Houston's Restaurant & Bar Openings 2024 - Houston - The Infatuation

"With the opening of Le’Drip Coffee And Tea, a Vietnamese-focused coffee shop in Dun Huang Plaza, Chinatown continues to diversify its already deeply varied portfolio of restaurants and cafes. And while most Vietnamese spots serve a version of iced coffee, Le’Drip adds in a lot of new flavors—like ube, pandan, and guanabana—to coffee and different dessert drinks. " - Chelsea Thomas, Gianni Greene

Drip Tea Review - Capitol Hill - Seattle - The Infatuation

"The day that Drip Tea ran out of vanilla soft serve for a Tiger Boba sundae was the best day of our lives as we were then forced to have it with their ube soft serve instead. We’ll always order it with ube from now on, because the earthy purple sweet potato combined with a kind-of-nutty brown sugar syrup drizzle and chewy tapioca pearls could totally beat up a hot fudge sundae in a street fight. And, the yam-and-brown-sugar situation gets us excited for Thanksgiving no matter what time of year it is." - Aimee Rizzo

Google
I like that they focused on quality by having a smaller menu rather than having a large variety. Located in the Dun Huang plaza, the interior is small but a few tables to sit here and there. They import their coffee from Vietnam. Viet coffee when done right should be rich and creamy. Definitely hit the spot. I love my Viet coffee and this did not disappoint. It's rare to find a good egg coffee but this is one of my faves spot to get it. I have also tried their sugarcane and refreshers. I like their consistent quality and the service is quick and friendly. Highly recommend to check out.

Google
Nut allergy friendly coffee, can't speak for the pastries. This is one of the priciest black coffees I've ever had, but it was seriously one of the best. The flavor notes truly came out in an intense coffee. I usually don't feel anything from coffee but I really got a wake up call in the evening. I'd definitely go again if I'm in the area and want a sugar free drink. Their bac siu is amazing too, great creamier version of a Vietnamese coffee.

Google
Loved this place! Their iced tea (had peach) is simply delicious. They even put a real peach in it for more flavor. Highly recommend! Also very clean and neat atmosphere with a nice interior design. Good for studying too - they have WiFi and tables to sit.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while but have put it off for one reason or another. Le’Drip is dripping with flavor and style. I like the ambience of the small cafe. Weekends look pretty packed with lots of young folks enjoying their weekend but weekdays seem more relaxed with all the youngsters in school. There’s not a lot of room but enough for you to comfortably sit and visit. The music playing in there is trendy. I heard a Chris Stapleton song once while waiting for my order. The staff is very nice, helpful and polite. I always appreciate great customer service. The drinks are very good. I don’t find many places that get ca phê trứng (Egg Coffee) right, especially iced. Le’Drip impressed me with their version. I thoroughly enjoyed the stout Vietnamese coffee taste. In my opinion whether ca phê sữa đá or otherwise, the coffee has to be legit and strong or it throws everything else off. If you want a sweeter coffee try Bác Xíu (White Coffee), which is much sweeter. The ca phê trứng however was exceptional compared to others I’ve tried recently. On a whim, I tried the Soursop Thai Tea. It’s good but too sweet for me. If sweetness is your weakness, by all means, you may love this drink. Le’Drip has impressed me so far and I’ll return to try other drinks in the future.

Google
Nice little cafe located in the popular Chinatown shopping area. Good range of selection of drinks, ordered reduced sugar Viet Coffee and Padang Viet Coffee, they were really well made!! But one common thing surprised me and simply can't believe was that owners expect customer to pay tips for takeaway food, simply to subsidise the workers' wage?! The final bill was asking 20%+ tips on top of well-priced drinks!!! Therefore 3 Stars!

Google
We had the coco coffee and lychee black tea. Both drinks taste good for us, sweet like coconut and lychee. Took a while to get our drinks but other than that will be coming here instead of Starbucks, more bang for your buck. Drinks start $4&up.

