"COVID-19 Update: Access to the house with a reservation time only. Sharing a driveway with another highly-trafficked Malibu spot, Nobu, Little Beach House Malibu caused quite a buzz when it first opened in May 2016. (A bit of backstory: Even those who were already a part of Soho House have to apply specifically to this location for access.) Much of the activity centers around the wrap-around terrace, which juts right up First Point Break and a stretch of sandy shoreline. (There are heat lamps and blankets, too.) The space itself—impeccably designed by Montalba Architects—is quintessential California, with a minimalist palette, teak wood, indoor/outdoor fireplaces, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a large and impressive gallery wall featuring a mix of contemporary artwork. There’s often a DJ playing a set, or live music, and on the weekends, many gather for their weekend “Feast”—a prix-fixe brunch served from 10am-4:30pm that has everything from an omelet and carving stations to Belgian waffles and some pretty-hard-to-resist red velvet cake. (Littles are welcome, too.) An all-day menu utilizes local produce and includes standouts like the shareable cauliflower in a black garlic vinaigrette and the avocado dip, which is served with taro chips and crudité. COVID-19 Disclaimer: We are working hard to keep our listings as up to date as possible (deliveries, outdoor dining, etc.), but given the evolving nature of local COVID-19 restrictions, we recommend double-checking the information in this guide with any business you plan on visiting. Also, please note that we have not vetted any businesses listed within our guides for their compliance with applicable safety regulations. "

Sunday well spent at Soho House—good tunes, solid brunch, and beach views that make you question all your life choices (in a good way). Super chill spot with great vibes all around.

I spent all day at soho Malibu for Memorial Day and I was absolutely blown away by the service. I took everyone's name specifically so I could leave an good review. It was one of the best soho experiences I've ever encountered. this team is truly next level. I was greeted by the adorable host Mackayla who was absolutely so warm and inviting. Then I met the GM I believe by the name of Paul. His professionalism and care was so appreciated. he made sure I got a really great seat at the bar. Then I met Mitchell the bartender who made the best dirty martini I've ever had. It's rare that I don't have to make changes to the amount of dirty is this guy definitely knows what he's doing. He was also very efficient and kind. A true talented bartender. Then I met another manager by the name of Laura who gave me the most amazing food recommendations and she went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get everything I needed and she knew the entire menu by heart. I was so impressed. She was kind and professional and I was blown away by her attention to detail. Then I had a lovely server by the name of Luis and he was so kind and professional as well. He was fast and made sure I had everything I needed. Anytime I needed an extra sauce it was out in a flash, I couldn't believe it with how busy they were. Luis was truly next level at his service. I appreciate people who work hard at their job so much. Next I went to the rooftop to enjoy some games and met another bartender upstairs by the name of Jason who made me the best mimosa I've ever had. Fresh squeezed orange juice!!!! He was so professional and efficient. There were people upstairs who clearly had too much to drink and he handled it so well and made sure all the other members and guests were comfortable. He was a true leader and I was not only impressed but he made me feel safe. I went back downstairs and met some other servers who just had the best all around energy and I felt like a queen. Rodrigo, Bryan, Shy, John and Luis the bartender ---- Thank you so much for all of your hard work. Every staff member blew me away here. All had a smile on their face and worked hard. Oh and the burger was one of the best burgers I've ever had. Can we please get that at every house?!?! I cannot wait to come back. Thank you little beach house team :)

As with every SoHo House, they nailed the local aesthetic perfectly. Quintessential Malibu vibe. Good food and great service. Great place to work from for the day or have a special occasion event.

This is an incredible spot. If you have the opportunity to go, make it! Extremely exclusive, very hard to get into, completely worth the time. The food is amazing. The drinks are spectacular. To staff, he's equally fantastic!

Google
Beautiful place but Grace on the front desk is awful. She has the most appalling attitude. I never write reviews but feel like I have to share. She shut me up after me asking why we had to relocate table. Grace, if you’re reading this, be a little more graceful. This is not what Soho House is about.

Yelp
Came back for a munchie with a mom bud and died over their fireplace on a foggy June late morning. So guud!

Yelp
Food is overpriced and not very good. Their seafood linguini dish is typical of most Soho owned spots - pasta was mushy and clearly boxed. Service is MIA and the valet and front desk people are seriously rude. Would rather go to Nobu across the way if stuck in the area...

Yelp
Stunning, such a great place to watch the sunset. My friend has a membership and it was truly an amazing experience would love to visit again. The service was great we did not eat, just grabbed coffee and watched the sunset. Next time I would love to grab dinner.

