Google
Little hidden gem, I’m a frequent customer I do pickup and they always have the food hot and ready, today I tried the Kimchi fried rice with bulgogi and a side of kimchi and I think I found my new go to, the kimchi fries are also so good and can’t go wrong with a custom bowl

Jennifer “jenniedafoodie”

Google
Been wanting to try this place out and the food was really yummy. My boyfriend got the kimchi rice bowl with bulgogi and it was delicious! I got the build a bowl with rice, bulgogi, kimchi, carrot, corn, cilantro, and green onions with the yum yum and ponzu sauce. Overall a yummy experience. Definitely a place to try if you’re in the area and/or want something fresh and flavorful.

First time here. Stopped in after my pedicure. I am a big lover of Korean food and the Kalbi bowl was amazing. First time having it like that, but it will not me my last.

Google
The place was empty but I think it’s cause it was still early. The food was sooooo good I had the Kalbi short ribs they were amazing and the Kimchi fries with chicken was so good I didn’t get a chance to take a pic. If your craving Korean Bbq but don’t want to cook it at the restaurant yourself, this is the place to go!!!

Google
Food was amazing! The service was exquisite. They gave me the wrong meat and put some of the one I asked for on the side. Both tasted great! Will definitely be back. Dumplings are awesome.

Google
We ordered the Army Stew and 3 build-your-own bowls. All the ingredients seemed fresh except for the lettuce which I could see with brown spots on them. The bowls tasted good and both sauces I got were tasty... Yum Yum and Peanut flavor. My wife enjoyed the Army Stew. The 2 guys behind the counter were really friendly and helpful.

Google
Food is good but customer service could be better. They could be a little more accommodating because their system went down and cannot accept card payments. Huge inconvenience finding this out upon arrival and the lady tells me they are only accepting Zelle payments. The email provided wasn’t working and there was no other way to pay. After several unsuccessful attempts, she provided a phone number to send the payment to which finally worked. She did not offer any apologies or anything for the inconvenience. Do better.

Google
Great place to eat! There's cool art on the walls and the customer service was great. I got the Dukbokki really yummy 😋

Yelp
Food is great, they forgot my kimchi in my rice bowl which is the one ingredient I actually care about

Yelp
OMG the food is so good. Those glass noodles and spicy chicken are incredible. The service here is really great and the food is spectacular

Yelp
Kimchee fries! Kimchee fries! There used to be a food truck in Dallas that served Kimchee fries. Alas, they are no more, and I have been subjected to making my own kimchee fries at home. I was super excited to see this restaurant in Mansfield and made an effort to swing by for lunch one day. It is located in a shopping center, with plenty of parking, which I always appreciate! The fries were made to order, and they were delicious. The next time I go back, I plan on asking the lady that made them to chop up the kimchee smaller pieces so that it isn't so overwhelming. The bulgogi meat was delicious.

Yelp
This was our second time here, I don't know why this place isn't busier. The food is great and the service is friendly and super fast. The portions are big and the prices are reasonable.

Yelp
Love this place. Always delish and happy to support small business owner. Go check them out - you won't be disappointed!

Yelp
Came in to pick up a togo order for lunch, cute place! There was only one person there waiting for their order... I hope they get some business, or maybe it was a slower day. I had rice with cucumber salad, pork belly, scallions, fish cake, & a fried egg in top. It was delicious, I've never had purple rice before but it's pretty good. My friend had a beef bulgogi burrito, I did try it but I prefer the rice bowl, really just based on my taste preference. I will say there are generous amounts of protein in each one, they don't go overkill on the sides as make their portions look big. Portion size is great. For an online order we also appreciate they were able to accommodate our requests, putting the sour cream & poco in containers on the side. We actually got a free mandu as a promotion, those were good too with the ponzu sauce. The lady working was super nice, the place was clean, & they have fast service. Definitely drop by & give them a try.

Yelp
Casual clean place, we got the build your own bowls, we got Regular size and it was a lot of food do I'll probably get a Half size next time. Taste was more flavorful than the other Korean bowl places I've tried.

Mel W.

Yelp
Had a bad experience with the food. Workers were nice but the food was horrible. My chicken was gray and it all made me super sick after eating.

