Little Brazil is like a little piece of Brazil in Collins. The food is really authentic and I had the best waiter/service ever. Great atmosphere, amazing selection of cuts and Barbara has the nicest smile. Really made me feel special and welcome! Make sure you try the lunch special, and the feijoada.

Little Brazil it’s a well located and high end Brazilian cuisine. I highly recommend you to order the juices: they are fresh and delicious. Also they were so considerate, our friends are Muslim and they made a special beans without pork for them.

I'm Brazilian, so was really looking forward to my first trip here. My overall opinion is the food is good but it is really overpriced. We ordered a variety of things to try, including garlic shrimp, feijoada, picanha, coxinha, pastel, fried chicken, vinaigrette, a smoothie, and caipirinhas. The garlic shrimp was really good. The picanha was the most underwhelming. It wasn't bad but wasn't as good as we'd hoped. The other item that was not what we'd hoped was the vinaigrette. It was too onion-heavy. It didn't taste bad at all but wasn't exactly what I was expecting. The coxinha was delicious but was too pricey for just one. The pastel was fine but was also too pricey for just one. The star of the show was the feijoada! It was flavorful and delicious! The sausage and other meats in it were so tender. The collard greens and farofa served with it were perfect. The caipirinhas were pretty good, too. I might visit again the next time I'm in town but would definitely probably only get the feijoada, which was the only thing I felt was truly worth the value.

Let me start with the service... the best that I can remember in Miami Beach. Rafael took amazing care of us from the second we arrived. Patricia was equally as welcoming and amazing. We decided to try to lunch special since we recently moved to this side of town and my husband is Brazilian. Not to mention we both took the day off. The food!!! Ok, the lunch special was out of this world. $15 for picanha!!! Of course we had to try the collard greens and dessert. look at the pictures. We didn't leave a crumb of any anything! The food arrived quickly and HOT!! Steaks were cooked to perfection, beans were full of flavor. Even the French fries were great. I'm not a huge fan of collard greens but these were terrific. Very fresh and garlicky. We loved the flan too. Overall our top pick for lunch in Miami Beach!!! You cannot match the service and good and prices anywhere!!!!!

My first trip at Little Brazil in Collins Avenue was good. We ordered the Chicken Parmigiana/Milanesa, Picanha Palito, and the Camarão ao alho e óleo. The chicken parmigiana is huge. Crispy on the outside and tender inside. The Camarāo is served with olive oil and bread. The Picanha Palito were strips of delicious picanha served with french fries. They were all good! The place have a casual dining atmosphere. Street parking is available. Service was good and hospitable. Check it out!

Found this place because of great yelp reviews when I was visiting Miami for the day. Restaurant wasn't busy when we walked in so the ambience was nice. It was my partner's first time trying Brazilian food so we were excited to try different items on the menu. First off, I want to say that the food was amazing. Truly mouthwatering flavors and textures of both the appetizer and entrees. Now for the negative and the only part of the experience that was a major disappointment. The service by the waitstaff was truly awful. Ordering food took so long and it took forever just to get a glass of water. When it came time to check out, our server seemed to avoid us when I looked around and even raised my hand to ask for the check. I finally had to stand up from my table and go back to the bussing station to ask someone to deliver the check. Well it was very disappointing to see that the bill had already included a 18% service tip for our server. Now the service made sense, no matter how attentive or not the servers are-they'll get a pretty great tip regardless. This was a disappointing end to an otherwise fabulous tasting meal. I don't think the kitchen should suffer for the lack of front of house service so I would recommend trying this place still but maybe get your meal to go!

What's not to love! Little Brazil is amazing, serving up truly authentic Brazilian food. The dadinhos de tapioca were delicious, and the pepper jelly made the perfect dipping sauce! I usually don't eat pork, but the Linguiça Com Mandioca (Brazilian sausage with yucca) was unbelievable, especially with the chimichurri sauce. It was so good that my boyfriend and I came back the next day. Definitely recommend stopping by if you're leaving the beach!

