After hearing all the buzz about this place, we decided to go for lunch to try their pasta dishes. One of the first things I noticed was the open centrally positioned kitchen, where the chef prepares the food right in front of everyone. This creates a great atmosphere and adds to the dining experience.
The service was friendly, and the staff came from different nationalities, which was nice to see. Once we sat down, the waitress brought us a menu board that listed only three types of pasta. At first, this worried me because I wasn’t sure if the limited options would be satisfying. To make the most of it, we decided to order one of each so we could try them all.
In the end, we were not disappointed! Each pasta dish was well-prepared and full of flavor. My personal favorite was the paccheri with tomato, basil, and Parmesan cheese. It’s a very simple dish, but making it stand out isn’t easy, and they did a great job.
The prices are quite reasonable, except for the wine bottles, which are on the expensive side and don’t offer enough variety of Italian wines. Overall, it’s a great spot for pasta lovers, and I would definitely recommend it!
