18 Stellar Eats in Saint-Henri

"Léché is among the most notable doughnut slingers in town. The menu ranges from sumptuous options — think margarita, passionfruit glaze and caramel maple bacon —to the homier comforts of peanut butter and jelly and Boston cream. Just try to walk in to get one and not leave with a box of eight." - Daniel Bromberg, Eater Staff

The Best Dougnuts in Montreal - Eater Montreal

"Josie Weitzenbauer’s doughnuts at Léché are yeast-based, fried in canola oil, and emerge lighter and fluffier than most. Plus, the varieties are insane: coconut and lime, lemon meringue, margarita, passionfruit, s’mores, and maple, just to name a few." - Daniel Bromberg, Ian Harrison, Rose Maura Lorre

Google
Best doughnuts in Montreal! The raspberry assortments are my favourite! I love the coffee, salads, soups and sandwiches too! I would like it if they served a full menu with other options on the weekends too. Prices for soup can be a bit high in my opinion

Google
New discovery!!! Phenomenally friendly service, incredible breakfast sandwich and coffee at a surprisingly LOW price compared to anywhere else in Montreal and they don’t skimp on quality. Charming, homey vibe and retro decor. Cannot wait to try those donuts…

I love leche desserts like no other places in the world. the donuts and coffee are fantastic and I always take some to go

My sister recommended this spot for some awesome donuts. We went on Easter Sunday at 1pm so they didn’t have much of anything left but the donuts we got were delicious. The donuts are chewy and have an old fashion taste that takes me back to the 80’s. The young woman at the counter was not very welcoming or helpful at all and was just there to put the donuts in the box and take our money. Customer service was not impressive at all but donuts was the point of the visit. Definitely a great little spot for a meet and greet and a good donut.

Donuts are donuts but these are something else. Their passion fruit donut is really good. It has a unique passion fruit glaze. Today it felt a bit too greasy but like i said: donuts are donuts You better get there early because they won’t have much options left if you get there in the pm. It’s on me but I was there a bit late and they were preparing a donut box and they seemed a bit annoyed at my being there near close time. Service was a little formal imo but it was ok. It’s a little tough to fit going there in your schedule, you have to plan ahead. On an other note, the ambiance is nice, the decor is too, it’s simple but they have a few design statement items. The rest of the furniture is either simple and straight and simple or victorian. I’ll try to go there a little earlier next time and hangout, will keep y’all posted! You can tell that these people have taste, they’re also providing foccacio for the restaurant nextdoor which i’m looking forward to try!

Google
Really good donuts that are not overly sweet! They have unique flavours including Earl grey and lime coconut (seasonal), which are both very good! Their Boston cream donut is the best I’ve ever had, with dark chocolate that is not too sweet and the cream filling too. Would recommend!

Google
Really cool space, it's like stepping into someone's living room. It's a good place to enjoy a drink or a bite. As for the donuts, they all looked so beautiful, and the citron meringue one called to me. The meringue was actually really good -- it was creamy and fluffy and not overly sweet. And the custard filling had a great tart flavor and a smooth, creamy texture. But that dough...It was so chewy, it kind of ruined the whole donut. If all their donuts are like that, would not recommend.

Google
One of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had. Period. The bagels are made in house and are fantastic. Friendly staff and a warm, cozy atmosphere makes this a great spot to hang out or post up to get some work done.

Yelp
Veryyyyyy cute interior and amazing flavor selection of donuts. We went with the coco and lime and we're not disappointed. And $4 CAD is what I would expect to pay for a specialty donut like this. There are plenty of places to sit inside and out. They also had coffee and food selections although we did not partake in them.

Yelp
The donuts were excellent. Earl Grey was surprisingly amazing, and the passion fruit was also unexpectedly delicious. Will definitely be going back for those. Latte was pretty good as well, if not a bit too sweet. But great size.

