Fantastic new bubble tea shop. Very impressed with the taste and quality of the drinks. Most importantly for us, there’s an no added sugar option for the taro matcha tea. Love it! Plus, the staff being so nice to us. Plus plus, they serve local sight glass coffee.

The Fresh Fruit Tea with strawberries was delicious ! I added pearls and asked for 50% sweet, which was perfect. Will definitely come back.

A crowd started to form a bit and we ended up having to wait about 15 minutes for our order. While we did order the gyoza we were just surprised it took a while to get the two drinks with it all done and ready. We assume they must’ve waited until the gyoza was done to start the drinks, but still a bit surprised by the wait. Gyoza was good and sauce was yummy but wish they gave us utensils or even just picks instead of having to use our fingers. Slushie was very delicious and I couldn’t even finish it all. Milk tea was nice and glad it was dairy free!

Ordered less ice and got more ice than anyone else in the group that did not select that option

My standard is trying tea unsweetened. Then, can you only taste if the tea has been steeped correctly or not. I ordered the cream top jasmine unsweetened ice. It was by far the most bitter and oversteeped jasmine tea I have ever had. I took a few sips, tried the salted cream, and tossed it in the trash. So unfortunate. Also, I became quite nauseous after trying the salted cream. I would hope this was just a bad batch but it does not make me want to go back. It was also near impossible to speak with someone since ordering was through app or ipad outside the door. Very minimal interaction.

Nice place in the heart of the city, good value for money, quick ordering system. However, I had to wait a lot for my drink even though it was not too busy.

Iron Buddah Milk Tea, 50% Sweet. ALWAYS. Do it. The shop's tiny tiny, but service is always quick and great (whenever I go anyway). I try to swing by whenever I'm on that side of FIDI. Drinks are ~$4.80 without toppings, and around $5.30(?) with one topping. Price-wise, comparable to the other boba shops around the area.

For some reason when you order double boba they put the regular sized boba along with a serving of small boba. Which isn’t what double boba means, it just means two servings of regular boba…. Besides that though the drinks are great! Staff is nice as well and the cafe is cute. Got food at the cafe once and it was pretty good for a quick little breakfast.

It's a very convenient place to get boba if you're in the Union Square area, and similar to other boba shops, you can order through a kiosk and pay with phone wallets. I would say that it is more of a grab and go location, but they do offer full desserts along with milk tea! I got the Assam black milk tea with boba, and it tastes like a standard milk tea. Nothing to write home about, but exactly what you would expect!

We ordered an array of drinks to try for delivery through uber eats. our drinks arrived fairly quickly and the order was correct. i had the two milk teas with boba and my mom had the other fruit teas. she absolutely loved the honey lemon with aloe. since she doesn't like tapioca, she appreciated that the aloe wasn't too sweet. she liked the passionfruit green tea as well but the other one was her favorite. i forgot to take a picture of the black sugar fresh milk tea with mini boba that i also ordered but it's my absolute favorite. i didn't like the brown sugar milk tea. on the website it's stated that the drink has a deep toffee-caramel like flavor due to the added molasses, but to me it tasted almost bitter like coffee, and i hate the taste of coffee. On the other hand, the black sugar fresh milk tea with mini boba was absolutely delectable. So simple yet delightful, it's a decadent and rich black sugar syrup that lines your cup and pairs with your milk of choice (I chose who milk) and that pairs well with the sweet and chewy tapioca pearls, and i love that they're mini--you almost don't even notice them. That drink is a 10/10!

Found a location in union square. It's a little Hidden but spotted because of the big boba blow up. Ordered a coffee milk tea with lychee jelly and almond milk. I wanted to try something different but I think I will stick to their mango sago. Service was fast, no line which was great.

Forget what the name of this drink is, but it was a signature drink under the "New Drink" section! Perhaps it was called Summer Refresher? It's a fruit tea with passion fruit & yakult. It comes with agar boba & there are no sugar adjustments. I was worried it was going to be too sweet, but it actually tasted perfect! This drink is the definition of summer - refreshing, tangy & fruity. I hope Little Sweet keeps this drink on the menu! This is a small location, and is a literal hole in the wall. You self-order from the kiosk, and pick up your drink from the window.

