We went to this amazing kosher Mexican restaurant to celebrate my mom's birthday, and we had a wonderful experience! The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. Our server, Tamara, was incredibly sweet, polite, and attentive—she really made our visit special. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everything was just perfect. We’ll definitely be going back and will gladly recommend this place to friends and family!

My friends and I dined here tonight and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Our waiter, Jeremy was exceptionally attuned to our every need. We felt comfortable asking him for anything! The food was top notch and the vibes were stellar. Lenny himself personally circulates the restaurant, warmly welcoming his guests. We would definitely return and will request Jeremy as our waiter because he completed our Lenny's experience.

Okay let's say that the 5 star rating this place has comes with a little sidenote, that you need a fat wallet to enjoy it. 21 Dollars and up on average menu, it feels like this should come with a feast worth amount. Though large and jumbo sized portion, they only came with sauces and no extra anything. Okay they taste good, the meat and cheese smothering fries, solid crunchy wrap and quesadilla, no joke, yum. But just those three came out to a hundred bucks and that confused my bank account hard as a taco truck drives by. The other thing too was the waiter never refilled out waters until the end when we asked for more. When he gave it to us, I reminded him that we were still waiting on those To-go boxes we asked for 20 minutes ago. But whatever. Tasted great ,but I just can't justify it guys. Sorry. Then again, I like the grit of taco truck tacos.

Google
Food was very good kept having to ask to get the waters refilled and we were sat outside so that is not a restaurant problem. It’s more or less just the streets of downtown Los Angeles. The food is absolutely gutwrenching absolutely delicious would highly recommend

Google
Phenomenal food establishment, specializing in Mexico style foods. Flavors are out of this world, an amazing experience all around. Plus the new drink menu is definitely something worth going for.

Google
Great and unique food. We enjoyed this meal a lot. The food is really good and well made, flavorful and prices fairly. The staff was so friendly and attentive. Fried chicken sandwich was great, and the street tacos were wow! The tapas were good too, its a wide variety menu where everyone in your group can find something they like. The dine in was nice, just dont love eating right on the street so we got a table inside. Nice spot, recommend for a good casual meal with great flavor and unique spot. Good drinks!

Google
Lenny's never fails to impress me... Their food is consistently delicious and they really treat their customers like family! (Shoutout to the Store Manager: Mario!) A trip to california without a stop at Lenny's Casita is criminal...

Yelp
We always love the outstanding food at Lenny's - full of flavor and super fresh! This time our visit was extra amazing!! All because our wonderful waiter Marteen - he went above and beyond, paid attention to all our needs like when we were out of water, or helping us with extra dessert for our daughters birthday, and immediately giving us fresh fried cauliflower after having to wait for a table for almost an hour... all with kindness and a smile the entire time. thanks Marteen for making our night so memorable!

Yelp
Came here with a group of friends after a very nearby pizza place didn't have space for 6 of us. They have a crunch wrap which several of my friends got. The base price is 20 dollars and you have to add for protein but even with that all four of them were very happy with what they ordered. It was a pretty hefty amount of food though so bear that in mind. Another person go their chalupas and wasn't impressed. I personally got the arayis which were delicious. Came with pickled vegetables as well. Extremely flavorful and quite filling. It was my main and I feel like it was probably on the heavier side. Saw several other tables order food and I would definitely come back to try more of their menu or get a crunch wrap.

Yelp
Came here with my wife for lunch and shared the Bazaar Bowl and Lenny's take on Chinese Chicken Salad--both were delicious. The space is clean, inviting, and a great spot for those who eat kosher. The staff was attentive and friendly. Looking forward to returning for their Friday daytime bazaar and more!

Yelp
I've come here many times but last night the staff went above and beyond. This is the first time I went with a group of 5 (3 newbies) and the staff was so accommodating. Huge thanks to Ignacio, who made sure we were seated comfortably where we wanted and had everything we needed. The food was spectacular. We each ordered something different and everyone was happy - you can't go wrong with the Wagyu burger or the Crunchwrap. My parents ordered specials and loved it. I can't wait to go back. The sweetest surprise was the free champagne from the owner to celebrate his birthday. Lenny has created something truly special here.
google avatar

Moria R.

Yelp
Incredible food, great atmosphere, delicious crunchwrap supreme, we also had the balagan salad and Ignacio provided incredible service!!!

Sharon S.

Yelp
We were seated promptly, even before our reservation time. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was very good with good portions. It's very lively - a little noisy at times as they were constantly celebrating birthdays and would turn up the music when a celebratory dessert was brought out. The manager helped us with something and was very helpful and professional. We would eat there again.

Yelp
Amazing food, great service, and good vibes. I'm literally still thinking about the Crunchwrap days after I had it. Major shoutout to Ignacio who took care of every request and question with grace and a smile. All around 5-star experience!!