This place was absolutely amazing! I celebrated my 35th birthday with a party of 9, including 4 little ones under 10, and it was a blast. The food was incredible, especially the risotto, and the atmosphere was super intimate. The service staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. We had such a great first experience that we came back multiple times during our vacation.

If you're craving some Brazilian food, this is the spot. Everything was extremely tasty and delicious. The beans was out of this world. It's been a while since I hade such a good Brazilian food. Tastes like home! Don't forget to order churros!!

Was in the mood for rice and beans since I work in the area and wanted to try this spot. I got the lunch Picahna special for $15 and it def hit the spot. The only thing is I would say the beans were a little salty, but besides that it was a great experience. There was only 2 other people in the restaurant at the time I went so I got served pretty fast.

Everything about this place is 5 stars! From the service to the delicious food! I've been a couple of times and I love their picanha it's so full of flavor and perfect for yourself or to share. The star for me is their profiteroles! They're incredible and a must try if you're gonna visit, so so good! Definitely the best dessert to try. They're even good left overs They have plenty of indoor seating and outdoor as well. Bathrooms are always clean and the ambience in the restaurant is always great. There's street parking available or a paid parking lot close by the restaurant with plenty of spots

Very authentic Brazilian food. Pão de queijo was yummy! We ordered picanha, rice, beans, farofa, vinagrete, chicken stroganoff and bife a cavalo. Everything was delicious. I definitely recommend and we will be back!

One of our favorite restaurants in Miami beach! The ambience is always great and upbeat, great music and the service has always been incredible as well. My favorite things to order are their freshly made fruit juices, lemonade or passion fruit in particular. Their fried kebabs to start with and of course the picanha as an entree. I always end up ordering their profiteroles for dessert and they are delicious and the perfect way to end your meal.

The food was very good and our server was amazing. I can not really compare it to other Brazilian food places around here, but we were not disappointed.

Stumbled upon this precious Brazilian spot next to our hotel a few weeks ago. We have been trying to find Brazilian food as good since! Great ambiance with live music, lots of menu choices, and delicious food!

This is my 3rd tie going there, and this time we didn't like the food that much. And it was Friday night, but the place was empty and no interesting music.

Hidden gem in North Bay Village serving tasty Brazilian dishes. As we walked in, the place is inviting and cozy. The servers also greeted us with a smile. Ordered the Dadinhos de Tapioca to start. These fried cheese cubes were very savory. First time trying them and I'm hooked. We also got the Sauteed Garlic Shrimp. It was delightful. That garlic sauce is perfect to dip the bread. For the main courses, I got the Grilled Picanha of course cause I love meat :) It was perfectly cooked and juicy. Also came with farofa and rice and beans. My friend Jojo got the Bife Piemontese which are beef strips on white creamy mushroom rice similar to risotto. So delish. For the finale, we shared the Profiterole. Wow! What a presentation! Served on our table, this tower of frozen puffs was a sight to see when our server poured the melted chocolate brigadeiro. Absolutely divine! Awesome place to dine with your friends and family. It's casual and affordable and the food is delicious. Good portions too.

Traveling to Brazil has been on my bucket list for YEARS. My favorite way to mentally transport there? With picanha with (a few) caipirinhas! This weekend I stopped by this foodie haven to order my go-to dishes (and a few new ones, of course.) Little Brazil comes highly recommended -- be sure to stop by on their karaoke nights to try your luck at some of Brazil's most loved songs. Must-haves include: Caipirinha, Brazil's national cocktail, made with cachaça, sugar, and lime. Decent spot in North Miami. Not the best Brazilian I've been to but wasn't the worst either. Appetizers were quite small and pricey for what they were. Server tried to push for alcohol and the more expensive entrees several times during the ordering process, but with 2 vegans and 3/4 of us being non-drinkers, there weren't many options to begin with. Once declined, she seemed a bit upset and rarely checked on our table afterwards. Which was quite upsetting since I thought everyone was pretty kind in the beginning. Wouldn't come again, but the food was good enough for the visit.