Yelp
Little Seoul is a Korean take on BYOB restaurants like Chipotle, Cava etc. It was my first time here, and the girl behind the counter was really sweet and helpful. I ended up getting the purple rice as my base and the bulgogi as my protein. You can choose 5 toppings; I went with the edamame, green onions, corn, radish, and cucumbers. Some of the ingredients didn't look the freshest, but that's a typical downside of BYOB places in lieu of convenience. (Everything still tasted good though). For sauces, I went with the employees recommendation of yum yum sauce and gochujang. Aside from the BYOB bar, they also have menu items to pick from. I decided to try the Budae Jjigae (Army Stew). I ordered it to go and was impressed by how neatly everything was packed. The noodles and cheese were put in a separate container from the soup to prevent them from getting over cooked and soggy. The aroma from both items I ordered smelled so good and tempting as I was driving home. It was delicious and comforting!

Hector S.

Yelp
Overall the food was okay but the protein portion was very small. There was way more rice than beef bulgogi.

Cj M.

Yelp
Ordered a bowl and the chicken on the side. They told me it would be 5 min until the chicken is ready. 20 minutes later I never got the chicken after being charged for the extra side. I was not able to get a refund for the food we never received.
google avatar

Yelp
The service was great. The person behind the counter helped explain the menu to me and gave me a detailed explanation of each item. This was probably the best part of my experience here. Friendly and helpful service can make or break a restaurant. The ambiance was unique and fun. The walls were painted with bright colors and the space between seating was more than adequate. There were well placed bar stools in front of the windows also. The food is where the wheels started to come off. I ordered a custom bowl with rice and bulgogi. Among my choices, I had regular kimchee, their version of oi-sobagi (cucumber kim chee), and some odeng (fish cake). Both Kim chee dishes had mild heat and acid with just enough flavor to make it passable as a kim chee. The odeng, although the right sponginess, didn't have much flavor to it at all. Those items I could deal with. The real issue for me was that both the bulgogi and rice were both very cold and almost flavorless. I'm unsure of the style of Korean inspired food but I'm accustomed to warm/hot meats and rice with cold sides that have spicy heat. I finished my food because it wasn't terrible; it was just bland.
google avatar

Nicole G.

Yelp
Love this place! They have bibimbap bowls that you can make, Korean soups and some fun items like kimchi fries. The bulgogi meat was slightly dry but still flavorful, and the pork belly is made to order.

Jenny E.

Yelp
I brought 12 people for a Birthday lunch on a Saturday. ( I did call ahead a few days to check that they could handle us). Everything went very well. The guests could just order their own meal or use the " buffet type" seflection. Good service. Everyone enjoyed their food.

Yelp
We received an advertisement in the mail for Little Seoul and I am so glad we did, otherwise we never would have known about this little gem! The shop is small and clean with some fun artwork on the walls. You go up to the end of the counter and can choose from their specials or build your own bowl. I enjoyed the build you own with noodle, pork belly, and other fun toppings. The worker helped guide me through my order, which I appreciated. All three of us polished off our food and I must say I am way too full! I'm looking forward to coming back!

Yelp
I am only able to compare this place to Rice Master in Burleson because I just started eating Korean fare. The food is served in a box and there are two sizes. I bought the large build-your-own box. You choose from 3-4 meats. Then choose rice or noodles as the base. I got the glass noodles, and found them not to be of my liking. I didn't like the fact that one is limited to 5 vegetable toppings, including the fried egg. I would have liked more vegetable toppings. At Rice Masters, the chosen meat and toppings are cooked/heated on a large grill visible to the patrons and you can choose as many toppings as you desire. This was not the case here. My two friends got the nacho meal, and both said they enjoyed it, but I was nearly done eating by the time their nacho meal was brought to the table. (I don't understand going to a Korean establishment and ordering nachos but that's off topic lol. The place was clean and colorful. The one woman in front prepared the orders and was the cashier. She looked overwhelmed. However, she was extremely friendly and later came by our table a couple of times to ask if we needed anything. Would I go back? Perhaps. The place has potential.

Yelp
Love this place. We've eaten here twice in less than a week. We ordered takeout first then decided to stop in to dine and it did not disappoint Recommend the burritos and kimchi fries. Lots of options. The place is very clean, friendly service and modern aesthetic.

Kelley B.

Yelp
We're trying to eat healthy vegetables and less meat so we decided to give this place a try. We chose green salad as a base for the build your own bowl and soy curls for the protein. All the veggies were fresh and tasty and so delicious! We had enough left for another meal. I'm going to have to try cooking soy curls cause I couldn't tell they weren't chicken! They were almost empty for our late lunch but I hope business picks up for them. The owner helped us and she was so sweet and friendly.

