Best taco truck in FOCO. Only truck I’ve seen suadero tacos at. Everything we tried on the menu was delicious and it was quick! I usually go to the truck in the AutoZone parking lot by horsetooth, but this autozone taco truck is quicker, more delicious, and actually open when they say they’ll be. Come eat here

Coming from the west coast, I've been searching for comparable tacos, and the Al Pastor here did it for me.

Couldn’t recommend something more strongly than this. The Potato Burrito was so excellent as were the salsas. If we are ever in the area again we will stop by again. Our kids enjoyed their tacos as well!

Amazing food every time! The meats are all so flavorful. The pastor tacos and a chicken burrito is my go-to but you really can’t go wrong. The tortas are really good as well. Definitely the best taco truck in town and one of the best Mexican food options overall as well.

I've been eating here for a long time. I guess it had been a few years since I stopped by. The menu changed. There are no longer prices listed. They were very slow preparing the food. The chips were not crisp. Too many other choices to return. So sad. I used to really enjoy their food.

We've been traveling for roughly 3 weeks and came upon this truck but the Wellington one. Amazing service and food ! Been dying for a real burrito and I got my fix awesome hot sauce

I love supporting small businesses all the time, but especially during covid. This food truck is a hidden gem. I really enjoy coming here for their burritos! Their relleno burrito smothered is so good. It takes a little bit of time for them to make it so be sure to time this right (about 15 mins) but it is well worth it because they make them from scratch and have 1-2 workers back there. Go check it out! There are no tables outside currently, maybe due to covid, so it's best to get it to go!

There is a nice seating arrangement outside. The horchata was really good, with huge portions. The pollo taco was okay, but I give it a 5/10 because the chicken wasn't very fresh. The steak taco was good, 7/10, but same problem with the beef. The beef burrito had much better meat, somehow. The fish taco was really good, 8.5/10, and was a bigger taco as it was a specialty option. Overall, I would eat here again, it's a cute taco truck with nice employees.

Holy moly. Yes in every way. I had the Cubana , my partner had the Campechano. We both had Flan. A little sparkling mineral water to wash it down. Portions are ridiculously large. Seriously, two-meal-sized portions. The sauces were hand-made and truly delicious too. The creativity of the chef made everything really satisfying and interesting.....wait a minute, was that a sliced up hot dog with ham and beans in my sandwich????? Yum! I've never had better flan....creamy and not too sweet. Polite and friendly service. Highly recommended truck food in the Dollar store parking lot.

Best authentic Mexican food in Fort Collins hands down!!!! I promise you it is worth checking out!
