We were celebrating here our family occasion. Price wise (for tasting menu) this restaurant on the same level as in 1 Michelin star restaurant. So we were curious about quality and experience here. We came in the middle of the week, at 20:30 was not many people, but by 22:00 the restaurant was fully packed! We were accommodated on a second floor- and I am really glad that we were there, because it was so quiet, and very easy to talk. There were may be 5 tables only. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Sommelier confirmed that wine we had chosen will match our desired taste requirements. Food experience: We got “A la carte”, not the tasting menu. First we got compliment from the Chef- with was good. I don’t think I had ever had a rabbit “pate”. Oysters with vinegar sauce were my favourite. Gildas were gigantic!!! On a skewer. And very very tasty. Beef Steak tenderloin was good, medium as I requested, the size wise it was really small. 100-150 grams. Lamb - was a bit disappointment. It was semi raw?! Green sauce accompanied it contained cilantro, which really gave it a strange taste. Side dishes were ok, nothing special. Our biggest eye opening experience was good choice of wine. Now it is our favourite. So, it isn’t quite Michelin level, but overall, it was a good experience. They were doing their best.

Our family had booked a New Year’s Eve dinner with a set menu. Given the high price level of the restaurant, expectations were high, and at this price point much more is required. The restaurant’s location and atmosphere are pleasant, and the staff are friendly and service-minded. The oysters were nicely presented, the slow-cooked pork was good, and the dessert was enjoyable. Unfortunately, the food overall did not meet the expected standard. Several dishes featured unusual flavor combinations that did not work. This included a cold shrimp soup with essentially raw shrimp and confusing flavors, as well as grilled red prawns where about half were raw. A grilled fish dish was also overwhelmed by an excessive amount of sauce that overpowered the fish. We understand that New Year’s Eve and a fully booked restaurant can be challenging. However, many dishes were fundamentally flawed and would not have been good even with more consistent cooking. One suggestion for improvement is for the service staff to be more proactive in offering beverages to pair with the courses, as we had to ask for drinks ourselves. Unfortunately, the quality of the food significantly detracted from the experience.

This place prices itself as premium, but it doesn’t deliver. Overpriced for what they offer. A vermouth served in a glass with a lipstick stain! Service was also consistently uncoordinated, after each course, two separate waiters approached at different times to clear plates and asked the same questions, clearly not communicating. The food was disappointing as well, so nothing here justified the cost.

Perfect service: professional and elegant. Very high-quality food, with a calm and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Great service, exquisite and exotic combinations and fresh seafood. However, we did expect the codfish to be better, it did not taste anything special. The one dish we did really like was the crab salad.

Feb 2023 Quite a dinner. All perfect on taste. Delicate with good combinations to keep the main ingredient in mind. Even the butter and bread stands out. A very good price quality ratio also for the wine and drinks. A good pace of the menu throughout and an excellent service. Only minus to mention, it was a lot .. no remarks outside that...

I had the tasting menu, and although the food and service were good in general, this was the most disappointing meal I've had in Valencia, given how expensive it was. Several dishes shared the same issue: they featured a high-quality core ingredient, such as scallops or shellfish, but were paired with a sauce that overpowered rather than complemented or highlighted their natural flavor, ultimately defeating the purpose of using a specific, premium ingredient in the first place. And the most disappointing dish was main one: the eel rice. it was so salty, that I can't believe a chef tasted it before letting it out of the kitchen. I expected better given the price point, and the famous chef name attached to the restaurant

Productos de temporada. The produce of the season combined with Quique Dacostas technical style. 3 Michelin star technique behind the best products of the Valencia/Dénia/Costa Blanca area = fantastic. Extremely, lights out fantastic seafood we had carefully grilled in Josper, Binchotan and live Valencia Orange Wood fires. Holy F. If i only loved close to here Id definitely be here twice a month with the seasonal menu and ingredients changes. Llisa Negra by the way is the Valèncian name of the first fish the chef's child caught. Can't wait to return. Estic Preparat!

This restaurant is simply overpriced, poorly staffed and overraTed. I never post reviews but our experience with this restaurant was so awful I felt a duty to warn. To make things worse they charge your card for items not even received. To do so, despite showing management how charges were not accurate, means to me that they are a failing and desperate restaurant with ownership that must be in trouble. Valencia has so many great dining options. Avoid this place.