Yelp
First time trying this new to me spot out ! I took my niece Lexie. She's never had kimchi fries so that's what she ordered with spicy pork for the protein and it was delicious the fries were big wedge style ! I had a purple rice bowl with spicy chicken and got to add up to 5 toppings and two sauces!! We'll definitely be back to try other options next time. We also had great service and were greeted with a smile !!

Yelp
Cute places. Great food. Service was quick& they were super helpful since it was our first time. Built our own yummy bowls from reviews here. Loved it!!
google avatar

Yelp
This is not a restaurant in the usual sense. You don't pick stand-alone dishes from a menu. In Little Seoul, you build your own meal. First, you choose your base. Second, you choose your protein. Third, you choose your toppings. Fourth, you choose your sauces. Their website explains it well. My wife and I chose dissimilar ingredients. I can't remember what they were. You'll have to look at the photos. We tried each other's meals. It's fun to experiment with the ingredients. But what if we mixed flavors which clashed with one another? You can't blame the chef! Many reviewers thought everything was delicious. It's not simple to judge. Each customer has a distinct combination of ingredients. We thought it was good, but there are superior choices nearby for Korean. One in Hulen, Fort Worth. Another in South Arlington. These restaurants have Korean food which are more focused. When I lived in New York, I would eat at a Korean restaurant each week. The food was fresh and inexpensive compared to most fast food. The service was fast and friendly. The dining area was bright and cheerful. It was a positive experience. And in a sense, you become a Korean chef!

Yelp
GO RIGHT NOW!! Drop what you're doing and GO! Food fire, people nice and the environment is dope! I forgot to take a picture because the food was so fire. ENJOY!

Yelp
I recently moved to Mansfield and was checking out some restaurants in the area. I came across this spot and was surprised in how much quality was in the food. I ordered online and picked up the food. Food: -Little Seoul Kimchi Fries (8/10): This is my first time hearing of waffle kimchi fries and let me tell you, I was quite impressed! The bed of Waffle fries is topped with kimchi, cheddar and monterey jack cheese, onions, spicy mayo, cilantro, and sesame seeds. The plus of this is, you can add your own protein to it. I added It had a good quick to it. The flavor was amazing and perfect. I think the only flaw was that since the fries were at the bottom it lost its crispness and was soggy. The price was a little expensive because of the protein added but was worth it. - Entrée Noodle bowl (8.5/10): The good thing about this Entrée choice was you can pick between rice bowl, noodles bowl, salad bowl. Plus your choice of meat, 5 toppings, and 2 sauces. All for around $9 which is really a good deal because it is a lot of food. I got the Noodle bowl with spicy pork, kimchi, carrots, corn, onions, and cilantro. Topped with spicy mayo and gochujang sauce. Oooo boy this was good! I love spicy and it def had a good heat to it!! The flavor of the spicy pork was good. Although I believe it should have been a bit more tender though. The noodles were a little less flavorful but the rest of the ingredients made up for it. I would recommend people to try this if they are in the area! The food was good and I will be going back. The time I went I got free chips and salsa as well, which was a great promotion for the business. The salsa was spicy as well, which I was a fan of! Hats of to the owner for having a great business!!!!

Yelp
I really like the concept here- similar to Qboba. The service was really good too. The food was lacking a bit, I think in freshness? The meats were tough and lacked flavor, and there just wasn't a whole lot of meat in the dishes. I was excited to try this place but we were a bit underwhelmed.

Yelp
lace is located in a shopping center off Broad street. The inside is so colorful, I was a fan of the graffiti designs on the walls. Place was clean and welcoming. The customer service was great. The food was delicious ! I ordered a Purple Rice Bowl and added chicken and other toppings. Definitely will be coming back! Very nutritious.

Jessica B.

Yelp
I got the purple rose bowl with beef bulgogi. The beef was not as tender as I like but it sits in a warmer so that's understandable. The toppings were great and the employee who served me was very kind and helpful. This is like the chipotle of Korean food. If you go with that expectation I think you will be pleased. The bowls have gone up in price over what is shown on the menu pics in YELP. They are now $11.99 and if you want short ribs it's an up charge.

Ndrudkh ..