Yelp
Loved this location so much. It's right next door to Nobu Malibu and the view of the ocean is gorgeous. Valet parking available. This location had a lot of families with small kids present so the vibe was more laidback. We had lunch here and we appreciated how often the manager came to check in on us. For the four of us, we ordered the lobster bucatini, crudo, green salad, cod, and crudités. For dessert we got the Eton Mess and cookie crumble with ice cream on top. Everything was so tasty and pretty. My favorite was the lobster bucatini. We all got some cold pressed juice to drink with our meal and ended with some matcha lattes (we needed caffeine to wake us up after the feasting we did). Plenty of seating to do work and again, the view of the water can't be beaten. There is beach access so I would suggest bringing your suit and a paddle board or surfboard if you have time to play in the water.

Yelp
This is a beautiful place by the ocean. The food quality is okay, but what really stands out is the amazing design of the space, the opportunity to dine by the ocean, and the calming sound of the waves. However, it can get quite busy on weekends, making it hard to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The food service was slow, with multiple requests for water and forgotten orders. The valet parking is also super slow too. Considering it's a members-only place (and the cost is not low), I expected better service and management. Despite these issues, I'll be back during the week for a lovely and peaceful experience. It's a perfect place for working and looking at the ocean

Yelp
FOOD: The food was really good. I think my entire table liked the eggplant the most. AMBIANCE: You can't take pictures inside (probably because a lot of celebrities goes there). But everything was really nice. I feel like just from the view pictures I have of the outside, you can tell it's very well kept and modern. SERVICE: Never had to wait for my water to be filled. I felt like our waiter was very attentive and made good recommendations.

Yelp
My husband has been a member at soho house for a very long time and a member at this specific house since they opened... and sadly, it has gone DRASTICALLY down hill. For a members only club you're paying quite a lot for, you not only expect the basic necessities met (of course,) but much much more. Unfortunately , this place cannot even handle the bare minimum. The women's bathrooms on the weekends are honestly DISGUSTING. They are shockingly dirty. Never have any hand towels, the trash cans are always overfilling with trash and tampons and etc on the ground, the mirrors are dirty, the toilets are gross and MULTIPLE times I have gone in there where there isn't even any soap. The food is so overpriced for what it is... I got a Hot Toddy the other night, and they charged me $30 for it. I asked for a standard/well whiskey.... And they up-charged us $10 for the hot water. WATER. Not tea, or anything. Just literally hot. water. It was absolutely ridiculous and they refused to take it off the bill or even discount it because a, the manager wasn't there and b, "that's the price." What a joke. But, I digress.... Then last weekend I ordered an Aperol Spritz and found not one bug, but TWO bugs in my drink. The server still tried to charge us for the drink, even though I didn't even drink it! I sound cheap, but I am not. I just expect to be treated with respect and honesty. To pay for what I asked for and not be scammed or have literal bugs in my drinks. We tried speaking to management about issues, and a shrug was given with a "well, these things happen" attitude. Nothing was resolved, of course, because management there is an actual joke. and the manager left us with a literal "enjoy the view," as if they did that. It was insane. I'm really over this place, it's dirty and lacking in just soooo much. For a members club you expect value, luxury and excellence.... Not a mediocre, dirty establishment that banks on people joining because of the view and "networking opportunities." SOHO house, do better... this isn't worth it.

Yelp
Bad service. Highly recommend spending your money elsewhere. Food was mediocre at best.

Yelp
What better way to spend a sunny day than to have a meal right on the beach? Picture this- you're sitting next to the waves, the sun is beaming on your face and your margarita and poke bowl have just arrived. You take that first sip as you listen to the birds and waves crashing. Heaven on earth! I can't say enough good things about this Soho House but I may be biased because I love the ocean. Great food and drinks- different menu than some of the other Ceccioni with of course some of your favorite house tonics (Picante anyone?) The food is great, mangement and service are wonderful and you can't beat the vibes!

Yelp
Summer menu 10/10 service so much better. Have been living there this summer (when we have been around) my fave is the mid morning time frame it's so peaceful. We also took friends the other evening on a Friday and the DJ is such a fun nice touch I think it's the only place in malibu w a pulse lol. Wish their summer menu had a few more vegan options but my guests really loved the offering. And the valet was better than usual this time lol!

Yelp
People complaining that its private or expensive, what ? Its a private club, whats confusing? The none member pissed about not getting a table at labor day party, howd you even get in? Never allowed. It is what it is, dont get pissy about it when you cant get in. Service is FINE, location is insane. Heres a pic of the new cookie. Go to nobu if this infuriates you

Peter W.

