Nice concept, great mix of authentic elements and sweet decorations with positive messaging. Stuff is sleepy 🥱 and very insecure, they forgot bunch of stuff. Very delicious Juices 🥤- great value. Food? Meh… Nice idea about the fresh carrot but big chunks of raw red onion - I still can smell its taste in my mouth after hours. Delicious beans and guacamole … Burrito was not wrapped, no sauces served… dry un wrappble tortilla The spinach pie is a big disappointment - see the video. It’s a cut bread with vegan cheese bottom and fresh chopped spinach on top … :( no garlic, onion, spices … I’ve travelled to South America and eat spinach empanadas… no comparison at all. Cute place - congrats to my fellow vegetarian but service and full doesn’t deserve full 5* stars.

Nice clean Mexican vegetarian/vegan food. The flavors are great, we had breakfast burrito and torta. Freshly juiced Vampire juice is a strong one! No disappointment even from a meat eater. I like their beans and salsas too. I'd recommend this for people who care not to eat lard and still want to enjoy good Mexican food. Staff is nice.

This was a cute spot for a good Vegan meal. I would def recommend for some Mexican food. My one thing to add to make them next level is maybe a little more acid or salt in their food, the flavors are good but just took a lot to really taste anything.

The best vegan pizza in Los Angeles. The staff is great and the menu has so many great options. The Monday Special is a great deal at one-get-one 50% off. Highly recommend it for food allergies/preferences.

We showed up about 30 mins before they closed and were greeted by, who I believe was, the owner. She was delightful, friendly and very funny. We had a great meal and will definitely come back next time we're in town!

The food was fantastic. I was unsure if the server knew anything about the restaurant or the food. You’d never know it was vegan if you didn’t ask specifically for vegan options. They do have vegetarian options with cheese, so be specific. My partner was convinced it was real cheese except no stomach upset later. It’s a small spot on a busy corner with limited parking - go for lunch for better parking.

This is one of those finds that I happen to see online it was one of the top 25 Mexican restaurant Staples places you should eat in Los Angeles. I happen to have the time to pass by this afternoon and the places are very small but very quaint place to eat the people are very nice. So I'll be going back the food is delicious I actually took photos first before devouring the food. This is a place you could take a non-vegetarian person too and they wouldn't really know the difference cuz the food was that delicious and visually extra gorgeous and tasty. This is one of my new favorite places to go when I'm hungry I'll be going back time and time again.

Delicious mom & pop style vegetarian/vegan restaurant in Studio City bordering on Sherman Oaks and Valley Village. The have a wide variety of dishes including plates, entrees, burritos, salads, sandwiches and more. The outdoor dinning is small and intimate and the indoor seating is well placed out. Amazing fast and friendly service and short wait times.

I love this place!! My wife and I come here for breakfast morning dates and it's perfect. She is vegan and I eat mostly vegetarian (I occasionally eat meat when I eat out) There are tons of options for her and I love just about everything on the menu AND I don't miss the meat! Coffee is awesome here It's always nice and quiet and we can chill outside. (Like I can actually think and have a conversation with my wife and not be blasted by noisy streets or 50 TVs on the wall haha ) The servers are always so nice and attentive! The price is also Very affordable and I always leave this place stuffed!!!

This place is such a gem if you are ever in the valley. The first thing we ordered was a fresh vegetable juice. I unfortunately didn't get a picture but please don't let that deter you from ordering one. It was amazing! An added bonus is that you can hear them juice the vegetables after you order it so you know it's very fresh. The next thing we ordered was a combo plate with 1 enchilada and 1 chile relleno. This dish was super yummy and whatever vegan cheese they use is 10/10. The last thing we ordered was a broccoli empanada. This one we didn't like as much. It wasn't an empanada, it was more similar to a roll of bread with the top sliced off and then stuffed with plain steamed broccoli. I don't know if their other empanadas are better but I would just stay away from this section of the menu. The service was quick and the restaurant was pretty empty because we went in between meal hours. I imagine they fill up during dinner because they put 30 minute time limits on all the tables.

