Birria - Bite los Arcos Mexican restaurant

This is such a gem! It’s beautiful inside, comfortable, and the Quesabirria with Carne Asada is excellent. I have been here many times now and consider it a top place in Vegas. Their iced tea is awesome. Their chips are lovely. I adore Birria Bite!

You get complementary chips and some bean dip. It was good. I got 3 different tacos. The quesa birria, chicken and steak. I honestly thought the chicken taco tasted the best. The workers were nice.

The atmosphere is delightful, the service was exceptional and the food was outstanding. I had Chorizo Quesadilla, the Birria 1/2 plate, Horchata and my father had a Chicken Burrito (which comes with a little cup of birria broth for dipping or spooning onto your burrito) everything was so good and the staff was so friendly and kind.

I drove away from Birria-Bite Los Arcos Mexican Restaurant, heading to I-15 and then home, finishing my short vacation in Las Vegas. The reason I had breakfast at this Mexican restaurant was that I was hunting for food I had never tried or even heard of before. I chose this one. The restaurant was outside the main business district of Las Vegas, only several miles northeast of my hotel, but the traffic was crowded. It was located on a deserted street with only a few businesses near the intersection. The restaurant just stood there, looking lonely. I entered through the side door since the main door was closed. The interior was very colorful--the paintings, the chairs, the bricks--everything felt very Mexican. I studied Spanish with Rosetta Stone 20 years ago and took another year with Duolingo last year. So, I can speak a little Spanish, enough to greet and order food without difficulty. I greeted the waiter and waitress and placed my order. The waitress served me hot tortilla chips with a pink-gray bean dip. The dip was creamy, smooth, and delicious. I will try to copycat it in the near future. The entrée I ordered was Goat Birria, a dish I had never heard of or tried before. Basically, it's slow-stewed goat meat without skin. It's very similar to Chinese brown-braised goat, except Birria uses various herbs while the Chinese version uses soy sauce. It was just pure goat stew without hominy or other additions. The Birria was served with three freshly made corn tortillas, and I made my own tacos with the birria and pico de gallo (raw salsa) that came on the side. The corn tortillas were very good--soft and aromatic--but since I didn't eat quickly enough, they turned cold and hard. How fast should I have eaten? The portion of Birria was huge. Even though the bowl didn't look big, it contained a lot of goat meat. It had a slight gamey smell, probably because it was goat rather than lamb. The flavor was good, though the broth was a little too salty. Since the portion was large, I had at least half left over. I brought it home--I keep a frozen container in my car. I boiled it later with some added water and paired it with instant noodles. It tasted fabulous, and even the gamey smell was gone. But be aware, the dish had bones, tiny bones, so be careful. For dessert, I had churros--the best churros I've ever had. Honestly, I haven't had too many churros before. These were served as half-sticks, crunchy on the outside and soft inside, with a very good texture. A churro must have cinnamon flavor, and this one was perfectly balanced.

Ordered the goat birria last night and was fully satisfied. Friendly staff, cool calm atmosphere, and they don't do salsa, but bean dip!! I was surprised and loved it! ☺️

Excellent place to dine , real Excellent location, extremely Excellent host and servers. Once I walked in I noticed the many faces of different races and cultures from all backgrounds. The food as you can witness how good it looks was equal tasty , seasoned and well prepared. 😋 every there had all great reviews when I asked about their meals. I will be back soon as Birria flavors caught my tastebuds attention

Good tasty food at a good price. Great staff and great atmosphere. It was packed when we went. But food still came out really fast. Can't wait to check them out again. I didnt take pictures of the food, too busy eating it.

The door is on the right side of the building on near the main road. They need a sign as its easy to think the door is near the parking lot. Service and food was great and very tasty. Hidden gem with great tasting food. Tacos were not small and super cheesy. Complimentary beans dip with chips right when you sit down was a hit. Food came out at a reasonable time. Wait staff was extreamly nice and plate sized were not small. Great experience. Will come back.