Yelp
You can't ask for a funner, tastier, or friendlier spot! Lenny's Casita is such a vibe. The Israeli dance music transports me to Tel-Aviv. The owner treated us like family from the moment we put our name down on the waitlist. He kept checking up on how we were doing after we were seated and cracked some fun jokes. Literally, one of the funnest and warmest places for a great casual dining experience. You will be mindblown at the caliber of flavor each dish punches. Even if you don't keep kosher, give this place a try because it will rival any other Mexican spot. If you got a big tummy, look no further. The portions are HUGE!

Yelp
VERY impressed with there costumer service Lenny's is an example of a business who truly cares about their customers. I had ordered lunch via Uber eats and they hadn't included any Utencils .. within 15 mins they send me Utencils and a special treat on the house ( which was delicious))) Even tho I was very disappointed at first about not having Utencils and not being able to eat our food, they quickly turned around the day and surely made me love them.

Yelp
Such a great experience! It was wonderful finding a great restaurant that happened to be Kosher and not the other way around. We had the corn which was fantastic and then split the three tacos. We chose brisket, Carne, Asada, and chicken. All were excellent and fresh and the tortillas were great. Included were rice and beans and a side of chips and all tasted fresh and excellent. It's a loud and festive atmosphere so be ready for it. It also seems that everyone finds a way to have a birthday so when that happens, they really crank the music up and it can get to be a bit much. Lots of outdoor seating as well, and the service was friendly and efficient. It was also great meeting Lenny and seeing him greet and interact with guests. I love seeing owners that are right in the thick of it. We look forward to our next visit and exploring more of the great menu.

Yelp
The burritos were excellent. The arayis are fried beef sandwiches but they were very greasy. The birria ramen noodle soup was very greasy and fatty and salty and the next am it was a congealed mess in our fridge . I would definitely not order the soup again.

Yelp
Went to Lenny's today for lunch and it was amazing. The waitress was great helping us make our choices and the atmosphere is very nice and casual. They do have alcohol I believe ( it was on the menu) and the cauliflower tapas is like the most perfect item for me. I could eat that all day every day, lol. Prices are what you would expect and from seeing what others ordered it all looks delicious. Thanks Lenny!!!!!

Yelp
Let's TACO bout one of the best Mexican restaurants in LA- @lennyscasita ! In a sea of Mexican restaurants in LA, Lenny's stands out with their dedication to exceptional quality and culinary execution, as well as their use of ALL kosher ingredients. The prices are a bit higher than your typical street taco stall, but you're paying for quality authentic dishes ranging from their signature Crunchwrap, their "Big Mac" (which actually tastes better than a Big Mac), tacos, tostadas, burritos, quesadillas, grilled corn, birria ramen and much more! I've tried probably 1/3 of their menu by now, and literally nothing misses. The waiters are super friendly, and the chef/manager even personally comes out to greet/thank us during every meal. Highly recommend checking them out if you're in the area, and supporting a small and well-deserving business!

Yelp
One of my co-workers ordered lunch from Lenny's Casita and shared with me. Established in 2020 by Chef Lenny, the menu features kosher Mexicali cuisine. Everything is made in house including the sauces. I could tell the tortilla chips were freshly made. They were seasoned, which made them extra tasty. The guacamole was also fresh and flavorful and the onion rings...wow! I've never had onion rings like these! The coating contained sesame seeds, which enhanced the flavor. They were even better dipped in the chipotle aioli. Just based on this experience, I am intrigued to pay a visit to the restaurant and explore other menu items.

Yelp
Amazing food and service. My wife follows many kosher food bloggers and when we were in LA and near this restaurant she said we had to go. We ordered the beef brisket Crunchwrap and a mix of chicken and steak tacos. There were so many other things on the menu we still want to try so we plan to go back again next time we are in LA.

Yelp
Went here last Thursday for our office holiday lunch. Bosses are Jewish so this was a good choice from them even though our office is all the way in the valley. Kosher Mexican food and you can bring your own bottle so this was a good place to celebrate. We brought our own wine, tequila and scotch. We occupied a huge table by the wall. You order food from the app and you pay for it as you order. We ordered a lot but i loved the corn ribs, the wings are also good and flavorful. I definitely will order the birria Ramen again. I tried the tacos but wasn't that memorable to me but my co workers loved the beef cheeks. We also had the churros for dessert and it was served with some sparklers - not sure if it was just because we're celebrating and we're a big group but our server was really attentive. My favorite?? Corn ribs!!! They're sooo good. I know how can corn be this good. Cauliflower is a great vegan option as well. Wagyu boneless ribs --- melt in your mouth good! This place is casual, if you're picky about restrooms - well don't go here because they have a restroom but it's back in the restaurant so you'll have to go around or go through the kitchen. Also self service - you get your own drinks in the fridge. Since this is an office expense we ate and ordered to our hearts content - but yes this place is a bit pricey - again because it's kosher so there's a premium price to pay for that. I would go back for the ramen and the corn ribs definitely!