Celebrating Latinx Heritage Month!! As a vegetarian Angeleno who eats a diet consisting of 99% Mexican food- I'm very surprised this is my first time trying Leonor's. So my order got a little messed up (Uber Eats ah!) but it happens. I ordered the chicken taco and carne asada burrito. I reaaally wanted to try the burrito but alas, it wasn't in the bag. There was another taco instead. A review on the items I did receive: -Chicken Taco: Initially I thought this was the mystery taco but based on the description this was it. There was really hardly any "chicken" or flavor, mostly lots of lettuce. And definitely couldn't eat it like a taco. It was more like a salad. -Mystery Taco: I loved this one!! It was just tortilla, "chicken", and veggies/yummy seasoning. I hope I can figure out which menu item this was so I can get it again! Ok- yes I didn't get what I ordered, and the flavor could've been a little better but I am looking forward to trying them again! It's organic, healthy, vegetarian/vegan food with a stacked menu. Til we meet again!

I got takeout here one night and the food was really good and wholesome-feeling. The food tasted homemade and the staff was really friendly, especially the guy who took my phone order. I got the Chicken Enchiladas plate, which came with rice and beans. My partner got the Chicken Tostada. We got the Bolivian sauce on the side and Chicken Salad. They were all filing, but I would recommend smothering a hot sauce over anything, which they provide on their tables. Remember to ask for vegan cheese if you're vegan. The place was cute and quaint, tucked away in the corner of the parking lot. I hope this place stays in business because it's an OG! A bit pricey...but everything is with inflation these days

Service was great. 2 stars strictly just for the food. I ordered the Mike and the Wendy special Quesadilla. The Mike tortilla was crispy and overcooked. The Wendy which was also supposed to be a quesadilla literally took crowns of steamed broccoli and stuffed them in a tortilla. It was basically a broccoli taco.

Saw the mixed reviews on this place and decided to ignore some of the negative comments and give it a try. Ordered chips and salsa, two vegan asada tacos and the chicken enchilada dinner plate. Got a large horchata to drink. Was totaled up to almost $40. First yikes Second yikes, the salsas sucked. They were really runny and great for like tacos/burritos but they didn't really have any good salsa for chips. Asked if they had a different one that wasn't watery and they said no. This was the most lackluster vegan Mexican food I have ever had. There's always haters for everything these days so I was hoping these sorts of reviews weren't true. Tacos were just okay and same with the enchilada plate. Also gave me terrible heartburn after Won't be coming back here - Doomies NextMex, Gracias Madre, Tu Madre or Cena Vegan are all WAY better choices - and you get more quality and quantity with your buck. Really disappointed. I also want to be transparent in the fact that I did eat all the food, I was starving. But it was just overall disappointing and was hoping for more. Won't be back.

I ordered a dozen vegan tamales over the holidays. They were delicious but when I asked what kinds they had and what was in them, I didn't get the full explanation. We ended up ordering the chili tamales. We were satisfied with our choice but we weren't expecting mostly beans and some kind of vegan "meat" to be inside since that wasn't communicated to us when we called to order. I was expecting only masa, seasonings and green chilis. They were quite oily which seemed unnecessary. That being said, I'd order again if I got an inkling for tamales because they were very yummy. We added salsa on top because it didn't come with any. Not sure if they typically come with salsa but we liked it better with it. This was the only time we've gotten anything from Leonore's so we can't comment on the rest of their food. I'd try their other meal items but I'm not a big fan of fake meats which they seem to have a lot if. The place was cute and small. The person who took my order over the phone was also the person who checked me out at pick up. He was nice and helpful.

Such a shame to say but the burrito was completely flavorless. As you can see, it was pretty evenly toned in shades of beige. Mexican food is typically bursting with flavor, herbs, and spices but we were left extremely disappointed. Guacamole was extra. Cheese was extra.

