Little Brittany Creperie

I tried to get a simple cup of water while waiting for our crepe and was told no, right after watching the same person give a water cup to someone who hadn’t even ordered anything. It made no sense, and the energy from both people working there was just off. They acted like they didn’t want to be there and definitely made us feel unwelcome. Honestly wish I hadn’t tipped. The attitude and service completely ruined what should’ve been a good stop. Definitely won’t be coming back.

I’ve been coming to this crepe spot for years, and every time I’m in Miami, I make sure to stop by. Unfortunately, this recent visit completely changed how I feel about supporting this business. I ordered my usual and kindly asked for a cup of water as a paying customer — something simple. I was told no. Not even a moment later, I watched someone walk up (who didn’t order anything) be given a cup of water without question. It was disappointing and honestly felt like poor judgment on the part of the staff. Also want to mention they said “they were all out of cups of water” completely lying as the ice bin was still full, coffee machine had water in it, and cups were available. As a food content creator, I was planning to feature this place on my page — but this kind of inconsistency and treatment made me decide otherwise. I’ve always believed good food should be paired with good service, and unfortunately, that wasn’t the case this time. I hope they treat future loyal customers with more fairness and appreciation.

Little Brittany is located at the Treats food court at the Aventura mall, and offers a wide array of sweets and salty food. I've had a few of their products, and my favorite is the dulce de leche crepe with banana and strawberry. Price is somewhat elevated, but on par with the other restaurants in that food court.

Do not buy coffee here because you ask for something and they give you different order, they charge you to much for nothing, the attendant, doesn’t have any idea of customer service. The person is doing the crepes looks like she doesn’t want to be there. Do not spend any time here

Was at the mall doing some shopping and the thought of crêpes came to mind so came to try this place. The cordon bleu crêpe had good flavor and it was nice that it came with a tasty cesar salad.

The guava cheese pastry was good. 👍🏾 The person working was having a long conversation with a different customer, and I had to wait for someone else to show up and serve me. 👎🏾

Little Brittany Crêperie offers a delightful experience, and my favorite item on the menu is the salmon bagel. The bagel is perfectly toasted, with fresh, high-quality salmon, a delicious spread, and the perfect balance of flavors. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff make the experience even better. It's definitely a must-try spot!

I found this creperie 3 years ago and I haven't looked back since. They are my top 1 favorite crepe, I think I get one every 1 week that's just how much I love them and how good they are. Their service is always welcoming and prompt.

Absolutely love getting crepes here! I got bananas, strawberries, Dulce de leche, vanilla ice cream and whipped cream. It was perfectly soft and crispy on the edges and the right amount of fruit and dulce de leche. The staff is also really friendly! Defintely would be interested in trying their other flavors.

Cute spot for crepes and desserts . They have good options and they all look very fresh . I got a slice of the pistachio cake and it was delicious!! I almost got the whole cake haha ! The pricing was ok for the amount of food that you get .

This is a cute, typical crepe spot that offers a nice mix of savory and sweet options. I tried the Prosciutto, brie and coppa crepe and they were out of coppa that day but it was still pretty good! For the price ($14) I would have expected it to be a bit more filling, and I did feel they could have added more brie, but overall it was very tasty and I'm looking forward to going back and trying more from their menu.

Great savory crepes! I've tried a few savory crepes before and haven't had much luck with any of them until we tried Little Brittany Creperie at the Aventura Mall We wanted something light but also good and decided to try this place since we've seen it and has caught our attention every time we pass by it. Tried the chicken avocado crepe and it was delicious! Every ingredient tasted fresh, the flavors weren't overpowering like with others I've tried before. They also have a range of pastries that I definitely need to try next time. Staff was great and helpful with any questions I had about the menu Plenty of seating around the food court

Service was horrible, we had to ask the lady that works there if the place was open in order for her to pay attention. The lady was on her phone the whole time.

Ladie at the cash register was very rude. Very disrespectful was screaming at customers very bad customer service she should be fired immediately.

I've had a lot of crepes and theirs sure are delicious. They are a bit pricey I feel, mine was $17. I got the La Nutella crepe with strawberries. It was delicious and tasted very fresh. The portion size was good, there was a good amount of each ingredient. It is pretty filling. The staff are friendly as well. I recommend for a nice light breakfast.

Great crepes, just extremely, extremely overpriced. In the hub of Aventura Mall. Definitely needs to be reevaluated as a whole.

Excellent coffee and pastry spot in the mall. The coffee beans were to my taste and i loved my ice cappuccino. I wanted to devour the sweets but i genuinely couldn't fit any.

