Great neighborhood spot. Can’t go wrong with a seat at the bar. The bartenders know what they’re doing with the cocktails and can easily make something off menu. The menu has a lot of strong comfort food items while also offering vegetarian options. 2nd time here already! Have a feeling this will become a favorite local spot.

Me and my husband used to visit from time to time this place. This Saturday we decide to take a brunch with some eggs. We didn't wait long and had a really delicious meals. Three colour potatoes and bun with bacon and egg, this was so yummy! I had a two hard shell tacos with sunny eggs and meat with salsa, spicy and delicious! Highly reccomend this gem spot of bars in Greenpoint because of their cousine and great staff.

This place is truly a gem. Service is amazing. The food is good and bartenders are true mixologists. So many bartenders in NYC forget about customer service and just expect a 20% tip. No, but these guys go above and beyond to ensure you leave a tip with joy! I was so happy leaving a generous tip. The place is a good upscale restaurant experience for a good date night.

Friendly and laid-back vibe. Disco music playing was a huge plus 🎉 Delicious oysters, head-on prawn special was yummy, and the French onion soup was incredible. Behind the bar was Anna, who was lovely! Happy hour drinks were on point! Will be back.

Good food, good drinks, good vibe. But the bathroom is not fitting the standards of the rest of the place. That’s it. If the bathroom was nicer it would be 5 stars. I still like coming here though. The artichokes are so good, our favorite dish on the menu. Get them.

I think it's my favorite bar in the GreenPoint area. Joe is not just a great bartender but also a good human being with a great sense of humor. Chicken sandwich and the burger is a bomb. Brussels is awesome. Joe remembers my drinks and that’s so cool. Chef Nahiyan is a homie. Wilmer the bar manager also a fine-cut Gem.

Fried chicken sandwich was the draw to come here and it was delicious. Love the vibe of this place too, great for happy hour and dinner on the early side. Perfect spot up in Greenpoint.

Great food , great drinks but unfortunately the manager is a bit racist and make the whole experience a little bitter.Tbh when i pass by and see he is not there i would have a drink and a snack but unfortunately the color of your skin matters there. God bless you

Leroys is a bar that serves food in the Greenpoint neighborhood of Brooklyn with a 30 something clientele and an ambiance that is a few steps above "pub" level. Although I cannot think of a speciality cocktail that really stands out , the drinks are good and fairly priced. The same applies to the food: they have light menu of well prepared food. I order their burger often. The staff are friendly and the service has always been good.

I recently stopped by Leroy's and had the Lexington martini, and it was fantastic! It was the perfect quick stop, and I can't stop thinking about how much I loved it. The space has a great ambiance, making it a wonderful spot to unwind. The bar staff was super attentive. The music that night was absolutely amazing. Just playing hit after hit! I can't wait to go back soon! Highly recommend!

The bar and vibe at Leroy's is soooo cool. Love the circular bar area to grab drinks and get food. They played good rap/hip hop songs all night, it was great. My husband and I got the bourbon espresso martini and a cucumber ginger mocktail. I loved the martini - although I wish it came with the 3 little espresso beans! For food we shared an order of the Buffalo wings and got 2 burgers. The Buffalo wings were huge and the homemade Buffalo sauce was delicious. I really loved the Gorgonzola ranch but my husband thought it was too heavy. The wings could've been crispier but glad we tried them. Ok... now onto the burger. This is definitely a top 5 burger I've had in the city. It comes with 2 Pattie's on a sesame bun with caramalized onions, pickles, and special sauce. The fries were piping hot and perfectly salted. Think MCD fries. The Pattie's were cooked medium rare, so adjust if you don't like that much pinkness in your burger. By the end of it, we were stuffed! Can't wait to come back here and try the other appetizers. Definitely would get the burger again.

