"You probably know Little’s as the best place to grab a burger and some toothpaste at the same time. But next time you hit this convenience store in Cabbagetown, try one of Little’s dogs in a potato roll (the superior dog-holding vehicle). The all-beef or veggie dogs come topped with a variety of the usual condiments, but we like their sweet slaw or spicy chili best. True to the establishment’s name, these franks aren’t massive, so we usually order two or grab a burger on the side." - juli horsford, demarco williams
"Little’s Food Store in Cabbagetown has been around since the 1920s. The grocery store (which has a grill with counter seating in the back) has had a reliably great burger for ages. It’s not fancy. And it's considered small in today's super-sized burger world. It’s just plain ol’ good and juicy, with a fluffy bun. And it’s the perfect on-the-go burger from one of Atlanta’s favorite counter-service spots." - jacinta howard
"This Cabbagetown neighborhood market and grill happens to serve one of the best burgers in town. Grab an old-school, counter-service cheeseburger, fries, and Coke hovering at about $10. There’s also a slider version with fries and slaw, or grab a Chicago hot dog basket piled with onions, tomatoes, and relish with a side of fries and a Coke also for around $10." - Eater Staff
"The all-beef dogs at Little’s in Cabbagetown come topped with slaw and chili or chili and cheese. There’s always the DIY option with toppings that include bacon, dill pickle, chopped onion, diced tomato, pickled jalapeños, and relish. Counter seating is also available." - Eater Staff
"A throwback to the lunch counter burgers of yore, Little’s in Cabbagetown keeps it simple and classic with a half-pound, double-stack topped with grilled onions, lettuce, tomato, and American cheese. All burgers come with fries. Grab a seat on the adjacent outdoor patio here, or take the burger to go and sit in the sun at the neighborhood park in Cabbagetown." - Beth McKibben, Alex Leo-Guerra
