"L’Éterre was opened by Yoshiaki Ito, chef of L’Archeste in Paris’ 16th arrondissement. Ito entrusted the kitchen here to Akira Tagomori, who was Ito’s junior during his apprenticeship. The classic fare is prepared with traditional techniques, making artful use of firewood, charcoal and straw to draw out the purity of the ingredients. Cheesecake and chocolate truffles are desserts served in both the Paris and Tokyo locations. The bond between Ito and Tagomori binds the two cities as well." - Michelin Inspector
French cuisine on the counter. Not only are the dishes beautiful to look at, but also blend well with the sauce. Personally, I like fish dishes. The wine was also delicious. We drunk a lot, but the bill came to just over 40,000 yen per person, which was quite satisfying. The flexibility of the OMAKASE is also convenient.

The restaurant was awesome, the food was delicious. They tried new combinations I didn't expect to fit so well together. The ambient was good, only counter avaliable. The drinks were a bit to expensive in my opinion. There english was good, should be improved, due to less information about what exactly get served. The adapte well to your wishes. I had the feeling that the teamwork can be improved.

I wish I could give L'Eterre more than 5 stars. This was one of the best meals I have ever had in my life. The food was spectacular and five stars without a doubt. For me, the service and atmosphere were what really stood out, especially the service. The staff went so above and beyond. The conversation that we had with the chef was one of my favorite parts. He really made an effort to connect with us, but in a natural way that wasn't forced. I was in Japan for 10 days and this meal stood out as one of the highlights of my trip. I can't say enough kind words about this place.

Amazing food! It was a little pricey after having one glass of wine and a cup of coffee. Around 35,000 yen per person but definitely worth it. Personally I think it’s better than some well known fine dining restaurants in Ginza. We had lunch there and we were the only customers. It felt abit odd at first. However the chef is young and friendly, and he tried to communicate with us in English. We enjoyed our time!

All their dishes are dedicated and well-served. Two things I really like about it are that they pay attention to details and their choices of tablewares are fantastic. This one is definitely worth a try.