Yelp
Always a special treat to come here for lunch. Few places in L. A. really impress me but this place is off to charts! The food, the service, the atmosphere and the staff are top notch. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by very down to earth people. Even though this a very top flight A lister place they treat all their guests the same. If you know a member beg them to bring you het

Yelp
The Food, the ambience service impeccable, stunning views too. If you can get in must go !

Yelp
February EDIT: I'll still keep this at 4-stars-but to the server 'Janet L' or 'Jhonny G': did you Really have to add extra to the tip? Perhaps one of you needs to learn how to key in the numbers properly. Since I'm not a member, I won't fight it and most likely, members at this caliber don't need to/ever check their bills...just a heads up for those few that may. When granted a wish of which House I wanted to see, I chose Little Beach House Malibu specifically due to the fact it is not included within an 'Every House' membership. Meaning, I might never get the chance to visit ANY location again so I might as well make it this one. My contact came out to greet me and I was ushered in immediately, trying to take in everything as I was given a mini-tour. Since this is supposedly smaller than the other LA locations, it wasn't too much to take in. After the brief walkthrough, I took a table upstairs. Perhaps since it was January, it wasn't as packed as it would be in the upcoming spring/summer months so there were random open spots throughout. As I settled in with some work to do, I ordered the truffle fries a little after 12:30p. However, once the fries with ketchup came, food took priority. This were a good portion and worth the money, not skimping on the truffle oil. Considered this my appetizer as I admit I pretty much ate my way throughout the day... Speaking of, I migrated downstairs where I ordered my main course: the Dirty burger. This '3 to 6' menu option did not come with fries which was okay since I enjoyed some a few hours prior. They also offer a LBH* burger variation as well as the Dirty, so make sure you order the correct one. I highly recommend the Dirty as mine was freaking fantastic and I finished off the whole thing without looking savage in front of people I don't normally associate with. After feeding, I finally took out my laptop and plugged in my headphones where I resembled everyone else who was solo. I finally felt as though I fit in! Wrapping things up, I ordered the chocolate chip cookies (3) to go. As for the service, yes it was more of a miss (water refills anyone??, not very attentive, etc.) but I'd rather focus on the sole HIT which was a gentleman by the name of 'Rodrigo.' He started with me upstairs and I wish I could have continued downstairs with him, but I stayed on way past his shift, so that is my loss. Two ladies at the front reception area (a brunette and an Asian girl) were also sweet and helpful! Valet guy kindly answered my lame questions. Take note: -$10 valet (for the whole day) -no photo booth -no candy area (lbh**probably a blessing in disguise) -no screening room -no pool table The photos I am posting were taken off-site; as I was just a guest here of someone vital and I didn't want to make a poor impression on them or the business since I know the rules. I actually denied bringing another friend since I figured it would be an issue with certain/most people nowadays of ANY age who simply can't go without taking a damn photo (of anything/themselves). That being said, I enjoyed my day here and I'm happy I was able to experience it freely during the time I was welcomed. *Little Beach House. **let's be honest.

Yelp
Love the place for the vibe. It has the best Desserts. Feels peaceful to gather with friends and discuss the ideas

Yelp
Aka SOHO house. Beautiful view. Set on the California coast, Little Beach House Malibu is a place for creative thinkers to hang out and feel at home. If you are looking for excellent service and attentive waiters go next next door to Nobu. This place is more to socialize, eat, drink and relax. The location is the most charming thing about it.

Yelp
Soho house or Frye festival? What an absolute disaster!! They completely over sold tickets for the Labor Day party. They had no seating available unless you wanted to wait 3 hours. They ran out of forks, beach towels, jello-shots, and it was impossible to even get water. The buffet food was crammed and shoved in a corner area. Members were yelling at the receptionists all day. The valet was so slow and a disaster. I felt horrible for the understaffed workers. I'll never go back. Never again! I want a refund.
google avatar

Christel P.

Yelp
Quite unfriendly from the front female Manager/ receptionist. They make you feel like they are doing you a favor. Can't understand why anyone would PAY to be there. Food is very average. Servers are good. Setting is fabulous, your right on the water. After getting a big bill for very average food and very small portions, not even a Goodbye. We had to say it first to be acknowledged. Anyway, they will never see us again! There are many restaurants that appreciate their clients and make them feel comfortable!
google avatar

Ashley R.

