Not only is it affordable, but it’s also some of the best spicy noodles and dumplings you can find. Order at the counter, take a number, and the food is brought to your table. There’s a constant wave of office workers here, but no chance to avoid it as Liu is only open until 3pm (apart from a monthly hotpot night) - but it’s worth the time in line.
