Little Ghost, Grey Ghost’s Casual Burger Shop, Is Now Open in Ferndale | Eater Detroit

"A fast-casual spinoff of the award-winning Detroit restaurant, this Ferndale outpost serves Grey Ghost’s popular burger alongside a vegetarian quinoa patty, a fried chicken sandwich, and an all-beef hot dog topped with whipped cream cheese—perhaps a nod to Seattle’s wieners. The original burger shows up here as a double-smashed classic with American cheese, a special dill sauce, and shredded lettuce with onion, made with beef from Fairway Packing Co., and diners can opt for a single patty if they prefer. Expect French fries, chicken tenders, and a good old-fashioned bag of doughnuts, plus a cute cartoony mascot—a burger with legs dressed up as a smiling ghost. The roughly 1,000-square-foot space at 22305 Woodward Avenue includes a walk-up window, they’re serving lunch and dinner, and Little Ghost will also offer local delivery; hours run 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to midnight on Friday and Saturday. Four Man Ladder Hospitality, co-owned by Joe Giacomino and John Vermiglio with partners Will Lee and Michael Gray, has designs on opening more locations, with Basan executive chef Eric Lees behind the food here." - Ashok Selvam

Little Ghost, The Burger Spot from Grey Ghost, Gallops to Ferndale | Eater Detroit

"A new fast-casual offshoot centered on the popular burger, planned to open this summer in a roughly 1,000-square-foot Ferndale space. The compact menu will spotlight the signature burger alongside fries, a chicken sandwich, and a special veggie burger made from a quinoa patty. The owners view Ferndale as a strategic starting point because many customers live in southern Oakland County and are considering additional metro Detroit locations to make the burger available to more people at lower price points." - Ashok Selvam

Google
Tried Little Ghost in Ferndale for the first time and it did not disappoint! We ordered the burger and the Nashville chicken sandwich with fries, and both were absolutely mouthwatering. You can tell everything is made with care and packed with flavor. The vibe inside is just as great as the food. It’s a clean, cozy little diner with a fun and modern color palette that totally matches their playful logo. You can feel the attention to detail in both the food and the atmosphere. If you’re in or around Ferndale, definitely check this place out. It’s the kind of spot you want to come back to!

Google
This is a solid burger spot. They just opened up and the line was out of the door. Perhaps it’s been well anticipated, or received a lot of attention online. Either way, I thought everything was on par. The cheeseburger is most like a high quality Big Mac flavored burger. It was both tasty and fresh with a buttery toasted bun, but not “mind-blowing” in anyway. I thought the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich was better. The ranch sauce had a nice tang and the celery slaw was unique. The staff are friendly and worked quickly to push out orders. Parking may be difficult to find during peak hours, but there are a few spots on Woodward and down the residential street next to the building. The interior has a few spots to sit and eat, but can fill up quickly! Expect to spend around 20 dollars for a sandwich drink and fries. Overall, this place has some tasty menu items that are worth a try, but maybe order ahead or wait until the opening hype dies down to have a more enjoyable in store experience.

Google
Cool little carry out shop with a few tables inside! Place is super busy and small. They have a nice little pickup window on the side for online orders. The best hot dog I’ve ever had on planet earth 10/10. Burger is also very fresh and great quality. The Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich was ok, I wouldn’t get it again personally.

Google
Little Ghost was such a great experience from start to finish. The burger was cooked perfectly—juicy, flavorful, and just really satisfying. The fries were just as impressive, crispy with amazing seasoning that made them hard to stop eating. The place itself is adorable, with so much charm and fun details in the décor and packaging. It has a playful vibe that makes it stand out. The staff was wonderful too, and I want to mention how great the new cashier was—friendly and doing an awesome job. Great food, great atmosphere, great people. I’ll definitely be back!

Google
Great food, a few improvements could be made to be excellent which is to be expected for a brand new restaurant. Box for the burger is a little too big so the burger got separated and ingredients fell off. An employee said they are changing that and didn’t realize when they first ordered them when overhearing me commenting on the box size. One of my friends who got the double had a slightly too wet bun from the fat, otherwise I got the single and this burger is way better than any fast food burger around. Fries are addictive, 10/10. Highly recommend, will come again. Small interior space but moves fast, only about 12 spots to sit to eat. Cute atmosphere.

