The Silly Little Mini Martini Guide - London - The Infatuation

"We like Little Mercies’ way of thinking. The mini drinks at the Crouch End bar come under a section of the menu called, “What to drink when you are still thinking about what to drink”. The oyster martini, made with vodka which has been infused with oysters. It’s more briny than fishy. We were advised to drink it fast so it stays bone-chillingly cold—as it should be. Just know this is approaching a full-sized drink, which makes it great-value, but you may need a focaccia chaser if you’re knocking it back quickly." - daisy meager

Little Mercies - Review - Crouch End - London - The Infatuation

"We like Little Mercies’ way of thinking. The Crouch End bar has a mini drinks section of the menu called, “What to drink when you are still thinking about what to drink”. The mini oyster martini is bone-chillingly cold, with vodka which has been infused with oyster meat. It tastes briny rather than fishy. It sums up the creative nature of the neighbourhood spot, where staff are more than happy to get geeky with you about their specials, or just make you a really great classic. Come later in the week when the hustle and bustle of the classy bar—all exposed brick and deep-blue banquettes and stools—picks up, drawing out locals who’ve clocked off early on a Friday, and couples settling in for Saturday date night with a few decent European small plates. photo credit: Alan Frost photo credit: Alan Frost photo credit: Alan Frost Pause Unmute" - Daisy Meager

Cocktail and Wine Delivery in London: The Best Home Alcohol Delivery | Eater London

"Crouch End’s best bar, which has always punched well above its weight, is delivering its bottled cocktails, wines, and other goods around the country. Prices start at £22.50 for a 500ml bottle of bespoke cocktail, including a strawberry cake Sazerac and its iteration of the classic penicillin." - Anna Sulan Masing

The Best No and Low Alcohol Cocktails in London Cocktail Bars | Eater London

"The drinks at this Crouch End favourite are named unassumingly, with serves including “Peach + Hops” and “Grapefruit + Bitters.” Reading the menu a little more closely, it becomes clear how much thought goes into creating something so simple. The Peach + Hops combines fermented peach with hops and the clever addition of petitgrain, an essential oil from the bitter orange tree which brings a lovely perfumery aroma to the drink. There’s even a house alcohol-free “gin,” made because the bar team found those on the market simply “never tasted like gin.” Instead, the bartenders created a sugar syrup that did the job of gin without the booze, combining juniper and coriander seed oils, with some lemon, lemongrass, and a few highly concentrated bitter infusions. Sugar and citric acid provide stability, and the spirit now anchors the bar’s non- and low-alcohol offering." - Anna Sulan Masing

This place had been on my list for a while, so after a bit of a rubbish day, made the trek up - and I'm glad we did. We were welcomed and served by Liam, expertly running the floor with relaxed confidence. Drinks were incredibly quick - I think they're batched for the most part, but we were given an insight into the amount of work that goes into them and it's very impressive. The cocktails were served simply, with huge blocks of crystal clear ice that probably take all night to melt. Flavours are strong and complex, and the drinks are clarified beautifully. Whatever you do, don't skip the food. I never thought I'd get so hyped about tomatoes, but the dish of tomatoes with potato skin dashi and fennel pollen was so good that we ordered it twice. They were also very accommodating to dietary restrictions. An excellent bar - don't miss it.

had the loveliest anniversary meal and drinks here! the drinks are absolutely incredible, the service is so so friendly and lovely… oh and of course, the food is so tasty! would 100% come back here and recommend it to everyone, especially for a special occasion! :)

Sensational local cocktail bar-restaurant. Ordered bread, a Gilda, burrata, rarebit, mushroom croquettes, pork shoulder bao, katsu chicken bun, and every single item was fantastic. Drinks were equally good and fairly priced. Service was warm and friendly. Only wish we had more time and room for the tiramisu ice cream sando. The space is subtly lit and all the sexier for it. Will be back!

I came in here the other night with my sister and it was such a vibe. Chic and cool, and the cocktails were beautifully made and tasted great. The real energy came from their staff who were so nice, funny, sat us with no reservation, and suggested some great drinks- especially Mary. Will be back again (though slightly more expensive so great for dates)

Got to be one of the best cocktail bars in London. Super interesting menu with tons of drinks you want to try and they all exceed expectations, plus when you come back there are plenty of new ones. Very easy to recommend and I look forward to my next visit!!

Staff was welcoming and thats the only positive thing I can say. Cocktails are plain nothing special however tremendously overpriced. They look and taste watery, they don't have straws at all or any kind of common cocktails what you would expect. The cocktail menu is short for a so called cocktail bar.

Found this wonderful establishment by chance during a walk to the gym. I throughly enjoyed the selection of cocktails and tapas style food menu. Lovely place to go with friends or on a date. I will definitely be back to try the other menu items.