Google
I enjoyed the Ube Cheese Coffee. The sweetness uplifted the bitterness of the coffee. It’s pretty strong so drink with caution. I was zooming! The space is small so a line easily forms and then you’re kinda stuck outside waiting for your drink. They make it quick though so it’s not a long wait. Parking can be a little rough since it’s in one of the most busiest Chinatown centers.

Google
I've been coming here on a weekly basis since they opened and let me tell you: this truly has become my favorite coffee shop in all of Htown! This is THE place to go if you're looking for good vietnamese style coffee! The ube cheese coffee is the best! Although small, it is a cozy and beautiful establishment. The staff does an excellent job (especially the owners) in making you feel welcome. They are helpful, polite, and do a wonderful job! Highly recommend for anyone looking for delicious vietnamese style coffee!

Yelp
Decided to try for the first time after seeing it on my FYP so often. Pulled up on a Saturday morning at 9:45 and there was a constant flow of customers going in and out of the door. I was surprised by how busy it was. There is a large variety of drinks and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Pandan bac siu: slight sweetness and very light coconut flavor from the pandan, pairs well with the bitterness of the viet coffee base Coco matcha latte: coconut was very underwhelming and the drink itself was a little too light for my taste Viet coffee: my dad holds his ca phe sua da to very high standards and compares every cup to that of Lee's Sandwiches and he did approve of the viet coffee here, it's pretty strong and just the right ratio of sweet to bitter I thought the nutritional section of the cups were quite witty and cute, I hadn't really seen that before and it was a nice touch. Definitely need to come back to try the ube cheese coffee next.

Yelp
Stopped by leDRIP and tried the Coco Matcha Latte, and it was exactly what I needed--refreshing, smooth, and super balanced. The coconut and matcha blend so well together, not too sweet and really easy to sip on. Perfect drink for a hot day or if you're just looking for something light but flavorful. Cute spot too, and definitely a place I'd come back to for their banana matcha since it's so popular

Yelp
Among the MANY options in Houston Chinatown stands Le'Drip with their focus on Vietnamese coffees and they do it WELL. If you need caffeine and are in the area, you can expect to be well wired here. There are a lot of coffee options with traditional condensed milk to flavored foams and even egg coffee. Don't be put off by egg coffee, its essentially tiramisu cream on coffee, so yes its amazing. I also really like the black sesame one and its a tad lighter on the caffeine. This spot always seems quite busy and crowded, for good reason, but service is fast and they seem to be well oiled in getting you in and out. I wish this were closer to me as I'd probably visit more often but also, maybe its good it is more of a treat for me than a daily option!

Yelp
Tried the hot bac siu with ube foam. I love the first few sips - the sweet/salty ube foam followed by the mellowed out Vietnamese coffee. Delicious! I was sad when the foam part ended! The staff was friendly, it was only a short wait and the inside was tiny yet accommodating for the crowd at the time (Sunday morning). I'll be back to try bac siu with pandan foam!
google avatar

Nhu H.

Yelp
The strawberry matcha latte here is to die for. However, the boba is a little inconsistent. Some pieces were soft and delicious and other pieces were hard and way too chewy. There's very limited seating inside and pretty small so like others have mentioned it's more of an order and go type of establishment. Parking can be hard due to how busy it gets especially on the weekends.
google avatar

Yelp
Oh my days, The Banana Coffee . The cold foam is super foamy and has great banana flavor. It's not artificial flavor tasting, and mixed into the strong Vietnamese coffee makes it a creamy refreshing sweet drink. I honestly l keep coming back for it and rate it 9/10. I've also tried the Banana Matcha but honestly it didn't live up to the hype and wasn't anything crazy. I also thought that the Pandan foam is good, but i'm not super crazy about the combination. My only wish is that there is more seating inside :( It would make for a great study spot but I hear they're opening a massive location in Pearland (?) Anyways, great place and if you're into Banana, you have to try their Banana Coffee

Yelp
Le'Drip - great coffee, matcha, and sugarcane is a solid choice in Houston. We enjoyed our treats so much that we went twice in our visit. Our favorites were salted cheese coffee, matcha, and brown sugar boba (kids menu). My daughter loved hers! Loved that there's non-caffeinated options for the littles and it's called out on their menu so you don't have to ask. Service was quick and friendly even though there's a line and ambiance is cute - it's packed both times we went. They even have a display of the coffee dripping (reference on their name Drip) enjoy!