Excellent vegan Mexican food! So happy to have stumbled upon this place. Quiet little corner space, classic Mexican style seating. The service was decent. The cooks were super sweet! Will for sure be back

What happened to the older version of the chicken chicken pita sandwich chicken? They changed the chicken and it is definitely not the same. Too bad. This is one of my favorite places. To eat of all time now not so much. I still love the saucy little gal at the register though she's adorable.

Leonor's is the best! Ignore the haters. If you know this place you know all that makes it special. Great vegetarian food! Highly recommend the sprouted brown rice, Joy's Golden Nugget sandwich (pro-tip: add veg bacon) and flaxseed tea! I love this place so much I make a special trip here every time I return to LA from the Bay Area. Eat here TODAY!

I've been coming to Leonor's for years and specifically for the GOLDEN NUGGET!! It's one of my all time favorite sandwiches. I'm not sure what they put in the bread at Leonor's, but somehow it's a little sweet and I love it. While they have a pretty big menu with lots of different food options, I have found most of Leonor's dishes to be a little more on the bland side. However, the golden nugget is my JAM. It just a great big sandwich loaded with crunchy veggies, cheese, olives, mayo and a (fake) chicken patty. Throw some tapatio on there and *chefs kiss* I also very much enjoy their salads, lentil soup and empanadas. The empanadas are big, bready and cheesy! My favorites are the mushroom and broccoli empanadas. Another thing I love about Leonor's is their fresh squeezed juices. The vampire juice is my favorite! The Studio City location has a tiny patio outside and a really colorful and festive interior. The service is always top notch. It's easy to order by phone and my order is usually ready with 20 mins. Parking is a nightmare here though. If you are lucky you can get a spot in the teeny tiny parking lot, otherwise you have to park and walk. Bottom line is that Leonor's may not be the most inventive or flavorful veg mexican restaurant LA has to offer, but I will always keep coming back for the few menu items I love!

Studio city hidden gem! Food is delicious and always fresh and fast. The burritos are super filling and I lot their chick'n salad pita.

Leonors has been around for a longtime. I have liked their salads and beet juice. But the best ever was sighting Lily Tomlin (about a decade + ago) in the booth nearby. At the time, I had not become a huge fan, but my friend was and she could almost not contain herself. I became a huge fan after Frankie & Gracie -- what does this have to do with vegetarian -- LOL!! absolutely nothing. It's ok, but Veganism has raised the bar on Vegetarian food as well, and I think Leonors is stuck in the old school. It's good for a salad and a quick stop for lunch if you're in the area.

LOVE this place! They have a great selection of foods and you have different options when ordering. They also make tamales and those are hard to find! My favorite is the Chik'n salad sandwich on pita bread! So delicious, clean and nice service !!! They have 2 locations last time I checked, one in Studio City and one in North Hollywood, both are great! They have one bathroom at Studio City location but it's clean. I love supporting this mom and pop business and I think you will too!

This has to be some of the most bland food I've ever eaten. Not to mention, no part of our orders was Mexican in any way. Given the reviews, I really had higher expectations. But my goodness, I couldn't differentiate the tastes of a single thing on my plate, which was floating in water. I ordered the chicken plate, which ended up being a Morningstar chicken patty with a mound of California veggies and a roll. For $15! I could've made this at home for $2 and included seasoning. The chicken patty was absolutely drenched in water from the steamed veggies and soggy/falling apart. I could not discern the chicken from the broccoli from the cauliflower, which all tasted like water chestnuts without any flavoring. My parents got a pizza, which was also devoid of flavor. And because the server accidentally spilled water on the pizza as he delivered our cups of water, theirs too was soaked. My husband's sandwich was dry and meager. Plus, it came out about 20 min before the rest. The shared guac was also flavorless. I hate to rag on a vegetarian spot because I really want them to succeed but they need a major overhaul because this is just massively disappointing.

