A true hidden gem in Brussels! The food—both the main dishes and desserts—was absolutely delicious. The ambiance and interior design deserve a special mention: it’s cozy, original, and features a unique setting with tables overlooking wine cellars 😍. We’ll definitely be returning for another visit!

Such a wonderful restaurant. All the dishes, wines and sweets were delicious. The staff were available and helpful at every moment. I wish they had Kosovo wine (Stone Castle Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon Rahoveci Valley, Kosovo).

Been here for a business dinner and had a great time! Staff was very nice, the atmosphere is relaxed and classy and the food was delicious! The wine choice is the best part of this cave experience, the staff know their wine and will always try to find the best fit for your taste. Full marks for Les Caves d’Alex.

Excellent food and service. Conveniently located around the corner from the Renaissance Hotel. Lucked out as walk-ins getting the only open table so suggest making reservations. Three course meals with two options for each. One in our party was able to understand most of the menu and the server's accent but even if you can't read the menu just pick anything as everything was great.

The food was very good and in generous portions. We particularly loved the duck and the meat dishes. Service was very kind and the experience of dining in what used to be a wine cellar was special.

We had a mixed experience last night. The food was excellent, if pricey. The service on the other hand was extremely slow and our waiter seemed to be having a bad day: he got the appetizer order wrong for three out of the four guests (we had all ordered the same appetizer..) and then broke a wine glass with wine in it. Despite that they didn't even give us a bottle of water for free. In the end, after midnight, we also had to wait 10 minutes for the bill after we asked for it. Clearly a place that needs to train its waiters better to be worthy of the great location and aspirations.

Very nice meat restaurant. Quality food with matured meat available. Wine selection and advice were top notch. And the coffee was one the best I got since Mexico.

If you want an authentic French restaurant experience, this is your place. They respect details and traditional étiquette. Very attentive staff that come over if you look at them a little too much to inquire if you have a request. The food is just premium. For the price, you get excellent food. Let me nitpick and say that it's not obvious to find if you don't ask / pay attention. But I am just saying that to not sound like a sponsored ad.
