🍵The marble (+extra espresso shot) ☕️ Hot Americano The matcha wasn’t super delicate, but it actually paired really well with the coffee and milk foam. The bitterness and sweetness were nicely balanced and not too heavy. I was pleasantly surprised before stirring, though once mixed, the flavor became pretty average. The Americano was brightly acidity and smooth!!

Loquat on Sunset Row delivers on every front, with beautifully crafted specialty drinks, pastries that are dangerously good, and an aesthetic that feels equal parts cozy and Instagram ready vibes. The space is stunning inside and out, with outdoor seating for around 15 to 20 people perfect for lingering, people watching, or pretending you’re not ordering a second pastry. Immaculate vibes, no notes.

Loquat at sunset row is THAT girl. Specialty drinks done right, pastries from fondry that disappear faster than intended, and vibes so chic you’ll want to linger longer than planned (we ended up hanging out for an hour). This coffee shop run feels like a moment. IYKYK ✨⭐️

Just as excellent as all their other locations. Incredible menu. Especially the pour over options. Any coffee lovers Disneyland!

Asistí al soft opening de esta cafetería y fue una grata sorpresa. El ambiente se siente ligero y bien logrado, con un buen diseño. La atención fue amable y rápida, fluyendo de manera natural. Sin duda es un lugar al que volvería en otra visita a LA.

Loquat Coffee (same owners as Kumquat, Quat, and Fondry) opened today at Sunset Row. This location serves coffee produced around the world and roasted by Loquat. Currently in soft opening mode, the current menu includes espresso drinks (with or without milk), matcha, signature drinks, cold brew, and pour over coffee. Syrups are made in-house. Milk choices: whole, oat, almond. The drinks tend to be less sweet. Mascarpone cold signature drink ($8): a layered drink with espresso, mascarpone foam, cold milk, cocoa/chocolate powder, and cacao nibs. Stir the drink before consuming. The layer of marscapone stays on top. It's richer and more flavorful than your typical iced coffee drink. The foam was thick and sweet but not crazy sweet. It didn't taste cheesy. I enjoyed the bitterness and crunch of the cacao nibs too. If you get there early, you can also get a Fondry pastry. I visited late, so there were no pastries. The shop is small with no indoor seating, but they do have some outdoor seating with sunbrellas. It's stylish looking in a minimal way. You can also buy coffee beans and coffee brewing accessories, tumblers, and Loquat hats.