Yelp
Leche Desserts is a magnificent place we encountered on our way looking for some place to have coffee and possibly pastries. We walked inside the shop, and all I could see were roles of drinks, chips, and all sorts of goodies. The place is huge with indoor and outdoor seating. We were cold, but we still decided to have coffee and donuts outside lol. We purchased 4 donuts and some coffee and tea. My girlfriend does not drink coffee , so she had donuts with tea. So many different flavors and great tasting donuts. Some of them we cannot even get in the USA. Coffee was great with room for whip cream inside mine. There are other stores and venue that sit right inside the shop. So you have a chain of options to shop. Nice baristas and employees. Great pastries and donuts. This will be our go to place everytime we visit.

Yelp
If you're ever suffering from carb withdrawal then Leche Desserts has the antidote for you!! Their donuts are doughy as in it won't melt into nothingness like Krispy Kremes, they're more on the bready side if that makes sense! If you want to order, I recommend calling them and ordering by phone because they had an off the menu flavor--the Oreo cream, that you can't order through food delivery apps and it's not listed on their website. The Oreo cream was my favorite along with the raspberry cream cheese!! They had a perfect balance of sweet frosting indulgence to donut ratio. The cream in the Oreo donut was less sweet so it was just right. The butter vanilla ones were the very bready donuts but good nevertheless. As for the Boston cream, it's normally my hubby's favorite but we both found that either the chocolate was too bitter or the custard could've been sweeter to balance the flavors.

Yelp
While on a visit to The BEAUTIFUL Montreal city , I take a walking tour . My gracious tour guide gave me Leche' Deserts as a donut favorite . I like donuts ! My travels have lead me to some of the best donuts . I check to see if Leche' is open . It's is indeed open. I grab a Uber from Old Port . I call the number listed for Leche' Deserts. No answer. . $20.00 later I arrive , only to find a closed sign on the door. I encounter a Leche Desert employee moving something's inside . I explain that I have taken a car to the place and I even called. It's listed as open on a few sites. Including YELP. The employee acts as if I can't read the sign and moves past me . I ask if this is the attitude . With no response . I wait for another uber. 6 other people arrive to disappointment.

Yelp
Not the first time trying this place but it was my first time actually inside the store. The set up is very cute and unique, I would love to return to sit there once restaurants open up again. This place has very unique doughnut flavours that change quite often. What I also love is that they have plenty of vegan options! This includes raspberry filled doughnut, almond rose water, and coconut lime. I wasn't too keen on the almond rose water but the flower taste was not overwhelming and very good. The non-vegan chocolate sesame doughnut was delicious and rich. If you like fluffy doughnuts this is the place to get them from. A little on the pricy side, it was $18.50 for half a dozen but they're great quality.

Yelp
The smell of wonderfully fresh donuts surrounds you the moment you step into @lechedesserts and you can easily taste it as well. A very soft, moist dough desintergrates in your mouth as you chomp down on these tempting, expertly prepared gourmet donuts ans release the intense flavours of either the silky glaze/icing or enticing filling.
google avatar

Yelp
I think I bought a dozen donuts in two occasions. The quality is there. The donuts are fluffy and it is clear they have a lot of rich ingredients. The price is not there. Way too expansive. The staff was a bit annoyed that I was figuring out what to order. Not much of an issue but when you are paying that much, you get very sensitive how you are welcomed. My guess is that most of their customers are from Westmount and are indifferent of their prices.
google avatar

Yelp
I have been to Léché Desserts many many times!!! The best quality of donuts will be found. Today, I am in the mode of lazy Sunday... since UberEATS deliver from Léché Desserts... we order a pack of 6. It is hard to resist not to finish all of them in one sitting but I thought hard about my behind...;). The dough of the donut is super light and fluffy... so delicious! There are so many flavors of them, personal favorites are white chocolate and brownie. For me, this is best donut shop in Montreal. Since the quality of the donuts are superior, expect the price to be hefty.

Yelp
I'm glad i can check this off our bucket list of sweet shops to check out In Montreal. I've heard nothing but great things about this joint and they live up to their reputation. Amazing flavours and rich and creamy donuts. We got a box of 6 and decided to split one and then right after had to split another! Favourite ones are passion fruit/ Boston cream :)

Yelp
Great selection of vegan donuts, not just that one option you usually find in most places. And no, these aren't baked donuts, these are deliciously fried and iced to perfection. I tried the coconut lime one and it tasted like a cocktail in a donut form! I also love me some classics and raspberry filled donuts fill my heart all the way The vegan donuts, although vegan, were quite fluffy and pillowy and not greasy at all.
google avatar

Camille R.