I didn't expect to find such good crepes in South Florida, but Little Brittany's crepes were neat, delicious, and filling! They were generous with all of the fillings. The fruit was nice and fresh. I could be wrong, but the whipped cream taste homemade and the crepe batter itself was very fresh. The presentation of the crepe was very good too! 10/10. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good crepe in the area.

cute crepe stand, has other pastries as well. my sister and I ordered the ceasar salad crepe. we often try different crepe places as we love a good crepe. little brittany had a pretty good ceasar salad crepe! I will say they put a lot of parmesan which is the only reason I put one star less. a lot of our bites were chock full of parmesan powder cheese which made it hard to swallow sometimes. but other then that, it was a pretty solid crepe

This shop is located at the food court. Hospitable and attentive service. This shop has great pastries and delicious coffee.

They are located in the center of Aventura Mall food court. They have an amazing assortment of sweet and savory crepes that are all delicious! These are such authentic crepes, the presentation is also amazing and picture worthy! The bubble waffle crepes are amazing and so cute! In addition to crepes they have delicious coffee and a basil lemonade that is to die for. 10/10 got to try!

This little restaurant is in the food court at the Aventura Mall. They have such delicious crepes and if you check in on yelp you get 10% off as well. The only issue Inhad was trying to communicate They also have different kinds of drinks besides water and soda and that is a nice treat. However, since their English wasn't great (they spoke Spanish) but we managed. The prices are reasonable so that is good. I didn't like the fact that you get an ipad to sign n out and put your tip right on there- so find that incredibly awkward to so for a fast food place.

Good coffee lotta good pastries selections. Crepes look good . Good selection of coffees and drinks . My soda was warm but they have ice! Coffee em was good cappuccino.

All I have to say is wow!! I bought a cheesecake, and when they moved it out of the display to serve it to me. German roaches appeared,.And as they try to continue to serve this food to me, I had to refuse and ask for my money back. so when I tell them about the roaches, they just shrugged their shoulders, and was like oh well!!

I ordered the turkey and avocado crepes. The avocado was mashed or puréed. Maybe that makes the crepe keep its shape or something, but I prefer my avocado in a more fresh form. But overall the crepe was good, and came with a nice salad.

I got the ham and cheese crepe. It comes with a small fist-sized salad on the side. It was alright. I didn't go crazy over it. I went here because there was a short line, even on a Saturday at 4pm. After I ordered, they wanted me to stand to the side and wait. I understand this is typical because the food has to cook -- no shade. I didn't feel comfortable standing super close to the counter because I had a small dog in a purse whose nose/mouth was at the counter's height. I love sat at a table nearby. I was hot, dizzy, and in critical need of a seat. I watched to see if they would look around when my food was made -- that would be my cue to get up from my seat and claim my order. This did not happen. After 10-15 minutes, i went up to the counter. There were 3 people working, and rarely a line, but it took 3 minutes for someone to notice me. I don't know how long my food was sitting around before it was given to me. Not angry about the experience, and the food wasn't bad. I feel I had a 4 star experience overall. I am open to changing it if/when I go again and feel differently.

Do not EAT here! As I was waiting for my crepe I saw the girl making the food grab a paper towel and proceeded to wipe down trays and work area. She also grabbed her phone. Granted she was wearing gloves but after doing all of that she did not throw those gloves out. She then began to make my crepe and touch it with her hands while wearing the same dirty gloves she had one while dumping trash and grabbing her phone. This is not the first time that I had seen here things that made me question their cleanliness but I decided to give it another chance. NEVER AGAIN. They should be reported to the health department and dirty dining.

This place is located inside Aventura Mall and offers the most authentic crepes in Miami! I've been so several creperies all over South Florida, however, I always find myself coming back to Little Brittany. The have quick service in the mornings and friendly staff!

The person making the crepes has no idea and also bad attitude. The cheese was still like it came out of the fridge, not melted at all. And very little care to make them well.

Food was good , customer service was awful , we were not greeted, looked way under staffed , and plenty of customers waiting in line yet the employees are chatting amongst themselves . I believe busy businesses require not only good products and food but customer service and without it

If I could give this location 0 stars I would! Not only did they allow others to cut in line.. waited in line for a little over ten minutes to be up next and be told "we're closed". Absolutely ridiculous. Horrible customer service. Train your employees better. Also change your hours online if you're "closed" at 9pm and not 10pm.

This is the best Creperie In town, the food is delicious and the people is nice. The desert menu is very good.

They have the best crepes! So flavorful made fresh. The crepes here in my opinion are better then restaurants. They also have dessert crepes too. Coffee is excellent along with the friendly staff. It's a change from the regular mall food.

The flavor of my crepe was just okay. For $12 I wish I would have gotten a crab roll instead at the spot next to them for $14.

Good if you have time to wait. Service hit or miss. What do you expect at a mall food spot? Crepes good but a bit pricey. Waffles and other baked goods work.

Although the food was somewhat decent, the customer service was absolutely terrible. I found a piece of plastic in my crepe and asked for my food to be changed and the employees were unapologetic and dry. Horrible services.

I dint recomend this place 8,5 bucks and the creope came almost empty inside I ordered dulce de leche, never see it!! Bad place!

