Customer service and the atmosphere. We're great me and my family came to see fantastic 4 good space and in the theaters. The dine-in experiences a good idea. However, the cook was horrible and everything was good. Except the lemon pepper Wings and they were way overseasoned it was like they put a whole bottle of lemon pepper season 6 wings The cook has to do better but other than that we enjoyed ourselves and I'll give it a try again. I just won't get the wings next tiwe don't understand what I'm saying.

I had a really great experience at this theater! From the moment we walked in, the front staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby instantly caught my eye—it’s beautifully set up and even has games to keep you entertained while waiting for your movie. One of my favorite parts was the full bar—definitely a plus for those of us who enjoy a drink or two. When we entered the theater, the seats were clean and very comfortable. I also loved how large their food menu was—lots of great options to choose from. Our server, Perry, was great. He took our order in a timely manner and checked in on us during the movie. The food and drinks were both really good. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location again—and next time, I’m bringing my girlfriends for a fun night out

My experience was great as always! Demarcus at the ticket counter provided outstanding customer service—he was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. It really set the tone for the rest of the visit. The servers inside the theater were just as amazing. They made sure we had everything we ordered and checked in with us throughout the movie. Everyone was so kind and attentive, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Thank you to the whole team for making every visit feel special!

Writing this review during my movie. That’s how upset I am. I ordered a meal before the movie began and 15-20 mins later was told what I ordered was sold out. I attempted to pull the menu back up via the QR code at my seat but the movie began and it was too dark to use the code. My server returned with a paper menu and I waited 10 mins, he never came back. Another employee came around to check if everyone got whet they needed. I told her I was still waiting then my server showed back up a few minutes after. 50 mins in the theater and 1/2 an hour into the movie and my food order was just placed. My server also added a tip to my order without my consent which I wouldn’t have known if I didn’t ask for my receipt. I was also interrupted and asked to pay during the movie when I already paid before it began. This place is not as good as it used to be when it was Cinebistro.

I can't believe it! I ordered a cocktail and popcorn, but it took 26 minutes to get the drink and a whopping 1 hour and 15 minutes to get the popcorn. They finally serve me the popcorn just 5 seconds before the movie ended. If you're only interested in the movies, don't even bother coming here. Forget about food, cocktails, and decent customer service because you won't find any of that here. Just watch the movies in the A/C and leave.

Perfect afternoon movie!!! No lines to wait in. Our drinks were good and came very quickly. Al the staff was proffessional and very friendly!!

Wonderful movie theatre! If you’re looking for something a little non-traditional movie-wise, Look Cinema is a great place to go. The staff was extremely professional as well. David was diligent in making sure our order was correct and that it came out in a timely manner. Definitely would recommend for date night or just simply a cozy girls night out!

This is greatest movie theater ever! Seats are so much comfortable than AMC (and yes all recliners). Theater has great picture quality and surround sound. I have hardly seen any food not getting delivered during movie, they have plenty of staff members. Cherry on top is their 99$ unlimited annual offer for 1 movie each day. Thankful for this location

My wife and I usually love this place and I'm a big fan of the dine in movie theater idea! That said they have no dine in today or for the next 3-4 days just an FYI for anyone! November 30th to December 3rd! Pro-tip once they do reopen food, be sure to place your order as soon as you sit down. Added this because I didn't see it on their website!

I had a very mediocre experience here. The entry area looked nice and upscale, but the quality I received said otherwise. First, I noticed on the door a paper sign that mentioned a "mandatory suggested" gratuity which just didn't make sense to me - is it included or is it going to show me suggested amounts? I asked while at the bar and didn't get a clear answer. (I did tip my server but wanted to be clear whether there was any portion automatically included for them.) The seats are big and comfy but I used my phone light to confirm my seat number and immediately regretted it because I could see just how gross the tabletop and upholders were. I was immediately uncomfortable because of that. Lastly, i got hungry during the movie and decided to order food via QR. Many of the items I was interested in were unavailable though it was a weekday matinee show with low traffic; it felt like they simply hadn't prioritized replenishing things. Several drinks, some appetizers, and even sauces weren't in stock. I ended up with a $17 kids meal that included two chicken strips. I was not impressed given the cost. If visiting here, I would keep it simple, movie ticket only. Anything beyond that was underwhelming.