Yelp
Bought 6 donuts last week. They didn't have the two flavours I wanted when I called in advance (apple and pumpkin) so it was already a bit disappointing. We ate them the next day and I was not too impressed to be honest. I found the donuts a bit dry and the flavours I had were ok.

Yelp
This quaint little bakery in St Henri offers a variety of freshly made doughnuts in a variety of fun flavours. The doughnuts themselves are huge and I simply love the airy and fluffiness of their dough, which isn't surprisingly sweet. The filling and toppings are super delicious and yes, sweet, which adds a nice balance. I can't say I have a favourite but I do prefer the filled doughnuts. Their filled doughnuts are outstanding; lots of filling and really tasty. From the Boston Cream to the Lemon Meringue, one is more than enough to fill you up. They also have a variety of vegan doughnuts that are just as good, like one my other faves, the peanut butter and jelly. The space itself is small and offers limited seating with just a table in the back but in the summer months they have picnic tables in the front where you can sit and enjoy your dessert with a coffee. Yes, there's coffee! There's also salad and sandwiches, and juices, perfect for a nice lunch. This spot is my go to for doughnuts, not only cause it's close to my place, but because of the quality and deliciousness of their baked goods. The only reason I give them 4 stars is because of the price; one doughnut will set you back about 4$ but they are so worth it!

Yelp
This place has delicious homemade donuts. In fact, I just ate one and a half... and I can't move as I type this review. My wife and I split a Boston cream and a raspberry filled, but she quit on me after a half. No problem--I'll take one for the team. The donuts at Léché Desserts are just a touch less sweet than donuts from a chain, which I like. Granted, $3.50 for a glazed donut and $4.00 for a filled option may seem pricey, but they're scrumptious. And who has a donut every day? The store has seating for about 10 people at tables, and another 6 along a counter. It's a comfortable place with frickin delicious donuts. What else do you need to know?

Ana C.

Yelp
These are good donuts. Sometimes the van taste a bit old and dry, but most times are good. I've tried the cheesecake, white chocolate and lime and coconut.
google avatar

Yelp
OMG those donuts are amazing!! :D so much choice, so big and so tasty! there is even one with some bacon on it! you have to taste them!!!

Yelp
This place is nicely tucked away in an industrial area. I decided to come by after I saw them on the show "you gotta eat here". It was a shame they didn't have either donuts that were featured on the show, the pineapple or the lemon meringue. I went with an almond rose donut and a lemon lavender glazed. The almond rose donut was terrible, it was hardened like it was stale, I was not impressed, it was $3.25~ The lemon lavender glazed donut was much better, it was very tasty, stuffed too much though, and the lavender was a bit overpowering. It was $3.60~ They have an offer for buy 1 donut and coffee for $4.40.

Yelp
Speed of service not a priority but it is after all a gentrified area of town ... not like the old days ... get in pay up and get out ... product was good

Yelp
I've been here a couple of times. I've also had their doughnuts at various events and places. It is quiet a small and tight bakery. They do have some tables and chairs for you to enjoy your food but the waiting area is quite small. They have an open concept kitchen. I ordered a dozen doughnuts which cost $30. These are fancy, delicious and scrumptious doughnuts. They're not comparable to timmies. My favourite has to be the coconut lime doughnut. My server was very helpful in helping me make a selection. Please note: I eat halal food so normally I ask whether certain foods contain alcohol/animal byproducts. The server told me most of the doughnuts with a filling contains pork gelatin. Knowing that she helped me make my selection which I'm grateful for. I enjoyed all the yummy doughnuts and will be going in the future.

Yelp
I was watching a YouTube vlog about Montreal where they featured this gem. Im so glad to try their dessert. I Bought half a dozen for $18.50 and it didn't disappoint. I just love their doughnuts! Not too sweet and they have the most perfect dough! I will surely come back during my next visit in Montreal!

