ChongqingLiuyishouHotpot was founded in 2000, which is a famous enterprise specializing in management of hot pot chain and franchisees. It began as a corner shop and expanded to become a giant international food group with more than 900 branches, covering 31 provinces in China, and many other places in the United States, Canada, Dubai, Singapore, Australia, Macau etc. In 2014, Liuyishou chose the greater Vancouver area for our North America Head Office. And in 2018, we open a new restaurant in Flushing NY.
"This hot pot chain grew from a small street in Chongqing to 1,200 outposts across the world, including a Flushing restaurant that serves all-you-can-eat hot pot for $30 per person. Drinks, desserts, and an extensive sauce bar are included, but any of the 11 broths – including the powerfully spicy original Sichuan broth and a milder coconut chicken broth – will cost extra." - Caroline Shin, Eater Staff
"Similarly, famous Chinese franchises like Liu Yi Shou and Morals Village (De Zhuang) also expanded to Flushing and Somerset, New Jersey." - Tony Lin
"Liuyishou Hotpot, a Chinese hot pot chain, has also expanded to NYC." - Carla Vianna
"One of mainland China’s largest hot pot chains made its way to New York City for the first time this year — with waits already piling up to as long as two hours on weekend nights and plans to open more outposts in the city. Liuyishou Hotpot, an international franchise company with more than 1,000 stores, has locations throughout China, as well as in Dubai, Singapore, Australia, France, Thailand, and Japan. Located at 136-76 39th Avenue in Flushing, the new NYC location of Liuyishou Hotpot specializes in very spicy Chongqing-style hot pot. The restaurant is known for a photogenic presentation, where an assortment of meats is laid out on a wooden wheel that fits around the hot pot, and its extensive 32-item buffet-style sauce bar. The restaurant offers a variety of broths and hot pot ingredient platters, including the famous $14.95 beef and lamb combo. The spacious 19-table restaurant is good for large groups and is open 11:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. seven days a week." - Caroline Shin