If I were on death row, this place would be my last meal. Been eating here for 20 years. It's amazing.

Put simply, my favorite restaurant of all time is Leonore's. I love it, and I can't say enough good things about this place. My favorite meal there is their soy chicken enchilada dinner, and I add a beet salad and a flaxseed tea. And their waitress Amy is terrific.

So glad we checked this place out in studio city. We all got burritos (two breakfast and one carne asada) to take along with us to an event, they stayed well and were delicious. They have a nice seating area inside and outside as well. The woman working answered all of our many questions related to the food and preparation. It's all vegan but you absolutely don't have to be vegan to enjoy this spot.

Delicious food with many vegan options or ones that can be modified for dietary needs. Huge portions and reasonable prices. Cozy chill atmosphere inside, very mom-and-pop neighborhood Mexican joint instead of trendy or hip. Server was super cool about explaining dishes/modifications and letting us take our time. We loved it!

18$ for a burrito with extra cheese?? No cheese?? the girl was on her phone scrolling, didn't bother to give me change back or respond to me asking for cheese. Next! don't need the attitude

We have been going to Leonors for the last 20 years and have always had great food, until this last time when we ordered in. The avocados were all stale, brown and inedible. When I called to tell them, they denied that they were bad and tried to blame it on the seasons. When I told them I was hoping that they would still taste good but unfortunately, they didn't, the manager accused me of not knowing when food is good. All I wanted was a credit for the guacamole and the California burger but they refused to do that. I wanted to send photos of our stale food, and the manager said, "No, I believe you that they were brown, but they are still good." Very disappointed. So here are the photos! I don't know who would enjoy an avocado that looks like that!

I've been here many times. It's like home cookin. My husband ordered beef enchiladas and I had nachos. We shared a small salad. Everything was fresh. I had Mexican hot chocolate. It was fantastic. So hot and there was some nuts at the bottom. It was like a dessert all by itself. I felt the service was great too. The young man that waited on us was friendly and attentive. I. The past I've had great pizza and I Love the fresh pressed juices here as well. I recommend this place even if you are not vegan. It's a small place so not good for a big family but for 4 regular sized people you can sit at a table. More comfortable for couples. This place is HEALTHY. I mean it's perfect for me because I like that kind of thing. But you should know it's not a junk food place. It's a very good for you place.

Ate here for the first time and the food was so good. Had a carrot beet spinach juice which was delicious, the chicken enchiladas that were so good, and the veggie quesadilla which was so amazing. The veggies, the cheese, the guac and cilantro in the quesadilla made it taste amazing. I will definitely come back when in town.

6 thumbs down! My 2 thumbs, my wife's 2 thumbs, and your 2 thumbs. Food lacked flavor. Portion size was ok. Service was ehhh. Server was cool personality wise, but she sure did leave out a lot of information. I have never been to a Mexican restaurant in the US that charges you for chips if you are eating in the restaurant. The waitress nickled and dimed us for everything . I ordered a side of guacamole, it was really small for the price and flavorless, I had to Add salt & lemon to it just to give it some flavor. My wife ordered a quesadilla, cheese. The quesadilla tasted funny because the cheese was weird. This was my first and last time trying this restaurant. If the food was good I will give it a better rating, if the service was even better I would give her a better rating, but all together I will never visit this place again, I'll suggest you just go to a regular restaurant instead of trying to support this place in the food was not even worth the time, the effort of finding this spot, the parking is horrible is literally non-existent. If you do go, I would love to hear your thoughts

Seriously delicious and healthy! I'm not a vegetarian and I LOVE their food! The Regular Burrito is my go to meal with a Flax seed tea. The Beet salad is scrumptious, perfect crunch with a light dressing. The roll that comes with it is so yummy and fresh. The Horchata is delicious. The fresh juices are amazing, especially the carrot juice. I highly recomend a visit to Leonors!