Yelp
Boyfriend and I completed a 52 hike challenge last year. This might look backwards but we decided to do something we love more...donuts! This year we are going to do 52 different donut shops in 52 weeks. Shop 1 - Léché Desserts in Montreal, Canada We trekked through the snow to get here. Boy were we excited. Sadly, they ran out on a lot of the good ones. Boyfriend got the passionfruit and I got the maple. Maple was typical and alright but damn was the passionfruit good. He was sweet and gave me the bigger piece. I want more!! #Maple vs. #Passionfruit () #DonutShopOne #52DonutChallenge #WeJustDonutGiveADamn #GringoAndAChina #Doughnuts #Donuts

Yelp
Leche Desserts is a small little retro-esque bakery and coffee shop that specializes in gourmet donuts. I really liked reading about their mission and values, such as appreciating teamwork, giving back to the community, and supporting women causes. Located in the St. Henri neighborhood, a variety of donut flavors are offered, such as Lime Coconut, Boston Cream, Peanut Butter & Jam, Maple Glaze, White Chocolate, etc. I tried the Grapefruit Poppyseed, the Berry Cheesecake, and the Creamsicle. I was actually pretty disappointed with all of them, as while the donuts themselves looked large, fluffy, and pretty, the taste was dry/stale-like, starchy, and did not even taste anything to that of the flavor chosen. The taste was just too subtle, and it was a let-down T___T The bakery itself seemed cute, and it was a little hard to find, as it was situated in an older building off of Rue de Courcelle. The staff were also not too friendly, and when inquired about the different flavors that they had in the case, it seemed like it was a chore. Maybe offering labels for each of the donuts, perhaps? Getting here was a bit out of the way for me, and ultimately, not worth it. +not-so-friendly staff T___T +dry/stale-like, flavorless donuts T___T +situated in an older building off of Rue de Courcelle

Yelp
Léché Doughnuts would gave a hard-on to any diabetic, but its lust gets lost in the taste and price. At $22 for half a dozen (6x donuts), you would wish Krispy Kreme was still around Montreal. Nevertheless, Léché has an interesting approach on flavours offered.
google avatar

Donna V.

Yelp
Their donuts are super delish and totally worth the drive to... if you have not been yet, what are you waiting for? They are located in St-Henri and recently opened a location in the old Port of Montreal... They also have delicious lunch menus worth exploring. Kudos to Léché Desserts for their consistency!
google avatar

Yelp
Great great donuts, tons of flavours to choose from. Some interesting ones are double chocolate with brownie, passion fruit, lavender, caramel with bacon, tiramisu. I got 8 and those flavours were the best. The donut themselves were soft and airy. You can easily tell they are way different from Tim Hortons and obviously way better too. The sizes were a bit too big for my taste, it they were smaller, I will be more satisfied. Given the bigger size, the donut gets too sweet in the end. Still, solid donuts and probably the best in Montreal!
google avatar

Gabriella F.

Yelp
Very disappointed with this place. I saw it on the Food Network and was really expecting something crazy. First they are really expensive 13$ for 6. Obviously they are better than anything from Tim's. But not worth the almost 1 hour drive and detour. Flavors are different and interesting. The best one by far is the coconut lime one. They didn't have the famous lemon-meringue donut so we asked how long it would take to make. They said 10 minutes. We ended up waiting over 50. And the waitresses seemed bothered when I asked them questions.
google avatar

Mary H.

Yelp
$3.05 each or 6 for $15. Bought a box of 6 and tried lime & coco, passion fruit and pistachio cream. All 3 were very good...especially the passion fruit one! Pistachio and maple bacon are only available on weekends.
google avatar

Yelp
We were excited to go try some crazy donuts, but when we got there, there was only one flavour of donut left. That's fine. It's probably because they are really good. The thing that bothered me was the customer service. The lady at the counter was rude and did not seem to want to talk to us and answer our questions. We left disappointed but we decided to order them in advance online. The online orders are made 24h in advance. A lady called the next to confirm my order and tell me that 2 of the options online were not available anymore. Okay fine but why are they online if there aren't any left. We chose two new flavours that were not on the website. We gave our card information only to be called an hour later to say that they can't deliver the donuts. We either had to cancel or choose a different time. I have not tried the donuts yet and I'm not sure i'll pursue them anymore.