PRO TIP: Get the scotch egg, and the fried chicken sandwich we enjoyed more than the burger Fried Chicken Sandwich was really good, and packs a reallllly good heat to it. I would say it's moderately spicy, and I love when places don't hold back with the heat. Burger was good, but there's so many impressive burgers out in NYC that it's hard to write home about this, but enjoyed it overall, lots of sesame on the bun so if you're a fan of that this is your burger. Scotch Egg - my friend got this and really really liked it, and it's a dish that's hard to find in NYC but is so delicious and hearty. Will get this for myself when I come back. This place def is a place worth returning to. VIBES - intimate but lively. Nicely decorated. There's a big round bar at the center of the restaurant so you feel like you're part of one giant room and most of the seating available is at the bar. Great spot for a date. Service was attentive and warm!

Went here for drinks and food They had no reservations avialble and we took our chances Sat at bar bartender was skilled and great conversationalist Scotch egg and chips and dip for appetizers were Delicious Burger and cubano did not diappointemmt Very fresh We beat the crowd as it was perfect when we got there and understandingly crowded when we left. Great area of food and selected a good One.

It really pains my soul to write this as this is my only 2 star review for a business in the Greenpoint area :( This place has so much potential. Great ambiance, great vibe, and a very cute terrace. But much like a really bright student that doesn't apply him or herself, all that's missing is truly effort. Effort in customer service and being more mindful in utilizing less salt. As a previous server who used to work the 7pm-2am shift at a really busy joint, I emphasize with dealing with unreasonable, rude, and demanding customers, but what happened today wasn't acceptable amongst the servers. One of the female servers here in particular was either flirting or conversing with customers for a solid 10 minutes instead of ensuring the tables were clean/bussed and that customer were attended to. Also, my partner and I spent 10-15 minutes trying to flag a server down, and the place only had 15 customers maximum. We ultimately had to wait 40 minutes for a burger and Nashville hot chicken sandwich. We saw others who ordered later, orders come out sooner than ours. I was about to cancel my order altogether when I finally flagged down a member of the wait staff who told me our food would be out shortly. At a $22 price point for a burger, we expected a lot more. Ultimately, the burger was really salty. I felt bad for my boyfriend who had to finish it, and Im pretty sure his blood pressure shot up 10 points. However, my chicken sandwich was decently flavorful with good textures, but unfortunately my fries were also a little too salty. We probably would've requested to send my partner's burger back, but we were afraid to wait another 30 minutes. As a greenpoint local, super sad to write this, but I hope this establishment takes the feedback of making sure your servers are more attentive, maybe less flirtatious, and using less salt - especially since some of your customers may struggle genetically with high blood pressure. The two stars were for the restaurant decor and the chicken sandwich. Not sure if I'd return even though I live super close by :(

Willa provided us with great service today and we had a wonderful time! All the food was excellent and we tried a bunch of different items. The happy hour drinks were well made too, we grabbed some margaritas and Moscow mules. Definitely stop in to try Leroy's if you are in the area or just want excellent food and a nice ambiance.

Amazing happy hour deals! Margaritas and burgers are to die for. I've had the burger many times it's like an elevated Big Mac and so much better. Service is always great bartenders are all very kind and make great drinks. Interior is gorgeous and we love sitting at the beautiful bar.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! Staff members are so amazing and I've been coming here for over a month. Tried soo many things but dinner tonight completely blew my mind!!!! That squash and burrata the Brussels sprouts were beyond and that Calamari The chicken liver mousse is a true culinary experience Just go and try them! Cocktails and vibes are always on point. Limited menu. Limited hours for menu items. Seating is tight. Food is good and not complicated. Staff is nice. Ambiance is meh.

Ricotta toast was so so good! It was a nice place to sit outside and people watch with a drink or two.

Might be great as a bar, but if you're ordering food, be prepared to wait a long, long time. While the restaurant/bar was perhaps 75% full, I could count on my hands how many people had food, yet it still took forever to get our food. Despair set in after remarking on the wait to the couple at the bar next to us and them saying they'd ordered 30 mins before us and they were still waiting. The burgers were fine (though not as good as Gotham Burger a few blocks away) but all in all, in an area with dozens of places with great food and great service I doubt we'll be back. (I will say that the cocktails looked great and the scene is quite nice, so if you're just looking for a bar, try it out.)