Yelp
4+ as a person who enjoys the Crunchwrap from a certain large fast food chain and an appreciator when restaurants try to recreate it, I had this on my list of places to go since I learned of the menu item here. Came in on a Sunday night and the place was still bumpin'! An this was around 8pm I think. I still was able to get a table outside. You sit down and order from a QR code with a couple of people walking around to check on you. The folks here we very friendly. Like I mentioned, this place had a pretty high energy from it, mainly due to how busy it was. Place has a friendly/ casual atmosphere. While I was waiting for my food, I notice this place does a lot of take out business as well. Lots of cars driving up and parking legally and illegally to pick up their food. Now, I came in already knowing what I was going to get - the Crunchwrap. At $18 before protein (+$7-9 with a protein added). You can tailor the food item on the QR code menu, but I guess this might go without saying here, but you can only add sour cream if you keep it vegetarian. I thought the price was a little high...until I got the food. It seriously eats like two burritos. It's large. I took home half my order and had it for lunch the next day. It was very tasty. Definitely glad I got to experience this place. As much as I love Mexican street food, I don't adhere to a Kosher diet myself, so not sure if I would frequent since it does feel a bit pricy. Definitely would suggest checking out to friends/ family who do eat Kosher though. The other menu items I saw on other peoples' tables looked delicious.

Yelp
The food is amazing and I love it. My food usually comes fast but sometimes not! I like vibe of the restaurant. And my favorite dish is the corn ribs

Yelp
Experience: Since we live in the neighborhood, a couple of people had recommended this place to us. After almost a year of living nearby, we finally decided to go during the week for dinner. Went without reservations on a Wednesday around 6pm, there were tables for us (inside and outside), we chose inside, but open space so could still feel the outdoor air and can see to the street. I liked the setup reminds me of a café style joint in bigger cities where people actually walk around. Our food came out in about ten minutes. Was okay. Nothing out of this world. I feel like this place does well with people that aren't familiar with authentic Mexican food. Food: Ordered a crunch wrap and tacos. It reminded me of Chipotle, and I have only had Chipotle once like ten years ago. Didn't like it. The quality was fresh but it didn't taste like Mexican food, didn't have the proper seasonings and salsas. Super overpriced. You're guaranteed to get better tasting food from street vendors. If someone catered this or gifted me a plate for lunch for free, I would be happy. But the price and taste with my money, overhyped. Service: Average, we ordered and paid on our phones, so there was minimal interaction with actual people. There was quite a bit of staff working in the front and kitchen, but still felt impersonal. Verdict: Glad we tried it, but once is enough.

Yelp
Located in the Pico Robertson area between Beverly Hills and Culver City, this restaurant was in the heart of the kosher community. Loved the food here. It was our first time trying a kosher restaurant and Lenny's did not disappoint! The prices were a bit high but portions were very generous. Also, their platters looked amazing! Oh, and service was great too.

Yelp

Yelp
Brandon was an exceptional waiter! He provided top-notch service, attending to our every need with a smile. His attention to detail, knowledge of the menu, and friendly demeanor made our dining experience truly unforgettable. Brandon went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and cared for. We can't wait to return and request him as our waiter again! 5 stars isn't enough - Brandon deserves 10 stars! And as always the food was terrific! Great quality food! Thanks Lenny!

Yelp
I tried out this restaurant for the first time. It was very overhyped to me...but it was good. We made a reservation ahead of time as it was a Sunday and I'm glad we did because it was super super busy with people waiting. The service was unbelievably fast, we got our food within minutes. The restaurant is a fun vibe with loud music and a lot of sparkler celebrations. Prices are steep but I found the portions of nice size.
google avatar

Yelp
I love the Kosher Crunchwrap. My girl recommended this place, and we had dinner here. They are not expensive, and you get more bang for your buck. Good tasting food with hummus and all. Crunchwrap is delicious, I almost cannot describe the taste. Just lots of flavors, and spices. Nothing hot or spicy tho. Nice place, nice workers and all. I will be back again.
google avatar

Anthony K.

Yelp
The BEST everything; food, service, quality, customer care and mostly the owners and staff which will always keep me coming back and having Lenny's first in mind when it comes to Kosher food! They really give you a family vibe and you feel it, the food tastes better, that's their secret recipe! We ordered a couple platters for a small party this past Saturday night even though they couldn't deliver to us in the Valley, besides their unique and delicious menu it was Gil's attention and care that made all the difference in our experience. We picked up no problem and everything was ready right on time as expected. Our guests LOVED the food, we had plenty left and it was all so so good. Highly recommended, we will absolutely be back!
google avatar

Marian M.