The only thing I could think of was ringing in the New Year with my Family in enjoying the BEST Quesobirria tacos in all of Las Vegas. I have been going here for years and it was a secret hidden gem until word got out and it exploded. They have since grown and remodeled so it is comfortable to dine in which is the best way to enjoy hot and fresh! They have quite a few birria items, I have had the Birria ramen and tacos both of which are my favorite. Go..... just go, have a mouth orgasm and give your belly a happy ending and then you can get on your knees and thank me later. :) Mmmmm yum yes!!!!! The Best!!!!

I was hardcore craving birria tacos yesterday and this place had the best reviews, so I figured why not? SO happy I decided to try them. First of all, the tacos are HUGE! I got the platter of 3, but could only eat one for lunch. The meat is super tender and falls apart (I got the beef but I am definitely going to try the goat). Super simple homemade tortillas, lime, onion and cilantro top the tacos. I could have used more onion and cilantro, so I'll ask for that next time. The real star here is the consomé. Super flavorful, perfectly salty and so good I literally was taking sips of it from the container. I ordered delivery so I can't comment on the actual location, but I will be a regular here. One of the best taco spots I've found in Vegas so far!

Parking lot is a little small but there is street parking. The lot was clean. Seating area is small but very well done. This was my second time. The food never misses! This time the service started a little slow. Only one wait staff might be hard during busy times. I completely understand but there is people that don't. The ambiance is really warm and inviting. The restaurant is very clean. Chips and beans is good but a salsa would be nice as well. We ordered the Mojarra, Birria roll tacos and the El Serrano sushi roll! The Mojarra (fried fish) could have been fried longer to create an actual crunch. I'd give it a 8.5/10 the rice though was really good. The birria roll tacos were so good. 9.5/10 Definitely would order again. These are a great appetizer. The El Serrano is our favorite. It's so good. It had a little heat but it's an amazing blend of flavor. A must try! We love this place and will definitely come back. Suggest some help for the staff maybe a bus person that can help refill drinks. Besides that a must try! Don't miss on this place!

When you thought dining out got more expensive, this restaurant did get a newer menu and prices did go up a little. The food got even better imo. This is the first time I tried their lengua taco just for curiosity, it was wonderful. and it was stuffed with lengua. The regular order of goat quesobirria did not disappoint, the tacos actually got stuffed with more gost birria from what I could remember. I think they changed their consommé a little, it's much more hardy than before. I simply try to make a trip to this restaurant every time I'm in vegas. Definitely worth the trip here for their goat birria tacos.

Amazing birria spot here in Vegas! The service is always kind, fast, and efficient. You get to choose your table and get chips, dip, and water brought to your table. They have a variety of options on the menu from seafood, tacos, sushi, and many more! I got the asado tacos and the steak. The steak was a bit dry but still pretty good. The asado tacos were amazing! But they were very oily. The quesobirrias were the star of the show! It comes with a broth to dip in and it tastes amazing. A few other orders I like are the birria fries and birria nachos. The prices are great and the food tastes amazing. I recommend trying this restaurant and trying their birria!

Oh my sweet goodness! Their queso birrieria's were sooo good! We also tried their empanadas and they were amazing! First time I ever had one! I highly recommend this restaurant. We ordered takeout so I do recommend calling early enough because they are so busy. Very good experience there!

Wife and I came into town and my mom said this place was a must. We did takeout and when we got home to eat it we were so happy with our decision! 10/10 would recommend

This used to be the best place to get birria tacos in town, back when they only sold birria tacos. The service is great and they really nicely decorated the restaurant, but ever Since they extended their menu it seems like the quality of their staple items have gone down. I've always ordered the three quesabirria tacos with goat and their consommé was always thick, flavorful, and delicious. I don't even know what to call the stuff that they serve now... it's just salted beef juice. I wish they would bring back the old consommé. I know inflation is bad but it's unfortunate that it seems like they've lost their touch...

