Haven't been in years but we received a $50 DOLLAR GIFT CARD . I have to say it was great . Super fast service. Really we didn't have to wait longer than 15 mins for a table and it was super busy. Then the food was delicious. I had steak tips with onion and mushrooms it came with a choice of 1 side and a salad. So I had a loaded baked potato 🥔. My husband had filet and the same side and salad. They brought over fresh baked bread with whipped butter. To drink I had tonic water and he had a coke. Every thing was super delicious. So with the 50 gift card we only had to add 4 dollars of course. I gave a 13 dollar cash tip. Every one should only give cash tips Because ,cash TIPS ARE NOT TAXED. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS longhorn steak house.

This place will be in my blacklist of places not to go. The butter for the bread wasn't room temperature which it was rough to spread on the bread, the steak i asked for med rare and I got fully cooked it was rough once again to eat it. The texture on the cheesecake ruined, it wasn't creamy the cheese cake but flavor wise was good.

Always our favorite the wild wild West shrimp. This time we tried soups with our entrees and they did not disappoint The French onion soup picture here was so so good and the cheese was melty and stringy. You have to try it it's perfection. I had the lobster bisque but I couldn't stop eating and by the time my husband said "did you take a picture" I looked at my dish and it was done. I'll do it next time. The service here is always top notch and they go above and beyond. You have to visit Longhorns It is an upbeat place but its worth the hype.

Asked for MR stake got it rare. Didnt get that warm loving feeling i wished for. Food was alright dont get me wrong but i had higher hopes. Like the salad came in a different bowl and neither the stake or the salmon was accompanied by no sauce. Just bland stake and salmon. Again, tasted good, but lacked excitement.

Too dang cold. Turn those air conditioners off when the wind chill is -0. We waited 40 minutes for our food in sub-zero temps, and the place wasn’t even busy. Paid $76 for three people. In my book it’s a clip joint, but when Mom likes a very overly-salty shrimp appetizer, it’s hard to say ne.

This is a nicely theme restaurant. The western motif adds to the ambiance. The staff was helpful, and our food orders were done correctly. The food was delicious, and my wife even ran into an old acquaintance she had seen in almost 40 years. It's a good thing we decided to order dessert or this might not have happened.

I have not been there for 3 years. So I see they have some major changes for the better. Service was excellent the food was more than I expected the drinks were very well made. I have been lucky enough to have experienced some of the top-stakes houses all over the world Honestly, a 4 is accurate. Will be back. Planning another visit sent another discount for an appetizer but of course, by mistake I deleted it. I will still be there. Great dining.

I have been here a number of times & if I have one problem with has to be the service of getting your food delivered after you order needs major help. Now note food itself isn't the issue but staff getting to you (even including if at the bar), getting order down & time in between and that's the issue. Side problems was men's urinal having some issues with plumbing (however according to management they're handling it tomorrow) but I hope they see this & what I mentioned is the problem. Overall my chicken with fries/rice pilaf was on point but lay off the cheese a little please.

So dirty! There were probably 8 tables sat and 2 others are the bar and not only did numerous seats at the bar stay dirty for about 20 mins so did about 6 tables! The walk to the bathroom had so much trash on the floor. The bathroom had a flood and not one clean stall. There were more staff than customers and the manager did not help out the situation at all! She just charged the table notification things at the hostess station. Horrible!

Yesterday 12/1/24 was my wife birthday. So she ask me to take her to this restaurant. When we arrive at 3:45pm, i told the 2 hostess at the front desk, a man and a woman that we were 4 in total. They told me that it would take about 15 minutes to sit. We sat down at the sit in front of them. A few people walk in and they sat them down while ignoring us. They gave us the racist look that those who dont like other nationality give. They left us there until another hostess came to the front desk. Before leaving they make a remark about us ( we dont know how many of them they told the other hostess while looking at us and left) The others hostess tried to fix their remarks and mistreatment against us. The new hostess sit us down in a dirty table and bench. Onions were at the table and bench. The waitress ( Kayla ) was very pleasant even though the food was NOT OF OUR TASTE. not her fault. HORRIBLE ATMOSTHERE. Bad birthday dinner to my wife. WILL NEVER AGAIN STEP IN THAT PLACE.

