Just over an hour away from Milan and 35min from Genova you can feel like the busy life is planets away. This gem of a hotel is super comfortable, the spa is great, the pool is nice and the staff is incredibly friendly and professional. As if that wasn’t enough, the restaurant is a gem in and of itself too.

Very smart hotel. The staff were do helpful and attentive. Ice cold room ac. Lovely restaurant, great staff. Spa and pool well equipped. Pool a little cool for kids but was still fun. Done to a very high standard. Great wine tour included. A very nice stay.

Fantastic stay at this beautiful property! We had the 2bedroom apartment for our family of four. Stunningly appointed and very comfortable. Breakfasts were a delicious spread of local Italian treats. We loved our meal at the restaurant for dinner. Pool was a hit with the kids, we loved the sauna and steam. Such a find!

From arrival to our departure, a top service, excellent food and a very nice room. This rather small hotel is ideally located in the surrounding wineyards. The wine tasting in their cellar nearby is very interesting and the biodynamics wines are of excellent quality. The only inconvenience, nothing to do with the high quality of the hotel, is that the Gavi region doresn't offer a lot of interesting sightseeings. Therefore, I recommend a short stay of 2-3 days to take a nice rest at the hotel facility!

We stayed at Laconda La Raia for three days in May. The visit was very last minute as we were planning on visiting Cinque Terra, but that fell through so we were looking for an alternative in Piemonte.||We booked based on the reviews and were very happy. The hotel is a small boutique hotel with about 12 rooms, a spa, workout room, and comfortable common areas.||As we arrived with no definite plans on what we were going to do for our stay, Fiona and Erika went above and beyond in helping us plan wine tastings, lunches, e-bike rides and, in general, helping with travel logistics.||Our room was beautiful with a view of the vineyards. The restaurant was excellent. And the spa with steam room and sauna was relaxing.||I would highly recomend this property!