Yelp
I'm a regular here and very much obsessed with this place! Truly the best Vietnamese coffee in Houston. Keep in mind the coffee here is STRONG I've had almost everything on their menu and haven't been disappointed by any! Today we grabbed strawberry matcha (5/5), and regular Vietnamese coffee (5/5). Not pictured is the pandan Viet coffee which is actually my favorite drink from here. Great customer service! The baristas are extremely helpful. Very small shop so if you come in during a busy time you'll be fighting for a spot for sure but they make their drinks extremely fast so you'll be in/out in no time.

Yelp
Another great spot in Houston for the matcha lovers out there! Le'Drip's matcha hits a sweet spot of, well, balanced sweetness and flavor. Something that I have noticed is that combining matcha with other flavors can result in whatever added flavor overtaking the matcha, but that wasn't the case here! Their coco matcha was a great blend of both flavors with balanced sweetness, it was smooth to sip on through a conversation with my friend. Their store is quite small with very little seating. This is definitely more of a grab-and-go type of deal, which works fine since it's located right in chinatown. This place is usually packed, but orders came out relatively quickly. Check this place out!!

Yelp
Pandan bac siu - 10/10 - Coffee was a perfect balance of strong and sweet, the pandan foam (vanilla and coconut) made the drink so creamy Strawberry matcha w/lychee jelly - 8/10 - Jelly was so good but i could barely taste the matcha
google avatar

Yelp
Le'Drip is nested inside the busy and popular Sun Huang plaza. There's lots of parking but beware, it can get super busy on weekends. They have a ton of different options that are super unique. I got the lychee matcha which had a balance between the sweet lychee and bitter matcha. It's not bad did but I think I prefer the pandan back siu better. It looks modern inside though the space is small so it's good for friendly gatherings. Staff are friendly and nice. I hope this place stays!

Yelp
The inside is nice with vibrant greenery. Service is 5/5. I'm one of those customers that always has questions. She helped explain the different flavors. This place was recommended to me by others. I wanted to try their Vietnamese coffee. I had the egg coffee cause I was looking for a sweeter taste. Unfortunately I'm not a coffee drinker so my body couldn't handle the caffeine lol. It was nice in the moment but then my body was getting jittery. My appetite was suppressed etc lol. Just don't make the same mistake as me. I also happened to inhale the cocoa powder on top of my egg coffee lol. Don't do that either. Next time I want to try their matcha latte, Nutella coffee, and ube drink (might see if they can do decaf). In my ideal world I would be able order three drinks just to try them lol but I'm not around too often so we'll have to come back.
google avatar

Kirsten D.

Yelp
10/10 always. I've never had a bad drink here. I ordered these ahead and I'm glad I did. There was a line out the door like there always is on the weekends. So their service was quick and satisfactory. Ambiance is cozy too but I never stuck around to enjoy it plus it's always crowded because it's become so popular and for good reason. Strawberry Match Latte -10/10 Salted Cheese Foam Viet Coffee - 10/10 I'll be back! (I always come back anyways )

Yelp
A friend of mine works here and recommended our friend group to try it after lunch. It was a small place with a simple menu which I liked. The viet coffee was very rich and bold, my only critique about this place is that you cannot customize the sweetness level (at least there was no sign or notice on the menu). I have a relatively low tolerance for sugar and so while the viet coffee was delicious, it was also way too sweet for me and it ended up taking me all day to finish it. Personally, I wouldn't come back just because it's too much for my taste, but many of my other friends enjoyed it so I would not try to deter anyone from trying them out! In the end it just comes down to personal preference. But the employees were very nice and talkative, making conversation while we waiting for our drinks.
google avatar

Linda N.