Yelp
Staff is amazing. Natalie, Grace, Chris, Cameron, Chloe, Brooke, Chu, Travis, Mitch, Manny.. the whole team is awesome. Can't say enough good things about how the team excels at making you feel welcomed here. The menu is also very good and the vibe by the ocean is unmatched. Would recommend this gem to anyone. 5 stars.

Sarah B.

Yelp
Great food and view! IF you can get in. Service California fake nice, but better than not nice
google avatar

Derek A.

Yelp
Went to SoHo House with a few friends on a Sunday which was quite an excellent vibe, there was a DJ that was playing an excellent set too. There are a bunch of different outdoor areas to sit and enjoy the ocean views while they started to incorporate a Mediterranean twist to the menu that had no misses, really actually enjoyed the lamb chops the most. The pineapple desert was immaculate
google avatar

Mona B.

Yelp
Nice views! But no heating in January and the Service is terrible!! And no I'm not spoiled.. it really is.. the front desk and some of the few service staff that I saw didn't have any air of sophistication. The level of service that this private club should conduct is no efficient. The bathrooms also are not very exclusive.. Disappointed..
google avatar

Shelby M.

Yelp
The new Host or whoever she is has got to be terminated. I'm a member and I have to change my name to write a review because apparently you can never complain and if you do you're a bad member. Unless you tip the host she will give you dirty looks the entire time and talk about you with other hosts, you can't ask her if the table is almost ready even though you had a reservation an hour prior. If you ask the manager to help they tell you to go talk to the host and don't care about customer service, they rather ignore you. I love soho house but I'm so sick of their entitled and rude attitude across the board, and especially in west coast. I pay enough money a year and spend enough money at your houses around the world. I don't need to feel like you're doing me a favor while I spend money, something HAS TO CHANGE. This hostess at Malibu has to go.
google avatar

Andy H.

Yelp
My home away from home. There's no better place to hang and have a few drinks/a great meal. Love this place!
google avatar

Nicole J.

Yelp
Members only restaurant. This should be the first thing listed so you don't just show up and get turned away.

Mary C.

Yelp
HEAVEN ON EARTH: the whole vibe of this private member's club is magical. If you ever get to go, do it! It is said that you want to be seen, go to Nobu next door but if you want to be private, go to LBH. Therefore, the biggest A list celebrities can be found here moreso than Nobu, but it is a no no to approach them as are photos, for the same reason - privacy. The food is great with an ever-changing menu, though I miss some of the vegetarian options from an earlier visit, and the servers and hosts are so nice. It feels like a home away from home - you don't have to leave right when your. . meal is done . . . because it's a club not a restaurant. It is a beach club so they have towels, stand-up paddle boards, an outdoor shower and activities from Sound Baths to Meditation, Yoga on weekdays and movie screenings plus talks from major talent. The dress is always casual. Some folks walk around in bathing suits. I have seen dolphins here, even under the full moon. Plus seals. In the summer, some folks pull up in yachts, anchor, swim in, don a towel, grab a cocktail and lunch and then depart. They often have bangin' DJ's on the weekends. Love this place, so special.
google avatar

Laurena S.

Yelp
The fish tacos and the burger were outstanding. The ambiance and the view is a 10/0. I love this place because it is a secluded getaway with amazing views and food. The staff was very accommodating and the service was perfect. Looking forward to my visit back.
google avatar

Andrea M.

Yelp
This private membership club has an unbeatable location, great staff, and delicious food and libations. The menu is always changing, but if you have the chance, definitely try the cauliflower/romanesco with extra sauce, vegetarian pizza, seabass, and/or vegan spring rolls. Those items are literally MIND-BLOWING. I would recommend valeting because finding parking on the PCH can be such a doozy. If you have the chance to check this place out or join, I would highly recommend it.
google avatar

Stephanie B.

Yelp
Beautiful location and very relaxing vibe. The interior design and artwork all over the place was just immaculate, and the sunset views from the upstairs patio was just stunning. I was here for a dinner party and tried a ton of different items on the menu, which were all so delicious.
google avatar

Jay-Jr A.

Yelp
Went here on a Sunday afternoon and thoroughly enjoyed my visit. The buffet had everything you can ask for and the service was second to none. Shout to to Beverly and Natalie for making our visit a memorable one. Can't wait to to come back for a sunset dinner!