Yelp
Been coming here for a while now , despite having had a bad rep not too long ago ,the owner responded to it , it seems justified. The place looks clean and the donuts are clearly made with love , this place will definitely go down in the books , and they experiment with things that most people wouldn't. They tend to change up the donut menu from time to time and this time I tried a half dozen variety, the one that stood out the most was the rosemary donut. I was very surprised that I enjoyed it so much because I hate rosemary as is but for some odd reason rosemary I donut works perfectly and Léché donuts manage to do just that. Putting in ingredients that you're not sure works and making it work perfectly. Well done once again , and i will keep coming back for more!

Yelp
Léché Desserts is one of the very few independent doughnut places this city has to offer. I went last weekend for a small Saturday morning treat. I was greeted by an eclectic selection of doughnuts, including Smores, Lemon Meringue, Passion Fruit, Piña Colada, among other deliciousnesses, a rustic setting and a warm, smiling clerk, more than willing to share the doughnut goodness. I took one Lemon Meringue, one Pistachio, and one Raspberry and Cream Cheese, which I shared with another person. Whoever made these doughnuts had the green light to go BIG, BIG and BIGGER: these bad boys are really large and the filling (when applicable) very GENEROUS (perhaps too generous?) Saying anything other than praise would be criminal.
google avatar

Annie B.

Yelp
I really hate to give such a low rating but I tried so hard to like this place. I got birthday donuts from here once, the brownie donut was much too salty, couldn't finish it, the cheesecake one was falling apart and the lemon meringue was melting. I wasn't very impressed. Not what you expect given the price of the donuts. I gave them another try, huge mistake. I called to put aside 4 donuts early that morning as I was going to pick them up in the afternoon. When I got there; the girl at the counter said she ran out of the ones I put aside.... really??? what's the point in reserving donuts and making the trip to the store if you're going to sell them before I can get there. Really disappointed and poor customer service. On top of it, she told me that one was a cinnamon flavor but it was key lime pie. Way to go. Won't be back.
google avatar

Edmary S.

Yelp
These donuts were delicious! They are light, airy, not greasy, & taste perfectly sweet. I appreciate a good doughnut that's not overly sweet or greasy. We ordered a s'mores, vegan coco lime, vegan passion fruit, maple, raspberry frosting, and pistachio beignet. Our favorite was the vegan passion fruit! I'll definitely come back here when visiting Montreal!
google avatar

Yelp
Léché Desserts has a variety of unique donut flavours - they also serve sandwiches and coffee. It's worth mentioning there were vegan donut options as well. I got a white chocolate filled donut which was just out of this world. A plain donut rolled in sugar, filled with buttery white chocolate cream. A lot of places mess up white chocolate by making it way too sweet but this was just delicious. I also tried a breakfast sandwich which was egg, goat cheese, peppers and spinach on an English muffin. It was scrumptious. They also had some insane breakfast sandwich option that comes on a maple donut - I would be so intrigued to try that one if they offer if again. The service was friendly and quick, I'd definitely be back to try their other donut flavours.

Yelp
I had previously given Leche a 5* rating but they've since gone down to a 4*. I'm a loyal customer who works in the building and have brought many people to try their food & doughnuts over the years but my last experience was disappointing. I asked for a pesto, mozzarella and tomato grilled cheese only to be told that they had run out of bread. It seems a little odd for a bakery to run out of bread. So instead, I got the turkey sandwich, which was stale and very dry :( Their chick pea salad was delicious so my experience was so-so. Their service is hit or miss depending on who you get, with very long waits and a minimum effort from staff members. It's not the Leche experience that I'm used to. Their iced coffee and doughnuts are usually very tasty. My faves are: cheesecake, white chocolate, boston cream, lime & coconut (vegan), chocolate mousse and strawberry jam (vegan).

