"A lion and a lamb adorn the coat of arms of Auch – a lovely town in the southwest of France and birthplace of chef Thierry Lebé (Drouant, Coq Rico alongside Antoine Westermann). This explains the many references to the region in his cooking, which here ranges from "bistronomy" dishes to meats cooked on the rotisserie or à la plancha (duck breast cooked on the bone, rib of beef with Béarnaise sauce, whole pigeon). A great hit with customers (and not so hard on their wallets). The lunchtime menu offers unbeatable value for money." - Michelin Inspector
Super delicious, everything was cooked perfectly ranging from the meat to the pasta noodles. Better pasta paella here than what I’ve had in Barcelona. I enjoyed the sauce as well, although the dishes were a tad heavy. Definitely more for lunch or dinner rather than brunch items. Would recommend.

Very nice restaurant. The staff really tried to accommodate us according to our requests. The menu doesn't include a lot of choice but everything that we tried was superb. We enjoyed the little extras like the garlic cream and the chocolate truffles. We tried the langoustines and the guinea fowl and they were delicious. Prices are average.

Superb from start to finish. To start with the staff are incredibly friendly, environment was relaxed but elegant, food was delicious.
We had the dinner 3 course menu (42€) quality, size, presentation all of excellent value to the price.
Even better still, they happily catered a bespoke menu for the vegetarian of the group.
Thank you all for an excellent evening

Absolutely amazing food. Flavour profiles that you would not expect when ordering. It's one of the best restaurants I've been to and that's the level I expect from good restaurant. The staff is amazing and very helpful and speaks good English and will help you choose. We absolutely enjoyed every dish and time there.

Had the most wonderful meal this weekend - the food (and wine suggestions) was incredible. I had a seat at the kitchen bar, so looked out into a very calm and well organised kitchen. Loved the food, I think only beaten by the service from both the waiter and head chef. I opted for three courses; don’t think I can pick a favourite course. Also, very good value for the price; they could easily charge more. A big thank you to the team - so glad I ate here. Highly recommend.

I would give this place 6 out of 5 if I could. Food was top notch and the service is second to none. Overall experience was superb. I would highly recommend anyone visiting Nantes to book a table, you will defintely enjoy the dining experience.

Really weird experience here. My partner booked this place three weeks ahead of our holiday to Nantes as a nice surprise for me to celebrate given the ratings were so good. However, when we arrived to our booking we were told we would have to sit up on a high table facing out to the kitchen to which we politely asked if we could sit on either of the two normal 2-seater tables still available so we could sit opposite each other and enjoy the experience more. A female waitstaff initially said we could change after we politely asked only for another member of staff (presumably the owner) whispered something to her and dismissively told us we could only sit up at the high top chairs which faced into the kitchen and were very steamy and not at all what we wanted. Our only other option was to sit outside where it was cold, no atmosphere and really loud techno playing from the bar next door. A literal night out turned to a nightmare, we pleaded with them again only to be told that we should have specified in our booking we wanted a table!? Very disappointing experience and had to walk out! It felt like you had to be a local to be treated with decency and respect and the way we were shrugged off was bizarre. Luckily didn’t experience this anywhere else in Nantes.

Yelp
Great service and good prices with good food to boot. At the very end of a lively pedestrianized street a bit away from the main action in Nantes. Which will insulate you from the touristy crowds.

Yelp
Fantastic food with lovely, friendly but non-intrusive service. Portions are the right amount. Every single dish was amazing. It is a small restaurant filled with the desire to make you happy. Even the wine recommendation was great. It is so good that I would absolutely come back here the next time I'm in Nantes.