Wow. I didn't even look up this amazing spot, I just moved downtown and I was scoping the neighborhood for the grocery store, found it and know what it is, we shop then buy prepared food lol I drove by at first and was like oh, has to be good, it's packed. I drove back by but I had stopped at the place before it (no offense but I'm going to try them too) and I was like oh well, I'll just go here. But then something said no, (I'm parked already too mind you!) so I back up drive around and park in the tiny lot. I went in and it was packed! Super cute but small so no large parties here. I just ordered to go, which is rare for me but I wanted to get home before dark. I ordered the queso birrira combo plate and LORD HAVE MERCY DELISH! I was transformed to Mexico! It was AMAZING! Very hearty portions, I could have easily stopped at 1but I ate all 3 tacos and the consommé and I'm stuffed! The beef was lean and seasoned well! The consume was delicious I drank it up! The handsome guy who took my order was so kind and sweet. I appreciate his patience and he was so friendly, amazing customer service. Best tacos I've had since I've lived here and I've been in Vegas 21 years! My new spot!

Delicious food and recently remodeled little restaurant. Been here several times. Ordered the birria tacos and carnitas burrito. The prices were good for the amount of food you get. Both meals were around $32 including tax. Service was prompt and polite. Showed me the new menu items as well. Might go check out their Moriscos items on my next trip.

I ordered the chicken wings here. Yes I know it's a Mexican spot. But it's on the menu, right? The wings were terrible. They tasted so dry. The sauce was barely covering one side of the wings. The waiter asked how they were and I gave him the truth. He said, "well we make tacos and burritos here and those are really good. We don't really make wings here." So of course I asked, "Why is it on the menu? I mean if it's gonna be on the menu give it 100% right?" I wasn't here to argue with him. He asked me and I was just being truthful. We came here for a business lunch. My coworker ordered the birria tacos. He said they were delicious. This place is small. Not much room to sit down, so maybe just order the tacos (not wings) to go.

My husband has been talking about this place non-stop since my daughter took him there over a year ago. I finally got to go, we went around 9pm. There was no parking and we had to park in the residential road side. They greeted us immediately and were really gracious. It was packed except for a table in the back for 2, we had 3 people and they added a chair. The food- OMG!!! Everything we had tasted delicious (see my pics). The sauces they make are so good. Now I know why he was raving. I am a very picky eater and they accommodated me with no hesitation. I highly, highly recommend.

Small casual little restaurant, lots of seating, service was fast. You seat yourself upon entering. We ordered: 1) Quesabirria combo with consomé. The combo comes with three tacos, you can choose from beef or goat birria. The tacos come STUFFED with birria and topped off with cabbage. I opted for the beef birria and they honestly were hitting the spot. The consomé had goat birria taste but it was delicious! I only ate 2 of the tacos as they are huge! (4.5/5) 2) Birria Torta This was okay! There wasn't much inside the torta other than the meat itself lol comes with a side of consomé for dipping! Loved that. Bread was soft. Nothing out of the ordinary tho, I would skip on this one next time (2.5/5) 3) Birria Fries This order was huge! I was nervous about this meal because any fries are always soggy and thin - not these ones! The fries were thick and crispy, generously topped with birria meat. It was also topped off with cotija cheese, pickled onions, cilantro. The sides were green salsa, guacamole (wish it came with more, ranch (?) which surprisingly went well with the fries, and ketchup (didn't care for this one). This order came with a side of consomé as well. Overall, great food & service. Although they did forget some of the tacos we ordered - we ordered 2 lengua tacos. Never got them, weren't even in the bill either so I guess our server didn't write it down? Either way, I would DEFINITELY come back for the quesabirrias!

Hands down, one of my favorite places for birria in town. I've been three times now, and every time everything is delicious! This time I had a chicken taco (10/10) and birria fries (10/10). I've had the authentic goat before but I do prefer the beef birria personally. The fries were delicious and super cheap at $15, especially considering it came with a side of consume and I ended up bringing home a huge box of leftover meat that I used at home to make my own tacos. The place is right off Maryland and does give hole in the wall vibes, but once inside it's bright and clean and the service is quick. They give free chips and a bean dip that is delicious, and salsa is served when requested. Both the green and red are fantastic and a little bit spicy. Definitely will be back and definitely give it a try if you're looking for good and authentic birria.