Yelp
Location: In the Southwest, in a spot you wouldn't expect to find a doughnut shop. I walked over so can't confirm 100% that there is street parking available - I think there might be but not on de Courcelle. The place: It's a small storefront really, with a large kitchen at the back. I don't recall if there's any seating indoors (sorry, I was very focused on using the restroom and distracted by the smell of doughnuts). There are two picnic tables outside, though. The goods: First off, I am not a doughnut person. The last time I ate a doughnut was in NYC, in July 2016. I remember this because it was a f*cking awesome doughnut. Anyway, I'd been out taking photos for a few hours and I was hungry. I was in the area - these guys were there. I decided to go with the maple-bacon doughnut. It was awesome. There's not much more I can say about that other than, go buy one and stuff your face. They had several other flavors so I guess I'll have to go back to do some taste testing. The doughnuts were fresh and TASTY! Service: OK Price point: I can't remember. It took me too long to write my review!

Yelp
Dude, do you fucking Canadians even Yelp bro? This place is the motherfuckin shiznit and at 16 reviews I would've thought otherwise too. But no, I was wrong just like you for not posting more reviews. You lazy Canucks. Nestled in a building not far from the wrong side of the tracks (literally) I nearly tripped even though my dumb 'murica self did not see the huge sign in English that says to watch my step. We got a bakers dozen and I'm going to make love to them later and make my own icing. God bless 'murica

Yelp
Omg There are literally NO WORDS to describe the heavenly, amazing, otherworldly, delicious, foodgasmic, and outstanding doughnuts that are birthed in this magical place! I've literally tried all the flavours, and of course some are way better than others: passion fruit (please try it, and buy me six dozen while you're at it), blueberry cheesecake (mmmmmmmmmm), winter edition hot chocolate (yum for days), lemon meringue (be still my beating heart)...... Sorry where was I? GO HERE IF YOU HAVEN'T ALREADY! Literally, these will be the best thing you ever put in your mouth. Seriously. Also, my birthday is on Boxing Day in case you want to buy me a present. This is what I want. An endless supply of Léché Dessert doughnuts. Please and thank you! Ps. The evil genius behind these doughnuts needs to win a Nobel Prize!
google avatar

Yelp
Yummy donuts that taste lighter because they are baked, rather than fried. It is fluffier and doesn't have that cloyingly sweet taste, which I really enjoyed. The topping are all gourmet. We had the coconut lime sugar and maple bacon, but other good choices include white chocolate mousse, sugar and spice, peanut butter stuffed with jelly, smores, and meringue. The coconut lime sugar is perfect for a quick, not too heavy, snack. The maple bacon was definitely more indulgent. The maple and bacon flavors tasted infused into the donut. Street parking in a nondescript location. Prices are $2.65 per donut, $13 for half-dozen, or $23 for a dozen. We didn't know about the prices until after, otherwise, we might have just splurged for the dozen for best value. ;)

Yelp
Krispy Kreme need to step up their game, because Léché desserts is way better. Before I knew this place existed, Krispy Kreme used to be my favorite donut place, but Léché desserts just proved that I don't know anything about donuts. My wife and I found this place on yelp and after looking at their website, we decided to add it to our "Must Go" list in Montreal. Man, i'm glad we decided to go, because we were treated to the best donuts we've ever had. We arrived at the end of the day around 4:30pm, so there weren't many donuts left, but we still were able to score some super legit donuts. As soon as we walk in the place, we smelled deliciousness in the air! I love the smell of fresh donuts/pastries, and this place seems to make them fresh everyday. They have an open kitchen so you can see the pastry chefs making art in the kitchen, and the staff are super friendly and cool. My wife ordered the White Chocolate Mousse donut, and I ordered the Boston creme. They both were super delicious. We were extremely satisfied and glad that we walk through the ghetto to get to this place! I can't say that I will never go back to Krispy Kreme again, because I don't live in Montreal. I live in Orlando, FL, and unfortunately, Orlando doesn't have a Léché desserts YET (hint hint). If you live in the Montreal area, please visit this place. If you're visiting the Montreal area like I did, please add it to your list of places to go. You will not regret it!

Yelp
I wanted to LOVE this place and these donuts. They are beautiful and the flavors sound amazing! However (at least today) the six pack I got were awful. The base is the same for all the donuts, and they were greasy and tasted of oil. They were also chewy in a way donuts shouldn't be. Were they fried twice? Yesterday's donuts re-fried to feel new? The toppings are super tasty, but the actual donut tastes like a vat of oil, and not particularly fresh. Maybe they're having an off day. Maybe it's always like this. As an American from Los Angeles I love a donut and a fancy donut. This was absolutely awful, and made me angry about spending $20.

