Los Tacos

One of the best tacos I have ever had. They are packed with loads of meat and are so delicious. The interior is really nice and chill, and the staff are great. They have a deal of 4 tacos for $15, which is nice value. An extensive menu with all of the Mexican favorites, including breakfast options. Very solid option for some tasty and quick Mexican food.

Ordered the carne asada soft tacos. Very tasty. Plenty of meat. A little pricey but overall good is good. Inside it’s clean and staff are friendly.

The fish tacos is great! Unlike most fish tacos which are battered and deep fried, theirs are just fish meat in the tacos with toppings and sauces. Really excellent. Their restaurant is pristine...as in spotless. I couldn't stress it more. Lots of nice mexican decor, very nice ambiance. The crew are very nice too. Will come back to taste the other food they offer in their menu.

An authentic look location, it was a quiet time when I was there, I enjoyed my time over there. I got the birria, and it was tasty.

I first went to this restaurant for service when I worked for Coca-Cola several years ago. I have been going back ever since. I get the burrito de lengua, it is tasty and generous portion of meat. My wife enjoys the #8 chile relleno plate and #9 Chicken Mole plate. Try the Jamaica if not your taste they have a selection of fountain drinks. Enjoy.

I called my order in. The Host was polite, friendly and knew the menu well enough. I ordered the machaca breakfast burrito with beans and their award winning hard shell potato taco. I'm not the biggest fan of machaca, but this was not good. The beans were bland. The meat was bland. The bell peppers were hardly grilled. The potato taco is not for fans of Mexican food. The only saving grace here was the salsa bar. Although the picked jalapenos were not spicy at all. I visited 5-10-25

I was taken to this place for the first time by my brother there's a hospital right down the street so my other brother took me to eat here and he told me it was the best tacos ever

Omg this place is so yummy!!!! I had the chili verde tacos and asada as well. The verde was very fresh and just seasoned right with flavor and a kick of spice! Asada could have had more flavor in my opinion but very tender and not tough at all!!! Can't wait to come back! Also this restaurant is very clean like I was shocked how clean even the bathroom

I was craving crunchy tacos and Los Tacos delivered. I ordered a chicken hard shell taco and 2 potato tacos. They have a variety of salsas to choose from so I got one of each. It's kind of necessary for the potato tacos as the potato isn't seasoned but the chicken taco had pretty good flavor. There wasn't really anyone in the restaurant so our order was hot and ready in about 10 min or less. I also noticed that they had breakfast options which I will be trying in the future.

Spent a lot of time at Los Tacos years ago when my office was in Pasadena. Decided to swing by today as I was in the mood for some legit Mexican fare. They offer a complete menu. Lots of traditional items. A very nice salsa bar. Service was quick. Parking a breeze in the lot. Prices are affordable, although I bit higher than expected but not a deal killer.

Stopped by a few minutes before closing time to grab some food before visiting someone at the hospital next door. The food was absolutely terrible. I ordered a bean and cheese burrito and a carne asada taco. Both inedible. The taco was not suitable for a stray dog in Tijuana. Old flavorless oily meat. The bean and cheese tasted like a can of refried beans from the grocery store wrapped in an old stale microwaved tortilla. Everything went into the trash. The cashier was also very unpleasant as the second I walked in she was rushing me to order and seemed annoyed for the order 10 mins before closing.

First timer to Los Tacos! The restaurant was clean, the service friendly and my crispy tacos, my recommendation, were very well prepared.

A nice spot in a quaint strip mall. I ordered a Carne Asada Soft Taco, Chicken Soft Taco, and a Crunchy Ground Beef Taco. The food came out in good time and everything was tasty. Nothing was amazing, but it was good. They have a decent salsa bar with about 6 options. 3 Tacos for $17.00 might be a bit steep for some, but there it is. At least they offer 4% discount for cash sales. Not the friendliest service when ordering, but efficient. Los Tacos is nicely decorated and the booths and tables are comfortable. I will definitely return.

Shout-out Los tacos I love you Los tacos. Expensive but idc all love. I got the Saturday special so I got $2 off (love a good deal). Also when I asked for a water cup the cashier slid me a free horchata so I was hyyyype. Great interior, very inviting and cozy. And the food was great, the workers were so nice, no complaints.

