*updated after my second visit! (Couldn’t visit lyon without dining at l’établi again!) What an amazing dining experience! We had the incredible tasting menu — L’Etabli should have a Michelin star already! The service by Manon was perfect (and French/English bilingual!) and the wines recommended by Enzo were both original, perfectly paired and very reasonably priced. For 2 with the tasting menus and many wine glasses, we paid 240€ which felt like amazing value for money! Highly recommended for a special dining experience in lyon!

We had dinner at this restaurant in the evening and tried the set menu. The place truly surprised us with its outstanding cuisine — everything was incredibly delicious with beautifully presented dishes. What made it even more special was the relaxed, almost family-like atmosphere — elegant without being pretentious. If you’re looking for an exceptional dinner in a calm and welcoming setting, this spot is definitely worth a visit!

We had high hopes for Lyon's renowned cuisine, but our dining experiences initially fell short of expectations. However, on our last day, lunch at L’Établi restored our faith in Lyon's culinary reputation! We opted for the six-course set menu paired with five glasses of wine, and each dish was delicious and beautifully presented. The service was efficient, and the staff were friendly. We would definitely go back. 💪 🥰

We visited for dinner and opted for the seven-course tasting menu. An amazing deal for what turned out to be a copious amount of food, which was extremely creative and well-executed. The service was welcoming and attentive. Waitstaff are fluent in both English and French. Definitely recommended on any trip to Lyon.

This was by far our favorite restaurant in France! Everything was unique; from the whimsical menu print, decor to the creative food presentation! The service was lovely with friendly and informative personal. The sommelier gave a great wine recommendation as well! We had the leek appetizer, duck and fish ending with lovely, complex deserts paired with a a lovely local white wine. Upon our departure the hostess gave us zucchini seeds which I cannot wait to plant in the Spring!If you come to Lyon, the restaurant is a must!

The 6 course menu at lunch was incredible. Really inventive but simple courses with very fresh ingredients. Will be back if in Lyon again. I didn’t have any wine but their wine list is outstanding. Highly recommend

Fabulous and memorable experience! My partner and i enjoyed and appreciated every dish and all the details ! Pleasant and comfortable! The chef offered creative and tasty menus (5 or 7 dishes)! Each one had its own unique arrangement and taste, displayed on well chosen ceramic plate.