Yelp
The drinks were delicious! The workers were friendly and efficient. Our drinks came out very quickly. The shop is small but not crowded. The strawberry matcha with strawberry cap was refreshingly yummy. Hubs got egg coffee which was also very good. The banh bao was also warm and wonderful on a rainy day. Would definitely come back for more.
google avatar

Yelp
I got the pandan bac sui and my friend got the salted sesame bac sui. Both are viet coffee. I really enjoyed the pandan bac sui. I wish it had more pandan flavor but it was still good. My friend really enjoyed her salted sesame bac sui. We also went back again a different day and got different drinks. I got the soursop mojito that time. Based on my experience, I think their coffee drinks are better than their regular drinks.
google avatar

Yelp
Le'Drip was so busy when we came in, but we only had to wait around 10 minutes for our drink! I was pleasantly surprised by that, and the fact that the small cafe still manages to have ~good vibes~ despite the small space. I LOVED my Black Sugar Matcha Latte. All my friends thought it was way too sweet but I really enjoyed that the black sugar didn't drown out the matcha taste. My friend didn't like her Vanilla Matcha Latte though and I have to agree, it didn't taste like vanilla at all, just extra syrup. So I'd recommend the black sugar but not the vanilla :)
google avatar

Natalie F.

Yelp
Some of the best matcha I've tasted and so good I went two days in a row for the same drink. The black sugar matcha latte was the perfect mix of sweet and earthy. They don't serve food save for a few prepackaged snacks and a steamed bun (which was pretty good if a little oversteamed.) A very popular cafe with not a lot of space inside, you'll definitely wait in line. But service is pretty quick and it's absolutely worth it.
google avatar

Yelp
Highlight: Iced Lychee Matcha Latte with Oat Milk The menu has a wide variety of unique drinks. I've never seen lychee matcha before so had to give it a try. Wasn't a big fan, the lychee's taste overpowered the matcha so I couldn't get a good gauge of how I felt about the matcha itself. Hospitality: Friendly staff, got my drinks about 3 minutes after ordering. Honorable Mention: Has wifi but the music is a bit loud. Limited seating. I would want to go back and try their other drinks.

Yelp
Le Drip is the place when you think of typing in the YouTube search bar "cozy cafe ambiance smooth jazz for work", music. Quite literally. It's just that vibe, and I'm all about it. (when it's not crazy packed) Over the years, this suite has been quite a few establishments, and now it's Le'Drip. And you know what? This has quite possibly been one of the BEST openings of this suite take over in such a long time. The coffee is just unmatched. The teas are flavorful. The sparkling drinks are refreshing. And the matcha selection doesn't taste like dirt and is mixed so well, it puts Starbucks to shame. They source their coffee beans straight from the motherland of Vietnam, and we all know Vietnamese coffee is truly the best. (biased here, but in my humble opinion) Le'Drip is the place where I come in and say to myself, "I'm going to try something new", each time. That's just how good each drink is. I don't want to commit to just one favorite drink each time I come in. I want to get the full experience that Le'Drip has to offer. I even opened up my notes app on my phone and wrote down a list of each drink I've tried so far and rated each one. And I'm on a mission to drink the entire menu. The quality of this place shows. You best believe I'm ordering a large with every opportunity. Tempted to splurge on a sweatshirt. You know, support this place. I hope Le'Drip stays for the long haul.
google avatar

Eina D.

Yelp
Nevermind that I couldn't choose just one cup of coffee, but the drinks here got me so wired. I got the Nutella latte, which only faintly tasted like Nutella, as well as the pandan bac siu, which was my favorite of the two. It was light, creamy, and sweetened to perfection. Will definitely be back to try the others!
google avatar

Dena D.