Little Sweet is easily my favorite boba spot in the city and this location is the most convenient. My favorite drinks are the Mango Strawberry Sago and their newer drink (seasonal?) the Strawberry Hojicha Latte. They're generous with the fruit purées and their tea flavors are strong but never grainy or bitter. Definitely add small (mini sized!) boba!

Great spot to grab boba if you're in Union Square. You can order at a kiosk and use Apple Pay. Ordered the hojicha and strawberry drink. I appreciate that they offer dairy-free options like oatmilk without affecting the flavor of the drink. Loved how sweet the strawberries were and the hojicha flavor was strong. Only one worker there on a Sunday afternoon and they were super nice. Seems to be busy with to-go orders. A little hard to find because there's construction scaffolding on top of the sign and surrounding the entrance. It's diagonally-ish across the street from the Lego Museum. There's trashcans on the corner if you need to throw away stuff, otherwise you have to ask the workers to throw something away for you. I wish there was seating, but makes sense for the area. You just hangout on the sidewalk as you wait for your order, not really an indoor spot. Definitely a grab-and-go boba shop, but flavors are great! Plus you can sit down in Union Square which is just a few minutes away and people-watch :)

This summer I fell in love with the Watermelon Slushy - it's a super refreshing, naturally sweet drink. But I also prefer the taste of piña colada, which means sometimes pineapple is needed! So yeah, I was excited to find a drink that had both. Surprisingly, not only did I like my choice, but my husband liked it too (which doesn't always happen, believe me). I recommend getting a fruity drink from this place because they use real ..... fruit! The only thing that detracts from my rating is the slightly odd location and the fact that they don't have option "dine in".

Came here during a Saturday afternoon and there was practically no line. The place is located in Union Square and the inside is closed off so it can be a little hectic and loud since you have to wait on the sidewalks. I got the Mango Sago and even with the default adjustments, it was very bland. There wasn't that much pomelo either. I just felt there was something missing from the drink. I will say the mango bits were fresh however.

I rate the drinks 7/10. The service was friendly and wait time was around 5 minutes. The shops is located in a nice area of sfo with high traffic. They have a big selection of drinks and food. I will try something else next time I come by. I did want to mention i got the watermelon and pineapple slush and the mango, strawberry, and sago drink. I feel the sago drink is very filling. The slush is very refreshing and i believe the drinks are made with fresh ingredients or at least it tasted like it. :)

Maybe this is good and maybe this is bad - cannot tell you as we placed an order 25 minutes ago and are standing here with no drinks and people ahead of us!! There is no store to speak of - just an open door blocked by a counter with apparently one person working! If you don't have enough staff to work - let people know what your wait time is so we don't get stuck waiting for an order that never comes ! Tried to walk away but after 25 mins one drink was ready and she refused to cancel !! Absolutely ridiculous - line was full of frustrated customers! Won't return and cannot in any way recommend!! As an update : the second drink which was not boba was clearly rushed and full of fruit seeds to largely undrinkable! Terrible experience!

1. Strawberry Matcha Latte (4.5/5) The boba was perfectly chewy, the strawberry flavor wasn't too sweet, and the matcha was strong without being overpowering! The only downside is that the price is a little on the high end. The only thing that bugged me was the wait! I wanted to order a quick drink before catching the train, but the wait time was truly insane. I was the only one ordering at the kiosk and waiting outside, yet it took my order over 25 minutes to be made. However, lots of online orders came and went while I was waiting, so I'd definitely recommend ordering ahead online. There's no indoor or outdoor seating, but the location is super convenient.

Ordered latte. Took 10 min. Arrived cold. And icky. I was the only person there. No good reason for this poor service.

Decent spot for boba! It's in a really convenient spot in Union Square. It's a little hard to find since it's hidden behind some scaffolding. This is a takeout only place-- you order at the counter but there's no spots for seating. I got the Jasmine milk tea and thought it was decent, but not the best boba I've had.

Came here to try their Iron Buddha Milk Tea! I got it with the standard non dairy creamer, no sugar and no ice, with pudding for the topping. I think it's silly when places like this charge extra for no ice... but anyway. The milk tea was good! Creamy and tea-y. The pudding wasn't bad but I've had better at many other places. My friends got the honey green milk tea and high mountain milk tea (both hot, with boba) and said they were really good too!

