Lobster Barn

Fantastic seafood restaurant with an incredibly tasty lobster sandwich — definitely a must-try! My husband had the chicken burger, and it was just as delicious. The flavors were fresh, portions generous, and the overall experience was great. Highly recommend this spot if you’re craving quality seafood!

They were very busy but we were able to order take out and sit outside. The lobster roll was my favourite throughout my whole trip to PEI. I would recommend it! Lots of lobster pieces and perfectly toasted.

Atmosphere was great. Beautiful and well thought out design. Friendly service. Now the food. A for effort as the presentation was spot on. The chowder was average it would be better with bigger chunks of seafood, the crab dip was good but not the best we have had, the poutine was fantastic, the chicken sandwich crispy and the potato salad was good.

Our food here was yummy! We got the (cold) lobster tacos and the scallops. However, we were disappointed that all of the lobster was served cold with only 4 lobster dish options, given that it is the "lobster" barn. We also were not told that the gravy we were offered with our fries would be an additional charge. Food is yummy--just be aware of those things if you visit. The views are also really lovely.

We were referred to the Lobster Barn by the Proprietor at Matos Winery. There was a wait for a table, but the host was pleasant and turned tables quickly. My husband and I split a warm butter lobster roll and a traditional lobster roll. The fries were hot, crispy and deligfully fluffy inside. The potato salad was delicious. While both of the lobster rolls were yummy, we found that we preferred their traditional lobster roll. Of all the lobster rolls we ate on PEI, we liked the bread on this one the BEST.

Drove all day from Bangor to catch dinner before closing at 8pm. We checked menu online so we were ready to order once we arrived. Place is on a pier with another restaurant, maybe more. Ordered mussels with coconut curry, a cup of seafood chowder, and classic lobster roll. All were delicious and filling. The mayo on the lobster roll was sweet but flavorful. The best part of the meal was our server Regan. She was attentive and kind, even though it was close to closing time on a Friday night. Being in the food service industry, we really thought the service was exceptional. I highly recommend and, if going this summer, ask for Regan!

Got a table on a busy day with no reservation. Not the best table but the service and food made up for it. Awesome experience. Would recommend warm butter lobster roll and seriously just spend the money and get the chowder on the side

Insanely delicious food, wicked good service. Couldn't have asked for a better time. The view of the ocean is also stunning. Very clean and inviting atmosphere. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling through the area.