Went to Longhorns in Wear Springfield for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The receptionists could have been friendlier but we all have bad days, although on the way out she was more pleasant. Our waiter was great. Friendly, helpful and very pleasant. What amazed me was their luncheon menu. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with fries and it was 8.99. The meal was freshly made, hot and a normal size, not a luncheon size. I have to say it was done to perfection. I don't know about anything else but I would not hesitate to go back again. Overall the place was welcoming, the noise level was low and a very relax atmosphere.

I am a big foodie and going to a chain steakhouse is something I normally don't do. But I was pleasantly surprised. I got the ribeye and not even the big fancy one with the bone. I like it rare and it was cooked perfectly and the flavors were spot on. I will definitely be coming back because the restaurants I normally go to their steaks are $20 more than this one!

My girlfriend and I went there for dinner expecting a pricey bill, but we were celebrating so we were willing to take the financial hit, LOL. Well, the dinner was great and no more pricey than any other full service restaurant in the area - a pleasant surprise. We got there around 5:30pm-ish on a Saturday. The place was packed, but since it was just the two of us we lucked out and got a table pretty quickly. I really need to emphasize: This restaurant is *popular.* If you show up around dinner time (5-7pm), it's most likely going to be very busy. Our waitress was attentive and we ordered in good time. I ordered a steak and shrimp plate with Brussels sprouts on the side. My girlfriend also ordered a small steak dinner. The food was great - steaks cooked as ordered. I know it may not always happen, but this was a very good experience for us all the way around. I did notice they had seating issues for other customers, as it was so busy. But a restaurant could have worse problems. I've been to this restaurant a few other times, mostly sitting at the bar, and I've never had a bad steak or meal. We'll definitely be coming back.

The restaurant was pretty crowded when we came here. First we ordered our drinks. I had strawberry lemonade and my Husband had water. He wanted an appetizer so we ordered the Wild West shrimp. We barely touched it. Next we ordered our entrees. I had a 1/2 order of ribs, mashed potatoes and broccoli with cheese. My husband ordered 18 ounce t-bone streak, broccoli and a baked potato. We barely touched our food. Our son didn't dine with us, but we got his food to go. We ordered him a 9 ounce steak, broccoli with cheese and a mashed potatoes. When we got home, our son's steak was burnt black. Well done isn't charcoaled. My gosh! :-( The waitress Mandy was really nice and attentive. She filled my drink back twice and she checked on us. We dined at another steak house last night and we really enjoyed it. Tonight, my husband didn't like his steak. It wasn't seasoned at all. It was bland and he really wasn't pleased. I told him to send it back, but he said he will go home and add more to it. I even took home a strawberry shortcake and it looks absolutely nothing like the photo. I know we can't always get what we want, but at least come close to the photo. :-( If we had to do it all over again, we would've dined at another restaurant or waited until we went back home to Miami, Florida and eat at the Long Horn at the Pembroke Pines, Florida location. This was absolutely a waste of $98.28. Won't happen again.

The food was ok, but the service was awful! My husband ordered a filet with potatoes and a salad. After 10-15 minutes, we asked our server where his salad was and her response, "I have to go get it". She brought his salad and "banged " it on the table without a word! His dinner then comes with butter all over his mashed potatoes which he asked for "mashed plain no butter". About 10 minutes into the meal, she then came over and asked how everything was? ( I was almost done with my soup! ). The restaurant was NOT busy! I am giving 3 stars for food ONLY!

Went to the Longhorns in West Springfield. We had a table of about 10 people. They had one waitress working the 10 people plus her other tables they should have had someone helping her to bust the tables. The food took forever to come out, and when they came out, some orders were at the wrong or just not right two of us ordered the steak tips my friend had a literally bowl full of meat. I had a bowl of nothing but sautéed onions when I complained about it they took it back stuck a piece of butter on top of the mashed potatoes and then they just serve me more onions, very disappointing. Very disappointing. Food seem room temperature at best. This place has gone down the menu. Seems a lot smaller the appetizers also lack in anyone wanting a good appetizer. Don't know what happened to this place they gave a table of 10 two pieces of bread very sad very sad the way it was Done very disappointing possibilities of going back there again would be little to none. That's just my opinion.

