"As the day wears on, Little Swift fills up. Locals pop into the bottle shop to take something home and decide to stay for a glass of chilled red. Friends start their evening at the wine bar, clinking glasses to the night ahead. And couples end up staying until close, grazing on charcuterie and working their way through a bottle. In the summer, the seafront-facing pavement terrace is a total scene, spilling out into the road, before those in the know head upstairs to snag a cushioned bay window that looks out to sea." - Jake Oliver, Daisy Meager, Sinead Cranna, Rianne Shlebak

"A wine and cocktail bar, Little Swift’s front entrance on a cobbled street leads the thirsty to a terrace downstairs and the harried to a wide selection of natural wines, bottled cocktails, cheeses, and charcuterie to take away or cobble together a picnic. But the secret at the back is the slushy spinner — offering frozen cocktails in colourful takeaway cups to take down to the sand." - Adam Coghlan

Have given this 5 stars as the service & atmosphere was amazing along with the best frozen spice marg of my life! We ordered the Italian platter which we were a little underwhelmed by to share but you could tell it was high quality produce (and was only £10). We just felt a bit random - we had a great spot in the sun but moved on to eat more. Would def go back!

Lovely bar overlooking the sea! We booked a table for a hen do group of 11 and they booked us a great table with a view outside from their upstairs. Lovely cocktails and the staff were fantastic. Thanks, we'll be back next time we're in Margate! Well priced cocktails averaging about 10 each

Little Swift hosted part of my 30th birthday celebrations this past weekend and it was perfect. The food and cocktails were amazing. Thank you to Steve for helping me plan the occasion, and a special thanks to Will for his impeccable hospitality on the day.

Lovely little bar with great views. Good range of well made cocktails, draft and bottled beers and wines. The food menu looked good. We only stopped for drinks before dinner. Friendly and accommodating staff. We had booked a table for 11 for 5pm and as some of us arrived 20 minutes earlier, they were happy to offer us a temp table until ours was ready. If you are in Margate do pay a visit. You won’t regret it!

Little Swift is one of my absolutely favourite venues in Margate - and has hands down the best selection of natural wines in town. This is a great spot if you want to drink your way through a really well-thought out & interesting wine list, but the craft beer selection (both tap & can) is amazing too. Equally the seasonal cocktails are quite special and the team really goes above and beyond to integrate local and seasonal produce into them. My favourite spot is upstairs in one of the window seats with a glass of orange! You can’t go wrong ☺️🍷🙏

Lovely! Booked a table for my birthday and was lucky enough to be seated on the first floor by the huge bay windows with views of the sea. Such a cute place, staff are delightful, relaxed and fun vibe with a sophisticated cocktail and wine list. We really enjoyed the great quality cheese and charcuterie platters. Reasonable prices too, given how delicious the drinks are.

Visited here on recommendation of a friend and very glad we did! Fantastic selection of drinks, we had to restrain ourselves from trying everything but highlights were the natural wines, cocktails and rhubarb gin. Ensure you try one of the platters as well, we ordered the meat and cheese one as well as the bread, pickle and oil one between two of us and they are full of delicious things! Lovely atmosphere, great knowledge behind the menu and friendly staff. Shout out to Charlotte who looked after us and gave us plenty recommendations for the rest of our stay here in Margate 😋

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! The friendliest people, the best wine and lots of lovely goodies to munch on. And the music! So good! Definite must visit when in Maragte. And don’t get me started on the views of the see. An absolute gem x
