Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service my family and I received at your restaurant on 5-23-24. Our party of 22 was not only refused seating but also treated with a lack of consideration that was both disappointing and unacceptable.
Upon arrival, we were informed by both the manager and the hostess that we would not be seated. When we inquired about waiting for a table, this option was also denied without any explanation. Despite our request for the manager to reach out to the owner to verify this policy, we were met with refusal. We found it difficult to understand why, in a situation where there were nine empty tables and no other waiting patrons, our party could not be accommodated.
Furthermore, while attempting to find an alternative dining option, we observed six other families leaving the restaurant, because they concluded their meal.This indicates a significant loss of business, which seems counterintuitive for any establishment, especially when there is ample seating available.
When I insisted on speaking with someone in charge, the manager, Claudia, reiterated that turning away business is your standard practice. This response was both baffling and disheartening, particularly in an industry that thrives on customer satisfaction and patronage.
This experience has left a negative impression, not only on my family but also on our extended network of friends and acquaintances. I am deeply disappointed that a restaurant of your reputation would exhibit such disregard for its customers.
I understand that you were not available because you were out celebrating a graduation. I hope you had a wonderful time. It was our night to celebrate our two graduates and they chose your establishments only to be treated as such
I hope you take this feedback seriously and review your policies and customer service practices. It is my sincere wish that no other patrons have to endure the same level of dissatisfaction we experienced.