Yelp
Stopped by Le Drip to try their drinks after seeing a lot of hype -- and I'm glad I did! The space is modern and bright, with plenty of natural light and plants that make it feel cozy yet stylish. I wish the interior was bigger though. It was a little small but a great study spot if you are able to snag yourself a table. I ordered the Banana Coffee and the Vanilla Matcha. The banana coffee was the standout -- smooth, creamy, and just the right balance of banana and espresso. It's unique but not overpowering. Highly recommend if you're looking for something fun and different. The vanilla matcha was just okay. It did the job and satisfied the matcha craving, but the flavor wasn't as rich or bold as I hoped. Still a solid choice if you want something light and refreshing. Would definitely come back to explore more of their menu. Great vibe and friendly staff too!
google avatar

Wendy Rubio H.

Yelp
Le Drip is my current obsession! I've tried the banana matcha, lychee matcha, and strawberry matcha all amazing in their own way. Each flavor is well balanced, not too sweet, and you can tell they use quality ingredients. I still need to try the brown sugar matcha, and I already know it's going to be just as good. My husband had the coffee and he loved it too it's safe to say we're both fans. It's a bit of a drive for us, but totally worth it. Anytime I'm in the area, I make sure to stop by. Great drinks definitely one of my favorite spots right now.
google avatar

Sophia N.

Yelp
I'm not a huge fan when it comes to matcha, but my daughter told me about Le'Drip's Coco Matcha Latte and persuaded me to try it. What sold me with this drink was the coconut flavor and the matcha is not overpowering. I also had their iced coco coffee, it's an absolute favorite of mine. My brother had their iced viet coffee and he described it as a perfect balance of sweet and bitterness. Le'Drip is one my top go-to for coffee/matcha drinks. Can't wait until they announce where their second location will be located.
google avatar

Sandra P.

Yelp
Just trust me and get the pandan bac sui. OMG it is sooo good. I wish I could drink it everyday. They had good nondairy milk options so I got mine with oat milk. It was perfect. The pandan foam is sooo good. I could eat spoonfuls of just that. Space is super tight inside so expect to stand in line but take it to go! Can't wait to go back and try their egg coffee
google avatar

Nhu L.

Yelp
Houston leaves no room for more coffee or bubble tea shop and I didn't want to feed into the hype but my gosh Le Drip is above the rest. I absolutely enjoy their banana foam coffee SOOOO much! The hype is real with this place and I'll have to stop by here every time I'm in Houston. The service is quick and the ambiance is a tiny little coffee shop so it isn't a good meeting place to drink coffee and talk. But this is great for on the go coffee!
google avatar

Hong-an T.

Yelp
Service here was super quick I got my drink right after I ordered! I loved the balance of the strawberry milk and matcha! Perfect mix.
google avatar

Ciara N.

Yelp
Yall the coffee here was delicious. I've had it mid day at work via delivery and I've also had it from the store. Both are good the test is consistent. I love pandan. And to get it in a foam form on my coffee...? Yes please. Take my money! The parking right in front of the store is horrible. But the service was pretty fast. Got our drinks in less than 5 minutes. Few small tables inside but this seems more like a place where u order it and take it to go. Love it. Would recommend!
google avatar

Genevieve A.

Yelp
Cute little cafe! I tried their Pandan Bac Siu and omg! I'm not even really a coffee girl but Vietnamese coffee is so good! The coffee taste wasn't overpowering at all. I came right at opening and was first in line but there were literally like 7 people right behind me so I know it gets busy! Definitely a staple spot!
google avatar

Yasmin S.

Yelp
This cafe was bookmarked on Yelp for a while, and since I was in the bellaire area, I decided to give it a try. The inside is very small, with a few tables to sit at. I decided to try the coconut matcha latte with boba. The drink itself was ok, but I was expecting more coconut flavor. The drink was very earthy from the matcha, but I enjoyed it. The boba was sweet, but was a little too firm(undercooked). Next visit, I'd love to try the sugarcane.
google avatar

Ashley W.

Yelp
Tried the Egg Vietnamese Coffee at L'Drip, and it was a really unique experience! It was about $7 after tax. The egg cream top had an interesting flavor, kind of like the crème brûlée toppings at boba shops. The coffee itself was bold and while the drink is definitely on the sweeter side, I really enjoyed it.
google avatar

Tim C.