Unfortunately, this experience was a miss. My friend hosted a private screening of Wicked for her birthday, and I had high hopes. I even reviewed the menu in advance, excited to enjoy a meal during the 2-hour and 45-minute screening. But upon arrival, we learned the kitchen was closed. While I understand that unforeseen issues happen, the ability to order Uber Eats or DoorDash just didn't compensate for the disruption. Hopefully, they refunded her a portion of the fee, as the food is a big part of the movie experience. The facility and lobby setup were nice, and the free parking in both the garage and surface lot was a plus. However, the state of the restrooms was a major disappointment. Despite being fully staffed, the ladies' restroom was untidy and unacceptable for a paid event. After asking a staff member about cleaning it, I was told it had been taken care of, but when I left, the lobby trash cans were still overflowing. When you pay for an experience, you expect a clean and well-maintained venue. Unfortunately, this fell short in several areas.

I recently visited the Look Dine -In Cinemas in Brookhaven, GA and I've been disappointed every time I've gone. This theater markets itself as a luxury dine-in experience, but it consistently falls short in several areas. First, the menu options are unreliable. Every time I visit, items are either sold out or not listed on the QR code menu, which doesn't match the full menu shown on their website. It's frustrating, especially when you're expecting a full dining experience during the movie, only to be left with limited snack options like popcorn and soft drinks. The theater should be upfront about what's actually available before guests arrive. Another major issue is cleanliness. The entrance area is often littered with trash, and the restrooms, particularly the women's bathroom, are in poor condition. Toilet paper is scattered around, the soap dispenser doesn't work, and the faucet is so low that it's difficult to wash your hands without constantly adjusting the water. This level of hygiene is unacceptable for a theater that claims to be a luxury experience. Additionally, the service is lacking. When I asked a staff member about bottled water (which was not listed on the QR code menu), he had to go back to the front desk because he didn't know what was available. It's essential that staff are familiar with the menu and what's in stock, and that the QR code and website align to provide an accurate representation of the offerings. Overall, this theater is a letdown. I only chose it because it had available seating for the amount of people I had in my party to see the movie Wicked, but based on the poor service, cleanliness, and inconsistent food options, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant dining and movie experience. It's a shame, because the concept of a dine-in theater is great, but this location needs significant improvement. Free Parking is available in front of the theatre/retail area and also in the parking garage.

Look theater has always been good . Movies shows has good pixilation to it. Theater is always clean, The drinks are strong. I went to see Wicked and they had drinks to match the theme which was really cute. Seats recline which is always amazing!

The staff and service at this theater are top tier. The front desk manager and chef went above and beyond to make sure our experience was pleasant. My parents truly appreciated how thoughtful and considerate they were in responding to a family dilemma we had.

The two stars is only for the reason that the food was decent. Other than that this cinema has nothing really to offer. The seats are uncomfortable - does not recline much. The hall was really hot. Even after mentioning it to someone who works there, nothing much was done. Food was over priced. Honestly wouldn't go back unless there was a specific movie I wanted to watch that wasn't shown elsewhere

I visited here on a Sunday for a private screening of Wicked. Starting with the parking, there are spots just outside the entrance but make sure you park in a spot that does not have a time limit. There's also a parking deck with designated theater parking. Upon walking into the design wanted theater, I could tell it hadn't been cleaned as there was some popcorn on the ground and leftover napkins. Anyway, I headed to my seat and scanned the QR code to browse the food & drink menu. Shortly after, a server came by and offered to assist us with our orders. We quickly noticed that many of the food items on the menu switched to "sold out". I asked the server about it and she said the kitchen grill was not working at the time. That limited my food choices but I decided on the southwest chicken quesadilla. I also ordered one of the speciality Wicked cocktails, the Shizz Fiz. The food came out within a reasonable amount of time and I definitely enjoyed it although I wish it was hotter. I do not recommend the drink. Would I come back? That would depend on if I'm in the area and really wanting to see a movie but otherwise there are better options in Atlanta.

Got tickets to see Gladiator. There was a sign on the desk that said CONCESSION stand only. The kitchen was closed because they had no kitchen staff. They were also out of adult sized popcorn. Since the appeal of dine in theaters is the dining in we asked for a refund. Thankfully they issued it. In the future my hope is that the kitchen closure be stated on the website.

I came here for a movie premier. I ordered popcorn and some drinks from the bar. I got some truffle seasoning on the side which was very tasty for my popcorn. I ordered a peach and raspberry margarita which I enjoyed. The theatre itself is beautiful but the service needs some help. I ordered the coconut shrimp with sweet potato fries with a sweet chili sauce on the side. When I got my order during the middle of the film, I received coconut shrimp with regular fries and honey mustard. When I finally tracked down the lady who took my order in the first place to tell her I got the wrong fries and sauce, she took my whole plate to get it fixed and never came back with my food. She could've easily just brought me out some sweet potato fries with sweet chili sauce on the side, right? So now I'm hungry, the film is over, and my meal never came back out or got corrected. I went to the bar to speak to the manager so I could get a refund. He helped me instantly and agreed with my sentiment. I hope they get it together up in here.

