understaffed? Any how I think the manager should take note to be better