Google
Food was sooo good! Most perfectly salted fries I’ve ever had! The burgers are delicious and you can just tell they are made with high quality ingredients. They actually had good prices for their burgers compared to other restaurants these days. I ordered online and my food was ready in about 15 minutes- much faster than I thought! Can’t wait to try their fancy hot dog and chicken sandwich next time. Service was friendly and quick and look how cute their packaging is!!

Google
Just wanted to say you all killed it today. I stopped in and ordered the little ghost burger double fries and an all beef hot dog both were excellent. The burger was cooked to perfection and all the flavors on the hot dog came together perfect. The crisp cheddar and whipped cream cheese along with pickled jalapeños was a greT combo. I am definitely coming back cheers.

Google
This mostly carry-out location did not disappoint. I'm a big fan of In-N-Out in CA, the Ghost Burger is fifteen steps above In-N-Out with elevated flavor profiles. The breading on the chicken tenders was crispy and the meat was substantial. Alabama BBQ was delicious, kind of tasted like an aioli / bbq hybrid. The interior is stylish and minimal, only about six seats to dine in but perfect for carryout as there's parking on Pearson right next to the location. I've loved Grey Ghost for years so to have an easily accessible version at my Ferndale fingertips has me pleased.

Yelp
I'm hooked on Little Ghost, all of it - the burgers, fries, their chicken sandwich, loaded beef hotdog, and mini donuts w/ dip. Fifth time in less than a few months. This is a newer and better take on fast food burgers & fries but with great tastes, a simple yet delectable menu, and all fairly priced. The value you get is unbeatable for what I consider to be the freshest ingredient and flavorful burger you can find around town. The burger is fresh, all beef patty, that special sauce which perfectly complements the entire ensemble, fresh lettuce shreds, and I opted for no American cheese to really taste the burger, I ordered it "pink" which is like medium done. They also give you the option of ordering it well done "not pink". The fries are the best in my book especially with their fancy sauce. I usually opt for the burger and fries but also tried their loaded beef hotdog and chicken sandwich which were so good that it's now difficult to choose when ordering. The place is fairly small but clean, limited counter seating. It's reminiscent of the older burger joints back in the day (think Greene's, Hunter House) with simple menus and a few stools along the counter. Little Ghost is a modern take on that with excellent burgers and more. Don't let the long lines intimidate you, they move pretty fast.

Yelp
Cute, clean, good service. Got a single and fries, both were just ok. Kind of a fry purist so didn't love the seasoning, and the ones I got had been sitting around for a minute. I have been back twice since then. The burger was gristly, fries - same story as the last time. I had such high hopes!
google avatar

Michael T.

Yelp
Good food, but not great if you have allergies or dietary restrictions. Ordered a standard burger, and it came COVERED on pickles, even though the menu did NOT mention pickles anywhere for the burger. The fries are probably the best option.
google avatar

Kesha S.

Yelp
I've visited the grey ghost and really enjoyed it, so I was excited to see they put the little ghost close to me. The building is beautiful decorated, my teenager loved it so much she said if they added outside sitting it would be a cool hangout. The service was quick though the menu is limited. We ordered the single with fries. Everything was delicious, my daughter loved it so much she danced. Though I wished they carried the aioli that the grey ghost has. I'll definitely be back!!
google avatar

Chloe K.

Yelp
I have been to Grey Ghost downtown and was so excited to get the same amazing burger closer to home! It did not disappoint, the inside is small for sitting but there is plenty of room outside. I cannot wait to come back. I'm

Yelp
I will keep this brief. I really wanted to like this place. My mom kept trying to understand the concept of the place, which is perplexing a bit. Positives: nice char on the burger, burger itself is not too bad. Negatives: nothing special to make me come back regularly, as others have mentioned: my burger was near medium which was a surprise, brioche bun did not stand out, bun got soggy quickly, lettuce wilted quickly as well. The ghost sauce was confusing and not a positive for the burger. I wish them good luck, but at the price rate and taste, I cannot recommend it.
google avatar

Yelp
Located just off of Woodward, well south of the main strip. Limited street parking, very small parking lot. Inside is a very small and trendy, but also uncomfortable bench and long table style seating system. Limited drinks available by the bottle. Obviously, the star here is the burger. It was good, and the sauce in particular was a real star. However, it was not as good as the Betty burger available at one eye Betty's about a half mile away. So I won't be coming back. Staff was great, everything was clean.
google avatar