Yelp
Policeman or not, this should be everyone's first stop in the morning. From far away, this place is hard to spot because the name of the shop is blurred by the window's grill on the door. So try to look for the shop sign instead. Open the door, take a step inside, make sure to watch your step, and you're welcomed to an open kitchen on the left. You can see the gals there making all sorts of confection. I find it entertaining to watch them work and dance around to the sound of the radio while I'm waiting in line. As expected from a place making desserts all day, the service is very friendly. Who wouldn't be happy working in such an environment? So are you worried to have only a speck of strawberry jam in your doughnuts? Then rest assured because their stuffed doughnuts are ballooned with fillings. It's truly a pleasure to sink your teeth into one these light and airy yeast doughnuts. I recommend trying the lemon meringue doughnuts. Sweet and tart, they're totally worth the toothache.

Yelp
I visited Leche Dessert 3 times. I always take my time to order by callin, I'm very glateful they offer that service. I recommend doing the same, they do have rush hours! This time we ordered a box of 6.... and we shared on with one of their delicious latte. I'd recommend the Baileys (season) white chocolate, Tiramisu. For a little more adventurous pick the maple & bacon or the chocolate brownies.. I'm hoping they bring back the s'mores and pistachio! And that they refresh their webpage: lots have changed since then!

Yelp
Over Christmas and New Years they had no delivery. No problem! They suggested we try Uber Eats. At -40 degrees, it was a great idea. Uber Eats came in 20 minutes with a box of 12 mixed donuts. Counting paying Uber $5.00 and taxes, it was exactly $40. A bargain! The donuts were delicious and a real hit with our 18-month old. We'll go there when it's warmer!

Yelp
We were looking for a light morning meal when we found this delicious donut bakery. The food quality was excellent and it was the most delicious donut I've ever had. Cozy atmosphere, wonderful grilled cheese with bacon and caramelized onions. The raspberry filled donut was to die for - so light and luscious.

Yelp
Woke up early in the morning to buy donuts from here and it was worth it. Bought a dozen for $30. Coming from New York, after exchange rate it came out to about 24 USD which is a great price for the quality of donuts available here. All the donuts we had were amazing. The Boston cream was chocolatey and the cream was not overly sweet. Maple glazed tasted like eating a pancake, was so good. I had to try the vegan donuts as well. Got the passion fruit and lime coconut...they were great. Could not even tell they were vegan. They were making fresh donuts behind the counter and there was also a film crew filming probably for a show. That itself shows how good these donuts are!

Yelp
Been here once and tried 5 different donuts. I have to say they're among the best donuts I've ever had. Mostly because of the exotic tastes. When they say it tastes like coconut or passion fruit, it really does taste and smell like it. The raspberry jam one is made with real rasberries. The cheesecake one is filled with a more runny version of a real cheesecake, topped with jam and graham crumbles. All in all, all the tastes are pretty authentic and worth a try. That said, I probably won't go back unless I'm in the area. The first time is fun because of all the flavours, but I know I'll never have a craving for them. The price is up there too. I would definitely suggest to try it if you never did, because it still is a great experience the first time.

Yelp
Stumbled on this hidden gem while doing a job interview in the same building. While the job interview was a waste of time, having one of their chocolate donuts made the world go round again! Try the tiramisu or the dulce de lecce donuts, or if you are in an adventurous mood the smores donut! Big thumbs up that they use all natural ingredients and are freshly made right in front of your eyes (and drooling mouth). That's all you need to know!

Yelp
Doughnuts kicked up several notches. Pastry chef, Josie, brings her culinary expertise and experience to blend flavors that are exciting and just make sense. I have a tie for favorites. The coconut lime...a gorgeous raised doughnut covered with fresh lime zest and shredded coconut. The white chocolate mousse...filled with just the right amount of rich, delicious mousse and topped with large, white chocolate shavings. Perfection! Friendly staff. Clean restrooms. Fun branding. Open kitchen.
