Lincoln Fine Wines in Venice ranks among the very best of wine sellers in CA. Not only do they sell excellent wines from around the world, and rate spirits they also have a tremendous collegial ambiance and customer service. No snobbishness here. Just amazing passionate experts and cool people that love wine. Aside from the magnificent post COVID opening event at the expanded location on Nov 5th, Lincoln Fine Wines does weekly thematic 15$ wine tastings. The grand opening of their new expanded wine store was an extraordinary tasting and pairing with snacks. This is a must-see for the Westside wineand spirits connisseur. For those mourning the closure of Heritage wine bar in Beverly Hills, Lincoln Fine Wines is the next coolest thing.

Excellent local wine shop for collectors and those grabbing a bottle for dinner alike. I like to go in with a couple metrics (EG: region, style, price point, food pairing) and have them give me a couple recommendations. They also have an excellent liquor selection and pricing is extremely competitive with other retailers in the neighborhood.

If you are in LA and after some proper good wines then this place is for you. I bought a 60 dollar St Emilion bottle and was not disappointed. The shop is neat and spacious and the staff amicable. Will defo return there

I just LOVE this place! I have a significant cellar in my home and I buy from sources across the country. However, Lincoln Fine Wines has truly become my favorite GO TO place for great value and variety! Their email deals are often incredible and their assortment is amazing, considering the size of byte place. The owner, Hawk, is a gentleman and a scholar. I HIGHLY recommend LFW! Cheers!

I can't believe the space doesn't have more reviews. This has to be the best wine shop in LA. I don't know how they found so many good employees every person here knows everything there is to know about their products. I always tell them when the wines I like and a ballpark price range And they find me two or three bottles I've never heard of that are good every single time without exception. They have some wine tastings too. I've never been to them. Definitely come by here.

The best in town ... knowledgeable... fun and fair priced... great selection of liquor and wine ... a lot of small boutique stuff. I'm a high end private chef... so for me I'm very picky.... The owner is wonderful and his staff very professional and personable... go! And see for for yourself... oh and they have a fantastic wine tasting on the last Saturday of every month... make your reservations now they go quick! Elegant atmosphere... beautiful new interior as well!

This is a brief review to thank Haque for exceptional customer service. I searched all over Los Angeles (including my favorite wine/spirits store in Beverly Hills) for a certain Italian digestive that I wanted to try. No luck. When I googled it, miracle of miracle, Lincoln FW had it. I called, spoke with Haque, he checked inventory and immediately put aside two bottles for me to pick up by the end of the day. He volunteered to do it. When we went to get it, he had it bagged and ready with my name on it. I live nowhere near this store but, given that kind of customer care, I will go out of my way to buy from them in the future. Thank you!

This review is for the staff at cash registry and tasting event. Visited tonight for the tasting which gave 6 pours each barely wet the bottom of glass so could not even smell the wine. Also, packed space, and silent staff who I learned nothing from. Asked the front desk on way out to see if this is typical so I could decide whether to come back next time. Didn't get my answer. Instead, received series of assuming and condescending comments including "we are not a place to get drunk" and "it's on you" for coming in...If the wines are expensive, price appropriately for an appropriate event. Don't waste my time and skip the attitude. Cute place, decent wine, but will avoid. If you are serious about wine, both K&L and Winehouse have much better selections and professional staffs. If you want overpriced wine and good ambiance, try Wally's.

LFW is my jam, signed up for a club membership when I first walked in over 7 years and and never looked back. A beautifully curated selection with all the great wines and spirits anyone would ever need. Haque is my favorite small business owner: a forward thinker, quick to adapt to each customers' tastes and budget and a warm soul. Snobbery is left at the door: Wines for the people! I have watched this business grow to have the best Natty selection on the Westside and now expand/remodel to a gorgeous wine store. I'm excited for what this business will bring with their new layout.

Yeeeeesss!!! Finally- a place that values it's customer's safety as well as delivering a great product. I am so THANKFUL for their delivery service and attention to detail. The employees are incredibly knowledgeable- every time I stop in. I realize that due to Covid-19 the shop has had to make a few changes to protect their clientele, but I am happy to oblige knowing that the employees are safe. What better way to support our local shops AND have a good time than supporting this gem of a wine shop!

My friendly neighborhood store with a vast collection of wine and spirits. I love how they're so helpful and have wines that range from $10 and up. I also love that they have such a curated and tasteful collection - you can easily come in and buy a gift for $10 and have it look fabulous! I love that I can buy wine from all over the world here! Check out this cute orange wine I bought today that I just don't want to open it's so pretty!