Had a late dinner with a friend and was pretty happy overall with everything. The burger was solid, but we started with a really good scotch egg. What really drove it was for some reason they had a bottle of a very nice bourbon that was priced extremely reasonably well, so we ended up grabbing several pours from the cool bartending staff. Honestly, cool bar in Brooklyn with solid food. Would go again.

It's possible we went on an off night. Though there were plenty of tables, it was pointed out to us that we'd have to leave after 90 minutes. That's fine with me, but not really something a customer wants to hear right off the bat. The space is very cute, but comfort and spacious seating were clearly not the priority. We first ordered the Rangoon rolls; they were the best thing we had here, but fried cream cheese is fried cream cheese; they were not elevated over a Rangoon you would get a Chinese takeout. The Brussels sprouts were good, a bit salty. Now we wait over an hour for two fried fish sandwiches. In this period of time, it was very hard to get anyone's attention for service. The sandwiches were big and sloppy at first appearance; they were also very dark and clearly over-fried though the French fries were good. I took one bite of the sandwich and was struck by the overwhelming flavor of ammonia and salt. I have had battered white fish in the past in which I can taste hints of this flavor, perhaps it comes from the batter being water-tight and gasses not being able to escape, but this one tasted almost spoiled. I don't think adding jalapeno to the flavor profile helped. As critical as I tend to be, I next to never return meat or fish out of respect for the animal. The last time I remember returning a fish dish was back in the 90s. However, in this case, I just couldn't do it. It was completely inedible. My partner felt the same. It took forever to get anyone's attention to this matter. I was waving my arms every time someone walked by, by remained unseen or unchecked. On top of this, our 90-minute clock was running down to mere minutes at this point. Finally, I had to get up and speak to the host, who had to get the manager. This lasted another 10 minutes. Honestly, by this point, I was just angry and wanted to leave. They were apologetic and accommodating in as far as they comped the mains and two of four dinks, but I will certainly never return to nor recommend this establishment.

The food here is good. Pleasant brunch times, Nice place. Pleasant corner. Decent atmosphere. Nice staff. Too much damn ice in the iced coffee but that's a common thing.

Food , service abs atmosphere were amazing for a Saturday morning brunch on a holiday weekend.

I love this place. The food is incredible. The seasonal French Onion Soup blew my mind in the first time I tried it. I know the burger gets a lot of attention, I really love the French dip (see my style). The tuna poke, whipped ricotta and a bunch of other apps have all been great too. The drinks are solid and sitting at their bar feels very lux - it's just gorgeous. Can you tell from my review I'm a big fan? Glad it's up the street from me!

Restaurant is run poorly. Tried to seat us in a small "weekend" table right next to kitchen door. We asked for a different table and they gave us option of sitting outside on a kind of cold night, even though they had open tables inside. Should have just left but we sat outside and watched the empty tables stay empty. When we asked if we could move in, they said no because they had reservations (not nicely, at best matter-of-factly). We took our food outside, at a table next to window right beside all the empty tables that remained empty the duration of our meal. May not seem like a big thing to some, but mattered to me. Greenpoint has lots of restaurants.

I've come here twice in the past two months because the first time was so delicious. The interior is beautiful, has a great vibe, and on both visits we didn't have to wait because we sat at the bar. The menu is pretty small and meat focused but as a meat lover I had no problem with that. The cocktails are delicious as well. Highly recommend the burger and the steak and the fried chicken sandwich is incredible. On my second visit, our meal took awhile to come out and the server gave us a free round of drinks for the wait which wasn't necessary but very appreciated. Definitely try this unique neighborhood spot.