We love this theatre- it's fun to combine movie and dinner- their chairs recline and are so comfy!! The food is pretty good and they have a large varied menu.

What a fantastic experience! First time at Look Dine-in and won't be the last. Customer service was exceptional from the moment you walked in, ordering food in the theater and leaving. Drinks were fun and yummy and pizza was flavorful (chicken was dry but still edible). Plushy and roomy seats which reclined to make the experience more enjoyable. **Bathrooms were clean and stocked**

This theater is super nice!! Very clean! The staff was amazing, and very attentive to our private party! The service was quick and friendly for food and drinks! I would 100 percent recommend

First thing I noticed on the door were all the fingerprints. Walked in and the floor was sticky like they had not mopped in a long time. The bathroom was also very sticky sounding when I walked in. I ordered the chicken tenders (food came out quickly) and fries, very bland breading on the tenders and fries were decent. Movie theater itself was clean. No handsoap in 2 of the sinks in bathroom.

This was the absolute worst dine in movie experience. We arrived at the start time of the movie. The server came by and took our order. We received our sodas (wrong sodas) an hour and a half into the movie. We never received our food or liquor orders. The movie was 2 1/2 hours long. We never saw the server again. We had to request a refund after the movie. I would not recommend this place at all!!

Haven't been here in years it was a different name then but none the less still great service. I would say the food was decent !! I got a margarita pizza an icee and date got nachos. I liked both smooth process ordering and food at came out fast ! Only thing we had an end sent and some of the servers kept hitting my feet walking by. Seats were large and comfy. Will def return

Holy sh*t!!!! What a disaster!!!! If I could give this sh*t hole zero stars, I would! LOOK far away from this place. Movie times don't start on time, their staff is slow, they drink in front of guests. Cine bistro was so much classier than this place! How it is in the circle of Brookhaven doesn't make sense. Our theatre wasn't even clean when we waiting well over 40 minutes for it to be cleaned. Our movie started 10 minutes later that's with the delay of previews. The row behind us seemed as though they were staff and they spoke loudly during the movie. The staff delivering food stomped up and down the stairs. Zero respect. This is the first time I've been back since it changed over and it'll be the last. I would not recommend this place at all. There was a group of us as well.

THE GOOD Nice layout (like it was when it was called Cinebistro) Nice screen They've changed it now where you pay upfront (or if you decide to add more stuff later, you use their app), so this prevents staff from interrupting you when the movie is ending THE BAD Servers can be extremely forgetful and rude. Some items (like a coke) take way too long to come. Seats/trays are often dirty when you get in Theater is WAY too cold

DO NOT GO TO LOOK CINEMAS. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. We have unfortunately been to LOOK Cinemas Brookhaven 3 separate times throughout 2024. We truly wanted to give it a chance as it's a nearby theater but EVERY single visit has just been awful. There is not one single good thing about the location. Quite frankly, theaters like LOOK Cinemas are the reason why less and less people go out to watch a movie. The theater is disgusting and unclean. From the moment you enter the place, you can see how unkept and rarely cleaned the place is. The floors are sticky everywhere you go. The theater seats and and tables are not wiped down. The woman who sat down next to us during the movie even offered us a cleaning wipe as we were watching her wipe down her area. The bathrooms are incredibly unhygienic and it's hard to tell when the last time the staff restocked toilet paper and hand soap. The lingering smell of urine and oil will follow you everywhere you go, even after you leave. We ordered 3 drinks, popcorn, and two entrees 10 minutes before our movie time started. Our water and soda came 47 minutes into the actual movie. One entree came in an hour and 27 minutes into the movie. The surprising thing was that it was both burnt and cold! Oh and our popcorn came at the last 20 minutes of the movie. No clue what happened to the rest of our order. Our final verdict after three visits: Take your money and run from this place. The food is bland and somehow both overcooked and undercooked at the same time. They are always out of stock with things on their menu. They are incredibly unhygienic, disorganized, and a disappointment.

I've been wanting to try this place since its located where the old Cinebistro used to be. I loved Cinebistro and its a similar concept but this place definitely isn't the same. I came to see John Wick 4. The theaters have been remodeled so now the seats recline which is nice and I love that now you can order throughout the entire movie and have things delivered to your seat. The new seats are really cozy and comfortable. However, I hate that you have servers walking infront of you throughout the movie. Also, the menu is all greasy junk food (pizza, popcorn and burgers). I wanted to order something healthy like a salad but they were all 'sold out'. It would've been nice if the menu were more upscale and included healthier options. Also, they were missing some traditional movie theater snacks like hotdogs. I would come back but I wouldn't eat here. I would only come to comfortably watch a movie.

