L'OCCITANE - Plaza Singapura

I visited the L’Occitane store at Plaza Singapura today while walking around the mall. I had heard from friends that L’Occitane’s hand creams and body oils are really good, but I had never actually tried any of their products before, so I decided to step in and take a look. Shortly after I entered the store, a staff member named Akira approached me and asked if I needed any help. Usually I feel a little nervous when staff approach me in stores, but Akira was very friendly and not pushy at all. She simply asked what I was looking for and whether it was my first time visiting the brand. When I mentioned it was my first time, she gave me a brief introduction to the products and recommended their best-selling Shower Oil. She also let me try it at the sink in the store. After trying it, I was pleasantly surprised — the product was very moisturizing but didn’t feel sticky on the skin at all. She also kindly let me try some of their body lotion and body oil, so I could better experience the texture and scent of the products. Everything felt very nourishing yet lightweight. Because of the experience, I ended up getting a Shower Oil and a lotion as well. I really appreciated how patient and welcoming she was throughout the whole visit without making me feel pressured. Overall it was a very pleasant first experience at L’Occitane. Thank you Akira for the warm and helpful service!

Chloe was knowledgeable across all ranges of products - scalp, face and body. She patiently understood my needs and even performed a scalp diagnosis for me before recommending the suitable products. Attentive service by her plus quality products with natural ingredients — highly recommend!

Especially appreciate Chloe for her consistent superb service.
