"LN2 is the first venture for husband and wife owners Mica Ray and chef Christopher Robbins. Though wood-fired pizza rules the menu, the owners are doing liquid nitrogen ice cream dishes and cocktails for a theatric touch. The pies at LN2 range from margherita to one a duck confit option, along with salads, small plates and pan-LA options like a banh mi, a Cubano sandwich, black cod, and a crispy chicken sandwich. The couple took one year to transform the former colorful Corsican restaurant into a white-tiled open space. Diners can watch the pizza-production process from anywhere in the dining room, which seats approximately 80 across 2,500 square feet. The outdoor patio has a retractable roof. LN2 is closed Mondays, and serves lunch Tuesday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and dinner 5 p.m. until 11 p.m. On Friday and Saturday, LN2 is open from 5 p.m. until midnight." - Mona Holmes

Im came there with my daughter who was very hungry and the waiters were very nice and brought her food in the first place (they prepared for her what she asked though it wasn’t on the menu) 2. The interior is very nice. we sat on the veranda and I liked this place, it is very photogenic :) 3. The food was really tasty 4. The service is fast and at an excellent

Everything we ordered was amazing. Wood fired kiln pizza, the best pancake and bread pudding ever! Friendly staff! Will go back.

Staff was perfectly attentive. The liquid nitrogen cocktails were delicious and worth the show. A must try is their French toast. Excellent brunch spot with virtually no wait. If you're on line up the street and don't want to wait an hour, head here. It may even be better.

I've lived in Italy and NYC, and have been in LA for years. This is easily the best restaurant in Los Angeles. The polenta dish was as good as any I've had in Italy. Same goes for the burrata and prosciutto pizza. Spot on. They're in their own class here. I went in with a very large group and they accommodated all of us and treated us really well. Not like other places around town. 3 of us were strict vegan, and they were accommodated no problem. The staff was super cool even though we were a little rowdy. Everything I tasted from other people's plates was noticeably eyebrow raising. The hamachi is amazing also. They also made us some crazy cosmopolitans where smoke was billowing out of the glasses. It was quite a show. This is the spot. Look no further. Highly recommended.