Yelp
Little Ghost was exactly what we needed. Located on Woodward in Ferndale. Delicious late night bites! We dined in the cozy little establishment with just enough seats. The menu is simple; burgers, dogs, and chicken. Everything is made to order, and everything was over the top amazing. Totally worth the wait! The burger was juicy & flavorful, the dog was exploding with flavor & fusions! Next time I'm trying those chicken fingers, they look "fall apart tender." We finished the meal with an order of doughnut bites served with a caramel dipping sauce. Perfection! Thank you Little Ghost for being open later than the rest! We will definitely be back asap.

Yelp
Was super excited to try Little Ghost as a fan of the Second Best chicken sandwich. We ordered the chicken sandwich, single burger, and fries. The chicken sandwich and burger were amazing! I also loved the sauce that came with the fries. One note is that there is only seating for maybe 10 or so. They were quite busy even on a Sunday afternoon so I would not assume you are going to have seating to eat when you come in, but the vibe is super cute inside for while you're waiting and is a great takeout spot!
google avatar

Jack T.

Yelp
Place is a little overhyped. Sort of like an upscale 5 guys restaurant with minimal onsite seating. The burger was all bun and no patty. The chicken sandwich was sort of gross and gray and fell apart. Trendy place to visit though with a large line that moves quick. Very limited soda collection. Feels like something that should be in Los Angeles. Good for a grab and go occasion.
google avatar

Chris J.

Yelp
Ordered carryout for dinner. Parking is limited at the actual restaurant, but there is street parking available. Cool interior. It's small with limited seating though. I ordered the double ghost burger and fries. It was ready when I arrived (little less than 15 mins) and the bag was emitting heat so it definitely had not been sitting there long. The burger was very good. I have not had the Grey Ghost burger yet, but this took me back to RedCoat in its prime (10-15 years ago). The sauce on there was identical to that RedCoat sauce; so good. Meat was cooked to a nice medium and the simple burger worked so well. Bun was a little soggy, but I'd attribute that to not being eating right away. Is this the greatest burger I've had in the area? No. Is it extremely solid and something I'd love to have again? Yes. I was a little concerned about the fries, but they were equally as good. A simple fry done well. Good amount of salt and good crisp even after some time in the bag. The fry sauce was fine. The ranch was fantastic. Thick like a tartar sauce, but as good as Jets ranch. Really solid overall. Definite recommend.
google avatar

Sari G.

Yelp
Cute little place but the food was pricey for what it was. I had chicken tenders and fries and my husband got a burger. It was expensive fast food.
google avatar

Loletha D.

Yelp
This little spot was cute nice decor has really good food. I did not get a pic of food, I was distracted by eating and actually forgot. The chicken sandwich and even the fries and sauce was good. The donuts and that amazing caramel sauce sooo good!
google avatar

Prachi B.

Yelp
The burger was absolutely delicious! Cooked perfectly to medium and served fresh and hot. It was a little richer (saucier, cheesier) and sloppier than the typical fancy Grey Ghost burger, but I think that's exactly what it should be! The fries were perfectly seasoned and crispy and the chicken tenders were juicy and generous. Loved the pink and purple color scheme and the cute packaging. We're so lucky to have this in the burbs!!
google avatar

Hanna W.

Yelp
Double burger and fries exactly as expected - a solid smash burger with an exta relish-y special sauce! A very cute little building, I would definitely plan for take out and not eating inside due to minimal seating.
google avatar

Melvin L.

Yelp
Warmly greeted at door. Place is a small carry out spot and all orders are packaged for carry out but there is limited dine in seating. They feature burgers but also offer chicken (sandwich and fingers). The do NOT take cash
google avatar

AJ B.

Yelp
Excited to try Little Ghost, my kids and I stopped for a late lunch. My daughter was immediately excited by the purple/pink building and color scheme. Super cute logo and iconic branding. We got the Nashville Chicken sandwich, Kid Dog, Kid Burger, Fries, and Doughnuts. Sandwich was perfectly crispy and huge!!! I couldn't finish it, I have a snack for later. My kids loved the burger and hot dog. I tried bites of both and you can taste the high quality. Fries were fine for me, but the doughnuts, oh, I'd stop for just those! They don't even need the dulce de leche sauce. They are perfection. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only thing missing is a few tables outside, we sat on the grass as it was too busy inside. We will be back!
google avatar

Marissa C.