As we had a great meal and food was amazing as always I was very dissatisfied with how the manager treated his employees tonight (Saturday 3/9/2024). I believe his name was Dane or Dave. He sent another employee into the bathroom to call out an employee (Emily who is an absolute sweetheart and very diligent while working) in front of customers. this was extremely unprofessional and he stared down the girls bathroom as I exited the bathroom and Emily followed behind. I saw the whole situation run through and Emily who is human and needs a 10 second bathroom break should not be ambushed in front of customers. Extremely upsetting for this manager to treat his employees this way.

Bad service from Emily our waitress. Took a very long time to take our order. Gave us our drinks and we waited again to place our order. Gave us our food and left. Never came back to check on us, never cleared a dish, never refilled our drinks. I had to ask 3 times for a takeout container and the third time she said with an attitude, its coming. We ordered desert and never cleared our table we had to eat desert around dirty dishes. Stake had way to much pepper on it but all else was good when we finally got it.

My friend and I stopped for dinner after her doctor appointment in Boston for her cancer check up. She is on a special diet and had a lot of limitations. Izzy DellaCroce, the culinary manager, wrote down all her special needs and actually made some of her dinner himself to assure it was correct. Everyone was very kind which helped her feel ok about asking for special treatment.

Well, I called at 5:30 pm for a 6:15 pm waitlist. Arrived at 6:15 pm and here we are at 7:12 pm still waiting to be seated. You can say that, so far, it's not been a good experience. They offered us free appetizers that would be waiting for us at our table. They were there, but service was slow, we had a dinner cooked incorrectly, my dinner was super greasy, and their molten lava cake tastes like a Suzy Q with freezer burned vanilla ice cream.

On our way to Pittsfield Ma., on business and stopped here for dinner. This restaurant is located in a large shopping center but is visible from the main road. So my business associate and I go in and are seated immediately. I waitress shows up almost immediately, takes our drink order and food order. Drinks come right away and a short time later our meals show up. When traveling on business I like to eat at Longhorn Steakhouse, but admittedly have had some issues with some other locations. At this location the entire experience was on point. I'm usually in a hurry and tonight was no different. We were in and out in around 45 minutes and I happy.

I was here for a lighter lunch yesterday. It has a cute interior with a western vibe as one might expect. It's proximity to Table and Vine next door is also a huge plus. They serve complimentary bread to begin, and we also got a second loaf. I ordered the 7-pepper sirloin salad, and it came with red onion, tomatoes, and blue cheese crumbles. I got blue cheese dressing and I will say that the steak lived up to its name, being very peppery, and the blue cheese that came with the salad was also very pungent. I admire that, since it seems some chains scale back on flavor to please more bland palates. My bf ordered the big sky burger and some lobster and shrimp chowder. This burger has prime rib on it as well, and he enjoyed it. He did ask for it to be medium well and it came out a lot more pink than medium well...which is why I'm taking off a star. He didn't mind and didn't make a big deal...however I am sure that the restaurant would have made amends if he did make a big deal, as our server was very friendly and helpful. I would go back!

Service sucked and the manger said he would give us 25% off our bill and that didn't happen after we waited for over 45 minutes waiting for our over cooked, cold food. Which put us over the 90 minute state mandate limit UPDATE they reached out to me and offered very little to entice me to go back. SMH.

And the waitstaff is always attentive friendly and spot on. Love this place. The manager always comes around to check on your experience. You can't go wrong if you your looking for a great steak.

Worst place on earth. First we didn't get sauce on the chicken that we asked for then they bought it back and it was spicy instead of barbecue so she didn't even eat it. Then half of my steak tips was filled with just mushrooms and onions. wouldnt recommend

A group of 8 of us visited your location last night after a 12 hour outdoor horse show. We were cold, tired, and hungry! We had a wait so decided to get a drink while we waited. It took the bartender who looked over but then away to FINALLY take our order. After serving it to us he put the drinks and check down and walked away...not even a thank you! After managing several nightclubs and restaurants for 40 years I would have not condoned this behavior. Now EMILY the server was EXCEPTIONAL and went above and beyond for us...I would hire her in a minute!