Yelp
Beautiful spot by the ocean. It also has direct beach access if you want to wander down there. It is members only, so you have to meet your member at the front desk (or be a member; I think you have to be a Malibu resident, or something...) If your member's not there, they won't let you in beyond the bar area. And you're not allowed to take photos, not even of the ocean; saw the hostess tell someone he couldn't do that, AND also tell the member to tell their party to not take photos. I guess this is to ensure the privacy of their members, so I can understand the point. I met a member here for lunch. I arrived early and was directed by the front desk people to wait at the bar. I found the front desk people to be polite. The cell service is really bad, so I couldn't get calls or emails or texts. A manager or hostess was working on a laptop at the bar and had membership rule books in a stack next to her; I tried to peruse one but she said they were for members only. Nobody offered me a drink until the member called and told them to convey the late message to me (because the cell service was spotty, they had to do messages the old-fashioned way). The food could have been better-- got tempura fried gluten free shrimp tacos that had the consistency and taste of soggy cardboard. My Moscow mule was like a mocktail-- I'm a total lightweight and it was like drinking plain ginger beer. Service was excellent, though. We never ran out of water. The bathrooms were very nice. They have a long Oriental floor runner in the hallway leading to the bathroom that kept bunching up, and it tripped me on my first journey there.
google avatar

Jacqueline M.

Yelp
Honestly.. this place is overrated. I was here with a friend who is a member, and we just had plenty of problems. For how much she pays in dues, I would expect top notch service. Instead, when we were all finished, it took about 40 minutes for any server to remove the plates. We're soooo obviously done, i just can't believe they sat for so long. This is server 101. Also, anytime we needed anything, we would have to flag servers (random servers walking around), because no one was checking in on the table. I would definitely expect more from a SoHo house establishment, but yeah - three stars for the bomb food. Get the poke if you can!
google avatar

Eric B.

Yelp
This place is Members only. It has a very unique and expensive. Drinks start at about $16 dollars and they have a AYCE BBQ for $50 that includes lobsters. Now I can't speak so much about it because I've only been here once however it's a one of a kind experience. It's $2000 a year I believe for just this location as a member and $5 G worldwide access. It's something you should check out if you're friend or you have a memebership. One word: Pricey

Yelp
There are moments in your life that you don't forget. Going to the Soho House Little Beach House in Malibu is one of them. Everytime I go, I'm greeted by the most amazing people. Crystal, Grace, Alex and there are more. The people are so kind and caring, it's a treat to spend time in such a welcoming place. The food is amazing. This is my favorite place to be in LA or Malibu. :) I am grateful and thankful.

R M.

Yelp
This place never ceases to amaze me. To my left is a table with 6 chairs. 1 guy there. Behind me is a table with bench seating for 6. 1 guy is sitting there. Meanwhile there have been 7 two tops available the whole time. The management is A JOKE. Why allow a single person to take up a whole table? Also the entitlement of people has gotten out of hand. Who sits at a 6 top alone? Me me me me people.

Yelp
Beautiful members only club with amazing food and even better service. Perfect place for creative Malibu locals to congregate and collaborate Stand Up Padddle boards for use is a huge plus

Yelp
Perfect Covid compliant getaway . They have great covid protocols. The relaxing environment is perfect for grabbing a drink and enjoying time with friends or date night. A little on the pricier side, but if you don't get out much it is worth the extra spend
google avatar

Yelp
Members only by invitation and vetting process. Lucky enough to get an invitation to lounge and attend the buffet with friends. Great brunch! Delicious infused drinks. Brunch was a buffet of outrageous breads, wheels of different cheeses, honeycomb of honey, hand carved whole flavorful fish- both salmon and grouper, king crab legs, shrimp, carved beef, other fabulous looking meats, salads, deserts, fruits and more until 4:30. Outstanding view atop Malibu beach with those looking not to be seen but enjoying a beautiful day, in a modern farmhouse-mid century furnished multistory magnificent setting. Just a great place to spend the day with friends or family. And No Pictures Allowed- sorry.

Shari S.

Yelp
A private club, The little beach house is a lovely place for a meal and and meet up. Just bring a sweater because it is open to the one of the west coasts loveliest beaches and it can get a little damp at times. But you cannot beat the view, atmosphere, service and food. I was a guest of one of the members. Just do not arrive too early as that can be awkward if you are not a Member.