**THEY HAVE WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR** At two random times, I was frantically searching for a specific brand of port and the second time for a specific wine....no one had them, including online. Lincoln Fine Wines had them. A few of my friends had the same experience. They'd search everywhere for something specific. AND each time....Lincoln Fine Wines HAD THEM. Follow the trend here??? If you're looking for something specific, your best bet is to visit them. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. There is limited parking in the back but you can also park on the street. RECOMMENDED.

I'm not a wine drinker at all, so I've only ever come here to pick up gifts... as such, I have no idea what I'm looking for. The times I've come in, I walk in with a budget and an objective ($20, red wine, etc.) and walk out with a gift for someone who will hopefully get more enjoyment out of wine than I ever will. Staff is friendly and helpful which is key for me since I have zero interest or knowledge in the product.

Veronica is an angel! My friends and I are always obsessed with everything she picks for us. I've been trying to stick to Natural Wines to avoid any extra chemicals in the foods and beverages I ingest. Lincoln has the best Natural Wine Selection. I truly miss visiting their "Natty Corner" pre-Covid. LA has great wine shops, but most of the time the prices are too high, or the staff doesn't know what they are talking about. At Lincoln, I always know we are taken care of.

I hate bait and switch! They advertise one price and try to sell it for more than double. Nit an accident!

Nice selection of wines and good alternative to Wally's and The Wine House. But staff doesn't live up to being close to courteous as these other two. Until they are as courteous, better to shop elsewhere based on my experience on 8/13/22

One order arrived short a bottle, the other was never delivered but says it was and wasn't with the other two orders I received from Lincoln on the same day and time. I've reached out via email and phone to get this issue sorted and they stopped responding weeks ago, leaving this matter unaddressed and haven't done anything to rectify my order that I was shorted 1 bottle. Tried to file a claim with the courier they used to ship the lost package, but was denied because the shipper has to file the claim and still hasn't for over a month now, despite asking them to do so. No issues with Lincoln up until this last experience but the lack of communication and inability to take accountability for an easily correctable mistake is why I will not be ordering from them anymore.

This will be a short review as I literally stopped into Lincoln Fine Wines for two minutes while my husband waited outside with the car running. We came to pick up a bottle of wine for a house party in Venice on one of those smoldering hot days a couple weeks back. The place was small with a cheerful feel. It felt pleasantly cluttered and bursting with boxes and shelves and fridges full of wine. There were a couple guys on staff and they were very friendly and helpful. I told them I wanted a good hot day wine, maybe a white, in the $25-40 range. They thought it over and agreed on a specific bottle of chablis already chilling in a fridge. It was at the bottom of my price range. Didn't actually get to try it as there was a keg and a lot of open bottles when we arrived at the party. I'm sure it was good, though, and I'll come back to Lincoln Fine Wines whenever I'm in need of a reasonable bottle and some expertise in this part of town.

The folks at Lincoln (Juan, Veronica, Katie, Jason, Haque) are so knowledgeable and passionate about wine. They've done an amazing job during the lockdown to provide my household with delivery and pickup. Hope everyone appreciates them as much as my friends and I do!

Lincoln Fine Wines is a nicely kept and organized wine and spirits shop on...wait for it...Lincoln blvd in Venice. I'm not a sommelier by any means, but in my opinion this is a great local wine store with extremely knowledgable and friendly owners/staff and a very good selection of bottles across many price points. Recommended.

I love wine shops that are carefully curated like Lincoln Fine Wines. They stock wines at all price points and have a bunch of incredibly sophisticated $20 wines that look like they are about $40, are highly drinkable and you will not feel embarrassed bringing as a gift for someone. You don't have to worry about your selections here, they've already been tasted and stocked because they are good. Plus they have a wine punch card! Love this amazing find on a stretch of super hip Lincoln Blvd.

Lincoln Fine Wines is a wonderful, curated wine shop with a fantastic selection of many varietals. They have lots of great wines between $10 and $20 as well as wines in between many other price points. I was really impressed by the selection and the friendly and responsive staff. Bonus is the ability to order online and have it ready for pick up.

Selection, good pricing, helpful and knowledgable (but not dismissive or conceited) staff. This is what you look for in a wine store. And this is what you get at Lincoln Fine Wines! I've been shopping here for years. I consider myself fairly knowledgable about wine, but am always open to suggestion, and theirs are always spot on. They don't upsell you, they listen to what you say you like, and they give you a bottle that you will enjoy. It's a small store, but they still have an amazing selection (they aren't enormous, but they don't fill their store with 100 cases of the same wine), so you'll be in and out in just a few minutes. It doesn't get better!

