Rude staff. Nobody cares to help you. Please dont shop at this location. Shop online instead. These sales associates do NOT deserve to get commission. They are making Loro Piana look lazy and classless with how unmannered and lousy their staff is. The staff doesn't like their job and clearly hate working in the retail service industry. They should work elsewhere. You are working at a White glove, luxury boutique, selling items $3000+ the least you can you is put on a fake smile and greet clients properly.

Outstanding staff. I took my teenage boy & his friend in to browse and the staff explained the history of the brand, the family, their mission to provide the highest quality materials sourced with integrity… It was like a trip to a museum. 😄 I am impressed.

If you are looking for a sales associate ask for Noor! She is amazing and super helpful. We are looking forward to shopping with her again.

When we asked for the price on a pair of summer walks we wanted to buy right then and there the persiam lady replied with "oh they're very expensive" in the most condescending tone. Total turn off and killed the sale. We turned around and left and bought the same pair at Saks.

This store has a good set of attire whether your'e going out for some dinner or even trying to nab some office attire. They have seasonal wear too.

Some of the most fabulous garments you can get, purchased a few things here for Christmas presents, everyone was delighted. Incredible service, they literally tend to your every need. An extremely good value, the clothes are not cheap, but if properly maintained they will last you years.