All these negative nancys need to chill. I went here for the first time the other day and honestly this movie theater is so cool! The ambiance is very modern and has an industrial vibe to it. I was welcomed by the bar staff and the general manager Tim. His team is very nice and honestly this might be my go to theater from now on! Havent tried their food yet, but will def do so next time! The screens are large and the seats are comfortable. Their seats do recline, but the foot recline does not go all the way, which is fine since this is meant to be a dine in cinema. On tuesdays, they have discounted rates at $7. Try this theater out! You wont regret it.

Have tried to go to this theater twice in the last three weeks. Once the kitchen was closed. Now the food selections are mostly sold out. Spoke to Manager. He couldn't care less. Shame, customers in Buckhead have other choices when it comes to movie theaters and they expect more.

I really enjoyed going to the soft opening of this movie theater. It is in the location where CinéBistro used to be in Brookhaven. I had never been to the CinéBistro before but the Decour inside of this one is so nice. Has very modern look to it and there's lots of places to sit and lounge. The bar area is nice as well. This place makes you want to get there early just to come hang out in the lobby area. They also had outside seating that I did not photograph but cute little spot. Theaters are nice and comfortable. With all the seats reclining. The staff was very friendly and polite. The staff actually took eye orders that night just to get a feel for the system but going forward they have a QR code on the tray table on the seat that you will place your order through. The food came out really quick which was great. I got the burger sliders and they were good. The fries could've use some seasoning on them and also the burger to body ratio was off for me. So I was eating more bread then I was burger but it had a good taste to it. All in all I would recommend going to this movie theater is really cute and the people are very friendly it's worth giving it a try!

I was a fan of the cinema company that previously occupied this space, so I was very excited to see something opened on it's place. The excitement didn't last long... I got there 15 minutes early so I could get situated and order my food. Only to be told to wait because the theater was not ready... The food selection was limited and lacked creativity. And then the seats weren't that comfortable...

I live right across the street from LOOK, and have absolutely loved the convenience of having such a fun experience so close to me. I typically have an excellent experience at this theater!! However, when I attempted to go today, the movie I had purchased tickets to see was actually a private party, and I was never informed of it happening. The food was also completely unavailable (not even popcorn, just bar drinks, soda, and peanut m&ms) and we were not informed of that either until we were actively at the theater. I was able to get a refund no problem and come back at a different date, but if a showing is booked for a private party outside guests absolutely need to be informed of it in advance. Also, with living across the street, PLEASE turn the exterior music down at night!! It's very annoying to hear when I'm trying to fall asleep to go to work the next day.

This once-upscale movie theater has drastically declined. Our recent 7:30 PM Premium Experience showing was marred by a filthy facility and canceled food service due to severe understaffing. We received a full refund and will not return.

SAVE YOUR MONEY! One of the worst experiences from start to finish. Upon arrival for a 8:30pm movie there were two employees at the front counter and only one was working while the other was on his phone. As we were walking away from the counter after checking in there was a sign we shouldn't have ignored which was a woman requesting a refund for poor service yet we continued inside thinking our experience would be different. We placed our order using the QR code and while food was delivered promptly the items were incorrect. It took several attempts to flag down a staff to correct the items and when they were replaced they were cold (practically frozen). I also ordered a simple draft beer which wasn't delivered despite being the first item on the receipt and was asked to show proof (perfectly fine) and rather than a beer they brought us a pitcher of margaritas that tasted like pure sour mix forcing me to leave in the middle of the movie to retrieve my own beer from the bar. Won't be returning.

The movie (Wicked) was great and the audio was good. The seats were also comfortable. The Women's bathroom was not clean and there were no runners to deliver the food. The bartender was polite ...

Enjoyed the movie/theater. I only ordered fries and 2 drinks. The signature drinks were strong and delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. No complaints.

This place is filthy and the food is mid at best. I know we weren't going in for fine dining/ but come on! Trash and food alllll over the floors, seats and menus. I had to go get paper towels from bathroom and use sanitizer and towels to clean our seats and trays and menus. Never going back.

