I recently visited the Look Dine -In Cinemas in Brookhaven, GA and I've been disappointed every time I've gone. This theater markets itself as a luxury dine-in experience, but it consistently falls short in several areas.
First, the menu options are unreliable. Every time I visit, items are either sold out or not listed on the QR code menu, which doesn't match the full menu shown on their website. It's frustrating, especially when you're expecting a full dining experience during the movie, only to be left with limited snack options like popcorn and soft drinks. The theater should be upfront about what's actually available before guests arrive.
Another major issue is cleanliness. The entrance area is often littered with trash, and the restrooms, particularly the women's bathroom, are in poor condition. Toilet paper is scattered around, the soap dispenser doesn't work, and the faucet is so low that it's difficult to wash your hands without constantly adjusting the water. This level of hygiene is unacceptable for a theater that claims to be a luxury experience.
Additionally, the service is lacking. When I asked a staff member about bottled water (which was not listed on the QR code menu), he had to go back to the front desk because he didn't know what was available. It's essential that staff are familiar with the menu and what's in stock, and that the QR code and website align to provide an accurate representation of the offerings.
Overall, this theater is a letdown. I only chose it because it had available seating for the amount of people I had in my party to see the movie Wicked, but based on the poor service, cleanliness, and inconsistent food options, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant dining and movie experience. It's a shame, because the concept of a dine-in theater is great, but this location needs significant improvement.
Free Parking is available in front of the theatre/retail area and also in the parking garage.
