"If you’ve driven down East MLK at any point in the last month, you may have noticed a converted school bus painted like the Puerto Rican flag parked outside of a seemingly-abandoned gas station. Turn around and park the car, because this new food truck is making some of our favorite Puerto Rican food in town. The menu changes a bit from day to day, but some of the staples you can expect to find are roast piglet, rice with pigeons, mofongo, and tostones. And every Sunday, they roast a whole pig, so plan accordingly. We usually get a plate of whatever they recommend for the day. I ordered a whole pig for a party of 20. The pig came with rice w/gadules . The most expensive rice I ever paid. Besides it was a small pig. The was not meat at all. the burned skin was holding the rice. The skinny legs and the small head and that was it. Imposible express how embarrassed was when we open the box at home. If you appreciate your money I do not recommend this place at all. We ended up throwing the mini pig to the trash. I will post pic.

This location was closed previously and I see why. This is how they feed their customers. This comes after multiple times of them sending the chicken so burnt that it’s rock solid and pretty much inedible. Not only that but they charge the same price for family combos yet run on sending a one liter soda instead of a two liter. If it was up to me I’d close the restaurant down. I wouldn’t feed this to my worst enemy, and if I could give it negative stars I would.

Nice dominican based restaurant located in the bronx offering staples from the carribean. Small but very welcoming customer service was wonderful and the food was pretty good. Overall I would go again but would just ask for my good to be piping hot 🔥.

The place is calm in a somewhat nice neighborhood the food was very good just needed to get it a little bit better. The seating and the service wasn't the best but would be good for a little stop on the road. They have a variety of latino food to pick and choose from and the drinks are good, after ur meal you can end it off with a nice dessert or something else
