Great staff, bartenders and great venue space! We did buffet style dinner and it was amazing!

Really nice and fancy place. You have a mix of business casual I super dressy individuals. Their wine and beer selection is great. What is even better, is their reservations for small/medium size groups. This is the perfect spot for a small celebration or a work group event. I have even seen them serve nice plates to the groups that are there. Definitely a good place and very hip- and yes a perfect location !

Was here for their NYE event and I had an absolute blast! Very friendly hosts in the front and even more friendly VIP table hosts. Great music, great crowd and not overly crowded. I was skeptical at first but definitely want to come back for a brunch party soon! Loved starting 2020 at this spot with friends!

4.5 stars?!?!?! This place deserves 0 stars! But since there isn’t an option for that I will settle for 1 star! Rated solely on service…. Why? We weren’t given the opportunity to view the venue, try the drinks/food, enjoy the club or experience the service! This past Friday was my friend’s birthday and she made a reservation 12 days before. Most places will do a follow up call to confirm the details of large parties, but crickets…. Her e-confirmation didn’t even come until the day of….. We show up on time at 9 PM and couldn’t find the entrance, so we asked the parking attendant who shared that he believed the venue was closed. He said that he didn’t see any employees show up for work. A few days prior to Friday, my friend called their contact # listed online to confirm the details and was always sent straight to voicemail. Day of the event, she still was sent to a voicemail. On a Friday night, do you know hard it is to find a venue last minute to accommodate a party of 12?! We ended up going to Next Door Lounge (shout out for being so accommodating). I wouldn’t waste my time making reservations or even giving them my business….

I was here for a holiday party, and it was breathtaking! There is a huge bar right as you walk in, an open retractable ceiling, and a gorgeous back patio. The service was excellent as well. One of the cocktail waitresses passing food remembered me and my food allergies. She was attentive in finding me and helping me find some finger food for me to eat. Great service!

After paying $100 entry for a hip hop club on Friday night I was kicked Out of the club I spun a bottle to read the label which showed Pampero rum to demonstrate to the bartender that she did have better rum that Bacardi I was then rudely accused by security for attempting to steal a bottle with no verification from people immediately around. While I calmly explained situation outside I was unjustly ignored and told that the club would close soon anyway. A few questions i would like you to consider. Why would I try to steal a bottle after paying $100 Entry fee? As we say in Australia “Not Happy Jan!🤬” PS: after paying $100 cash entry serving customers in paper cups the ingredients for a rum and coke so the customer has to mix it themselves is soooo cheap and bad for the environment🤣

Very,Very over rated and an absolute joke of a wanna be Vegas club. The staff,management and promoters like Kris Moreno treat the females like they are property. This club is over priced,over rated and the staff has no class. My party of 9 girls thought it was an extremely poor club environment. Please don't fall for the hype. Extremely disappointed. Two thumbs down. Response to the owner 5/3/2018. If you truly are the owner I guarantee you would accept responsiblity of your establishments poor customer service. Im perplexed at your lack of care or commitment to improve your establishment. Ultimately, your lack of concern for your customers will win the day. I dont want others to waste their money on an establishment who only values their money and not the customer.

Came here for their themed Candyland Sunday brunch. It was pretty hot that day and was disappointed that we waited over 30 min past our reservation time. They kept saying they weren't ready yet but did not give an answer on how soon. It's definitely got that club vibe so be prepared for loud music and folks getting bottle service. There is a high minimum so make sure your wallets are ready and come hungry and thirsty. Drinks were decent- not too strong, not too weak. Food was the saving grace for the experience. All the menu items were delicious. - ribeye was flavorful (slightly a tad too salty), but extremely tender. Was able to cut through it with a butter knife - wagyu burger sliders were great as well- cooked nicely - cauliflower and trio had a hint of Mediterranean flavors, great for sharing - Brussel sprouts were a bit too burnt (might have been our batch) - hamachi toasted bites were perfect Overall, the food was great- all had a hint of Mediterranean flavors and were priced reasonably. Servers were attentive and friendly. They also have a live DJ and a saxophonist who was entertaining. Also, there's metered street parking if you don't want to pay the $15 lot parking they have.