The quesabirria tacos were a 10/10. Great portions, amazing service, and overall excellent! not from Vegas but 100% will be coming back here when in town!

This place has the best birrieria in Las Vegas. Every time when I fly down to LV, this is one of my must go places. It's always packed because it's a small restaurant but it has a very good vibe. The quesabirrieria is the best I've had and I can't find this dish in SF at all. If you do, please let me know.

Yelp Review 2023 #174: I'm pretty sure I've already done a review for Los Arcos from 1-2 years ago. But I don't mind doing another. I've only tried maybe 5 birria places in town but this is my favorite so far. Their menu used to be really simple for years: birria, tacos, mulitas, quesadilla, quesabirria, tortas, burrito, and flan. This year, they still have those I've mentioned and added more menu items like chicken wings, birria pizza, birria ramen, birria taquitos, birria fries, and birria nachos. Loco! Birria is living its best life the past couple of years. They used to serve their food in baskets with a liner. Now, they're using real plates and drinkware. They also give you a basket of chips with a bean dip and some salsa. There entrance is now through a different door now too (not that that really matters if you've never been here). Their consommé is where it's at. Kinda fatty, savory with beef (or goat depending on what you get) sitting at the bottom of the cup. There are multiple ways I like my birria: in a mulita, torta...but my favorite is their quesabirria. Tortilla filled with beef (or goat) birria with melted cheese with consommé on the side. You can get it ala carte or a combo. Yuuuummm!!! 5/5 In my most recent visit, I decided to try their birria taquitos. There's a lot going on here. You get 4 fat taquitos drizzled with a chipotle crema, a side of lettuce, radish, guacamole, sour cream, and consommé. It can be quite overwhelming. I don't recommend dipping your taquito in the consommé and putting guacamole and sour cream - it's too much for one bite. I either dipped in consommé or in sour cream and guacamole. 4/5 Their flan is pretty typical of Mexican flan. Their horchata is good to wash it all down. In terms of service, there's always 2 servers at this place. A male server, and a female server. I noticed the male server helps non-Spanish speaking/ Latin-looking diners. He's pretty awesome. He checks on us from time to time. This places gets real busy throughout the day, weekday or weekend. He also takes phone orders. So, be patient and considerate. Know and ask for everything you want/ need instead of expecting the server to go back and forth for you. Ambiance: It's a tiny place and can be cramped when they're busy. A few tables and chairs. Sometimes, the lines are long and some of the diners wait inside the tiny space because who wants to stand in 100 degrees outside? Their restroom doesn't have A/C or heater so, it feels like an outhouse in the summer or winter. Tip: there's a $1 charge if you use a credit/ debit card.

Best Birria I've had hands down in Las Vegas. I've been here several times and the toughest decision is to whether to go with the queso Birria tacos or the Birria bowl. Either way you're in for a treat. The food here is amazing and they are always busy! Every table inside is occupied. The service is legit. They are efficient. If you're craving Birria in Vegas go here!

Came to try this taco shop with my foodie Jr. She ordered a chicken taco and of course French fries . I went with the order of quesabirria tacos and one de buche. I was surprised how big the tacos were. I finished 3 and took the last one home. The Birria hit the spot! The buche was ok.. it felt like it lacked some flavor. What surprised me the most was how good the French fries were! The tacos with the consume were good as well and enjoyed the salsas they had. They also had a few bottled options but I stuck with the ones they served with the tacos. Place is fairly small but good packs a punch and service sat us quick and food came out in a timely manner.

I was searching for a good taco spot downtown while a friend was in town. This place was conveniently located and had high ratings. I only tried two tacos: quesabirria & asada, and they were both sooooo good! They were filled with a good amount of meat and good ratio of toppings. The beef was really juicy and tender on both tacos! The asada taco fell apart because it was so juicy, but using the chips was a perfect way to scoop up all the bits. The green and red hot sauces were both very flavorful and not too spicy. Next time I'd like to try more tacos to see if everything on the menu is this delicious!