Just my opinion I came here based on a recommendation from my friend and had high expectations. Location: The interior is nice, but during a pandemic, I sadly can't sit in for a nice meal. The parking is not great, but they do have 2 spaces. So I am conflicted because I don't like the parking but thought the interior was nice. 3.5/5 Staff: Honestly really nice. I had no idea what to order and the person helped me out and she walked out my order to my car. 5/5 Price: Not too expensive, but I spent too much buying too much food. Honestly, there is good value here though. 3.5/5 Food: Quesadilla: My father didn't care for it without guacamole. He said it was mediocre. 2/5 Steak Ranchero: Was good and I ordered this from the recommendation of the waitress. I loved the flavor and it was a nice portion. 4/5 Potato Tacos: Basic, but the guacamole saved the tacos flavor. It looks so good and it just let me down on flavor. To be fair I have had some amazing vegan food but this wasn't one of them. 1.5/5 Special Pizza: The dough and tomato sauce were just bland. The toppings are nice and again the pizza looks really good, but it just falls flat. I feel bad because I think my expectations were so high that it makes my review worse. This item is like so promoted on their menu and I felt since it was so expensive and looks good that it would be a slam dunk. 1/5 Conclusion: Looks nice and staff work hard. The food was a hit or miss for me. It is a basic, but please try the steak rancheros! 3.5/5 is my real review but stars is a 3/5.

Beware of the up charge. I asked to sub tofu for any veggies and it was $3.99 extra. I ended up paying $17+ for a mediocre breakfast burrito that's mostly filled with rice.

I had been wanting to try this place for a few months. Today I finally went and they did not disappoint. Parking was easy to find on the street. I started with the vegan hot chocolate. It was definitely the best hot chocolate I ever had. I am already looking forward to my next cup. I ordered the broccoli burrito and it was so delicious. The ingredients all tasted really fresh and high quality. The presentation of the dish was really pretty and the serving size was generous. I meant to snap a pic of my food but as soon as I saw it - I wanted to dig in. Elizabeth was our waiter and she was very attentive and friendly. I will definitely be back!

Nestled in shopping plaza that looks like it would house one of those massage parlors with happy endings that Robert Craft would love to visit, I was a bit weary to enter. However, once inside I was pleasantly surprised. + Decor was lovely. FRIDA KAHLO every.where. LOVE her so I really enjoyed that. - Guacamole was bland. NO Flavor. - Vegan bacon salad was bland. - Vegan meat taco was bland + Service was fine. + Super cheap. burrito, salad, taco, guac etc was only $35. Cheap for VEGAN and ORGANIC. I didnt finish my food because I couldnt really taste anything? Maybe Im spoiled by CENA Vegan or Alchemy Organica? Anyway, it worked out for me cause Im on an air + Wine diet anyway.

I just love this place I only eat their soy chicken cabbage salad and it is delicious and fresh! They have a huge array of whatever Mexican vegetarian dishes you can imagine! The kids always enjoy their pizza

I order take out here often, yet had never actually been in (one of the two locations). One of my closest friends and I decided to grab dinner after work and right away digged the vibe and decor. Latin American ambiance gallore... Frida paintings to the right and amazing art and earthy tones all around. We didn't know how to dine since the setup was restaurantin front and counter to the far left, but we were assisted right away. They have pictures of menu items at the front counter and an extensive menu of vegan/ vegetarian inspired Mexican food. Though everything more or less is vegan they do offer dairy cheese as an option... the vegan cheese is top notch. When we did recieve our spread... My friend wasn't a big fan of the chill relleno part of her one and one enchilada dinner special. I think sense everything is made very natural with amazing herbs and spices and virtually no additives like salt and unnatural fatty oils it threw her off.... she did love the enchilada half of her meal and side salad. I personally couldn't get enough of the chicken pita salad and we both drooled over my bacon quesadilla... that vegan cheese yo! I believe they use something comparable to morning star bacon for this tortillas masterpiece. I love the food, service and drinks. I am surprised they don't offer any adult beverages of any kind (not even a imported or craft beer) but it kind of keeps with a clean plant based lifestyle which I dig as a vegan... that said a beer, wine or even a fresh signature margarita can go a long way.... Bathroom was very clean and gender neutral... the parking is extremely limited, but there is a ton on the street. Can't wait to come back or order out soon.