Yelp
We enjoyed two different iced coffee drinks. The iced Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk was done very well. My wife enjoyed and shared her iced coco coffee drink. They have a menu on their door that shows frappes but they don't do these any more.
google avatar

Yelp
This place is very cozy. The drinks was very tasteful and the coffee was very delightful. The service was very friendly.

Yelp
I have been addicted to the modern style Vietnamese coffee so when we were planning a trip to Houston to visit friends, I had to search for a spot to get my morning fixes. That's when I came across Le'Drip Coffee and Tea! One morning after breakfast, we stopped by Le'Drip to get ourselves a pick-me-up. I decided to go for their pandan bac siu. Bac siu is Vietnamese coffee but more milky -- pretty much a Vietnamese style latte. Then they have pandan foam made with whipping cream to top it off. When you drink it, it get some coffee and some pandan foam in each sip. Theirs was really delicious! The pandan complimented the latte so well -- it was so smooth and not extremely sweet. I really enjoyed it! If I lived in Houston, this would be my to-go coffee place! Definitely recommend!
google avatar

Rosie W.

Yelp
10 stars! We stayed in Houston for 3 days and ended up going to le' drip twice! If you're looking for strong Vietnamese coffee, this is the right place for you. I like the variety of flavors. We ended up getting the pandan and coconut the first day. The pandan had a good strong pandan flavor that didn't mask the Vietnamese coffee. The coconut it was also good; both are my favorite. The second day we got the banana one which was a surprise; it had a hint of banana and added a nice sweetness on top of the coffee. Definitely recommend! Service was fast and friendly. There was a line both days but they are pretty fast with their ordering and drinks. We also purchased their drip coffee machine and a bag of coffee beans. Now I can be a little barista at home :)
google avatar

Christie L.

Yelp
Small shop with good coffee options with different types of cold foam. We got: - salted black sesame coffee - ube coffee It was pretty busy but they got our drinks out pretty fast for how busy it was. Overall I would recommend.
google avatar

Mel N.

Yelp
Tried the pandan bac siu and it wasn't bad! The coffee has a good flavor but the pandan kind of tasted more like banana and I'm not sure why? The inside is pretty small and on Christmas of course there's a line out the door but thankfully all the orders came out pretty quickly! Employees are nice and very helpful.
google avatar

Tina D.

Yelp
I enjoyed a couple of their drinks! I love the hot corn tea, and it was only $3 for a cup. Their lime black tea was refreshing. I also got their banana coffee too. The banana flavor is a bit too artificial for me. The service is a bit slow when they were making the drinks.
google avatar

Gin Y.

Yelp
My family and I normally frequented Bunny Tea after dinner for a coffee nightcap. But, Bunny Tea recently went out of business. RIP Bunny Tea. Anyway, we were trying to find a new coffee spot, and happened to find this spot on Yelp. For starters, on a Saturday night, parking in the plaza for this spot is horrendous. I think my parking spot was taken twice from me. There were no parking spots to be found in the parking garage either. When I finally found a parking spot and entered the cafe, there's not a lot of seating inside. It's more of a grab and go location. I ordered the Vietnamese coffee with sesame foam on top. While the coffee was strong, it was too acidic and less creamy for my taste. I didn't taste any sesame flavor either. Now, I didn't try the other drinks yet, but I'm sure they're good. I think, for my preference, I'd like to go to a spot with strong and creamy coffee drinks, ample parking, and ample seating inside. But, if you happen to find parking here and pass by this coffee spot, give them a go and try them out yourself.

Yelp
Finally got to check out Le'Drip and it was a great experience! Ordered 3 drinks for myself cause why not?! I got the pandan bac sui (I love anything pandan flavored), the coco coffee (to remind myself of times I've spent in Vietnam), and the traditional viet coffee. Out of all the drinks I got, the coco coffee was my favorite. It was refreshing and coconut flavor was spot on. Didn't taste artificial or fake. The pandan bac sui was good, but I would have been happier with a stronger pandan flavor. For my niece and nephew they got the black sugar boba milk and the strawberry milk. My niece didn't want the boba, so they gave me a heads up that for next time, they can always sub another topping or just size up for free if she didn't want the boba. Nephew loved his strawberry milk. Really great customer service even for just a pickup order! Def worth checking out if you're in the Chinatown area!
google avatar

Evelyn L.