So disappointed with the service that I received today I'm never going here again. The service that I received from Nicolle M. was so disrespectful rolling her eyes and making comments with the other worker when I please asked to put my Crepe in a to go box as I had to go. She shouldn't be working in the customer service industry if she doesn't know how to treat customers with respect. I was going to get a carrot cake after ordering my Crepe but again she seemed bothered with my request so I decided to skip it. I'm so disappointed with the service honestly. Food looks good but worker needs some improvement.

I am the happiest girl in the world knowing Aventura has crepes again, but they did me one better... BUBBLE WAFFLES!! Super delicious items, fairly priced, and friendly staff. A fantastic addition to the new and improved food hall!

My wife & I decided to visit the Treats Food Hall at the Aventura Mall earlier this evening (Monday Oct. 15 ). My (pregnant) wife was craving a nutella crepe, so I checked the hours or operation and I learned that Brittany Crepes closes at 9:30pm. After arriving at Treats, I headed to Luke's Lobster and my wife headed to Brittany Crepes. We made sure that we would arrive before 9:30pm. At 9:23pm, my wife began to place her order at Brittany Crepes but she was informed that they were closed. The employee on duty informed my wife that the owner told that employee to begin cleaning and to shut down the equipment. Needless to say, my wife was very disappointed.

Went here with a friend because they were highly recommended. They have a nice variety of sweet and savory crepes. Ended up going with the roasted turkey & avocado. Took a few minutes to make from scratch and the gentleman working was very friendly, the ingredients were fresh at the end they drizzled a little truffle oil on top. Crepe was flavorful and delicious, totally worth the $12 bucks!

Sooooooo delicious!! Had the nutella crepe with ice cream and it was absolutely the best crepe I had in a long time. Service was fast and attentive.

I know people wouldn't expect to taste quality at the Mall's food Corp. But that idea is beyond true with this "LITTLE" but impactful boutique. Another reason for me to go to the mall besides to spend money on my wife, is to stuff my face with their delicious menu. Check them out. Get back at me if I'm wrong. Drive safe everyone.

The staff was super nice and helpful, they go over the menu with you and tell you what everything meant. The food overall was very delicious! The chefs were very nice! 10/10 would recommend

I brought my wife here, hoping we'd have some good chocolate cake for a quick dessert. Prior to buying we asked the employee if the cake out on the stand was fresh, and she replied with "yes, we made it today" Sure enough when they cut both our slices of cake, we found mold on our slice! The manager looked at it and said it wasn't mold, and after looking at it closer and seeing that it was green, white and furry. He acknowledged it was mold, and instead of offering to give our money back, or something else. He cut 2 more slices from the other side of cake. I threw straight in the trash, and couldn't believe he did that. I don't recommend this place, as they lied about their food being freshly made.

Don't get me wrong the food is amazing here, and I'm a regular. I keep coming back for the food, but the service is very mediocre. The food takes too long and sometimes the employees are a bit rude! Service could be better,

Friendly staff, well trained, delicious food, and social management. I ordered a prosciutto, Brie, and coppa crepe which was phenomenal! Excellent portions too! The ratio of coppa, to Brie, to crepe, to prosciutto was perfect. It came with a perfectly dressed arugula and tomato salad. This was one god damn good crepe. I know you're going to see shake shack and say "ehhhh, maybe I'll stick to ol' reliable" don't. Eat crepes. They are delicious. I swear on my left nut, you won't be disappointed. PUT. IT. IN. YOUR. MOUTH.

My first time here. Ordered turkey and avocado crepe and waffle with fruits and dulce de leche for my daughter. I missed avocado in my crepe and fruits on the waffle. When I asked them, all they gave me was half spoiled avocado. Crepe wasn't good at all. Waffle was ok

Maybe it was an unusual day for Little Brittany Creperie at the Food Court of Aventura Mall, but all of us were extremely disappointed with the savory (not the dessert kind) crepes that we ordered. The texture of the crepes was rough and thick, not at all thin & crispy like the crepes at other creperies. And the inside of the crepes was still cold. We could only eat about a third of the crepes before giving up & throwing the rest away. Perhaps we will try again someday and hope for better results. Too bad!

Ate here today the first time, will not go back. We were the only ones ordering there. We were told our food would be a 5 minute wait, 20 minutes we get our food. The reason there was a wait is because the cook was in the bathroom and when he returned he is smoking an e cigarette and the food is below average at best.

Little Brittany really gives you the teal Crepes. Salad crepes are an entire meal, delicious salty crepes that can definitely fill you hungry stomach. Very happy with the service and quality of ingredients! La Complete, the best of allllll

The crepes were soooo good. Ordered the traditional Caesar crepe and added chicken. Amazing! The staff couldn't of been any nicer and patient explaining their menu. Clean atmosphere. Will definitely return again.