Great vegetarian Mexican restaurant! I've been wanting to try this restaurant for a very long time but my bf was hesitant. We finally dined here on an early Friday evening. It was about 5 PM when we arrived. The little restaurant was situated in a small strip mall with businesses that were already closed for the day. The little parking lot which has two designated parking spaces for the restaurant were empty. One patron was in the dining room when we arrived. The dining room appeared to seat about 20 people. The outside patio provided extra seating. The restaurant interior was decorated in deep, rich, and vibrant colors. Paintings of Frida adorned one small wall. Part of the menu with photos was posted on the wall behind the register/counter. The full menu was handed to us as we walked in. We were able to choose our own seats. The menu seemed endless and everything looked delicious. It was very difficult to decide. We ended up selecting the "Mike's Special" quesadilla, Joy's Golden Nugget Sandwich, and the Beet Salad. Our food was brought out in a timely manner and was simply and nicely plated on hefty decorative dishes. The bread was amazing! The beet salad was light, crunchy, and perfectly seasoned. The sandwich and quesadilla were good. Both were filling. Amy, our server, was great. She was very patient, helpful, and friendly. She was bilingual and spoke Spanish. Initially, we seated ourselves at a small two-seat table. As our food was brought out, Amy moved us to a larger table so that we were more comfortable. The single gender neutral restroom was clean, decently sized, and in good working order. With so many items on the menu, we will definitely be back to try other things.

Awesome vegan Mexican food. This place is also vegetarian. You need to make sure you clarify if you are vegan. I totally love this place. They need to open a bit earlier. That would be nice.

Overpriced, mediocre food. The woman working at the front was very rude. My breakfast burrito ended up being $14 ($2 extra for vegan cheese I couldn't even see or taste) and was just a bunch of mush. When I asked if it comes with salsa the lady said "it comes with everything," which ended up being a few pickled jalapeños and a very watery flavorless red liquid that had a tiny bit of spice and was apparently the salsa. I make way better vegan breakfast burritos at home, and sadly it's not even worth the convenience of not cooking to eat here. Super disappointed and definitely won't be going back.

I've been vegetarian for 20 years now and vegan will be 5 years in December 2021. There is NO PLACE in Los Angeles County that is doing what Jose Lopez (owner) is doing there with his Mexican Vegetarian Menu! NO ONE! SIMPLY THE BEST! You would NEVER know you're not eating authentic South of the Border food. That other reviewer who said people who give Leonors' great reviews must be WHITE apparently is the one with issues, and not just with taste in food! When people go to establishments with EGO...NO'thing will ever be good. But this isn't about lame patrons. This is about the food and people at Leonor's. Get this...Jose has been doing this kind of cooking for 32 YEARS now!! Talk about way ahead of his time!! The staff, Amy, BANG!! AMAZING. She is like family serving you. Jesus, Joses son, is proud to be working alongside his amazing and genius father! If you have to drive far for this place...its WORTH every mile. The Chicken Enchiladas are unbelievable! A staple of delicious healthy eating in North Hollywood. Been coming here for many years. I will be forever young!