Every time we come here we fall in love with this place all over again! The food is always fresh and incredibly delicious, the ambience is just right and the staff is so friendly! We ordered the kibe frito, absolutely delicious as always. The lemonade never disappoints. For the entree we ordered the Picanha and shared it and still had some for later. The rice and beans were yummy too! Make sure you get their delicious profiteroles for dessert because they are perfect to end your meal

We had dinner late on a Thursday night so there wasn't much of an atmosphere, but the food was authentic and reminded me of being back in Brazil! Service was also very good.

I've been to this restaurant a few times before, but not since the pandemic hit. I was leaving the beach with my bf and he mentioned grabbing some pastels. Well if you've never tried one then you haven't lived!! It's a fried, cheese or meat filled pastry. The ones here tasted like they were baked, but I could be wrong. They were more bready than fried flaky which was fine. It was still delicious! My boo had the beef one and I had the cheese one. It was served with house made hot sauce which was very hot lol (for me). I only had a small amount on my pastry and it was good to go. We had some Guarana sodas with those to start. We decided after to get the picanha for one and split it. I'm so glad we did bc it was huge! It served 3 pieces of picanha, rice, beans and farofa. It was SO good! The rice and beans were very flavorful and the meat was super soft! I will be back for that for sure! For dessert, we ordered 2 espressos and an order of brigadero. It was house made and super fresh! I loved it and so will you

5 stars keeper! This place just stolen my heart and stomach , I must say it :) . Hehe Every time I visit this place i feel happy and I know that whatever I order it will be great. It doesn't matter how far is from my home, I always get the time to visit this little gem. This time, we're a party of 6 and we shared some plates like: feijoada, bacalhoada, pasteis, bolinho de bacalhau and dadinhos de tapioca, like always: feels like home. Delicious!!! On weekends they have a live band playing some good Brazilian music so it's worth to visit it. Public parking around.

This restaurant was my pick when I visited Miami beach... I have found what I was looking for and few restaurants do. The service is professional and nice. The food is delicious.

We picked up a kids menu chicken platter for our son when we had dinner reservations elsewhere without him. If we had another night in town we'd definitely have come here for the whole family, the kids platter was so good! Honestly blown away by the kids platter: homemade chicken strips, beans (with bacon!), rice, and french fries. The beans were really well seasoned, cooked with bacon, in a tasty, rich broth. The rice was cooked with garlic and perfectly cooked. Even the french fries were top notch. And the chicken strips were perfect golden brown, moist and well seasoned. I'm not sure my two year old really appreciated what he was eating. And at $12 it felt like a really great value, more than enough food for even an adult. I just wish we'd had another night in town to try out the rest of the menu. I'll also add that the staff were extremely friendly and hospitable on the phone and in person even though we were only there for pickup. Thanks for a great meal!

I've been years ago and this is the first time back in awhile. Mixed feelings because we did enjoy the food, but the prices have increased dramatically which was a turn off for me. Beef stroganoff used to be $18-20...now it's $30?? Four small pieces of pão de queso is $8? Again all good, but disappointed in how much everything has gone up. We really enjoyed the steak, it was cooked well and the flavor was great. The garlic shrimp were tasty as well. We also ordered the chicken stroganoff and it was good but didn't taste like stroganoff to me, the sauce was very mustardy/yellow. Overall, food is good but new price increases put a damper for me!

Omg! What amazing food and huge portions. We have never had Brazilian food but a friend suggested it and it was amazing! The service was great. The servers were kind and very helpful. The Ambiance was nice with some Brazilian music playing. Nice clean restaurant. I would definitely recommend giving this place a shot!