Came here for Sunday brunch. The place was very empty. Waited for 20 minutes and no one came by to give us menus or even take a drink order. Will not be back.

Terrible service. We were second table to sit down for lunch. Took server 15 mins to come by while she took orders from tables that came after us. We had to asked the host twice to get her to come by. Server agreed to rush our food because we had a hungry toddler, yet another 20 mins later, all other tables got who arrive after us got their food, including the table next to us who had the exact same order of 2 burgers. We asked multiple times while they lied and said we were the next order to come out of the kitchen, and everyone else got their food.

Service was lovely, food was not good. High prices for small snacks and everything was off. Food was hella spicy for no reason, there was no balance. A dish comes with bang bang sauce and it's basically hot sauce, vinegar, and chives. I got a cocktail thats supposed to have pineapple, lime, rum - when I taste it, it's all bitters. I noted to the waitress that everything was too spicy, but she just sort of commiserated and left me a bottle of water. I hope they find their groove soon.

My husband and I have come here almost once a week since they opened in the Fall. We LOVE it. Incredible cocktails, a great happy hour ($10 cocktails from 4-6pm), and amazing food. The service is also really great. Perfect for a date night, or a dinner for 4. No reservations, so get there early. By 7pm, it's bumping -- but that's because it's so dang good! They also have great music playlists and the ambiance is chill!

Started with drinks to celebrate #59! Corner booth was a hit- appetizers a plenty included blistered Shishito peppers, olives, roasted cauliflower, and Brussel spouts started us off. We opted to share entrees. One couple shared the branzino and the hanger steak - so tender and NO bones. The Filipino garlic fried rice was so good- I was looking up recipes at the table. The other couple shared the ribs special on a mustard bed of coke slaw and fish beignets. The side of fries wasn't necessary! Amaro Nonni to end a memorizable meal and chocolate chip cookies to go! We will certainly make more trips here. You can't cook this too for yourself even with all the Covid practice. Trust me!!! Jane, our server, steered us in the right direction with every choice! Plus she was so welcoming and friendly- it felt like home! Don't miss out sitting I n the corner booth sipping a signature drink.

Adorable neighborhood spot! I go often and am never disappointed! The servers/ bartenders are so attentive and nice, the food is delicious, and the drinks are so much fun! Perfect for a date night or a night out with friends. Definitely worth the visit!

Came here on a second date, traffic was steady but not BUSY...we easily got a spot at the bar, and I'm not quite sure if it was how terrible my date was at conversation or how poor the service was but my Friday night was one of the worst I've had on record. I guess I didn't get the memo that being seated at the end of the bar meant not being served but no one acknowledged us for 20 minutes and we had to ask the (really lovely!) bar back to put our drinks in... Ten minutes later a bartender came over to confirm our order and ask if we wanted food...which we had already ordered 10 minutes before with the bar back. Mediocre martini. They were out of olives. We finished our drinks and it took another 40 full minutes before we could get the bar backs attention again to get us re-upped. Again, NO BARTENDER even acknowledged us or asked how we were doing during that time. This date sucked. I needed a drink. The bar staff was completely unhelpful with that and so I really have to give them 0/10 for not having a girls back.

Delicious fresh food and super friendly. We asked for some modifications with the drinks and they were more than happy to accommodate. Nice outdoor seating as well.

We love this neighborhood spot! The food is always delicious and the menu changes seasonally so we always have something new to try. The burger is a staple and one of the best I have ever had! Low key with great atmosphere. We can take the kids or do date night. We love it!