Tasty local spot for Mexican food. The staff is friendly, parking is easy, the food is delicious...I especially love their nachos! They also have a nice sitting area and clean restrooms. The vibe is super casual.

Well let's just say you get what you pay for! Myself and a few coworkers came here for lunch and this place didn't disappoint! Apparently they've been in business for manyyyyyyy years and I see why! The food was hot, delicious and my toppings were all fresh! The sauces were authentic and the staff were courteous! Cute and quant!

This place is a gem. Small but quaint. Customers order from the counter and pick up meals from the counter. The price point is good. We have been coming to this establishment for many years and their food is consistent. Today, my husband and I ordered chicken nachos 1/2 order and carne asada super burrito. It satisfied our craving.

Went to this place to have dinner with my daughter and we both got taco plates two tacos with rice and beans & 2 cokes for $45 the lady that took ourorder was just so unfriendly. I don't know why she was upset . I asked a couple of questions & Like I was bothering her .Maybe I don't know if they were about ready to close or what with deal was we were the only ones there, made me feel really uncomfortable, even my 13-year-old daughter asked me what was wrong with her The food the two tacos were so greasy they were just dripping oil. I should've took a picture anyway will never be back to this place.

The food was delicious and the drinks were refreshing. Service was quick. Nice ambiance with clean Mexican-tiled tables. Definitely try their potato tacos!

Best crispy shredded beef tacos! Food is made quick and there is ample parking. Good when you need some old school Mexican food.

I'm bewildered on the amount of negative reviews regarding this business. We have to understand as customers to exercise empathy and compassion, and that there are external circumstances, and situations that happen that are beyond our control, and most businesses try to do the best with what they can, and where they are. In regards to our experience, I would say this is one of the top fast-casual Mexican establishments that I have EVER been to! They're always so warm and welcoming! Their menu is extensive but not overwhelming. The carne asada nachos are amazing!! Beyond that, their restaurant is beyond clean. I always see the employees hustling, constantly staying busy, and they truly care about the establishment! We appreciate you!

Aww man... things change... used to be an awesome spot 20 years ago. Now it is way overpriced, smells like bleach, and the staff just does NOT seem like they want to be there. I'm guessing it must be the next generation that took it over and doesn't care.

This is our comfort food. It's been awhile since we have been here but the food quality is still on point. We ordered the guacamole and chips, taquitos, and the super burrito. Always taste fresh, great salsa bar, and the guacamole is delicious. Will try and come back more often to this small taco shop in Pasadena.

The food was authentic. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. We ordered #4, #8 Chile vedre and chile relleno plate. The employees were professional and provided good customer service. My hat is off to the chef! The food was delicious. Thank you for a delightful experience.

I love their crunchy chicken tacos and their salsa. The staff is always very friendly. I like that they accept credit cards, but it's kinda pricey so that's why I gave 4 stars instead of five.

If you want to overpay for beyond subpar Mexican food this is the spot. Ordered simple taquitos and guacamole. The meat had no flavor and there the guac ratio was 50-50 avocado / tomato with zero flavor. I can't believe 3 taquitos came out to $11.85. Don't waste your time or money.

I had the 4 soft taco combo with Pastor, Lengua, Chicherron and Carnitas and was I full by the end of lunch. Everything tasted great and I could have had leftovers but ... BTW - the discount for cash was great as I am a Boomer and prefer a minimal digital footprint.

Pretty good! Airy and air conditioned. Food came out quickly. Had the ground beef hard shell taco and a bean and cheese burrito (because I'm still trying to find one like from my childhood) - was a nice dining in experience. Place was clean and there were quite a few people coming in to dine in and take out.

The service was completely trash here. We came as soon as they opened and none of the tables were cleaned. We asked the girl to clean the table and literally only cleaned one side, only one time. The girl taking orders has a nasty attitude. Food quality was okay but for price, I've had better. 0/10 recommend.