Epic. Everything was perfect! Employee was so nice, best Birreria ever. Put lime, salsa verde, dip, and you will be in heaven.

I came here with my family not only were the quesabirrias cold but they also had no flavor. I only wanted one and the lady upsold me to 3 just so I could be disappointed. The server was rude and kept rolling her eyes. I wouldn't come back again.

Setting and restaurant was nice until the food came out it was very bland and cold for the price and it seemed like a hassle to ask them for anything.

This place is amazing!! The server, Carlos, was attentive, answered all of our questions and even made recommendations. The food was some of the best birria I've had in a long time. Nice environment when dining in. We are definitely going to be regulars here. I got to the food before I could take a picture haha.

This place was very trendy, I love the whole Latina vibe. They offer goat Birria and beef Birria. It is small in there but not too small where it feels crowded and uncomfortable. They brought complimentary chips and bean dip to the table which were good. One recommendation is for a group of over 4 people to bring two baskets of chips. All of our food was very delicious. I got Birria fries and Birria tacos the consomé is perfectly flavored. My kids got the ramen and it was made with tons of flavor. I recommend this place.

I come in with my family this afternoon. The restaurant decor was cute. The waiter ( not the hostess) was rude and rolled her eyes every time I asked for something. I asked for 2 things my food was less than warm and asked to give it back she didn't say anything just looked at the plate and walked away. She gave our food out 2-5 mins apart for each other. I asked for a refill for a coffee, it must've been a chore. Meat for the tacos was plain as could be and the tortillas were falling apart.... Wouldn't go again wouldn't recommend

Small but cozy eatery! Service was great and staff very friendly. Loved the beans and chips they serve while you review the menu and once you order food comes out within 10 minutes . We had the Birria Nachos and Torta, both were delicious!

Boy, was this place good! Not a lot to say except that the quesabirria tacos hit. the. spot. Loved the flavor, loved the consommé, loved everything. I've had birria before, but this is the first time that I savored every single bite. Wish Los Arcos was closer but it will be on my list whenever we are in the area.

Found this little hole in the wall place. Couldn't find it at first due to faded red sign. Upon entering, you will find it's a very small place. Wanted a birria quesadilla but waitress had trouble communicating so ended up w/ Birria tacos. Also ordered couple of beef Mulitas w/ consome. I struggled w/ the first Mulita. It was so greasy I couldn't finish the second Mulita. It was not a good eating experience for all.

Customer service: it was just okay. The waitress was not very friendly she had a dry personality and when I ordered just one quesabirria she was like just one with a confused face. Food: the price matched what you get which I like. The birria was flavorful and bigger than what most birria places give you. The only thing I would change is chopping the meat a little smaller. It was nice and tender and the consume was full of flavor. I would definitely go back here for the food.

Took my son for his very first queso birrier experience and he loved it! The atmosphere is colorful and cheerful. The server was a nice guy. My son and I both had flans for dessert and it was delicious. Next time I might try their sushi!! I'm so curious.

Great Mexican food, cute decor inside, easily accessible from Downtown or Strip! Loved the Beef/Goat Tacos Birria and consommé but the star was the Empanadas de Camaron. We are soooo returning for that when back in town! My goodness, that shell just crumbles in your mouth!

