Rooftop bar with panoramic city views, creative cocktails, and bites.

"There are many rooftop bars in Williamsburg, and most of them are pretty decent. But if you want to feel like you’re at a tropical resort filled with 100 of your well-dressed peers, head to Lillistar. At the top of the Moxy Williamsburg, this bar has an indoor area with a bunch of tables and DJ booth, as well as a big outdoor patio where you can hang out in a booth and watch the J train crawl its way toward Bushwick. The cocktails are interesting (and occasionally glittery), and there are few bar snacks like chicken wings and mushroom barbacoa." - bryan kim, neha talreja, kenny yang, molly fitzpatrick
"The Moxy Hotel in Williamsburg does a decent job of blending into its surroundings. But once you get to the rooftop, you’ll feel like you’re in another zip code. Unlike most bars in the neighborhood, Lillistar is a glamorous place where you can impress some out-of-towners or enjoy a few Southeast Asian snacks with a friend who unironically likes Tao. The rooftop has a sprawling outdoor patio, as well as a tropical-themed indoor area with potted plants, a DJ booth, and funky, mismatched furniture. Cocktails are around $18, but they’re fun and interesting—and the impressive view is worth a slight premium. "I describe LilliStar as an Indonesian- and Australian-themed rooftop bar at the Moxy Williamsburg with a cocktail program from Christine Wiseman and Channing Centeno, adult Jello shots from Solid Wiggles, and bar snacks by Eli Buli such as guacamole with papadam chips, buckwheat noodles with a peanut-miso sauce, porgy lumpia, and Indonesian-style chicken wings." - Emma Orlow
"Planned as the hotel’s rooftop bar, LilliStar is slated to open later in the spring as another venue operated by the Broken Shaker group." - Melissa McCart
"Lillistar provides a vibrant rooftop setting with cocktails and a social scene, making it an ideal spot for enjoying drinks with a view over Williamsburg." - Coolstuff Team