Yelp
Today Lenny's catered a retirement party. The work colleagues (most of whom do not keep kosher) loved the food. They kept raving about it and said it was the best Mexican catering they had ever had. One man told me he is allergic to dairy and was so happy it wasn't pizza but also that he was sure there wasn't cheese or sour cream. Thank you Lenny and team!
google avatar

Aliza M.

Yelp
The food was amazing! The service even better! Our servers Anny and Alma made it a great experience. We took two grandchildren and they rated it a 10000 out of 10!

Yelp

Yelp
Just stumbled upon this gem at the corner of Pico and Robertson on my way home tonight. And if I'm writing a review with the Dodgers 3 outs away from winning a World Series, you've gotta believe that this place is next level. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, and Lenny himself could not have been more pleasant and personable. But at the end of the day, it's all about food so I kept it simple and ordered the recommended crunch wrap with brisket. I wish that I could find the words to describe The best burrito I've had in my entire life. Just trust me. It's epic! Thanks Lenny. Keep doing what you're doing!
google avatar

Scott A.

Yelp
The food is delicious. The prices are insanely high. ($18 for street corn?!) And I hate, hate HATE having to order on iPads nailed to the wall. Why?? Why can't a waiter come to my table and take my order? This is a horrible new trend in restaurants, and I wish it would stop. The restaurant had more than a dozen employees working, and only TWO tables with people. They really can't serve the customers? My iPad jammed, and they had to reboot my computer, after I'd already killed five minutes standing at this screen. Why is it the customer's obligation to input all this information? I'm at a sit-down restaurant! The final indignity is to then be asked to tip (20%!), when I haven't even encountered an employee! Lenny, I don't know if you can have sky-high prices AND no service. P.S. The soup was delicious, but serving an $18 soup in a cardboard bowl, with a plastic spoon, is pretty cheesy.
google avatar

Maday E.

Yelp
I highly recommend this restaurant, only the best kosher Mexican cuisine in La. Luna loves the short rib taquitos, so much flavor in every bite.
google avatar

Laurie B.

Yelp
My group and I had a blast at Lenny's Casita Sunday night. The rain didn't stop us and throngs of other fans from packing this Pico-Robertson hot spot for outstanding Mexican Kosher food. We enjoyed short rib tacos, "loaded cheesy quesadillas," corn ribs, and spiced tortilla chips with salsa and aioli dips at a picnic table in the under-construction annex next door. "Hey, it's a solution,"managing partner Pavel told us when there were no available tables for our reservation. But this makeshift annex was a party waiting to happen. Pavel returned to our table with two rounds of tequila followed by a gigantic dessert platter heaped with homemade cinnamon waffle squares, molten chocolate cake, coconut ice cream and whipped cream mounds. "Welcome to the familia!" he proclaimed. And we definitely felt the love. Lenny's Casita welcomes everyone (with or without reservations) to its "shuk" (market) every day except Saturday. No matter what mood you come in with, you're guaranteed to leave with a full tummy and a smile on your face. All is good in the world of Lenny's Casita. @bergerbites highly recommended.

Tzipora N.

Yelp
Wow!! Amazing food, really authentic flavors. The service and portion sizes are great too. I would definitely go again. Great for family and date nights. They recently opened a bar as well so excited to try their drinks.

Yelp
Best Kosher Mexican food in LA! I'm honestly not so much a fan of Mexican food, but once I tried Lenny's Casita I loved it! I have dine in and also I have ordered delivery to my home, both ways I got excellent customer service. Fresh, tasty, and clean. If you haven't try yet, please do! My favorite and recommended is the Crunchwrap supreme.

Adina D.

Yelp
Great food, great vibes. 10000/10 recommended. the waiters give five star service @brandon He should get a raise! In pay and position!

Hai C.

Yelp
It is so refreshing to find a kosher restaurant in the city that serves a variety of foods beyond just shawarma and falafel. This restaurant offers a very interesting and delicious menu. We enjoyed everything, and the staff here is awesome too. We will definitely come back. You must try it. The atmosphere is great!

Yelp
One of the most fun restaurants I've been to in a long time! Once you are there, you are treated like family! Lenny or Paul will make you feel like one of their own sharing amazing food and camaraderie. We have the supreme quesadilla - a gigantic quesadilla stuffed with rice, beans, veggies and cheese. Note this is a kosher Mexican restaurant so the dairy is from alternative sources, but you'd never know. The corn ribs were yummy and unique. I also had the short ribs chalupas, which were moist and tasty. To too if off, the dessert tray was stupendous. Next time you need a little lift and a lot of great food, rush on over.