This was my second time coming to this club and I had a good time. The music was 8/10, they played good hip hop but then randomly played songs that were undanceable like unwritten by Natasha Bedingfield... I would say 80% of the time my friends and I were dancing so the music was pretty good. The bartenders were awesome and made great drinks. The guy with tattoos on his head and the white guy with the beard helped us all night and were so kind! Def a + because most clubs have wack bars. Also the bar had a lot of space, and it wasn't crowded. The bottle service girls were also gorgeous, kind and helpful. The line to get in wasn't long but we were also on a guest list, that took about 15 minutes. Lastly the security was so helpful. Honestly the best experience I ever had with security; my friend got sick and not only did security help her, get her water and check on her multiple times but they also walked her to the Uber. I have never ever experienced multiple security/bouncers actually care or do their job without being assholes... and for this reason alone I will be coming here more often and this club is deserving of 5 stars. At the very least I know my friends and I will be safe. This club had fallen off my radar, but our promoter Army, the bartenders and security def made this experience awesome and we will be coming more often!

GOT DRUGGED AND AWFUL EXPERIENCE I ordered a drink and a shot and then after a short time, I knew I was drugged. I was having a great night and then in a snap, I started seeing double of people and by the time I told my best friend and left the bar I had to be lifted in the car by security. I am always very conscientious of how much I drink and I have gone out countless nights. My friends were trying to take photos of me, but I was paying for the drinks and when you zoom in, YOU CLEARLY SEE A DRUG DISSOLVING. On my check, it says my bartender's name was Jose H. and was not the gentleman in the photo. I have tried contacting management about this situation, and no one has responded to me after several attempts. DO NOT GO TO THIS BAR. DO NOT TRUST THE BARTENDERS HERE. This was one of the scariest nights of my life. Do NOT go here!!

It was the perfect place to celebrate my mom's birthday. Delicious food, first class service, excellent drinks, friendly staff and a very youthful atmosphere

A man was harassing my two girl friends. When he finally got to me I decided to confront him. A bottle girl sees me defending myself and instead of going after the guy harassing us- she tells ME that I need to calm down. I was obviously not happy about that so I talk to the bar manager. The bar manager also complains that I'm yelling too much. Very interesting how in this day and age, I was treated as the villain when I was standing up for myself and two other girls. How does one not yell when 1) I'm in a club and the music is blasting and 2) I'm clearly upset and no one is taking it seriously. So if you're a woman that wants to be treated with some respect, stay away.

BE AWARE OF SCAMMERS!!!! This placed was shut down in the last month, I repeat this place is vacant and has been shut down!!!! Do not fall for scammers trying to host events at this location especially on Eventbrite. It happened to us, as well as, other people that showed up to the same "event" as us. The venue next door confirmed that this place is no longer in business and the valet parking staff right next to this place told us the same thing! And there is no way to get your money back other than to contact your bank. Please do not buy any type of event tickets taking place at this restaurant!

Saturday Nights are amazing at Liaison. Roxbury Saturday's brings new artist every weekend! Had an amazing time, if you love Hip Hop Saturday at Liaison is the place to be!

This was a fun spot to come. The food could be better, not many good choices but there is live entertainment, belly dancing and DJ. Come for late nights to see the show, it's great for groups. This is more of a lounge setting instead of a restaurant so don't think you will have normal tables they are very small. When booking ask for lounge couches. If you wanna have fun with your friends this is a place to come.

