Complimentary valet parking.. Two level venue which was accessible to the party, food was not the best but the corn muffins were tasty... Nice location.

The brunch performances were great. The artist did an amazing job entertaining the guest. You even seen the amount of support for each artist within the people in the audience. The food wasn’t my cup of tea. I was there for the music. The fruits tasted very fresh. The drinks also tasted really nice. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The vendors were all selling creative items. The bar tender was indeed a pleasure to speak to as well.

We celebrated our one year anniversary in January at this venue and it was amazing! The food and staff were so amazing my guests are still talking about them both. Hats off to the secruity guard who made everyone feel so warm, even though it was cold that night. I highly recommend this venue for all occasions, you will not be disappointed.

Sydonnie Broady was absolutely professional, nice, and always very helpful with a smile from beginning to end! A different sales representative was available during the day of the event; the only negative was that all of the tables ordered were not set up on the day of the event. However, once we requested the additional tables that had been ordered, they were immediately brought in and set up. Also, personal on my part, I did not like being interrupted during the event to be reminded of when the buffet should have started because we were in the middle of guests speaking during the event and I was very aware of the start and end times for the buffet. However; all in all, the event was an absolutely enjoyable experience and the staff were very professional, nice and helpful.

Two stars because of great location and beautiful event space, but had a A/C issue. We booked this place for a high school reunion and were not told that the venue had been experiencing issues with the A/C beforehand. Our good time was spoiled because of the unbearable heat and even though they received many complaints from guests, they didn't do anything but bring out a few fans to "cool" us down. Very disappointing and embarrassing.

This is a great place to have a semi private intimate classy event like the one I attended to in Super Bowl weekend. Large enough to host a Nick Cannon and his rappering crew , Yeah intimate enough to be able to see any everything hear everything and enjoy . We only problem is the parking sucks badly uber is advised.

I hosted my mother's 70th birthday celebration here and it was OUTSTANDING. Tammy theFacilities Manager was extremely accommodating in providing me with the support and flexibility to ensure this event was a success. Tammy and her staff arrived before time and asked for feedback when necessary. I will definitely use this location again in the near future!

Yelp
Looking for nice clean casual to upscale location to host an event. Loft at Castleberry is it. Space can be cut in half and each side has its own bar. Parking might be an issue as there is limited street parking in the immediate area. There is a small lot across the street with approx 10-12 spaces.

Yelp
This is a good event space for either medium or large sized events. You can rent the whole place or just a slice of it. It's not in the safest of neighborhoods but you can hire a courtesy officer to keep an eye on the door and the parking lot. You can also add on services like a valet and a coat check. The space is very trendy. One part of the space as tables and chairs and another has lounge-type couches and chairs. The food selection (you must use their catering and bar) is interesting and diverse. Everything tasted fine, but I will say a couple things seemed like perhaps they went on over to the frozen section at Costco and ran with it. Acoustics were pretty good for the DJ so that worked out well. Overall, despite the location, cheap food, and small parking availability I would recommend this space for someone looking for a trendy space that's not super expensive and has probably everything you need for whatever sized party you have.

Yelp
AVOID THIS FACILITY FOR YOUR SPECIAL DAY/OCCASION!!! I am in the planning process for my upcoming wedding. Anyone planning a wedding knows the multitude of things to be done and the many many stresses and worries of the bride to be. As I am combing through the MANY MANY options of venues offered in the Atlanta area, I came across the Loft at Castleberry Hill. Looking at the pictures online, it appears to be a beautiful, contemporary setting.....however, I cannot fully attest to that because I never had the chance to see it live and in person, well, except through their WINDOWS. I spoke with Brittney on the phone on Wednesday, July 30 and she scheduled an appointment with me for Tuesday, August 5 (They only do site visits on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 11a and 6p). Keep in mind, I work full time, and live and work an hour from this venue. I left my job, showed up for my appointment at 11:30a......ALL THE DOORS WERE LOCKED. I called the number on the door and on the website. NO ANSWER--voicemail. I called the number on the website. NO ANSWER--same voicemail. Since I talked to Brittney Gilbert I took the option to route my call to her. NO ANSWER--Brittney's voicemail. I called back, took the option to route my call to Tammy Gipson. NO ANSWER--Brittney's voicemail. I called back, took the option to route my call to Iesha--NO ANSWER--Brittney's voicemail. I called back again, and left a message in the general mailbox. NO ONE RETURNED MY CALL. First impressions are lasting impressions. They are charging anywhere from $5,000 to $10,000 and can't even show up for an appointment? I would not DARE trust them with my special day!!! Oh, and it's black owned. I'm black, and I love to support black owned businesses, IF they operate in a professional manner. Not showing for appointments, not answering the phone, and not returning a call from a message that was left has completely left a horrible taste in my mouth. AVOID THE LOFT AT CASTLEBERRY HELL!!!

Yelp
We hosted a casual reception for a group of 65 people at the Loft last month and it was absolutely horrible. Everything that could have gone wrong did. From the beginning, the "courtesy officer" was dressed in all black with the word security on his chest. He was not very approachable or helpful. The parking was very limited--we thought that since they hosted events there would be plenty of parking, but that was not the case. Our guests circled several times and ended up parking down the street. There was absolutely no lighting or signage to find the Loft, so many of our guests got back in their cars and left! Once inside, the entire venue was dingy and dirty. The floor was sticky and there was an awful odor throughout. There were mop buckets with stagnant water and things just kind of shoved in corners. The service staff was miserable and either hated us or their jobs. The two passing the food were also doing other jobs in between passing food--coming in from outside with jugs of condiments or something. The bartender was on her phone the entire night when she wasn't walking through the group to go on break with all of her belongings. Not to mention, they were serving us out of plastic cups because there wasn't enough glasses for everyone. The food looked horrible and the servers were wearing plastic gloves. The house music was the use of the manager's phone, which kept ringing and interrupting the music, plugged into a speaker with cords everywhere. I could go on and on. It appears to me that the pictures online are when the venue was very new and heavily decorated by guests. Beware that it does NOT look like the pictures online. The worst part about the entire event is one of guests had her car vandalized. There is nothing redeeming about the Loft and I would suggest hosting any event elsewhere.