Located super close to Union Square, which is perfect if you're nearby but there's no spot to sit or anything. It's definitely just a to-go spot. You order at the kiosk (or online) and then they call your name when your drink is ready. I love all the drinks I've had here and so have all my friends that I've introduced this place to.

Really small location that can be easily missed. There is however no place to sit down. You can either order from their machine, qr code, or pay directly from the counter. Ordered a Watermelon slushy with small boba. Sweetness from the natural watermelon, but due to how watery the drink was, I would not call this a slushy and instead watermelon juice. Small boba's are very soft and chewy giving a great addition to the drink as a whole. Not overly sweet. Great for hot days or scenarios when you crave for some watermelon.

Great boba option if you are in Union Square area! I ordered the Jasmine gmt w/boba, half sugar. I tried their Roasted Oolong a different time but didn't like it as much as the Jasmine green milk tea. Their milk teas are extra creamy & fragrant. You can tell it's high quality tea. I came on a friday evening after work. The boba topping was super warm and fresh. One con would be that they changed their cups & lids. The straw hole on the new lid doesn't fit the larger straw for toppings so it was odd to drink it while walking around. I had to be cautious to not spill the tea.

After being sorely disappointed with another boba place last night *cough cough Subpar Boba* I needed this. This place is vegan friendly with dairy-free milk alternatives. I got the classic brown sugar milk tea with oat milk and boba. It was fresh, creamy, sweet, and the boba was cooked well. Exactly the perfect boba, not much else to say. Would've loved to try the matcha strawberry drink too if I was staying in San Francisco longer. The only comment I must make is that this shop provides paper straws. That didn't bother me much except it wasn't poking through the lid, but if you hate paper straws bring your metal one. This location has no indoor seating, the front of the store is blocked off. It's card only as far as I could tell.

The boba itself here is good! I've been here several times and have gotten their Mango Matcha, Strawberry Matcha, and Rose High Mountain Milk Tea. All had great flavors and the boba was perfectly made. Wouldn't say it's anything incredible, but it satisfies my craving. The downside that drives me absolutely bonkers is the material the straws and lid are made from. I know that sustainability is important, but every time I get a drink from here it takes me more than several minutes to figure out how to get my straw through because stabbing the lid doesn't do the trick. When I'm not home it's even more frustrating because I don't have a clean sharp tool to make a hole in the lid.

I thought the boba had good consistency, but the drinks were still too sweet at 75%. The drinks came out in around 5 minutes and we ordered it on a tablet. It's a small shop with a lot of variety! I would come back and try the drinks again with less sugar.

I ordered ahead of time online and the drinks were ready within 15 min. The 50% sweetness level is perfect for both drinks. Strawberry Matcha Latte with agar boba - 5/5 This is comparable to the other boba shops in the area and it's less of a wait time so definitely recommend. Rose High Mountain Milk with boba - 2.5/5 Tasted water down and not enough tea flavor, more of an artificial rose flavor. The boba was perfect though. The street was a bit dirty and the boba stand outside has tea stains all over.

Best boba I've ever had. Cute little walk up window, fast service, but zero interfacing with humans for ordering which is not my favorite, but def the way of the future. You can get it full sweet, or less sweet, it will all be outstanding. The fresh strawberry really takes it up ten notches just when you didn't think it could get better. Sorry Boba Guys, this place stole my heart! PLEASE open a store in Miami Beach. We will welcome you with open arms!

She did make me the wrong drink at first, but quickly fixed it. **Decor & cleanliness, 5/5** Everything was clean, but there are no napkins available and it's just a walk up store, there's no seating available. **Price & portion, 4/5** Price is higher than I'd like, but on par for the area. **Taste of the food, 5/5** I got a basic passionfruit green tea with lychee jelly, less sweet, and it was delicious! The tea flavor definitely came through and the sweetness and tartness of the passionfruit was really refreshing.

Order ahead or bring your cell phone because this place ONLY takes online orders. Even if you are standing right in front of the counter making eye contact with the staff, they just direct you to the QR code. Assam black milk tea with oat milk, 25% sweet had a nice strong tea flavor and just the right sweetness level. Boba was cooked perfectly. 25 cent up-charge for light ice, but I suppose that accounts for the extra bit of tea and milk. Worth checking out if you are near Union Square.