Food is terrible. I'm not sure how you can make a salad salty but they seemed to figure that out! I felt sick after eating a few bites! Burger was overcooked, and for that reason, I'd say overpriced. Don't cut corners by using low quality frozen foods, trust me, WE CAN TELL! Nothing was fresh, nothing was actually cooked. Probably warmed up in an air-fryer. I'd be surprised if their kitchen is clean. We shouldn't have even paid for that meal! Our original assigned Seats were broken and didn't recline. They moved us and but ended up moving us to someone else's seat that came later, which caused confusion and disruption. Luckily, the couple was reasonable and sat next to us. Bathrooms are disgusting, dirty and unkept, even at the end of the night. If the bathrooms are unkept, which is something guests see... imagine the kitchen, where guests can't see. Things to think about. This used to be a great theater when it was CineBistro. Which had class and always a great experience. LOOK isn't the same, not even in the same stratosphere. Probably the worst in-dine theater experience. The management needs to step it up and be intentional especially for the area and the clientele from CineBistro expect more. Thanks, but no thanks. Never going back.

We waited over two hours for our drinks and pizza (literally, showed receipts to staff), and it never came. They atleast refunded us at the end of the movie but.... We would have just gone out to the lobby to order if we knew they'd never come. Won't be coming back to this theatre. Also all the waiters coming and going (not to us unfortunately) were very distracting.

Both chairs were broken and would not recline... The movie itself reset multiple times and all the house lights were randomly on for 30 minutes in the middle of the movie. Ugh

Run!!! We never received our food. And we were the 2nd couple in the theater. After the movie, the manager was outside of the theater waiting to take complaints....keys PII in a Note Pad file on his iPhone. How bad is that! Never received out food or money back! And the ladies restroom was without toilet paper the whole night!!!!

My bestie and I went to see the Popes Exorcist We caught the early show for 12 noon and it was $17 for the both of us. Great deal. We had the theater to ourselves It was nice and clean. I ordered the southwest salad with no chicken. When I tell you that this one of the best salads I have ever had in my life. I'm not exaggerating. It was delicious!! Skip the nachos and get this. Thank me later lol

Best movie theater EVERRRRR!!! I will not go to another theater. I loved having my food and drink brought to my seat. It looks a little crazy bc I took the pic in the dark but it tasted amazing. Cheeseburger, nachos & a top shelf margarita This was a great experience and The Color Purple was also a winner in my books!

Great recliners and the movie experience is good. The problem we keep having (and we're here all the time) is they're always "sold out" of items. Today it was all of their Mocktails and teas among other items like M&Ms. Previously they have been out of veggie burgers and hummus basically their two veggie options at the time.

I've come here twice in the last year and ordered food and the food didn't come and had to get a refund at the end of the movie. Very disappointing. This time I waited 40 minutes into the movies and decide to go down myself and go ahead and cancel the order and get a refund. The manager tried to tell me the food was ready.... I'm sure it wasn't, he just didn't want to refund it. He wasn't apologetic or anything. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS THEATRE

I have been wanting to try all of the dine-in cinemas in the Atlanta area and Look Dine-In Cinemas was next on the list! My boyfriend and I visited on a Friday night for date night to see Ant-man Quantumania! We made reservations in advance online. Parking was easy to find out front or you can park in the parking garage across the street. Once we were inside and seated, we scanned the QR code on our table, reviewed the menu, and made our order online! While we enjoyed our show the team made our food quickly and delivered it right to us. We tried the fried chicken strips (7/10) with sweet potato fries (10/10) and honey mustard and we really enjoyed it! They also have alcohol available for purchase, so I was able to enjoy a glass of wine during the movie!

The reason is because I was that the movie theater and I ordered my food and the food never ride, including when the movie finished then I went and told them "I waited for my food for the whole movie it never came " they gave me the food but it was not what I ordered what I order was a hamburger and what they gave was a hamburger that was burned and not the one I ordered the fries were barely cooked then I told I want my money back and they never gave me my food so I don't recommend this place sorry but if I was you go to another movie theater but the movie was great

We had to wait 20 mins to get in the theater because they were still cleaning so we were unable to pr order food and when we finally did get to order our food came 60 mins later and when we did get our food our order was wrong and it took another 20 mins(it wasn't good) to get the right order to come out but while we were waiting the screen went black for 10 mins and I had to go get a manager

I've been waiting anxiously to see this theater during their remodeling phase. I must admit after entry into the theater i saw that it was si beautiful! Friendly staff and good food with a full bar!! The theaters are beautiful and the decor is really like a classy restaurant style. I couldn't give it five stars because I don't like the fact that the theater chairs do not do a full recline, which is really sort of uncomfortable. Also, they need security or management to tour the theatres for disturbances. A family with two kids had our theater noisy a few times! I am coming back because I just like the vibes, hoping for a quieter movie experience next time.
