"The main dining space of this Inman Park pizzeria looks like an off-brand Pizza Hut with wood paneling and red leather booths. Thankfully, the pizza here is better than those Book-It personal pans. And after 9pm, they sell their nice flaky pies by the slice—and those slices are giant. Pair the $3 (plus topping additions) slice with a $4 pint of Miller High Life, and it’s a whole meal for under $10. Lloyd’s is one of our favorite hangouts in the city (and apparently is for everyone else too), so be prepared to 30 to 40 minutes wait for a table." - nina reeder, juli horsford
"Lloyd’s is busy on a normal day, so you’ll really want to get here as soon as they open for Monday’s crab special, where $30 gets you two lightly seasoned crab leg clusters. With a snow crab claw in one hand, a slice of pepperoni in the other, and a plastic bib around your neck, it's a feral feeling that seems appropriate for the busy weekday. Plus, the Inman Park pizzeria is still one of our favorite places to eat a pie because of the quality toppings (think cheesesteak pizza with tender short rib) and the nostalgic Pizza Hut-inspired decor (complete with stained chandeliers and worn maroon booths)." - jacinta howard, juli horsford
"Open For: Dinner (closed Sunday) Price Range: $ - $$ Part of the Victory Brands restaurant group (Victory Sandwich Bar, S.O.S Tiki Bar, the now-closed Little Trouble), Lloyd’s transitioned to an old-school pizza parlor in 2020, and never looked back. Now, folks can dine on classic pizza pies, pizzeria salads, and mozzarella sticks paired with ice-cold beer and martinis. Don’t worry, Lloyd’s still offers crab leg dinner specials on Mondays, and the meatloaf makes appearances on the menu, too. Best For: Late-night pizzas by-the-slice, and retro vibes" - Eater Staff
