I had the tasting menu, and although the food and service were good in general, this was the most disappointing meal I've had in Valencia, given how expensive it was.
Several dishes shared the same issue: they featured a high-quality core ingredient, such as scallops or shellfish, but were paired with a sauce that overpowered rather than complemented or highlighted their natural flavor, ultimately defeating the purpose of using a specific, premium ingredient in the first place.
And the most disappointing dish was main one: the eel rice. it was so salty, that I can't believe a chef tasted it before letting it out of the kitchen.