Place has went all the way down hill.. prices are also ridiculous!!! This review is mainly about the food. How are you going to charge 4 bucks for a regular sized soft taco. Prices here have gone up like crazy. Ordered the taco special of 4 asada soft tacos which came out to over 13 bucks not including any sides or drink. Tacos were extremely bland the meat was awful and partially burned. For 4 dollars per taco felt like I was eating mystery meat. The best part of the taco was probably the onions and cilantro. Decent salsa bar here though. This place flaunts that it has won awards. PSA there awards are from the late 90's/early 2000's when there food was actually decent, pre social media and when there was not a lot of competition in the SGV. This place wouldn't even come top 100 in anything present day. Service is okay. Clean restaurant with decent decor. Overall huge waste of money for the price.

The food was underwhelming, lacked flavor, and was overpriced given the quality of the tacos and burritos. I paid over $100, whereas I typically spend $90 at other places with much higher quality food.

Service sucked! The girl taking our order has no customer service and then she charged us 3 extra tacos that we didn't even order! Long story short she got our order wrong the carnitas tacos are gross!!! Carnitas tasted old!And glad the asada tacos tasted decent! Thank god! But overall kinda mad we spend $ here!! Since when tf did you guys raise your prices?! I swear I was here not too long ago and paid like $12.75 for a combination plate with a horchata small drink every time I go here for my lunch break. Now, it's $14.75 for a combination plate. My whole total came out to $19.57. This is wayyy over priced. Other than the outrageous price increase, the food itself was good. The beans were bland. The rice was decent. The only good thing we're the Al Pastor tacos. Thankfully I asked for green sauce to give the rice and beans some flavor because it was clearly lacking in that department. The staff here are not very friendly and are very short with words. Not the greatest experience. I don't plan on ever coming back again. Farewell!

Came here on the fly for a quick take-out dinner, and honestly, everything was great. Was greeted as soon as I came in. Good options of different Mexican dishes across their menu. I ordered the #8 Chile Relleno and Asada Taco place. Food came out quick, and everything tasted great and full of flavor. A little pricey, but I think it's worth it if you want something quick. Will come back to try other items.

Meh!!! Darn it!!! Where do you go for good nachos? It once was here pre-covid. Went in today and ordered a regular no meat and a Carne asada. Ready in a jiffy, look amazing.....but the taste was not FRESH. Blech....old beans, greasy chips, just yuck. Fantastic guacamole and sour cream. A solid 3 stars....and it cost $30 for both plus tip. Not again. Hit me up if you have a killer nacho local. Thank you Los Tacos Bye bye we will miss what was....

Substandard, overpriced "street" tacos. The tacos are small, about a 4-inch radius, and cost about $4.75. The carnitas were dry and lacking flavor. My husband ordered a fish taco and a chicken taco and commented he couldn't tell the difference. The salsas are meh. There are way better tacos to be found in Pasadena. We thought we'd try something different. We prefer Guisados, but even that's asking too much for a little taco for ants.

Horrible! Only gringos eat here because they don't know any better. Horrible customer service. I want my almost $12 back. I cannot believe they can afford rent in Pasadena. At least let customers know that we have to get our own salsa? My huevos rancheros were so plain and the chilaquiles so nasty. The only good thing is that the flour tortillas were made by hand. Never again! I should have trusted my instinct again!

The meat was completely unseasoned and unflavorful. The only thing good to say about this place is the service. The ladies are really nice. But the food is very unseasoned I was very disappointed.

All you People who are complaining about the price increase, this business NEVER CLOSED during the SCAMDEMIC. Their quality has NEVER DROPPED. I have been a customer for twenty years, and I love the people and the food. You should THANK THEM for maintaining a quality business.

This place is amazing every time. The food is so good and the portions are huge. The customer service is super efficient and the staff is so nice. Cute little place and perfect for takeout. Definitely a go to spot.