Yelp
Wow! This was DELICIOUS! We got the double cheeseburger and the Nashville hot burger. They were both the level of messy where you need to take off your rings they were that good!! This is one of the best Nashville hot chicken burgers I've ever had. The fries were not as crispy as I would have liked but they were decent! Service was very quick!
google avatar

Sarah M.

Yelp
I'm always on the hunt for a good burger, and Little Ghost's burgers were really tasty and the fries were good. A few things to note -- they have a limited menu and the wait was pretty long (about a half hour), which is more than I was expecting for a fast casual restaurant. I'm still interested in going back to try the fried chicken sandwich!
google avatar

John H.

Yelp
Rather outstanding "fast food" -- although that label really doesn't do the food justice. I'm here to tell the vegetarians, flexitarians, etc that the veggie burger -- with a quinoa patty -- is fantastic. Little crunch on the outside with a great flavor. Paired with the ghost sauce and cheese; awesome. And the fries are NEXT LEVEL. Not overly seasoned, just a real authentic potato taste. They are accompanied by what they call "fancy sauce" for dipping. It kinda tastes like some advanced alchemy of ketchup, aioli and a few other things I can't quite identify -- no matter, it's super tasty. The place is essentially a walk-in (or walk-up) shop, service is quick as you wait for your food to be prepared. Long lines are more a function of the novelty than a slow food making process. And the overall design vibe is fun and engaging. Worth a special trip!
google avatar

Oyami N.

Yelp
I ordered a burger and fries. Once home I bit into the burger and it was a mushy consistency. Yes it was Raw. How hard is it to cook a burger. Before reviewing I read others had the same experience. Certainly wouldn't drive back to wait in a line to return. Wasted money and time. You lost my Buisness.
google avatar

C M.

Yelp
10-3-2025 The double ghost burger is one of the best in SE Detroit. Savory, greasy and well seasoned. We also tried the Nashville chicken sandwich-WOW! Couldn't resist the donuts too. Def returning to this most excellent establishment.
google avatar

Doons S.

Yelp
YOO! this is the spot Food is unbelievably good, I got the Nashville chicken I don't think I've tasted anything like it before - sweet, spicy, crispy, juicy. Fries are perfectly salted and have an awesome crunch. Will be coming back to try more! The aesthetic is beautiful. Awesome atmosphere definitely give them a try if ur looking for great food, welcoming service and good vibes

Erica C.

Yelp
The best of both Grey Ghost and Second best! I wish they'd offer the fried egg on the burger like they do at GG, but other than that it's perfect. Super cute, decor, although I wish there was more seating for non-Ferndale folks in the winter. It's been crazy busy every time, but they do a good job moving people through as fast as you can under the circumstances
google avatar

Sara G.

Yelp
As fans of Grey Ghost, we were overjoyed to hear that they were opening a take-out burger joint in our hood. Once the hubbub died down a bit I ventured out to bring home some burgs, and they exceeded expectations! A little less rich than the original GG burger but still delicious, with all components contributing to the overall texture and flavor (quality meat cooked medium, saucy, lettuce-y, soft bun). The fries are crispy and served with their own dippin' sauce. The chicken tenders are juicy and BIG. The service is excellent. There is limited seating (as it mostly take-out) but there is plenty of outdoor picnic space to take advantage of in the warmer months. A tasty twist on the neighborhood burger joint which has been added to our rotation. Bravo!
google avatar

Monica W.

Yelp
We got the Nashville chicken, I had the double ghost burger, we tried the hot dog, and fries. My husband liked the chicken but wishes it was chx breast and not thigh, the double ghost was honestly worth it's price, could've been cooked almost literally a minute longer (was almost raw in the middle), and by the time I ate it the bottom bun was soggy. Even the chx bun was a little soft by the time we got home and we live 3 minutes away.Hot dog was unique and good, we'd get it again. Fries were tasty but nothing special and not enough for the price tbh. Definitely worth trying but I would recommend eating immediately
google avatar

Kevin G.