Such a vibe! The service was very on top of everything and the food was tasty. We got the chicken and beef skewers, fries, and mini tacos. They were all super delicious. Also the music is lively, we had a saxophone performance. Great music, great food, and good vibes. Definitely coming back

3.75 stars. Came here for dinner last night, which was their official opening night. This used to be Les Deux, and they kept the entrance where the old club used to have it (through the parking lot). We came at around 8:15 pm and were seated promptly. Initially, we were seated by the bar, and the three of us were confused as the seating was so low and tight, and the table was a round that could not have been more than 24 inches long. We probably had confused looks on our faces so the waitress came back within seconds and said, sorry, I'll seat you at a bigger table. We went to the main dining area and were seated at a larger booth but still not a typical dining table. We now had two square tables that were about 18 inches each but put side by side. It was slightly better but not for anyone who is over 5'5. The tables were lower than knee level and it was difficult to eat. Every single person we saw who was being seated all had the same confused look on their face, and asked to be seated somewhere else (unfortunately, only 3-4 tables in the lower, middle area of the room had regular tables). Aside from that, we enjoyed the food, which were mostly small plates. We had the uni (in a shell), warm burrata, octopus (a bit chewy), mussels (very small dish), skirt steak, snap pea fritters, and tuna tartare. Cocktails were good and service was fast and attentive. They bring out orders pretty quickly, probably since they want you to stick to the 2-hour table time limit. Once 9:30-10pm hits, the music got way louder, and the scene much clubbier. Seems to be a fun bar scene but I'm not sure if the restaurant side of it will last long. The layout just didn't seem conducive to eating and relaxing during dinner.

We had a table literally had a table and was there before a huge crowd and the lady literally cut the rope off in between our group. Then they let hella other people in after saying they are over capacity! Based on status I guess. Seems like black women have a problem getting in places like this. But guess it's based on how the people at the door feel about you. It's crazy it's like this but never again. Do not recommend unless you're with the celebrity of the night and their homie come to the door and get you. This is LA. It's celebrities promoters influencers and then friends of them and then everyone else. They might as well party with each other and everyone else stay home because you basically don't matter

Went here for a party. It is off the Main Street which makes it harder to find but once you do, it's fine. The decor was trendy and cool. High ceilings which gives it a feeling of being outside. Large full bar with easy access. It has booths surrounding the dance floor. Has a DJ area and is situated very comfortably. Bathrooms are clean and convenient. I will definitely go back here again

All of you pretty folks reading this review are more-than-likely aware of the biggest show on TV, currently, "This is Us". If not... then you are living under a gargantuan rock. Luckily, I'm besties with many crew members on the show which means I was lucky enough to be the plus one to the exclusive cast and crew 'This is Us Season 2 Wrap Party'. Yes, I was stoked!! Anyway, what does this have to do with Yelp and Liaison? This spot was the venue space for my amazing night and thus, I got to experience its offerings. Let's see what Liaison can do when it comes to events, shall we? Located in the heart of the tourist Hollywood/'hot spot' bullseye on Las Palmas/Hollywood; Liaison is another lounge/restaurant/ venue space among the heap. However, there is something special about Liaison and its glitter and glitz. We arrived to their parking lot (generally seems to charge $10 but we were complimentary for the party) and were instantly welcomed by the parking attendants, a Liaison rep outside, and a bouncer. All of these staff members were kind and courteous rather than making one feel insignificant. Perhaps it can be argued that this is because we were at an exclusive Hollywood party but I would like to think Liaison is just awesome. This friendliness continued with the front desk girl (looked like a reception area) and servers waiting with drinks upon door entrance. Wowee! So, what you can expect with the interior? The designer of Liaison hit the nail on the head combining a rustic meets Hollywood flair (exposed wooden beams, high ceilings, leather booths, vintage lighting) with a spacious, well-thought out, airy layout. A main room complete with a dance floor and booths stands to the right while a bar and sitting area are on the left. This leads to a hallway with another bar room. Liaison also has a outdoor patio area. Basically, there is plenty of walking space to mingle when at Liaison and square footage is not skimped. Liaison bar tenders (open bar at our event) worked like maniacs and bees in a hive and these guys and gals are top of the line. Every drink was amazing and STRONG! Liaison does NOT hold back on the alcohol! If you are into sissy drinks then strap on your belts while at Liaison! The chefs also held the gold medal honor. We were served appetizers that were gourmet (kobe beef skewers, tartare, amazing desserts, cheese plates, etc) that were insanely delicious and high-end. One wouldn't think that food on trays are that noteworthy but I assure you this was HEAVENLY! The food at Liaison is obviously no joke and top of the line. Ladies, I know we tend to worry about bathroom status. Is is clean? Is it spacious? The ladies room is clean and also has the Hollywood feel so don't worry about some dingy bar bathroom. Rest assured all is well. My only complaint? Liaison doesn't have a coat check. What?! But listen to this: staff here is so kind that a bus boy offered to hold my coat, with my name on it, back with the employee jackets. He kept his word and met up after the event with not a thread out of my place on my coat. How amazing is that customer service?! Another minor but pointed note: The dance floor area has an elevated deck with wooden floor slats and my heels kept getting stuck. Not to mention, everyone commented on how easy it is to fall from the teeny-tiny step to the dance floor. Be careful not to face-plant! I have a feeling that many of you would rather hear about whether I met all the actors from "This is Us" (yes!) but let's stay on task, here! Bottom line is that Liaison is a wonderful venue with excellent customer service/staff, terrific food, and wonderful drinks in a beautiful environment. It may seem like a dime a dozen in Hollywood... but Liaison knows how to stand out.