Boba shop pretty close to Fidi - with the counter held down by one super productive person working there. Boba itself is pretty good, although it is a bit smaller than normal. The wait time can be a bit longer, but it is worth it as the fruit quality is good and a bit on the sweeter side. Additionally, the topping options are a bit limited compared to other places, but all the toppings were so delicious. This boba shop is only for takeout and you can customize your drinks via a tablet outside.

I would ask for it to be a little sweeter for my own taste. We were given a cute boba holder. Egg Puff Waffle w/ Ice cream and Boba: the egg puffs was good, paired with vanilla ice cream and freshly made boba towering the dessert. **WARNING: QUITE MESSY, the boba can get everywhere** .:: Staff/ Ambiance/ Parking ::. The cashier was not super nice, pretty much didnt greet me or acknowledge even though she looked up at me but the other staff member who came from the back was MUCH nicer she greets me and asked me what I would like. We stopped by this place for a quick shopping break with boba and had no idea what to expect. I saw that they have mango flavor so gotta try that out. It definitely exceeded my expectations, not too sweet and the toppings were on point. They don't have a lot of options for toppings compared to the other place but all the toppings were so good. This place is for takeout only, super convenient with the order tablet outside for customizing your drinks. Stop by when you're shopping around Union Square.

The first time I had Little Sweet, it was amazing, but it hasn't been the same since. I was glad the street in front of the store was quiet because Union Square traffic is hella packed. I dropped off my friends to place my order and ordered my usual watermelon slush. Watermelon slush (2/5): it honestly tasted like a normal slushie and nothing special. The slush was very icy and barely had any watermelon flavor in it. I do really like the hard composite straws they provide, but stabbing through their lid was extremely difficult. I would probably come back only if there was no other boba places nearby

A new boba spot that I discovered in San Francisco thanks to all the Bay Area foodies. The O'Farrell St is an order online and pick-up location only, so make sure to place your order on the way here. I didn't know, so I made the order once I arrived, which took about 15 mins for the order to come out. The Iron Buddha Milk Tea aka Tie Guan Yin Tea is delicious with a blend of floral tea flavor and milk. This oolong tea is so refreshing and I'd definitely recommend it!

Little Sweet is such a good milk tea and specialty drink spot! It's right near the Westfield Mall and Union Square, so it has a very convenient location. We tried the Mango Strawberry Sago and it was absolutely delicious. The variety of flavors and textures made for a perfectly prepared drink. You could taste how fresh the mango and strawberry were. It had just the right amount of sweetness and fruitiness. The sago was great and there was a lot of it thankfully. The only downside was how expensive the drink was at $8.95. We placed our orders on a touch screen so it was a quick and easy check-out process. The drink came out very quickly, about 5 min after ordering. A very cute storefront and aesthetically pleasing shop. I look forward to trying more of their drinks in the future!

There is no seating. You go up to the counter and order, then wait on the street about 5-10 minutes for them to make the drink. Convenient location next to union square with some pretty good boba.

Little Sweet is def top tier milk tea in SF. They have many locations! This newer location of theirs is perfect for tourists walking around the downtown/SoMa area and would be great for us locals once the offices open back up. They have an order queue outside and a park let. Can't go wrong with any of their fresh fruit teas, the Assam black tea, and my favorite: white gourd.

They lost the low ice option . Idk how and why . In sf there's a lot of cold days and who will take a cup there now it's 80% of ice ???

I've been coming to Little Sweet when I want something fresh. I think their fresh fruit series gives them a bit of an edge from the other boba places in Union Square/TL. My favorite is their watermelon boba. It's blended fresh watermelon, and I add the least amount of sugar possible (the sweetness options vary depending on the drink). It's so refreshing, even on the coldest days. I also like the lemon one. It's a whole lemon and caffeine free. I usually get that when I want something tart. As for the boba itself, it's good! It has a bit of sweetness to it, and a good chew. You have the option of getting a reusable lid, which I did once. But I keep forgetting to bring it, and I'm not sure if they're allowed to use it anyway because of the pandemic. But t he plastic cups are sturdy enough to use a few more times, so the reusable lid may be worth it. You have the option to scan a QR code to order online, or you can use their kiosk. I don't think they're taking cash at the moment. There's a parklet (standing only), but people tend to stand their while waiting. There's construction across the street so it's noisy. I suggest sitting at Union Square to enjoy your drink. I definitely need to try their desserts! They have egg puffs with ice cream, but they seem so large just for one person. Check them out if you're at Union Square.