Yelp
One of the best places in Mansfield for a Korean food! Food is very large portions for the price, fresh and delicious. It's mostly a build your own kind of place but they also have regular meals and appetizers. The workers are super sweet and the large mural inside is so awesome. Would definitely recommend this place!
google avatar

Yelp
Lots of choices to personalize your meal. The food was great. The kind of spicy that makes your nose run ( which is what I like). It can add up pretty fast tho. The three of us built our own bowls, 2 waters, 1 soda and it was about 60 bucks. I started with glass noodles, then added spicy pork, edamame, corn, guacamole, pickled cucumber, and fried egg. I finished it off with Gochujang bibimbap and Yum Yum sauces. Again, almost too spicy, but that's my fault with the bibimbap AND spicy pork! Since none of us could finish our bowls we can look at the high price as two meals not having to cook or do the dishes! Also, I realize now that two of my sides had an up charge (guacamole +$2, egg +$1) so that's partly the cause of my sticker shock! But that's on me. It's clearly noted on the menu. My son's first soda (Pepsi) was flat but the 2nd try (root beer) was fine. Nice to not have Coke as the only choice for once! The cashier answered our questions politely and was knowledgeable. Food came out relatively quick (made fresh?). The establishment was clean and sparse.

Yelp
Friendly staff, generous portion, consistent food quality & flavor. Took my parents & sister here, they all loved their food! You can easily eat 1 box for 2 meals! I hope they add shrimp & other Korean items!

Joshua H.

Yelp
Best Korean food I've had in DFW. I lived in Korea for two years so I know what real Korean food tastes like. This is a great spot!
google avatar

Tricia O.

Yelp
Ordering online was easy. Choosing the, 'Pay Upon Arrival,' selection was great. Having the food wrapped up nicely waiting for us was perfect. The mini-kimchi fries were the right size for me and I enjoyed the seaweed rolls. My hubby got a build- your- own burrito and there was a black hair in it. Took one star off for that.
google avatar

Yelp
Came in this weekend for the first time to try the Tteokbokki... it did not disappoint and absolutely satisfied my craving. I got it as it comes traditionally plus a side of radish and kimchi (they make it in house and it was delicious). I love that they give you the option of adding different proteins and toppings to their dishes. I will be coming back for this particular dish often! Sweet, spicy, and hit all the right notes. I am looking forward to trying out their other offerings. Very polite service as well. Great first experience and great option for take out.

Yelp
Little Seoul's hours are listed as 11am-9pm on the business' door and online. After arriving to the store a handful of times between the hours of 8:30-8:45pm and it being closed, I felt it would be proper to write a review. On the first occurrence, an elderly and younger woman saw me approach the door and began ducking behind the counter. They peered over the counter periodically until I left. (Very strange) On another occasion, the same elderly woman but different younger female hid again and army crawled through the kitchen door as if I couldn't see them. This evening, again, two females ducked behind the counter and turned off the light. They hid until I got back into my car and drove away. (I assume they are no longer hiding.) How does a business conduct themselves in such an uncouth manner? Why would you be willing to indignify your person and dishonor the reputation of your entity for a half hour? As a loyal patron of Little Seoul who has spent hundreds of dollars over the years, I hope you hold more respect for my constructive critique than you have my patronage. In conclusion, I offer a resolution to this ethical dilemma... Please consider changing your hours of operation so that you can hold your business to a consistent, honorable standard.

Yelp
This was my first time. The young lady making my bowl was very nice but it felt like I was ripped off. I'm a nursing mom, she gave me a 1/2 scoop of meat and made me pay extra $3 for another 1/2 scoop. I asked her if she could at least fill the scoop and she said it fell back in the pan lol. Then we got to the top and I asked for daikon she's barely pinch Danny I wanna ask for cucumbers she gave me two and made me pay extra to get any more. Cost me $21 the price of a full bulgogi meal at a restaurant. Then I tried to get a drink but they rang it up incorrectly tried to void the transaction and then their machine wouldn't take my card anymore ...said it was a dupe transaction lol so they made me return the drink....yea, I was stunned, but starv

Yelp
Never had anything like it. I built my own bowl with the rice, chicken and some veggies. Delicious!!
google avatar

Nina T.

Yelp
I am so excited that we have a little Korean inspired joint in our neighborhood. This is chipotle style and not a sit down restaurant. You move down a line adding items into your order. The staff is great about making recommendations and guiding you on what items to get! I was very pleased with my first order and will be a returning customer!
google avatar

Stephanie W.

Yelp
Loved the food here! Good Korean bowls, dukbokki, and mandu! Tasty japchae and purple rice, bulgogi, fish cakes, and other toppings. Cute K-Pop atmosphere. Great new spot in Mansfield for some tasty Korean food.
google avatar

Cecile D.