Yelp
The good: view and beach, amazing. Nice patio, casual, quiet atmosphere, great valet service. Saturday brunch $30- is fine, should reconfigure as the toaster is first, thus stopping the line as people wait to toast bagels etc. Should move it to the end. Need larger omelette station, one guy overworked. Starts with bread, bagels, rolls, muffins and croissants. Then salad, bagel fixings, omelette station then sausage bacon and Pre made pancakes and waffles. Not fancy but not bad. The bad: long wait at buffet even when not very busy The ugly: each cup of coffee is individually made so no pot for refills thus sometimes 20 minutes for the first cup and then 20minutes for a refill....argh. PleaSe invest in a coffee pot! Service in general is poor. The bus boys can't help with anything except cleaning the table or getting water So don't ask for Tabasco, sugar, salt, coffee, just go to the bar and get it yourself. We asked 4 different people including our waitress for Tabasco before just going to the bar and getting it. Also, just asked the next table for sugar since none ever came. Overall a frustrating experience in a lovely setting.

Yelp
Apart from the view.. don't expect much else. As a member we've tried to put up with the cool 'vibe' and just enjoy the views. But soho house is supposed to be about networking and community. The staff or at least 70% of them are just not interested in really helping improve the experience. Drinks take too long to arrive.. many food dishes are average.. and on many occasions they forget to bring silverware or water to the table. Overall this place gets away with poor service because the view is great and people are already 'bought in' to the membership due to the upfront fees. Even the Soho house App (SHAPP) is ridiculously poor.. they make it hard to book a slot to attend.. (visit a house) and adding friends is grim as they demand that your contact signs up and gives their email (for marketing purposes). So overall, a community and company that has people and networking at its heart (apparently) has a poor app and doesn't know how to actually serve its clients well. It'll be the last year for myself and at least 3 other folks I know that are bored of the poor standards..

Yelp
Don't listen to any of the bitter comments from non members. This place is a secret gem for ones who get to experience it and be a part of the family. Make sure to have a few mezcal picantés. Johnny makes the best -Anonymous

Yelp
I have been to different Soho house's all over the world and have been considering becoming a member however after what happened last night at little Beach house in Malibu I'm not sure if I will ever set foot in another soho house EVER again. Two of my girlfriends and I had eaten dinner next door at Nobu and when we left Nobu we sat down to wait for our Uber outside by the beach, in between Nobu and Little Beach House, since cell phone service is so spotty here our Uber took forever to arrive but we were having fun, just sitting and talking and catching up. When we went to leave I realized that the strap of my purse got caught in between the wood decking where I had sat my purse down, it's happened before with this purse but I've always been able to get it out. Since Nobu was already closed we asked for some assistance from the staff at Little Beach House, and a bouncer, or security guard came to help me untangle my purse from the decking, I explained to him that this has happened before with my purse and with a little jostling it would come loose... This is when everything got so strange, This bouncer, instead of trying to gently loosen the strap, took out a pair of scissors, I thought that he was going to slip the scissors under where the bag was caught but instead he literally cut the strap loose completely ruining my purse!!! I had even asked this man not to ruin my bag, and so after he cut the strap I fully expected him to apologize, but instead he started laughing, yes laughing at me! My two friends and I were in shock! I was obviously upset and when I asked to speak to this mans manager instead of apologizing he took out his iPhone and started taking my picture and continued laughing... This is far from appropriate behavior from any member of a restaurant staff, but it was completely disrespectful, rude and a violation of my privacy which is something that soho house prides itself on! When I asked this strange man to stop taking my picture and to erase these photos he refused and then he said if we didn't leave (like we had now done something wrong) he would call the cops! Minutes later, yes minutes, the sweetest cop arrives, he was just the nicest guy, He asked what had happened and when I explained the strange series of events the cop said he felt so bad for me and wasn't sure why he was there! The staff and management at little Beach house stood around and did absolutely nothing to rectify this situation. I think that they were all either drinking or doing drugs and completely checked out because they stood around gaping at us and taking pictures with their cell phones! I have never felt so disrespected before in my life, and for a club that prides themselves on members privacy I felt a complete lack of respect AND privacy! We hadn't done anything wrong, we were sitting waiting for our Uber yet we were laughed at, told that WE were trespassing after we had just spent $1000 at dinner next door. The whole incident has left such a bad taste in my mouth. As soon as our Uber arrived we left and I'm writing this yelp review because I am saddened that Soho House would hire staff who behave like this. I also don't think that any member or non member would appreciate being treated this way, taking out a phone and taking photos of people instead of apologizing! Perhaps it wouldn't have happened if that bouncer was sober and had been respectful. If the manager had apologized for the bouncers behavior and even tried to rectify what happened and if my privacy wasn't violated with cell phone photos! Lastly, If this is how the staff at ANY Soho House handles a purse getting stuck in I would hate to be around when something big actually happens!