Yelp
Solid burger, but plays it safe. Characteristics: Soft brioche bun and gooey cheese. Burger is not a smash style and lacks a crispy crust. More of a medium to soft bite of burger. Cooking style is trying to maximize the juiceness. Shredded lettuce was in the mix. Requested extra pickle. 14 dollars plus tip. Almost want to cook myself. Not a bad burger, nothing unique flavor wise. Cute branding. Comes in a colorful bag and box.
google avatar

Tony D.

Yelp
I really, REALLY wanted to love this place. The marketing and layout of this place is incredible. However, after the Nashville Chicken sandwich, I have to complain about the quality and taste of the food. The chicken sandwich was $13, and I would gladly pay it to Little Ghost for being such a cool looking place. AS LONG AS the chicken was good. It wasn't. The chicken was almost totally inedible. The chicken was like tread on a tire. I had to literally tear off parts of the chicken to try to eat SOME parts that were ok. By then, the bun was falling apart and was difficult to hold. It turned out to be the worst chicken sandwich I ever had. I took pictures of this disaster..
google avatar

Brittany L.

Yelp
What a delicious freakin' burger in the prettiest little violet building. Bonus points for having a section of bare grass just to let any kiddos run whilst waiting, and there were quite a few kiddos with menu options available just for them! Plain and simple, everything was pretty d*mn good! We ordered two singles, one hotdog and one order of chicken wings. Absolutely everything was hot and fresh and had pretty good flavor; the fries were downright tasty with their seasoning alone. Our chicken wings were forgotten at first, but they were ready and waiting when we walked back inside to get them. The building is very quaint so the line often went out the door, but service was steady nonetheless. I wish I had taken a photo or two for sharing, but I was pretty hungry and scarfed my food down. We'll definitely be back!
google avatar

Michael F.

Yelp
The food is indulgent and flavorful. The building decor and branding is really fun! Easy online ordering and pick up.
google avatar

Yelp
Good, not great... We tried a few items from the menu. Nashville Chicken Sandwich was tasty. Their burgers are a little too rare for my liking personally- but if you like a med rare-ish burger you might dig it. Thought the "ghost sauce" on the burger would be spicy- like a ghost pepper- it was not. Our wait wasn't too bad- but I wouldn't necessarily stand in a crazy long line for what we had. I drove by on my way home from work and there was no line so you could say the opportunity presented itself. Overall good, not amazing. In fairness, we've never eaten at Grey Ghost so don't have anything to compare to.
google avatar

Brian H.

Yelp
Wife and I Ordered carry out from here two burgers two fries kids hot dog and some chicken tenders. Got home and found the chicken tenders were never bagged up with our order. The food was good but expensive feeling like we got screwed. Make sure to check your whole order before leaving the restaurant.

Doug M.

Yelp
We ordered two burgers and the chicken tendies, we got a burger, the chicken sammy, and the tendies. Talk about a happy accident, Called the restaurant to let them know, they made it right, no issues. Also, got to try the chicken sammy. The burger is as good as "big ghost" and the chicken sammy is legit. Highly recommend, great food, better customer service. Thanks Andy and crew!
google avatar

Yelp
Best burger in Metro-Detroit, very kind and hard working staff. Very successful opening and they've handled it all with smiles and kindness...

Yelp

Yelp
Oh my Gosh. I have been waiting so long for little ghost to open and it was completely worth the wait. Between the cutest quaintest interior to an amazing burger at an amazing price I've found my new burger place in Ferndale.

Alice Z.

Yelp
Tried out Little Ghost today for the first time. Service was friendly and fast. The food was delicious as well! The hot dog has a hint of sweetness, and the crunch from the cheese added a unique texture. Chicken sandwich was flavorful and crispy and has just a hint of spice. The double patty burger was delicious as well, although I do wish the lettuce was cruncher for a contrast in texture. Would go back again and recommend to friends and family!

Kathleen M.

Yelp
A good, solid burger. Overpriced, but I don't mind paying for quality and fresh ingredients. The donuts were not cooked through so didn't eat after the first bite. Very cute space!
google avatar

Wendy C.

Yelp
I visited Little Ghost within a few days of opening and the line was around the building, but it was worth the wait! The burger was amazing just as it comes and the fries were some of the best in town. I got the single burger and could only eat half. The staff was overwhelmed by the number of customers, but could not have been kinder! Can't wait to go back!

