Türkiye: Spacious and Breezy Restaurants in Urla: Levan and Teruar Urla

"Levan is a family-owned restaurant located next to 15-year-old vineyards in Urla. The restaurant offers a warm and familiar atmosphere with high standards of taste. The menu is seasonal and features a variety of dishes that change weekly, including specialties made with fresh dough. Levan also offers local wines and hosts special pizza days on Sundays." - The MICHELIN Guide

Levan

"Dining with a view of the vineyards, or surrounded by the grapevines on the terrace, is an experience that will leave a lasting impression. Levan offers a convivial atmosphere in a charming and intimate setting. On the chalkboard, you will find a dozen dishes, from mezze to share to main courses to savour on your own. The traditional cuisine of the Aegean coast is given a subtle new twist here. Rice-filled vine leaves served with a yoghurt cream and tomato sauce, and rich lamb stew cooked in white wine: get ready for a Mediterranean feast!" - Michelin Inspector

My wife and I had a very pleasant evening here. The wines are absolutely great! Staff was kids friendly.

When we stayed in nearby farm hotel just googled any restaurant in the neighborhood. Go to the nearest and it’s appeared one of the best place during Turkish journey. Really good atmosphere and interesting cuisine. Levan is worth of including to your travel plan.

Small and cosy restaurant. We loved it. There weren't several choices for lunch (there are more for dinner) but the ones e tried were delicious (kofta, soup and salad). The staff is really nice and the local atmosphere invites you to a long stay.

Amazing staff/owners. The location is somewhat hidden in village roads, but that just adds up to the authenticity of the place. The atmosphere is relaxing along with the choice of ambient musics. And last but not least to mention of is of course the meals. Perfect and unheard combination of Mediterranean cuisine with Italian pizzas is finger-bitingly delicious served with a quality selection of local wines. Pet friendly, but no babies is the only question mark to a family with babies :) but certainly a would-recommend place to eat.

A very very lovely place for dinner. I went with my fiancé and her family and it was perfect for the occasion. We had 2 of the pizzas and 2 pasta dishes (however there was plenty of other non-Italian dishes available). All the food was delightful, especially the pizza. Dessert was spectacular, and there was good wine to accompany. The setting is lovely, well decorated and calming. The staff were very hospitable and attentive! Good to note that the menu changes often, based on what produce is available locally. It is a little out the way, and quite close to a highway which I imagine on a more unfortunate occasion could be noisy. Prices are a little more expensive compared to other eateries, however they are cheaper than alternate fine dining options in Urla. I would definitely come again.

Very good service, very poor & barely warm food, and very expensive. Go to Hur winery instead.

Ikea plates should not be standard in this place. Portions are ok but taste is not satisfactory for liever, stuffed grape leaves.

Don’t listen to the cretins giving this restaurant one star. Food is delicious and the owner was a very cool and welcoming guy.