Yelp
FINALLY Korean food near me and it was delicious! I'm glad I remembered to take a picture, because I completely demolished my order I got the soy glazed chicken with a salad base and kimchi cucumbers, radish, corn, fish cake, and spicy mayo as toppings. I just got water from their free fountain. The mandu my friend ordered was superrr crispy and tasty. She also got spicy pork with purple rice and lettuce and yum yum sauce as toppings. I can't remember if she got any other toppings, but she liked hers so much that she still took the leftover to go when there was no meat left! I will note that the spicy pork was actually sweet and not spicy at all to both of us! Still tasted good though! My total came out to be like $9.75. Definitely recommend this place I think you could order anything here and like it!
google avatar

Kenya R.

Yelp
I was excited to try this spot because I love Korean food. This is definitely a fusion spot. I gave 3 stars because the soy glazed chicken we as dry/ overcooked, and they don't have any tofu for non-meat eaters. The plus to this place is the employees, portion size, and good music. I got the chicken mandu and the noodle bowl. I was so happy they had fish cakes as a topping. 1 daughter got the kimchi fries no meat, and the other got a burrito. They have 6 meat choices, and about 10 toppings of which you automatically get 5. Everyone enjoyed their meal minus the dry chicken.
google avatar

Nina J.

Yelp
This was our first time there. The food was good, even better the second day. We are very much the type who like to get one of each thing and share so we can taste it all. The problem was that three things we got tasted the same - the kimchi nachos, kimchi fries, and rice bowl. We also got the mandu. I wasn't a huge fan of the fried dumplings. The spicy chicken we got on the nachos wasn't very spicy, but the toppings were good. The fries were ok. It tasted good, but again it was similar to the nachos. The rice bowl was my favorite though because we got beef and that was really good! There was an additional treat. We got a free side order for ordering online. They even gave us two portions for free. That was pretty cool!
google avatar

Cindy T.

Yelp
This was my second time getting food from Little Seoul. All in all was pretty good. I love that the kimchi fries are made with waffle fries because you can really get all the toppings in one bite. I also love that they really load it up. Most other places I have gone will skimp out on the toppings. The cold noodle bowl was decent. It was not the best bowl of cold noodles I've ever had but still good. The plus to this dish is that it's completely customizable by you, so if you thought it was missing something this time just add something else in next time. Lol. Not pictured are the kimchi nachos because we did not get it on our second visit. The nachos are good and also loaded however, if you are taking it to go the chips will get soggy! Unless you're going to eat it right away dont get it. Otherwise give it a shot! Hope this place is here to stay because I will be back to get more fries and maybe will try the rice bowl next time too. The ONLY reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I wasn't blown away with the glass noodles and the first time we had to wait super long for our order (this could have been an anomaly though).

Joni S.

Yelp
Good food! This is my second time to this little gem. The beef bugolgi is really good and they give you so much. Lots of fresh veggies too.
google avatar

Kailee G.

Yelp
Good food! I enjoyed the options they had and that they labeled items that were gluten free.
google avatar

Lindsay L.

Yelp
This is my first time here. It reminds me of chipotle but Korean style. The worker was very nice and she explained how everything worked. I got a bowl. 1/2 salad and 1/2 rice with beef bogulgi, 5 toppings and the yum yum sauce. It was good and more than I expected. My friend got the galbi rice bowl. The galbi cost a little more but it's made to order. Then we got the mini Kim chi fries which was more than I expected. I was okay with it but the bowl was good. The prices are reasonable and atmosphere is nice.
google avatar

Bree P.

Yelp
Stopped by after getting my nails done next door and was not disappointed!! Got the bowl entree with purple rice, beef bulgogi, carrots, red onion, green onion and yum yum sauce. I didn't even need the sauce because the bulgogj and rice was flavorful alone! BUT THEN I got the yum yum sauce at the suggestion of the woman working the counter and wow it was so good! I also added the chicken potstickers and really enjoyed those too. I will be back!

Aj R.

Yelp
Great great great! Flavorful food, kind workers with generous hearts. They have great portions for the food. Awesome pricing and have a clean restaurant with places to sit and eat. Clean plaza with plenty parking.

Larry N.

Yelp
Great food. Helpful and friendly staff. The dining room could use a little pizazz! It was nice and clean but not necessarily inviting. Otherwise, it was a reasonably priced and tasty lunch

Yelp
Amazing food. It's like a Korean inspired Chipotle. It was a bit overwhelming at first but the cashier was very helpful and made great recommendations. Loved it. Highly recommend!