Dawn C.

Yelp
Been wanting to try this place, staff was friendly and the place was clean. The single burger with fancy sauce tastes EXACTLY like a BIg Boy Combination hamburger. Same ingredients same taste. Wouldn't go out of my way to go here again. I'd just go to Big Boy

Dick E.

Yelp
This was very underwhelming. The service was ok. The ambiance is a tiny little building with 10-12 seats. The burger and fries were disappointing, especially for the price.

Ritchy G.

Yelp
Been wanting to try this place and felt very disappointed, they don't take cash in 2025 which is absolutely insane! :(

Drew S.

Yelp
I was patiently waiting for Little Ghost to open up, and was ecstatic when it finally did. However, I unfortunately did not have a good first experience. I ordered the single with a side of fries. It wasn't until I got all the way home I took my first bite. After the second bite I looked down and noticed the burger was completely raw. Looks like now I'm out $10. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt and hope this is a one time mistake, but eating two bites of a raw burger is the worst first impression you could have.
google avatar

Anastasia D.

Yelp
insane. my taste and smell is very sensitive. their food was fresh, hot and cooked perfectly. i had a single pattie. and the fries were perfect.

M Z.

Yelp
Burgers should be beef forward and fries should be potato forward. The burgers are not fried at a high enough temperature for a heavy Maillard reaction to set in. Unfortunate to see good beef treated so poorly. The result was a bun dripping with some mayo/ketchup sauce held together with shredded iceberg with two lightly cooked beef patties. At least the bun could hold its own. The fries have an odd flavor. They taste as if they are cooked in the same oil as the donuts. Slightly sweet, but definitely not potato. Just stick to salt. As the old joke goes, the food was okay, but the service was excellent

Lenore N.

Yelp
That was seriously the tasty juiciest burger that I've had. The bun was fresh and the order of fries is very generous The fancy sauce is the icing on the cake. Can't wait to go back and try the quinoa patty. The service was quick even though they were busy

Lynne K.

Yelp
1st day open and expected it to be pretty chaotic. Love that it came to the neighborhood and I can walk my dogs to pick up my food. Order online if you're walking your dogs to pick up at the side window or there are kiosks to order inside. My order was ready before the estimated time and the burger and fries were great!! There was quite a crowd and it was quite the party atmosphere . Welcome to the neighborhood Little Ghost

Raven S.

Yelp
First of all, you get two stars for the fries. Why are all of your burgers pink on the inside? Please add the option to choose how you want your burger cooked onto the apps for delivery. But just in general not everybody likes a pink burger. I immediately spit mine out because it felt like I was eating raw meat. Not only that, it was cold.

Beth S.

Yelp
Because Grey Ghost is top notch and we love Basan we had high hopes and expectations for Little Ghost. My husband and I wanted to try lots of things so we got a lot to split. Even though there were ingredients we might not normally want, and some sounded downright weird, (that hot dog!), we decided to get everything as they normally prepare it. Single burger: my husband really liked it and said it was better than the renowned burger at Red Coat! Unfortunately, it was my least favorite item here. It was fine, nothing bad about it but I expected to get my socks knocked off. Nashville Chicken sandwich: we both thought it was very good. Chicken exterior nice and crunchy, inside was juicy. I expected it to be spicier but still enjoyed it. That hot dog! The description sounds crazy but it was crazy good! Probably both of our favorite item and I never eat hot dogs and hate cream cheese! That weird crunchy cheese sticking out of the bun was amazing. The combo of ingredients just worked somehow. I expected to hate it but I loved it! The fries were fantastic! So fresh tasting and salty good! The fancy sauce was nothing special to me but my husband really liked it. Finally, we tried the doughnuts...wow!! So good! Definitely best hot. We snuck one on the way home and loved it. They had cooled down by the time we finished our meal so we put them in the microwave for about 15 seconds and they were great. Again, I didn't love the sauce, I preferred them without it but my husband really liked it. We got take out and we don't live very far so everything was still nice and hot when we got home. I think that helped make everything taste best. The service was fast and pleasant. They said 15-20 minutes but it was ready in 10. Overall, we really enjoyed our meal. I'm sure this will be one of our regular spots now.