Worst wine store I've visited. We went for some sweet Riesling, and they didn't have much so I looked around. The employee started following me closely in the small space they have to walk around. It was very uncomfortable. He was pressuring me to pick quickly... Telling me that every wine I pick up is "good". So it did not feel right. Wine shopping is an experience, and it takes time for some people. They make that experience a bad one when they follow you way too closely, and pressure you. This was all happening as the manager/owner? was just sitting there, so you know it's not fully the employee that is the problem but the management. Go to ANY wine store other than this. There are plenty in the area. They ruined my wine buying experience. Also overpriced. If you rate this wine store more than 2-3 stars then you seriously need to visit a better wine store, because this store on inventory and setup alone does not even come close to a 4-5 star wine store, let alone their uncomfortable customer service.

I went back to Lincoln Fine Wines last night for my 2nd time ever, and was fully convinced they are the best. Here is why. First, their selection is incredible. It is wall to wall boxes of what can only be good wine from all over the world. Plus they have all the appertifs and digestifs you would want. Second, the staff is fun and approachable. They make you feel comfortable asking all the random wine questions a novice like me has to ask. I was able to walk in, give a vague description of the things I am looking for, and walked out with 3 bottles I was very excited for. And third, they know what they're talking about. I CAN NOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH. As a business owner myself, I know the importance of honesty, education, and how that ties into the advice you give clients. Zero salesmanship, just making sure your customer is happy with whatever they decide to go with based on their wants and needs. Bonus points for location too! I just parked on Lincoln right in front of the store.

I love Lincoln Fine Wines. I'm not that much of a wine drinker but a lot of my friends are and this is a great place to buy wine as a gift. No matter what I'm looking for, I find it here when I can't anywhere else. Their selection is awesome. The staff is also super friendly and helpful which is much appreciated. Highly recommended for any wine lovers or people like me who know wine is a great gift ;)

If you don't want the neighborhood(s) to turn into only BevMo's and Grocery Stores then you have to patronize a place like this. Killer selection (and not just wine....I get my small batch bourbon and scotch and amaro here) and everything from great cheaper bottles ($8-$15) to the gooooood stuff. Service is impeccable....everyone is friendly and anxious to help. And they'll order anything you need but can't find. Price points are spot on. I've noticed the BevMo down the street has higher prices unless you join their 'club'....then, the prices are about what you'd pay here at LFW

first let me say that i am not a drinker. on a whim i decided to try a white and red wine. I went into the store totally blind but luckily the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I left with 2 wines that were reasonably priced and was very happy with the wines i picked out. thanks so much!

The associate there was so extremely helpful! I was literally in and out of there within five minutes. I told him I was looking for a Montipuchiano Italian wine within the $40-$50 region and he immediately took me to that area and showed me two options, one of which was his favorite, in my price budget. I picked it, I paid, and I was out the door. So quick and just the way I like it! I would definitely come back here again!

I guess it depends on what mood they are in as on a recent visit to pick up an order, the woman started ranting that she gets '100s of orders a day' instead of simply checking to see if my order was ready (which it was). I don't need to be pandered to but feeling that my patronage is an annoyance is not ok, especially since it would have taken less effort to do her job than to start complaining. It's a shame because they have a great selection. I usually try to support local businesses instead of larger competition but at least employees of BevMo etc are professional.

I have been coming to Lincoln fine wines for years and rave about it to everyone that I know. Normally the customer service it top notch and they go out of there way to help you. I normally come here every year to buy all of my client gifts and spend a lot of money. I love ot support local business rather than large retailers like costco. I went by today and the door was wide open. I noticed a sign on the back of the door saying Do not come in so i asked how we order and before I could say another word , Veronica yelled out saying where is your mask and why are you asking wierd questions. I was on the sidewalk and she was about 15 ft away behind the checkstand. I was in shock at how rude she was and I think the other staff member that knew me were in shock as well. I know people are a little on edge with what is going on in the world but there is no reason to treat a long term customer the way she did. I was planning on buying items today for friends and family and was ready to make a big purchase but this left a bad taste in my mouth. I will probably continue going to Lincoln Fine Wines once the open and let people inside . I hope the owner will work with Veronica on her customer service . Cheers!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I walked in today after looking for a bottle of pinot I haven't been able to find. I saw on their website they had it in stock. I walked in and asked if they had it. Instead of saying, "Let me see", I was greeted with, "You really want THAT wine? Don't you want something better?" What? Are you kidding me? I didn't ask for a review of it, I just asked if they had it. I will NEVER shop at this place again. So much for local hospitality.