I went here once before and it was okay. Decided to try it for the second time and am completely underwhelmed and frustrated with a meal that looks nothing as pictured. Don't get the Chicken Dinner unless you want an entire styrofoam container of just veggies and one mini microwave chicken patty. I'd say this is just a very bland, steamed veggie dinner, definitely can't claim this as a chicken dinner. And definitely don't choose potatoes over the rice unless you want one mini potato. I never leave bad reviews but I felt obligated to help anyone in the future to definitely not order this plate unless you want broccoli and tomatoes

My go to mexican restaurant! I've been here quite a few times and have tried a bunch of things on the menu (all of them delicious- but i will admit their burritos are a little weird and not actually wrapped like normal burritos?) but you can't go wrong with the nachos. They are an 11/10! Very homey and authentic ambiance, delicious food, and great service! **if you're vegan make sure you specify when ordering!!!

The good reviews must be from white people who don't know Mexican food. I ordered the nachos, and they were super dry, bland and just nasty. My boyfriend ordered Mikes Special and it was bad too. Guacamole on the side lacked salt and lime. While the quesadilla was tasteless . Only delicious thing was the glass cola. Lol ... trust me don't waste your time, money and appetite.

I really hate giving bad reviews, but I literally just ate the worst burrito I've ever eaten in my life. For a restaurant that specializes in vegetarian food, you would expect something fresh, flavorful, and outstanding, but this burrito was so bad that it was borderline edible. Never again.

Similar to Melissa's review below, I was completely thrown off by the business logo paired with the USDA organic logo. After speaking to the server, she stated the only items that are organic were some of the vegetables they use (with hesitation in her voice)? It is a turnoff and almost deceiving to all customers assuming everything is organic The food was "O-K" and thank you to the server who was friendly.

My favorite go-to vegetarian restaurant in the valley. Very cool atmosphere ALWAYS friendly service and the food is always consistently GREAT.

Very interesting spot. I'm still kind of confused by their menu. This place seems to have pretty solid reviews, not sure if it's because they just have a cult local following or what. Ordered the "Burrito" first. Yes, it literally just says "Burrito" ... I own a Mexican food restaurant, and I also am the General Manager of two other restaurants, one of them is just down the street on Ventura... AND I NEVER SEND FOOD BACK!! .. But after one bite of my "Burrito" I immediately sent it back. No flavor ! Also, look at this photo ... why is this called a Burrito ? It looks more like an opened faced sandwich made with a tortilla. I'm super bummed because I'm CONSTANTLY looking for great Mexican vegan options ! After the Burrito situation, I asked the server to recommend the top 2 most popular menu items ... The California Burger, and The Special Pizza! I just came to a Mexican food restaurant and was told BY THE STAFF, that the two most popular menu items were American and Italian ... What's happening here? Fortunately there are A TON of great authentic style Mexican restaurants that are taking the vegan route, but this unfortunately isn't one of them. The Special Pizza was in fact much better than the Burrito. But that's not saying much! The "Meatballs" were hard as rocks! This place has so much potential but as far as execution goes, they fall very short. As far as service and hospitality is concerned, it's about as good as the food! The server was very rude and never asked me if I needed anything after she dropped my burrito off. Never even came back to ask me how everything was. I had to actually go find her and ask her for a menu to order something else. When I reordered, no one asked me anything about the burrito ! I've been in this industry for over 27+ years and never in my career, have I not asked my customer if there was something I could do for them after seeing them NOT EAT MORE THAN A BITE! ALSO!!! I JUST GOT MY CHECK AND GUESS WHAT! THE BURRITO IS ON THE BILL!! I'm going to pay for this, but if my staff ever treated one of my customers the way they treated me.. THEY'D BE FIRED ON THE SPOT!

I love this place and when we go in to eat its always great, but when I order for delivery it makes me sick. I'm not exaggerating when I say 50% of my delivery orders are wrong. Almost every time I select the vegan cheese options they use real cheese. When we call to verify they try to say its vegan cheese but we are very familiar with their vegan cheese and what real cheese tastes like. I wish I could eat the real cheese as it tastes like delicious mozzarella but it makes me severly sick so I opt for vegan cheese. If they could just follow honor the vegan cheese selection when filling orders we'd be good.
