Little Ghost

This is a solid burger spot. They just opened up and the line was out of the door. Perhaps it’s been well anticipated, or received a lot of attention online. Either way, I thought everything was on par. The cheeseburger is most like a high quality Big Mac flavored burger. It was both tasty and fresh with a buttery toasted bun, but not “mind-blowing” in anyway. I thought the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich was better. The ranch sauce had a nice tang and the celery slaw was unique. The staff are friendly and worked quickly to push out orders. Parking may be difficult to find during peak hours, but there are a few spots on Woodward and down the residential street next to the building. The interior has a few spots to sit and eat, but can fill up quickly! Expect to spend around 20 dollars for a sandwich drink and fries. Overall, this place has some tasty menu items that are worth a try, but maybe order ahead or wait until the opening hype dies down to have a more enjoyable in store experience.

Great food, a few improvements could be made to be excellent which is to be expected for a brand new restaurant. Box for the burger is a little too big so the burger got separated and ingredients fell off. An employee said they are changing that and didn’t realize when they first ordered them when overhearing me commenting on the box size. One of my friends who got the double had a slightly too wet bun from the fat, otherwise I got the single and this burger is way better than any fast food burger around. Fries are addictive, 10/10. Highly recommend, will come again. Small interior space but moves fast, only about 12 spots to sit to eat. Cute atmosphere.

Know before you go. If you are looking for a boring overcooked burger this is not the place for you. If you are adventurous and like good quality food that takes your taste buds on an adventure Little Ghost will not let you down. Their burger is one of the best cheeseburgers in town, and has been since Grey Ghost opened over 8 years ago. The Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich, a 2nd Best staple, it the perfect blend of flavor and spice. The gourmet hot dog was my favorite. The bun is cheese crusted and the sweet and savory toppings all blend together so well. We are fans, always have been and always will be. This is not your typical "burger joint" so don't expect typical when walking in.

I’ve been to little ghost twice at this point. The first time I went, the food was excellent. The seasoning on the fries was excellent and they were very crispy, the burger was cooked to perfection. It was a 5* visit. However, my second visit leaves me questioning the consistency. I like my burgers medium, but this burger was closer to rare. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to finish it. I don’t think I’ll be returning until they get some time to iron out the consistency.

So excited to have this place in my neighborhood!! Everything was super tasty! The burger was cooked perfectly, the chicken was super crispy! The fries were perfectly fried and the donuts were the perfect sweet treat! The packaging is soooooo cute! They have these little added touches that are just perfection! The staff was friendly and the facility was super clean! Will definitely be back!!

This place looks very aesthetically pleasing, has great service, and solid management. The downside is the food. First time I came through was their opening weekend and I dealt with an undercooked burger (and got the same stock response everyone else with an undercooked burger got), but the fries and my wife’s chicken sandwich were good. The management quickly rectified this situation. I understand these things can happen sometimes, especially with a new business on opening weekend. I’m not holding this against them at all, and this review is not based on that experience. It happens. We came back last weekend. We got a burger, Nashville chicken sandwich, hot dog, and fries. Everything was cooked properly and I don’t have any complaints, it was fine. That’s kind of my issue though; for the price range this place falls into, I expected a little more than just FINE. There’s multiple places with much better burgers, chicken sandwiches, and fries within a 5 mile radius. Not saying I won’t come back, but this place definitely won’t be in our regular restaurant rotation.

I’ve been waiting to try this place since it opened, and it did not disappoint! We ordered a little bit of everything…donuts with dulce de leche, an all-beef hot dog, the Double Ghost Burger, Nashville chicken sandwich, fries with fancy sauce, and chicken tenders. The burger was fantastic…if you’re craving a burger, this is the spot. The Nashville chicken sandwich was super fresh and the slaw gave it the perfect crunch. And the donuts? Out of this world. Sorry Imperial, but these beat the churros! The hot dog had a soggy bottom but the flavor and creativity made up for it…definitely a fun, elevated take. They did forget our tenders, but when I called they immediately refunded me and even comped the donuts. That kind of customer service makes a big difference. Overall: great food, unique flavors, and excellent service. I’ll absolutely be back!

Such a fun and tasty little burger spot! I tried the Quinoa burger with the Gluten Free bun, one of my kids the Nashville Chicken Sandwich, the two others and my husband had regular burgers. Everything was perfect! I’m a sucker for interior design as well and it’s really nice - love the mix of colors and textures! Awesome spot, we’ll be back!

YOO! this is the spot Food is unbelievably good, I got the Nashville chicken I don't think I've tasted anything like it before - sweet, spicy, crispy, juicy. Fries are perfectly salted and have an awesome crunch. Will be coming back to try more! The aesthetic is beautiful. Awesome atmosphere definitely give them a try if ur looking for great food, welcoming service and good vibes

Good, not great... We tried a few items from the menu. Nashville Chicken Sandwich was tasty. Their burgers are a little too rare for my liking personally- but if you like a med rare-ish burger you might dig it. Thought the "ghost sauce" on the burger would be spicy- like a ghost pepper- it was not. Our wait wasn't too bad- but I wouldn't necessarily stand in a crazy long line for what we had. I drove by on my way home from work and there was no line so you could say the opportunity presented itself. Overall good, not amazing. In fairness, we've never eaten at Grey Ghost so don't have anything to compare to.

Excited to try Little Ghost, my kids and I stopped for a late lunch. My daughter was immediately excited by the purple/pink building and color scheme. Super cute logo and iconic branding. We got the Nashville Chicken sandwich, Kid Dog, Kid Burger, Fries, and Doughnuts. Sandwich was perfectly crispy and huge!!! I couldn't finish it, I have a snack for later. My kids loved the burger and hot dog. I tried bites of both and you can taste the high quality. Fries were fine for me, but the doughnuts, oh, I'd stop for just those! They don't even need the dulce de leche sauce. They are perfection. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only thing missing is a few tables outside, we sat on the grass as it was too busy inside. We will be back!

Wow! This was DELICIOUS! We got the double cheeseburger and the Nashville hot burger. They were both the level of messy where you need to take off your rings they were that good!! This is one of the best Nashville hot chicken burgers I've ever had. The fries were not as crispy as I would have liked but they were decent! Service was very quick!

I visited Little Ghost within a few days of opening and the line was around the building, but it was worth the wait! The burger was amazing just as it comes and the fries were some of the best in town. I got the single burger and could only eat half. The staff was overwhelmed by the number of customers, but could not have been kinder! Can't wait to go back!

Oh my Gosh. I have been waiting so long for little ghost to open and it was completely worth the wait. Between the cutest quaintest interior to an amazing burger at an amazing price I've found my new burger place in Ferndale.

1st day open and expected it to be pretty chaotic. Love that it came to the neighborhood and I can walk my dogs to pick up my food. Order online if you're walking your dogs to pick up at the side window or there are kiosks to order inside. My order was ready before the estimated time and the burger and fries were great!! There was quite a crowd and it was quite the party atmosphere . Welcome to the neighborhood Little Ghost