The only place in L.A. that has Bench, Cab-Alexander Valley. They also have Groth. They are now putting in a tasting area which will be open soon.

Can't say enough. See a wine I want at 5:00pm on a Friday, and have it delivered by 7:30pm. Great place

Like in any liquor store, you can get wine here too. If your first impression after seeing the Box City layout of the store is to head to the counter for poppers, lube, Powerball, and cigarettes, then we should be friends. As if to prove American provincialism, the wines are divided in America and not-America. Wines are identified by handwritten shelf tags that are just hilarious in its illegibility. As an experienced roving wine store prices shade-thrower, the prices here are absolute ripoffs, something that I've never criticized other stores for doing so because there are always uncommon QPRs. Common wines, dear prices. The sad part of all of this is that this is the best wine store between the ocean and the Winehouse LA.

I love coming here for their Wednesday wine tastings. It's $10 per person and they are usually pretty generous with their pours. The prices for wine here are pretty competitive, the only cheaper place would be the winehouse in west la.

I breezed in here buzzed from having some midday Saturday cocktails (my fave) and was a bit late to a friend's house to meet her recently adopted kittens. Lame but awesome at the same time. I have always driven by this place and wanted to check it out. I parked along the side of the building in allotted spaces and walked in to be greeted by three friendly employees. The shop is small but mighty. They have quite the selection and it seems pretty organized. The wines are labeled and clearly delineated by region etc. I purchased a pinot noir and a sauvignon blanc. The store associate helped suggest some quality wines but of course I was being cheap. I ended up spending $ 34 on two bottles of wine but I would be curious to go back and spend more for a more special occasion rather than just cat play time ha ha. I like this place and enjoy smaller places with rare finds as well as old standbys.

I had been looking high and low for a wonderful French raspberry brandy. Finally, Google directed me to this fine establishment. Score! The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. The selection is filled with quality, and features many hard-to-find lables. I'm sipping my wonderful raspberry brandy as I write. Cheers ...

Great store for serious wine drinkers. It's my go-to place for gifts for the wine lover in my life. The staff is helpful and they have consistently made excellent recommendations over the years. You can tell them your budget and the kind of wine you're interested in and they'll give you options. I've never been disappointed here and never had anything but a great experience. When I last visited they were not allowing customers inside the store due to Covid restrictions, however, they found a wine for me, took my credit card and brought the bottle to me outside. I highly recommend this store.

Best selection of wines and spirits in LA! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, & treat you like you're a friend.

Wonderful for many reasons: 1) Great staff are helpful but don't pressure you. Very very knowledgeable, yet approachable and down to earth. 2) Great selection of local producers as well as European and other selections. Staff have personal relationships with many of the actual wine-makers, owners and growers. Not many wine stores like this. 3) Wines you won't find elsewhere. 4) Very good prices. Whether you want to stop in quickly and have someone help you pick the 'right' wine for a dinner or gift, or you want to spend a long time looking through interesting wines and discussing them with the proprietors and staff, LFW has both! Love this place. Best on the Westside. My other fave is 20/20. Less expensive than Wally's. Less 'intimidating' than 20/20. Way more personal and warm than Wine House Better wine than Wine Expo. Better knowledge of Cali wines of any place I've been West of the 405. (Talk to Matt)

I just moved from The Valley where the Toluca Lake Vendome was my jam to Venice. Whole Foods has lots of wines to choose from, but I haven't purchased any of there wines because Lincoln Fine Wines is right down the street. The staff has been friendly and knowledgeable and introduced me to several new white varietals since I started shopping there. Looking forward to more bottles and exploring at my now, new, local wine shop.

Great selection here, and the people working there really know their stuff. If you are an aficionado, you'll find some great wines here. If you're an amateur, you'll find some great suggestions here. Just let them know what you're planning on eating or what you like in a wine and they'll point you in the right direction right away. The only downside to Lincoln Fine Wines is that you won't really find any cheaper wines here if that's what you're looking for. I would say their price range is around $20 and up.

This is a nice liquor store with good prices. They have a special room in the back with the good stuff too. They have other types of alcohol besides just wine. I was surprised though at their wide selection. I ended up getting some kind of strange Flemish ale and some wines I hadn't seen before. Parking is in alley around back-right off busy Lincoln.

Continues to be a fantastic place! They now have a wine-of-the-month club with some really great wines. It's about $30/month with 2 bottles/month--you're choice of whites or reds.

Lovely, kind people. Well-stocked. Knowledgable. Please ignore the one outlying one star rating and pay attention to all of the others. This place is locally owned. Highly recommended.