As a Hispanic, places like these are a must. Came here around a year ago for the first time and again today after a convention. The plates are delicious. Their huevos rancheros are a delicious breakfast plate that always gives a feeling a nostalgia from home. Their street tacos and burritos are also pretty good, packed with rice and beans and cebolla (onion) and cilantro. The perfect craving. There are tons of things I haven't tried yet but it's a charming little place to dine in or take out in beautiful Pasadena. Definitely will return. But just as everyone else on this page has been saying, the items are a bit overpriced. A burrito usually goes for $8-$8.50 anywhere else, but here it's $13.50. If you're willing to try be willing to spend at least $5 more on food entrees than the regular prices that you're used to. And whoever said the staff isn't friendly, it's because they aren't fluent in English. I chopped it up with the lady in the front in our native Spanish language and she was the kindest soul ever. Don't laugh at someone who speaks broken English because they can sure as hell speak another language fluently.

Quick and delicious. I needed a quick bite. I ordered the mini chicken burrito which was not so mini for me. The chicken was tender and appeared to have been part of a braised stew. It was full of flavor and tender. Will definitely be coming back to try other items.

Zero for customer service! Your cashier lady is rude! She has no charisma whatsoever. A smile and courteous service would go a long way. This lady needs training, send fake/ghost customers so you can find out how poorly she treats paying custonr

Solid tacos. Prices are a bit higher at $4 + tax a piece but they don't skimp on the filling. Service could be warmer and they could at least bring your tray to the outside tables but they don't bother.

I have always passed by this place on my way to my bank and finally I made the stop. I honestly wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt based on their outside banner stating that they have been ranked high by three different reviewers in the SGV. I took my son with me and we both love tacos and burritos. We ordered the "Al Pastor " burrito and I just had a feeling that I was going to be disappointed, don't really know why I had that feeling. I wanted them to surprise me and prove me wrong but I was right and unfortunately I was really disappointed with the taste of the food. Their meat flavor was salty and dry. My son told me that the flavor was as if they just used taco flavor mix to "marinate" the pork meat and I agree with him. It was salty and it had no Al Pastor flavor, the meat felt hard and chewy. I give them a 3 out 10, and I will not come back here again, unfortunately!

My wife brought me to Los Tacos in Pasadena for lunch this my first time at this restaurant my wife have been at Los Tacos with her co workers from work. My wife tells me the food is really good including the tacos. It's a very little restaurant and seeing people coming in and going to the restaurant I was telling the food is good here. We were looking at the menu and see what to order my wife decided to order the two chili renello plate and I decided to get the super chili renello burrito. I got the food my burrito was pretty big I don't know what else they add in the super chili renello burrito I know its going to be very tasty. My wife chili renello looks very good next I have order the chili renello plate. One bite of thr super chili renello burrito wow amazing flavors in this burrito and cheese is oozing out that's a chili renello suppose to be I really enjoy it. My wife love her chili renello,I really enjoy Los Tacos restaurant the staff was very friendly next time I need come again.

Pretty decent tacos. Tasty. $4.25 for a taco is a bit pricey! I would need about 5 tacos so over $20 for lunch. I'm used to cheaper tacos so its hard to pay these prices

I don't know how you can screw up a chicken quesadilla, but this place did it. Not only was it over priced but it had peas, carrots and lima beans in it? Kind of like they drained a chicken soup and threw it in a quesadilla. Monitoring if I have food poisoning, it was really gross.

These nachos were really good .. lotsa flavor and very savory.. I've been coming here for a couple of years and it's pretty good the people are friendly and it's pretty authentic and I'm mexican!

The accolades and newspaper clippings on the wall share high expectations for this place, and my experience here barely touched it. I came here on a whim hoping something new could break the cycle of delicious food trucks, and I was dead wrong. Walking into this Mexican-inspired artwork decorated walls, I was suspiciously lured into ordering a pair of the famous potato tacos. There were only two other people in the taco joint waiting for their food the time I was there, yet my simple order was forgotten. Never mind the twenty minutes delay, because the food itself was really disappointing too. The unimpressive HARD SHELL POTATO TACOS felt like a lightweight, flavorless slap of mush -- devoid of love, and crumbling apart after the first bite. Why this was advertised as the crown jewel of this corner shop I not know, and sadly I left finding this dish and the rest of the menu as uninspired as the restaurant's name. Do yourself a favor and walk to any nearby taco truck if you can! Food: 2/5 Service: 2/5 Atmosphere: 3/5 Environment: 3/5