WOW is what comes to my mind when I remember the flavor of the food in this place. Went there last week. I thought i wrote the review but apparently I forgot . This is a little spot in the Collins Ave. Once I got there i realized that Parking is complicated. Pretty much you park in the street and they are only around 6 spots. Not sure if there is a public parking close by. I didn't see it. I was lucky and found a spot right away. We ordered: -COXINHA: Is a croquette filled with chicken and cream cheese. It was delicious. Crispy in the outside, Soft and creamy in the inside -BOLINHO DE BACALHAU: this are croquettes made with codfish. Amazing. You can taste the codfish and feel it in little pieces. -PICANHA: grill steak topped with garlic and served with rice and beans. The steak was on point. We ordered medium and it was perfectly cooked. The beans were amazing as well. Its hard to find good beans so this one really surprised us. -MOQUECA: This was the plate of the day. They offered it and we decided to try it. Its a seafood stew that comes with white rice. It was really good. My only concern with this one is that I think the portion can be bigger. Even the appetizers were bigger than this. and last but no least. Our favorite part. The dessert. -PROFITEROLE: OMG! I still feel the flavor in my mouth when thinking on this. YOU NEED TO TRY IT. They are small hollow pastries, filled with ice cream and covered with hot chocolate fudge! DELiCIOUS. We were so full that we couldnt finish the dessert and I almost cry for it . I will come back just to get more of it. The service was really good. When we went they were only 2 other tables besides us, and the 2 waitress were amazing and attentive on everyone. This place is definitely a little gem from Brazil.

I love it here! Please be warned that this really is typical Brazilian fare, so if you have not tried it or do not like it, then just be cautious. Staff is very friendly, and food is always fresh. I love that I am able to get authentic Brazilian food in such a close location. It's a small little spot, but cozy and the food makes up for the parking situation. (Metered parking near the beach - you can imagine how that's like) I would highly recommend.

Great experience. Felt very comfortable during our visit, excellent Covid guidelines, the food was delicious and the service was very nice. It is awesome to find a good Brazilian restaurant aside from the rodizio steak house theme. Everything was on point we will be returning soon.

Solid experience. The service was good, the food was good, the sides were good, the portions were large, and the price was right. We had the skirt steak and also the picanha, along with a caesar salad. The restaurant is located in a lively area of mid beach with lots of other things to do around it.

We went on a Saturday for feijoada and we absolutely loved the food. The place is cute, I love the little details for example they give you a bag to place your mask and other little details that matter and are cute. The service was good. Next time I would like to try there Picanha but it is on the pricey side $30 I dont know if the portion is big or not.... I would definitely go back soon and would recommend it. I love Brazilian food. The restaurant is clean and has a modern feel. The caipirinha was meh... not strong it kind of tasted liked spiked lemonade, but I am willing to try again but ask the bartender to do it stronger. The parking situation... so its in the beach so its in a touristy area and its street parking but there is a parking lot behind the restaurant. Truthfully there is a lot of street parking 1 or 2 blocks away, so its not such a big deal.

Worth it!!! We ordered the Picanha for two our order came with 4 steaks, 2 large tubs of rice and beans, we also ordered 2 boxes of the most delicious Banana fritters. For the price we paid it was worth it as the steak was perfectly cooked and well seasoned. The rice and beans were fresh and enjoyable and the Bananas fritters were absolutely delicious the best fritters I have ever had!!!

It was storming really bad when we decided to go out for dinner. We had a hankering for Brazilian steak and this Yelp recommendation was spot on. I think the weather kept most people inside so we were seated right away. We had appetizers (coxinha and pastel) which were good but the pièce de résistance was the picanha steak. I got the 14oz and my fiancé got the 20oz. I wasn't sure either of us would finish our food but everything tasted so good we managed to eat it all!! Dessert was even more delicious, a traditional flan (pudim de leite) and coconut flan. Yum yum. Sooo good. We ordered 2 more coconut flan to go. This had to be one of the best dinners we had on our trip to Miami.

It was hard for me to give this place a 5 because it was quite pricey, however, that is the only negative thing I have to say about it. The food was absolutely amazing! And totally worth it, hence the 5 stars. The picaña was incredible, on Saturdays they have feijoada which was very good. The flavors for every piece of meat we had were very good. Great for a date night, go on an empty stomach for sure!

used to be my favorite place ever. Food was flavorless today. For some reason there was pico de Gallo on my plate??The beans used to be bursting with flavor. and Now they don't offer cod on the lunch special. This is a very sad day. if it's possible, please bring back the old offerings and the old style of cooking. i beg of you. friendly staff. clean.

