I was raised on the world famous a NY/ NJ pizza. Livy’s at Gibson Mill is the real deal. Numerous people recommended Livy’s and they were right.
Service fast and staff very pleasant. Pizza was “out of this world” delicious. We ll be back many times in the future

Amazing counter service pizza joint in the Gibson Food hall! Definitely a good charred pizza, either multiple options! The dough is great, the sauce perfect, and the toppings Definitely top quality. We got some wings, and they were cooked so wonderful and amazing flavor! Grabbed some Mozz triangles, googy, hot and delicious! Definitely a GREAT pizza spot for quick/casual! Will be back many times to try all the options!

The food was absolutely AMAZING! The pizza and the salad we had was hot, fresh, and jammed packed with flair. We ordered the Suprema with bacon and the presentation was phenomenal. I was a little hesitant with the red bell peppers but it just brings the flavors together. They made the pizza fresh right in front of me as well as used fresh ingredients. The Caesar salad dressing was made in house and was also jammed packed with flavor. Great service and patience as we worked our way around the menu with our questions. Highly recommend.

Used to be our go-to spot. Something changed. I’ve given them a few chances since but it’s the same disappointing pizza now each time. Crust used to be high and airy with a good taste as Neapolitan should be. Now it’s flat and bland. Quality has missed the last few times. Pizzas have been burnt, way over-cheesed, way under-cheese… cost-cutting? New management? Whatever the case may be, it is hurting the business from the standpoint of the customer. Bring back the way you used to make your pizza when you opened!!

Located inside Gibson Mill. This is seriously some the best pizza you’ll find in NC. I just moved here last year and was on the hunt. The dough is crispy but chewy. You just have to get it to understand. It reminds me of the pizza I had in Naples Italy. So authentic! Mimi took our order and she was so kind and didn’t make fun of me for saying the name wrong. lol.

It’s crazy how far this place has fallen. It used to be the star of Gibson Mill, but ever since they had a change in management nothing has been as good. The pizza has way too much cheese, ingredients seem to be worse than before, also the employees aren’t as nice. The guy in the kitchen today was wearing slides with some crusty looking socks. While we stood for 5 minutes just trying to be acknowledged, 2 separate people came up to complain about how long the food had taken.

The red sauce gives me heartburn, so my go-to is a white sauce-pizza. I loved the way the garlic, greens, and cheese blended together on their pizza! Will be going back. Super helpful staff too!