Yelp
According to TikTok this is the best place to get matcha at. I ordered the matcha latte and I thought it was yummy. I asked for low ice and I still feel like there was a lot. The employees were kind but slow with my preparing my drink. The place was cute and small. I think I would come back again!
google avatar

Matthew C.

Yelp
Amazing coffee. I always stop by whenever I'm in the area. Definitely try the mint chocolate foam.
google avatar

Calvin D.

Yelp
If you like Vietnamese coffee, this is the place to go! They offer a good amount of drink options besides from Vietnamese coffee. I got their pandan and Ube coffee, both were pretty strong. Ube coffee is more dark while pandan is more on the milkier/lighter side. I got my 2 drinks within 5 minutes. Great staff!
google avatar

Yelp
Coffee shop with a strong lineup of bac xiu, Vietnamese white coffee, that uses a condensed milk base. My girlfriend got the ube cheese coffee and I got the pandan bac xiu. It is definitely intense in that fragrant coffee that Vietnamese coffee is known for. The pandan foam was quite nice. It's a little hard to mix it up, so it ends up being more ornamental than really for taste. Hours are a little shorter than most shops, they close at 9pm on a Friday in Chinatown??? That's crazy. And yes parking will be a little difficult, this is one of the most popular plazas for anyone under 40. Definitely give them a shot!

Yelp
The banana coffee I ordered was good. It had a good blend of flavor, it is a bit on the bitter side for the coffee lovers.

Yelp
Le Drip was a good try for us! We aren't locals and were just in search of a place that had drinks similar to what you can find in Southern California and this was pretty close. I think that the variety of drinks offer a little bit of everything to everyone! One thing I did find a little pricey was the add ons. The matcha was bold and tasty. I feel like most places do not do matcha justice, but this place hit the mark for me! And I am a very picky person when it comes to matcha! We ordered a few other drinks but I cannot say how they tasted just cause I didn't try it. The drinks ranged from $6-$8 I believe which is pretty average! The interior of the shop was very small, it is pretty much a grab and go. There is maybe two tables and two benches so it feels more like a waiting area rather than a place to sit down and talk. I think I would recommend buying a drink and then leaving after. Overall, great place to try out!

Yelp
It was super packed the day I went so the wait was long, but regardless the service was friendly! There are a few tables to sit inside but get filled pretty quickly. The vanilla matcha latte was okay. If you like it to be heavy in the vanilla, you would enjoy but I like it when it is more balanced with the matcha. The same goes for the strawberry; it was hard to get the matcha flavor but nonetheless the drinks weren't bad. I would get light ice next time because it was a bit watery.

Yelp
One of the hot spot for coffee here in Chinatown! They serves ca phe sua da and bac xiu, which are favorites among locals and visitors alike. They also offer a variety of flavored foams, such as pandan, egg, and ube, to enhance the coffee experience . Must visit if you're in the area.

Yelp
One of my favorite Vietnamese coffee shops in houston! I've been here a couple time and decided to try something new today. Both drinks were soo good! Service was fast and the staffs were really nice and helpful. Though the inside was kind of small but it could still be a great place for small get together. - kumquat sugarcane: 4.5/5 a super refreshing drink! I always love to add kumquat to my sugarcane because it gives a citrusy flavor which balances out the sweetness of the sugarcane. Our friend who has never tried sugarcane drink before loved it too! It's not overly sweet and doesn't taste artificial either. - brown sugar matcha latte: 4/5 Initially i thought the brown sugar would make the drink really sweet, however, it was actually such a great balance of flavors. They didn't use sweetened matcha powder like a lot of place, so this was already a big plus! I also subbed out whole milk for oat milk which gave the drink more nutty flavors (personal preference).