Why have I not visited this restaurant before?!  That's what I asked myself after my meal here!!  I went for dinner after the place we intended to go to was closed )-:  BUT, so glad we did because I now have another favorite place to add to my list.  It's a small charming restaurant with good service and great food.  The Coxinha we ordered for appetizer was out of this world.  I had never tried it before and I am glad that the waiter suggested it because I certainly enjoyed it! We, of course, ordered the Picanha which is a traditional Brazilian dish.  It comes with rice and beans.  We decided to order the Picanha for 2 ppl and it was plenty of food for the two of us.  I LOVED it!! Our drinks were also good...we ordered the Classic Caipirinha which is also a traditional drink from Brazil  and it was delicious.  This is really a great restaurant to add to the list.

Fully open in-door dining. We had the garlic shrimp appetizer which was delicious! Next was the pan seared salmon with quinoa - beautiful presentation and even more importantly it was yummy!! The Bife a Cavalo is a NY strip topped with fried eggs - excellent & arrived sizzling hot. For dessert we had the lava cake - a little too much raspberry sauce for my taste but still good. Service is wonderful and friendly. Full bar. Free wifi. Very limited street parking but one expects that in Miami Beach. Well worth the visit!!

The Brazilian people probably already know how great this place is so I'll speak English to the Americans. This is a MUST TRY! The food is delicious. Real, authentic, Brazilian food made completely fresh and in house. I have never been to a restaurant that cooked food half as good as my grandmother's, until Little Brazil. They reminded me of home. I recommend everything on the menu. We had 22 people with us and we tried everything, it was all fantastic. The ambiance was great! They have wonderful live music playing. Our waiter, Lucas and the staff were so careful attending our group. Sandro, the owner, introduced himself to me. He migrated to Miami from Brazilian to open his restaurants and spread his love for Brazil to everyone. He had two restaurants. When Covid hit, he was forced to shut down and lost one of them. Barely hanging onto this last restaurant. He put everything he had into this place. He invested all his money into a business advisor, that designed Little Brazil, recreated his menu and created his brand. They did an excellent job and Sandro is doing amazing at keeping his business alive. It was inspiring to hear his story and see the passion he has. I appreciate him for sharing his story with me and his love for Brazilian culture and passion to share that through food. Come an enjoy this wonderful experience!

Great appetizers of linguisa and yuca with bacalao. Both had lots of flavor and authentic in it's taste. For the main dish ordered the Picanha which is top sirloin steak with rice, beans, farofa,and vinaigrette. Steak was ordered medium but served cooked more like med. well. Service was good but food took a little longer than expected. Overall would highly recommend for someone looking for authentic Brazilian food in Miami. For dessert ordered the flan and it was creamy and sweet from the caramel dressing.

I'm on the fence on this review because I was really looking forward to this spot growing up in Brazil and just recently coming back from Rio and already missing Brazilian cuisine but was left disappointed. Of course I can't compare the prices here in the US and Brazil but $7 for a single coxinha to me is pretty steep. Good thing it tasted really good with just a small part of the center being a little cold. But if you go to your regular bakery in Brazil you'd spend much less than that but with a Coxinha that's been probably sitting there for a few hours. So for it being freshly made I give it a pass for the $7. I then ordered the lunch special fish for $15 and couldn't even eat half of the dish because it lacked flavor. Both the potatoes and fish needed seasoning and the capers sauce it said was included was just a bed of capers on the side. I had to douse the dish with salt and pepper to add just something to the dish. I honestly should've ordered the picanha because the table next to me had that and it looked amazing but at $34 for just once person I didn't feel like spending all that on just lunch when I can make picanha at home for a family of 5 for less of that price. Sorry I'm really picky about my picanha having grown up gaucha. By far the best thing I ate here was the pudim aka Brazilian flan. It's creamier than your regular Spanish flan and usually I am picky but this one I have to add it to the top favorites.