Small place to eat with minimal parking, however it's clean and nice inside. There was even a guy that came by and sang Spanish songs while we were eating, but didn't like how he asked everyone at each table to tip him. I think that aspect shouldn't be aloud as it was annoying to the people eating. It also was very loud and echoing as the establishment isn't very big so I suggest not having this, sorry. Customer service was great the server was the only person there taking orders, hosting and delivering food. There was one other person clearing plates while people were leaving. They give you a complementary chips salsa and refried beans which were very delicious. We ordered the 3 combo quesabirra tacos with small consome that was $14.97 they weren't your authentic quesabirra tacos the tortilla was more dry and not much flavor from the consome on the tortilla. The beef was soft and had decent flavor the cheese wasn't melted all the way either it was lacking something. The consome was salty too the Goat consome was gamy and meat was a little more tough to chew on but my husband enjoyed the ramen that came with one quesabirria pickled red onion, cilantro and radish. The cost was $14.97 the other items we got were a chicken taco that had grilled chicken pieces that had great flavor and tripe taco that also was great I liked that it was crunchy we got limes on side which made each taco so much better. Overall, good food but I wouldn't say it mimics Tijuana style food as I lived there for two years and it isn't close at all.

This place is legit, ordered the quesa birria for lunch and it was good. I have no complaints about this place, it didn't blow me away but this is one of the better places for birria. I suggest to come but don't make the places I recommend too busy. enjoy!

This place made my taste buds sing! Great service and very welcoming atmosphere. The front door man was helpful with suggestions, attentive, and a certified cutie. They made you feel like a family member walked in and gave you a piece of love for your stomach. I had 3 Birria Quesadillas and they were so good! Highly recommend this little restaurant if you are near by.

On point Birria Tacos, Buche, lengua and Tripa Tacos. Enough said. I have been to Tijuana and I can attest for the tacos here. The tripa tacos has fried tripes, just like how it should be done. The lengua was thick and tender. Great texture! Need to try the ramen next time!

Wow wow amazing food here. It feels like a crime that we haven't been sooner as this little hole in the wall birria spot. Love the complimentary house made chips w the bean dip and salsas. We ordered horchata, quesadilla and birria 2 taco combo. You can choose between beef or goat and wow I just wanna drink up all the consume! We'll be back for our birria fix. Highly recommend !!

It use to taste so good now it taste so salty, i don't know if the owner cooked but its a new recipe or what but please bring back the old menu. Even the menu change the setting doesn't look authentic anymore. We use to go all the time. And we came with family out of town raving about the food and just to get mistreated by the server too.

This place has the best birria taco's. 10 out of 10 recommend you try it. Large portion, very clean, great staff and decorations. Wish I had this in South Carolina.

Fantastic birria. Nice and friendly staff. Inside seating limited, so go at a non peak hour. They don't serve alcohol right now, but looks like they're trying to get that license and an outdoor patio. Would recommend!

So happy we checked this place out. This is our spot now when we come to Vegas ...... everything we ate here was so damn delicious!!!!!! Me and my hubby had the birria tacos, lengua and tripa tacos, shrimp with octopus cocktail and our favorite was the oyster shots .... Everything we ate had good flavor. We also appreciate the friendly service .....

The food in this place is amazing. Specially their Birria and Birria Fries as well as their tacos. I've been here over a handful of times and always enjoyed it. The service is fast and good. The servers are also nice and everytime I go in with my girlfriend, they let us choose where to seat right away. The place might be small but it's way above average. You will not be disappointed going to this restaurant. Also it comes with complimentary chips that is good.

Restaurante no es Mexicano, dueños son Venezolanos o Colombianos. Horrible, el caldo de birria estaba espeso de dias, coctel de camaron con fuerte olor a camaron. El manager o dueño cobra de mas. Se equivocaron en mi orden y el manager nos engaño diciendo que los tacos de birria eran de res, pero no. Si no quieren comer desagusto, no vallan a gastar su dinero aqui.

Man oh man, what can I tell you I found this rocking spot on yelp that just blew my mind. The food is outrageous. The tacos are delicious the empanadas are fabulous. The bean and cheese burritos are rocking you folks need to come on by and check this out you will not be disappointed you better hurry up and run down here as fast as you two little feet can carry you, five stars across-the-board these guys are the bomb hurry up

I've always driven past this spot and told my boyfriend we had to try it out, well today was the day!!! Everything was so good, with fast and friendly service! It was pretty busy and steady flow of people, so you can eat inside or take it to go. Also really good music inside the restaurant we will be back soon!