Had a boba craving the other day and decided to try this place. I went for their jasmine milk tea with 75% sugar - just the right sweetness level for me. The boba balls were on point - perfect texture, nice and chewy. The milk tea was pretty standard as well. Service was fast - waited for a few mins before getting my drink. Little sweet is the spot to satisfy your boba cravings.

Above average boba! Its called Little Sweet for a reason, definitely on the less sweet side at 100%. Couldn't decide between a lot of drinks, I wanna try so many but settled on Mango Pomelo Sago. My partner got Jasmine green tea w/salted cheese. His was very tasty, jasmine was very delicate flavor. My mango pomelo sago was good but I wish it had more pomelo in it, I barely tasted any which I was looking forward to that kick of tart.

Perfect during this heatwave. This is the only boba place I come back to. I prefer this than boba guys. This watermelon slush was amazing. I always get the black sugar boba milk tea with oatmilk but I tried this one because of the weather. I loved it.

3.5/5 stars for Little Sweet! The Union Square location only has a storefront with no indoor or outdoor seating. There's a small tablet to order your drinks in front of the place. I ordered the Mango Matcha drink with sago, and it came out to over $8 (yikes..). The flavor itself wasn't too bad, but I found the sago to be a bit hard instead of the QQ texture. I'd recommend doing less than 50% sugar if you're ordering a fruit drink! Overall, it satisfies my drink craving but it's not my top go-to place.

this is a great quick spot to pick up boba when you're shopping in downtown sf! they def run on the sweeter side so get less sugar if possible! also the drinks will def get you full because they are STUFFED with toppings and fruit ig@mukbangyourmama

I wish I could support this small boba shop, but for ~$7 a cup, the drink was not nearly good enough. The flavor tasted watered down, and I found myself not even wanting to finish it. The little boba tastes good, and the ordering process was easy, so that was a plus. The store has a kiosk at the front door you order off of which makes the buying process very easy. However, it was a pretty expensive cup for what tasted like a lower quality drink.

Lemon yogurt drink! I have never seen this before and I have not been able to find it since. It was the perfect creamy, tangy, sweet, slightly salty drink on a fairly warm Fall afternoon. I added some boba to it (cause I just love boba) and it tasted amazing. I wish I could find this in my hometown and will be looking for this at every boba shop now.

This drink rich in tea flavor, definitely can taste the quality of the tea. It's delicate and simple yet so delicious, creamy and smooth to drink. The downside was the tapioca bubbles. It was on the softer side and a bit mushy, definitely could be chewier. It tasted like the bubbles have been sitting there for a while, not as fresh as I wanted them to be, so toppings are a hit or a miss depending on the location. Ambiance: 4/5 - This is a new Little Sweet spot located in Union Square, and I think there's 4 or 5 Little Sweet locations now. This one is a lot similar to the other ones; it's small and does not provide indoor seating. The storefront is aesthetically pleasing, cute, and a lot more classier than the other ones. Price: 4/5 - We got the iron buddha milk tea with tapioca bubble for a total of $5.85 after tax. The milk tea itself was $5.25 and toppings are $0.60 each, so definitely cheaper than their new or specialty tea items on the menu. I'd say price is solid and is reasonable in SF. Service: 3.75/5 - We ordered our drink via the kiosk stand right outside of the store. There were no interaction with the staffs, instead it was mostly self-service. The drink took around 10 minutes to prepare, and the staff will call your name once it's ready. It was a quick and easy check-in process, but nothing too special about the customer service here. BLUF: Offers a large variety and high quality drinks, serving the classic milk teas, fruit teas, and smoothies. I would recommend their mango sago drink or the drink we had today. Worth checking out if you are in the Union Square area.