Came here last night to celebrate a friends birthday. We had several people visiting from out of town and we were expecting to have a great time. The club was pretty empty when we first walked in at 12:24 AM. As time went by I was wondering where our bottles were. Being that the club was nowhere near packed I didn't understand why it was taking so long. I started watching people who arrived after us receive their bottles before us. At this point we were starting to get antsy so my friend asked the promoter when were they going to bring out our bottles and she stated they were about to come out. After over a hour of waiting our bottles finally came out at 1:30 AM and the club was over at 2 AM. What a waste! I will never come back to this place again.

I went to a party at this venue on Saturday.my phone went missing in the venue, however the securities wouldn't let me look for it. My find my IPhone is showing that my phone is still in the building. However I've emailed the company, Dm them on instagram, went to the business the very next door and it was close, so I left a note on the door, still no response from anyone.

Hello Liaison! A contemporary restaurant/lounge with an open, airy, yet intimate feel. Judging upon my one and only visit here, I enjoyed my time; but it seems to be a hit/miss with others frequenting the location. We came on a Friday evening armed with 9pm dinner reservations and an expectation of a big crowd, only to find the restaurant about halfway filled and the bar practically empty. It was dineLA week and we decided to go with the three course for $40 dollar dinner option. We chose the black kale and cheese grits salad and albacore tuna tartar as appetizers, the charcoal wheat pasta and grilled skirt steak as entrees and the bitter chocolate cake and strawberry shortcake as deserts. The albacore tuna tartar was served with mushroom soy, onion sprouts and crispy won tons on the side. The fish was fresh and was not over sauced. The perfect amount of savory and sweet to create a harmonious dish. Using the crispy won tons as opposed to traditional chips were a nice modification. The black kale and cheese grits salad was my favorite dish of all. Topped with pistachio, pixie tangerine, and smoked olive oil, this salad was an amazing combination of delicious. The crunch of the pistachio paired with the citrus flavors of the tangerine and smokey olive oil was fantastic. Not to mention the cheese grits...I would come back just for this salad. The charcoal wheat pasta was mixed with a san joaquin gold cheese, a demi glaze and black pepper. A simple dish, but tons of flavor. The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente and this was a major comfort meal dish. A perfect pair to the kale and cheese grits salad. The grilled skirt steak was served with dandelion greens, roasted butter yams and smoked chimicurri. The steak was super tender and flavorful on its own. The sauce was not overbearing and the side items were well paired to enhance the flavors of the meat. Both the bitter chocolate cake and strawberry shortcake deserts were delicious and unique. An innovative twist on how a regular cake should look like, both these dishes were served in a a bowl. The chocolate cake was topped with almond praline and raspberry compote. You have to dig in there to get a little of everything on your spoon. The shortcake was lots of sweetbread, fresh strawberry, and vanilla whipped cream. Simple, innovative, delicious. The service was average; similar to most upper end restaurant/lounges, the staff were beautiful, tall and in full club attire. Our waitress nonchalantly took our order and delivered our drinks. She indicated that the restaurant was normally busier and they often do theme nights (good to know) after we'd asked about the lackluster crowd. We actually really enjoyed the DJ and the music she was playing. A bit of 90s and early 2000s hip hop and R&B was the theme of the night and right up our alley. We grabbed a second drink at the bar after our meal and the bartenders were friendly and we were served immediately. I assume that the club vibe is completely different from the dinner vibe, but I enjoyed the mellow evening and the delectable menu items. I'd like to come back and experience other menu items as well as the themed nights in the future.

