"Inside a new luxury hotel located in Faubourg-Saint-Germain, this restaurant adopts all the codes of the luxury brasserie genre. Wood panelling, large mirrors, mosaic floors, velvet banquettes, gilding, black marble tables: it is elegant, slightly retro and very cosy – a winning formula. Curated by Thibault Sombardier, the menu represents a refreshed and updated take on tradition. A fine and eclectic wine list, complete with some great bottles." - Michelin Inspector

Where To Eat Near The Major Paris Museums - Paris - The Infatuation

"This corner restaurant in Saint-Germain-des-Prés is a fairly quiet spot (the thick carpet and velour banquets absorb the clinking of cutlery and wine glasses) but the huge windows keep it from feeling stuffy. Definitely come here post-museum and not before—your best bet after working through the fairly traditional menu and a bottle from their 21-page wine list is a digestive walk along the Seine (or a nap back at the hotel)." - sophie friedman

Pavillon Faubourg Saint-Germain: A Luxury Hideaway in the Artistic and Intellectual Heart of Paris

"The hotel’s restaurant, Les Parisiens, is well worth a visit in its own right. Thibault Sombardier, who made his name on French TV’s Top Chef, serves up fabulous dishes that provide a symphony of flavours, colours and textures. French classics sit alongside more modern dishes, like the delicate sea bass crudo, all featuring the finest ingredients and showcasing the chef’s creativity." - The MICHELIN Guide

The 25 Best Restaurants In Paris 2024 - Paris - The Infatuation

"Palaces aside, the food inside most Paris hotels is not often worth sampling outside breakfast. (And even that meal can be questionable—you’re better off hitting up a local boulangerie instead.) But Les Parisiens, the spacious restaurant with velour banquettes and brass-edge mirrors inside the Pavillon Faubourg Saint-Germain Hotel, is an exception. Classic plates like veal tartare and sole meuniere are tremendous (and priced as such). Take a date, your parents, or anyone you want to impress. If that person happens to be Irish or an English major, you can brag about how you booked a table at the address where James Joyce finished Ulysses over an €18 cocktail and the millefeuille." - Sara Lieberman

If I could give this place 10 stars I absolutely would! Les Parisiens Restaurant impressed us with delicious food, excellent service, and a very pleasant atmosphere. We were celebrating my friend’s birthday, and the evening started with appetizers: the oysters and escargots were outstanding. The main courses were also exceptional, and I appreciated that the menu offers options for guests who don’t eat meat.A special thank-you goes to our wonderful waiter. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, but he did everything to make the celebration memorable. He helped arrange a small birthday surprise, found a beautiful candle іn desert and was incredibly attentive throughout the evening. My only suggestion would be to expand the non-alcoholic section of the menu. It would be great to see a few creative mocktails for guests who don’t drink alcohol. Overall, it’s an amazing restaurant that I’m happy to recommend and one I would love to return to again.

Impeccable service and a strong range of excellent seasonal and classic dishes prepared with refinement. A very nice choice of innovative cocktails and very good wine and champagne by the glass. Of particular note were the crudo scallops in a citrus sauce and the tarte tatin soufflé for dessert (that needs to be pre-ordered). Memorable meal, fairly expensive, but worth it.

Started with oysters that were outstanding and escargot that were yummy. But once our mains came out .. it went bad for me ... the others in my party were ok ... The mash potatoes had no flavor ... no salt, no butter, very bland and not what I expected from a restaurant like this ! I ordered the "veal lamb" chops ... and they were good but not spectacular ... my issue was ... this plate is for a child and not an adult, especially for the price ! I suggest you put a star next to it and state "warning small plate, second plate would be recommended" if I would have seen a warning like this I still would have ordered it and asked for a 2nd main. Service was all over the place, it was nice but NOT very attentive .. I asked the sommelier to recommend a red wine to go with my veal chops when I ordered it and he FORGOT !!! We also served ourselves wine several times since no one was paying attention. Overall very disappointing and will NOT recommend to my friends or anyone. Sorry I will NOT be back !

A wonderful evening. Traditional french food modernized. Gary our server was fantastic. We had the frogs legs, escargot, lamb and "Vol-au-vent". The mashed potatoes were beyond delicious! Highly recommend.

Great experience with good service. Made a last minute noon reservation on a Tuesday and we were perhaps the 3rd table inside. The interior is trendy and clean. I believe we were given sourdough bread with good butter on the side. We opted for the lunch special (beef cheek main) along with an a la carte order of puff pastry snails, pork chops, and French fries. Puff pastry was a nice starter, as it paired well with the snail to soak up the all the sauce. The beef cheek was a surprise, as it wasn’t on the a la carte menu. It was delicious and soft. The pork chops were very soft and tasted good, but were on the smaller side. French fries were crispy and we were given the option of ketchup and mayo on the side. Lastly, the rice pudding was a nice way to end the lunch - not too sweet at all with toasted rice sprinkled over the entire dish for a nice crunch. I would love to return for dinner (not sure if the menu is slightly different).

A gem in paris 7e. Great deco, nice staff and above all nice cuisine! Had a mix of lunch set + a la carte. Dish were simple but with an explosion of flavour. Every seasoning were almost right on spot( the fish was a bit too salty). Strongly recommend and remember To book in advance.

Modern, sophisticated and Parisian. This is a great restaurant which offers quality food. Their lunch menu is good value for money but the choices are very limited, being a single choice for starter and dessert, with 2 choices for main (meat or fish). The a la carte menu is a bit more pricey but a good variety none the less. We decided to go for the 2 course set menu (which was delicious) then got a dessert from the a la carte menu. Staff were friendly and attentive. We'd return here if we were passing another day and were hungry.
