"The engaging façade of this picturesque inn on a pretty lane of historic Marly hides a modern restaurant in the zeitgeist run by a Japanese couple. The chef crafts surgically precise creations, rich in harmonious notes, textures and flavours, illustrated by his signature dish: goï cuôn of blue lobster and terrine of foie gras, confit of spring vegetables in olive oil and Aquitaine caviar." - Michelin Inspector

Delicious and memorable birthday dinner ! We had the 5 services menu + cheese + wine. Not only the main dish “porc ibérique” but also the home made bread(especially black sesame pain), smoked butter, foods with decoration with flowers, warm service and cheese are nice. The chef came out to check our opinions in the end of dinner. We 2 paid 170€ and would love to come again for another special night !

Excellent gourmet restaurant, mer and terre cuisine with surprising combinations. A small downside is that it is a very small establishment so not much space inside.

The food was delicious, loved the Japanese influence from the chef. Would definitely recommend

Glad to see this place is doing well. I staged here in the 00's when Claude Boulic still owned it. He was a good guy.

Food is good but the interest of the full dinning experience is lost when you find out that you have had to tell everything you wanted to eat when you phone to reserve the table , unfortunately they don’t advise you to do so as dishes may not be available and that you may not be able to modify in case of special diet/preference And last, if you go with a child ask for the 5 courses menu , it will cost less than just the main dish (that we only knew with the bill...it’s true that we didn’t bother to ask for the price list as on the phone the lady said we can just do a dish (part of the menu), so we assume that wouldn’t be more expensive than the menu, it turned out 20% more ) disappointing

There is no child menu. They told us there was a plate for child. But it turned out that child menu more expensive than adult menu. They did not inform us at all. Overpriced. When you book for reservation, you have to select everything. If not when arrived, you can not modify. Very disappointing....

They cancelled our reservation without telling us then suggested we come back the following day when we turned up, even though we were not locals.