Can't ever go back here. Spent 70$ for two tickets on Halloween. The DJ was so bad it was something from a bad movie. Also the club was half empty. Lastly the Sound Quality was lame. I was standing in the center of the dance floor having full conversations saying how painfully awkward this Sean Paul track from 2004 was .... If you manage this place, Hire a good DJ and Pay Him Well. Then call a Sound Engineer to calibrate and asses that sound system. And finally, hire some promoters that care, and bring in good vibes. You're Welcome.

Man what can I say! Was iffy about going out and my boys pushed me to come out and have a great night. We decided to get a table at liaison and it didn't disappoint. Got a table by the DJ booth, it was lit, but what truly made the night was the service. Our server/do it all/ superwoman host Sophia was amazing. Didn't miss a beat, took care of us from the time we got there till we left. She is one of the best out there that I have come across in LA. Enjoyable night for a Friday! Def will have to come back!

This place is awesome!!! Was here for a girlfriend birthday and the experience was pretty amazing. They offer valet at this venue so parking is not a problem . Before 9 pm, this place is an ordinary restaurant with an open bar and dining etc. the food was pretty delicious! I had steak with asparagus ! Around 9pm or so the servers took the tables away and made it into a clubbing environment. This place gets pretty pack during night time .. Even though it's a restaurant / bar. Upscale attire is required because this venue does turn into a clubbing environment at night time. The venue is beautifully decorated and the servers are super nice and friendly. I would definitely come back her again to host my future events!

DO NOT wear stilettos in here. The floor surrounding the dance floor and tables is made up of planks with gaps. My friend fell down when her heel got stuck and my heel ripped off when security had to unwedge it for me. Keep in mind they were $900 shoes. I saw at least three other girls get stuck while I was there. Other than that, DJ was lit, drinks were good and the crowd is mixed just enough. Just wear wedges or chunky heels Enjoy!

My company decided to host their holiday party here and took over the whole venue. Very attentive servers and the bartenders were very accommodating. Excellent customer service. The venue is also quite spacious. I found it was divided into roughly 4 areas: Outside patio, dance floor, main bar area, and a lounge room behind the restrooms. Very nice ambiance.

I absolutely love the ambiance, it's perfect and I can't wait to go back; the only negative about this place is the food. For the amount I'm paying, I don't expect huge portions, but I do expect quality to play a factor. I was disappointed by their tiny steak, the sad excuse of a mushroom salad with no taste, and their mediocre drinks. Don't get me wrong, I'd go again and their service was wonderful, but I wouldn't go there for dinner. Huge seating area with great music. Valet parking offered.