My friends and I decided to get a pre dinner cocktail at Leroy's a couple of weekends ago - sans reservation on a Saturday, we had no issue getting a table for 3 outside. The outside is super cute - I love the style of their chairs and the plants really make the space wonderful with views of the action on Franklin. The inside is equally cute and I love the bar centered within the room - makes it feel like a nice communal space to gather with local friends. All 3 of us had the Double Derby and it was perfect! Refreshing on a hot day and an amazing blend of flavors. The presentation was also beautiful and an Instagram-er's dream. My friend had a craving for the Scotch Egg so her and I split an order. Amazing! The egg was perfectly jammy and a great sized pre-dinner snack. We snuck a peak at the dinner menu and it looked incredible so we made a mental note to come back for dinner and did just that last Saturday! We made a 7:00 pm reservation for 3 a few hours prior online. We were seated inside at a table behind the bar right near the kitchen - which was neither the best nor the worst. We still got to take in the amazing decor of this spot and I loved the grouping of plants hiding in the corner near the ceiling. Minus one star for the somewhat awkward seating location and very slow to start service. My friend and I both ordered the Double Derby again and our other friend had the Last Week I Was At This Other Bar per the server's recommendation - it looked tasty! He followed that with an equally delicious espresso martini. Our first round of drinks took an incredibly long time to reach our table - we saw them sitting at the bar on a tray for a while and I was tempted to go grab them myself. When they finally arrived we immediately placed our food order to avoid further delays. The three of us split an order of 6 oysters - they were tasty but on the smaller side. I could have easily done my share of a dozen. For dinner I ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich and subbed the fries for salad. My friend had had it before and said it was just good. I definitely thought it was delicious; however, having recently been to Nashville, it was nothing like the hot chicken there so manage your expectations - this sandwich was tasty in its own way! I was also impressed by how good the simple side salad was! Greens with a light dressing, it perfectly complimented the kick of the sandwich (just a kick, I would not market this as hot or spicy). One of my friends had the burger with a similarly subbed side salad, and the other had the beef tartare with a side of Brussels sprouts - I tried some sprouts and highly recommend! I believe you can't go wrong with anything on the menu here and my friends and I want to go back to order some more dishes to share - it looks perfect for that. Minus the few hiccups, I cannot wait to go back to this cozy yet chic neighborhood gem!

The tuna poke bites are fantastic. Joe was our bartender and was super friendly and also had a phenomenal Hawaiian shirt.

Visited Leroy's over the weekend. Nice spot if you're looking to have a couple of drinks and relax. Was greeted and seated right away at the bar (we didn't have reservations, so no tables were available) . Bartender came over almost right away to offer us water and take our order. My friend had "The Burger" and I had their chicken sandwich (both orders came with fries). Food was delicious. I don't really care for fries, but their own were good, I ate it all. Music was good and staff was friendly. Would recommend.

We love this place. Absolutely LOVE coming here. The vibe is super chill, the tunes are amazing,the drinks are amazing!!! I wish we lived closer,so, we could come more often, like we used to when Leroy's was Alameda, but we can't have it all. The new owner/s have done a great job with their hires!! Our bartender,Wilmur, was great! Super friendly,great conversation and wonderful service. Greenpoint is a great neighborhood with fabulous restaurants and bars. Really miss being a regular in the hood!!

Leroy's is our favorite neighborhood spot. Great place to grab a seat at the bar and enjoy cocktails, food, and elite vibes. My gf and I go at least once a week. The mussels and french fries are our go to's. High recommend coming to check this place out.

Absolutely excellent drink list, food, and staff. I come here once a week with my wife and we love it! Awesome addition to the neighborhood. Try the scotch egg, and burger (with fries that taste like they are from McDonald's). You will not be disappointed.

Leroy's is a great addition to the already amazing greenpoint food scene.. the food here is amazing, everything we've tried has exceeded our expectations. We are vegetarians and have tried all their vegetarian items and would recommend every single one of them. The vibe is amazing, service is great.. overall just an amazing time here each time we visit!

$16 for a mocktail is so psycho...... the burger is really solid and the mussels are great. May as well just drink while pregnant though.

I cannot describe how great the food was at Leroy's! I was with a group of four, so we ordered some small plates to share. Some ordered food that did not sound great to me, and these turned out to be the biggest surprise of all! The food, service, atmosphere -- just everything was absolutely perfect. We will be back!
