"Chef Derek Ronspies has served seriously underrated farm-to-table fare since opening the restaurant in 2013. From the start, Ronspies dedicated himself fully to nose-to-tail, farm-to-table cooking, walking the walk in a way that many other chefs claim to. His food is bold and unapologetic, showing a rebellious edge but also his deep respect for local farmers, fishers, and ranchers. His menu often includes items like blood sausage and charcuterie made on-site, foraged truffles, pork tartare, and fried pig tail or chicken liver." - Megan Hill

Chef Derek's food is always something that amazes I highly recommend you stop by and try this Farm to Table. With custom cocktails an amazing customer service they are sure to impress even the pickiest of patrons. With his open kitchen restaurant it is always a delight to watch them cooking your food, I feel like you can see the passion they have for cooking as you eagerly wait for your dishes. I highly recommend the tasting menu.

This has to be my favorite restaurant in Seattle, is constantly changing menu never fails to wow my taste buds. Chef Derek's $90 tasting menu keeps me coming back time and time again.

Brilliant! The best meal I've had in Seattle. My starter (seared foie gras) and main (Ol' Dirty Baystard) were Michelin star worthy. Such a rich combination of flavors!

Place was nice style. I liked the concept of farm to table, however food was not entirely to my tastes. Pork Tartar was 'interesting'

Appetizers: Olives: tasty, not overpowering. Asparagus: great mix of sweet and savory flavors. Main course: I ordered the pig burger, which was excellent, a variety of flavors and textures inside a burger. It was well-designed. It was also plenty of food for me. My wife ordered the pork chop. It was way too much meat, which explains the expensive price. The sauces and sides around the meat, cherries, sweet potatoes, kale, samosas were all great. However the meat itself was not tender, and was honestly a bit tough. Together with the appetizers, it was way too much food. The pig burger is a much better choice. Service: the service was slow, and they brought my wife the wrong wine. Seemed like they were understaffed. I would go back for another pig burger, but I would recommend not to order too many appetizers (since the main course is a ton of food), and I would also recommend not to order the pork chop.

Aside from the fact that my girlfriend Darby works there, I had an excellent experience for my first time in. After a game of golf, my buddy and I strolled in for dinner. Walking up to the corner of where Le Petit Cochon is located, we had trouble figuring out where the entrance was and not knowing it was inside of a business like building, we had almost went to the restaurant that's directly below their establishment. We did notice what appeared to be fluorescent sign for Le Petit Cochon, but it wasn't lit up when we arrived, nor when we left. The food was absolutely excellent and I normally don't eat fancy, but this was surely a treat. For an appetizer we had the tempura corn bellies that came with a thick apple sauce and mustard sauce. Nice portions and excellent flavor, both spicy and sweet. For the main course I had the phat ass pork chop with a very tasteful plum jam while my friend had the pork and beans porchetta with apricot jam, both were amazing. Along with our meals we had ordered some of the specialty cocktails, all were smooth and easy drinking. Both of us will recommend Le Petit Cochon to our friends and family. We look forward to going back!

Only had drinks, but our bartender was absolutely fantastic. We weren't really looking for super intense cocktails, which is mostly what was on the menu, so he just asked what we liked and produced excellent drink after excellent drink. Will definitely be going back.