Loveeeeeee this place. It's a day club /brunch on Sundays. You walk in happy and you walk out forgetting everything. Great for bdays showers. Girls day/night out. Also, private messaging vents or renting the venue! It's the prettiest and most unique venue in Hollywood

This restaurant is amazing!! So much great food and a super fun brunch spot for large parties. The French toast and avocado toast is amazing but everything is really great. After brunch it turns into a party with themes every Sunday during the summer it's a lot of fun. I love the house music vibe.

This place has terrible bottle service. DONT COME HEREwaited around 20 minutes to get tequila. So trashhh

For sure a great place to dine and stay after for the entertainment since the place turns into a club. We made a dinner reservation for 4 ppl and ordered everything on the dinner menu besides one. The cauliflower was the best part of the whole dinner so make sure you order it! The sea bass was small but also great. For sure order the steak also, we did medium and it was right on pint! The chicken was also great and we also orders the charcoal pasta which was also good. After we were done they asked us to surrender our table which is normal for a place like this since they sell the tables as the whole place turns into a club. The club was off the F&$@ing hook! For sure going back!

Beautiful decor ! And a very fun place on Sundays! If you are planning on doing your birthday here or any occasion do it on a Sunday brunch, super fun you won't regret it. The dancers and the music did a great job keeping the crowd entertained. I always have a good time here. The food was also delicious as well. Try it out.

I went here for their Sunday day party. I was not pleased with the "password" or whatever they require to get in. Everyone in LA really let this Hollywood stuff get to their head. I was waiting for my friends who made the reservation and they would not allow me in until my friends were there. They would not even allow me to go stand by the bar. I really thought Jesus was on the inside. I eventually got in when my friends arrived. I ordered the chicken and waffles for my entree. The only thing good about the food was the presentation. I am giving them a three star because the entertainment in the back was good. The dancers and musicians did a great job keeping the crowd going. I think it is overrated. I won't be back!

My friend and I arrived 20 min early to opening time on a Wednesday night, slow night, and the hostess asked us to wait outside. It took some time to convince her that we simply wanted to sit and wait so we didn't have to walk to a nearby bar only to turn around. The place was empty and it was zero hospitality served at the beginning. Thankfully, our waitress was friendly to change our bad 1st impression of this place. Food was bland. I heard it's a good place to grab a drink on the weekends. I'll return for drinks. Never for food.

Liaison's food, music, and atmosphere was absolutely phenomenal. Perfect combination for anyone who wants the all in one place for a good meal, great hospitality, and a overall stellar time

Love love love the atmosphere! Great place to take photos! It does get crowded. Good to have a big event (birthday, launch parties, anything of that sort). You can start off having a fun breakfast / lunch and turns into s fun night. The service isn't the greatest but can be overlooked.

Omg this place was decked out in amazing decorations!! The vibe and staff were amazing from the beginning to the end of our brunch experience.

What can I say.... The food was terrible. Ordered an avocado toast that comes with an egg on top. The egg was not cooked enough it was still cold. The drinks are weak! I ordered a bloody marry and it came in a whiskey glass with no garnishes. WTF? Have they seen a bloody marry before??? It was just one of the worst brunch experiences I had in LA we actually left after one drink and decided to go get drinks somewhere else decent. The worst part of all is that this place is super expensive. I think they are just banking on the cool decor but thats really not enough to keep a business going in LA so I really suggest you go elsewhere.

Everything was fine with the exception of the girl at the front desk. She seemed very fake (not just judging by her plastic surgery laden appearance), but when she was taking for MINUTES when I was just trying to ask her a simple question she said "Sorry, I'm talking to someone" and continued to babble with some random guy. When I asked her if she knew what the WiFi was, she said "I don't give out WiFi to strangers." Are you serious? I'm here as a guest and you think I'm going to share this with strangers? Anyway; please find a replacement for the host. She needs to pull that stick out of her butt. And go check yourself in to your plastic surgeon to look more like a human and less like a wax figure.