Tonight was my very first visit to LongHorn Steakhouse. I received a gift card as a present and went along with two friends and enjoyed every bight of my dinner. The French onion soup was flavorful, the baked potato was perfect and topped with the works. My steak tips with sautéed onions and mushrooms was perfect. Our waiter, Sam, was wonderful. He made suggestions, but was not pushy. I asked if the margarita would take the edge off a long day and he said, "he highly recommended it to relieve a stressful day" ... totally agreed, delicious. I will be back.

we had the worst experience at this place , got our steak order wrong we asked for no mmushrooms and they served it to us , had to wait a hour just to get a new one made and when they brought back the new steak it wasn't even put in the grill it was boiled we didn't even want to eat it it was horrible and the waitress even notice and asked us everything ok ? we told her it was not good , she didn't do anything about it , I also orderd a margarita it wasn't good at all so I drank it anyway and asked for a different one the best one they have to order , they came back with the same drink but differnt glass and nastyer than the first one and I get it things happen but when we got a bill for 120$ and no type of diaccount offerd for horrible service we knew we where never going back there ,

ON a rainy Saturday night our party of 6 arrived at 7pm AFTER calling in an hour before letting them know we'd be coming in for dinner with a 85 years old handicapped lady in a wheelchair. When we arrived the receptionist told us, our table was "still occupied by a party that had been there already for an hour and a half and were just sitting around". I did note that because of the layout of the restaurant being mostly booths, there were in fact only a few tables that could accommodate a person in a wheelchair, all of which were bunched together for two large parties. We waited out in the damp windy CHAIRLESS entranceway for 20 minutes hoping one of the tables would open up, which turned into 40 minutes with no effort on the restaurants part to move the stagnant party along. Meanwhile, a couple of larger booths that could handle one wheelchair were offered to other patrons that arrived well after we did as we stood patiently waited for a regular table. Finally one of those tables did clear and it took the restaurant another 15 minutes to seat us, for what turned out to be a mediocre dinner at best. It was evident to us all that the management and seating receptionist did NOT know what the heck they were doing and showed extraordinary inconsideration and lack of hospitality in the poor way they handled our seating, especially after calling an hour beforehand informing them we'd be arriving at 7pm with a handicapped individual in a wheelchair. VERY poor service or accommodations to those that are handicapped.

We went tonight and can not believe the service we had. We sat down and placed our order. As I watched people around us getting their food, I kept wondering where my salad was. Thirty five minutes later it comes out. Our entrees were still not ready. I told the server we had tickets to an 8:00 show. She says she'd check. She told us there were 4 tickets ahead of ours but they would try to move ours up. On top of this she then tells me there is a problem with the order because of some potato issue. We then waited another 15 minutes and still nothing. We finally got up and left because we still had to drive to the play and there was only 25 minutes to get there. We were very upset since we were now going to the show hungry even though we sat down before 6:30. Very upsetting.

I had a cup on the French onion soup; I like you can get a cup or a bowl. Then I ordered the 7 pepper steak salad. Looked great, tasted ok although too much blue cheese crumbles and then I found the large piece of gristle that I could not cut. I pulled it out and left it on the bread plate for the server to see but I didn't say anything. That should have never made it to my plate. Except for one of the ribeye's I don't think the food quality is very good.

First time ever at a LongHorn so here are my thoughts of my experience. Today (3:00 on a Monday) when I walked in there was no host at the door so wasn't quite sure where to go. I looked at the bar and wasn't quite sure if it was the bar with no one sitting at it and no bartender behind it. I wasn't quit sure where to sit ether because it looked like there were drinks and place settings around it but it was just the previous luncheons. Found a spot and waited a couple minutes before anyone greeted me. Nice young lady with a cheerful smile and good attitude. After I ordered my water she cleaned the counter space where I was sitting and brought me a menu. It wasn't until almost the end of my meal where she asked me if everything was good. I think the place was either understaffed or something because I watched her deliver food to tables as well. We had a nice conversation about apple orchards while I was eating my dessert. Eating at the 99 all winter it was a fresh look to see a new menu despite already having in mind what I wanted, a burger. I decided to size up their french onion soup as my choice of soup/salad. Disappointed you do not get a traditional type of side with the lunch menu I ordered the rice pilaf to go with my meal.. The meal itself was overall better than good but didn't have that overall WOW factor I was hoping for. Burger (which I like medium rare) was just slightly undercooked but rather under than over by a mile. Was tiny in size despite it being advised as 1/3 pound but packed a punch and was very juicy. My french onion soup was slightly better than the one I get at the 99, It had more filling but wasn't as hot. The rice pilaf sucked. Not going to sugar coat it at all, tasted bland and not happy about paying the signature side price when I am sure the side of broccoli would have been just fine. Should have went with the asparagus for the price I paid. I wound up dumping it into the rest of my french onion soup and ate it that way, which made it taste OK at that point but did not want to to go to waist. My inner fat ass kicked in and I want to desert. I ended up getting the peanut butter cup dish as you would call it. That also sucked, the cake underneath it was very dry and it was not enough groupie topping to make it satisfying. Overall For $20 with tip Iwould go to a LongHorn Steakhouse again just maybe not this one. I find that a lot of the restaurants here on route five suck compared to other locations so I won't be too quick to judge here. I will still take my business to the 99 here in the plaza.

Called ahead for seating. Arrived before the call ahead time and was told a 15-30 minute wait "but it probably won't even take that long." Cut to an hour later and all they can say is "We're trying" to seat us (a party of 6). As far as I can observe their "trying" was walking around and observing people eating. One of the hostesses needs an attitude adjustment. One of the hostesses kept saying a party had been sitting for over 2 hours, was finished eating, paid their bill, and were just chatting. The manager tried to give us loyalty cards as we were leaving. Unsure why as we likely won't be returning any time soon if they can't seat a party within a reasonable time.

Got there at 825 we were seated after being reminded they close at 930 . We both got fairly expensive entrees ..... we were giving a Cesar salad with so much dressing it was like soup . My boyfriends 30 stake was raw . We exchanged out soupy salad for broccoli and they brought us enough for 4 to 5 people and it was all still hard . Not steamed what do ever . Don't recommend this location at all.

Our waitress was very kind and courteous... brought us water refills and more hot bread and butter as well. The food was all hot and fresh from the kitchen delivered in person by the manager himself. Great lunch with friends at a clean well kept restaurant.

Seriously good food and steak! I ordered my very first steak at Longhorn and actually really liked it, which is surprising for me. The meat was perfectly cooked as to how I asked and was so tender and delicious. My first time I got the Flo's Filet steak and my boyfriend got the Ribeye steak. His was so flavorful with a wonderful smokey taste and mine was just a classic perfect steak. The second time I went I got the NewYork Strip which I really enjoyed as well. Service was great, food was great.

Reviewing for takeout - twice. Traveling for work both times & needed a quick dinner by the Hampton Inn. Both times the food was average, but both times I also made the mistake of not checking the food & came back to find out I was missing a side. Annoying.

Horrible service!! Dirty dishes!! After she brought refills, empty glasses and dishes were sitting on my table ,waitress left twice from my table with empty hands not picking up dirty dishes Had to ask twice for a few items (box to go and the bag) there were more issues, too much to list Food was good though.. Not sure if I am coming back anytime soon.

I went on a date here several weeks back and EVERYTHING was SO SO SOOO GOOD!!!! Didn't get to have dessert but I'd imagine that's just as good! Lots of different sizes and prices. A tad pricey but you get what you pay for here! Highly recommend!

I ate here yesterday and downloaded yelp just to write this review. This was one of, if not the worst experience I've had dining out in regards to quality of food. I got the filet mignon and crab cake. I men even the salad to start was gross. The steak was unseasoned and bland. I had to drown it in BBQ sauce and it was still not good. As for the crab cake, I took one bite and spit it out. Service was good but food was awful. I went to outback down the road a week ago. Don't bother going here just go to outback. You won't be disappointed. Hope I save someone from making my mistake.

Steak quality is over rated. Service is poor. Placed an order on the phone. Their online menu and actual menu are very different. She didn't know what was in or on anything, the sizes or portions of the steaks, nor was she able to tell me how much it was at the end. Order was wrong steaks were cook well got no utensils

Went to our usual favorite on Thursday, March 16, around 7:30. After a short wait, we were shown to our seats. Our server, Valerie, was phenomenal. I really wanted the prime rib (oft difficult to get on a busy night), so she marched right back to the kitchen to save one for me before taking the rest of our order. (Which came out perfectly.) She was practically ghost-like in her service, anticipating our needs before we asked, refilling drinks before the previous were completely empty, Boxing leftovers, and chatting when the situation called for conversation, in a wonderful, friendly, and humor-filled way. Seriously, Longhorn of WestSide, please give Valerie a raise or some sort of recognition. She's amazing.
